Abstract
Description
Level adjustment plate for concrete products
[0001] The present invention relates to a level adjustment plate for concrete products, which is installed on the installation surface of concrete products when laying concrete products on site.
[0002] Conventionally, when laying concrete products such as side ditches and box culverts on site, the concrete products are laid on the installation surface constructed by pouring concrete. However, since the installation surface is uneven, it is necessary to adjust the level of the concrete products. For this reason, the level adjustment was performed by stacking one or more rectangular plates at the bottom of the concrete products to the required thickness.
[0003] As this level adjustment plate, for example, a pair of positioning protrusions are provided on the surface of the plate body, and fitting holes are provided on the back surface of the plate body corresponding to the positioning protrusions. When stacking, the positioning protrusions are fitted into the fitting holes to facilitate the positioning of the upper one. A level adjustment plate for concrete products can be found (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004] Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-40912
[0005] However, in the above prior art, since the fitting holes are formed on the back side of the positioning protrusions, there are problems that need to be solved, such as the upper surface of the upper one cannot be made to contact the upper surface of the lower one during use unless the thickness of the plate body is made thicker than the height of the positioning protrusions.
[0006] In view of the problem in the above-mentioned prior art in which the thickness of the plate body is limited by the height of the positioning protrusions, the present invention has a rectangular plate body, at least two latching protrusions projecting from the surface of one lateral portion of the plate body relative to the center line, the same number of latching holes formed through the other lateral portion of the plate body relative to the center line, at least two pins projecting from the surface of the other lateral portion of the plate body, and a pin hole formed through the one lateral portion of the plate body, wherein the latching protrusions have a hook portion at the tip of an elastically deformable rising portion A hooking projection is provided inwardly at the lower part of the hooking hole, which engages with the hook portion. The positions of the hooking projection and the pin are set so that when the plate body is rotated 180 degrees around its center, they can be positioned within the area of the hooking hole and the pin hole. This solves the above problem by allowing the two plates to be stacked and used with the upper surface of the lower plate in contact with the lower surface of the upper plate, regardless of the thickness of the plate body, when stacking them by rotating the upper plate 180 degrees horizontally relative to the lower plate and inserting the hooking projection and pin of the lower plate into the hooking hole and pin hole of the upper plate.
[0007] In short, the present invention comprises a rectangular plate body, at least two latching projections projecting from the surface of one lateral portion of the plate body relative to the center line, the same number of latching holes formed through the other lateral portion of the plate body relative to the center line, at least two pins projecting from the surface of the other lateral portion of the plate body, and pin holes formed through the one lateral portion of the plate body. The latching projections have a hook portion formed at the tip of an elastically deformable rising portion, and a latching projection that engages with the hook portion is projected inward from the lower part of the latching hole, and the positions of the latching projections and pins are set so that they can be positioned within the area of the latching holes and pin holes when the plate body is rotated 180 degrees around its center, so when stacking for level adjustment, the upper plate is rotated 180 degrees horizontally relative to the lower plate. Furthermore, by inserting the lower latching projection and pin into the upper latching hole and pin hole, the upper surface of the lower item comes into contact with the lower surface of the upper item, allowing the upper item to be easily positioned relative to the lower item. The stacked state is always neatly arranged without the upper item shifting relative to the lower item, and the stacked state will not easily collapse due to the concrete product being lowered, making level adjustment work easy. Even if the thickness of the plate body is thinner than the height of the latching projection and pin, and the tips of the latching projection and pin protrude above the upper plate body, they are still lower than the latching projection and pin of the upper item, so they can be used without problems. When stacking for boxing, by bringing the latching projection and pin of the lower item into contact with the lower surface of the upper item, they can be kept parallel to each other, allowing for smooth boxing.
[0008] Relief holes for the latching projections are formed on both sides of the latching projections in the plate body, and relief holes for the pins are formed on both sides of the pins. The distance between the centers of the latching projections and the relief holes for the latching projections, and the distance between the centers of the pins and the relief holes for the pins are the same. Therefore, by repeatedly shifting the upper plate in the width direction relative to the lower plate, and then shifting the upper plate in the opposite direction relative to the lower plate, the plates can be stacked in a zigzag pattern. By repeatedly inserting the lower latching projections into the relief holes for the upper latching projections on the opposite side of the shifting direction, and inserting the lower pins into the relief holes for the upper pins on the opposite side of the shifting direction, the stacked plates are always neatly stacked without the upper plate shifting relative to the lower plate, resulting in a very large practical effect, such as enabling smooth boxing.

[0010] The leveling plate according to the present invention is used as a single plate or by stacking multiple plates (preferably two plates). It basically has a rectangular plate body 1, at least two latching protrusions 2, 2a protruding from the surface of one lateral portion 1a of the plate body 1 relative to the center line L1, the same number of latching holes 3, 3a formed through the other lateral portion 1b of the plate body 1 relative to the center line L1, at least two pins 4, 4a protruding from the surface of the other lateral portion 1b of the plate body 1 relative to the center line L1, and pin holes 5, 5a formed through the one lateral portion 1a of the plate body 1 relative to the center line L1. The positions of the latching protrusions 2, 2a and pins 4, 4a are set so that they can be positioned within the area of the latching holes 3, 3a and pin holes 5, 5a when the plate body 1 is rotated 180 degrees around its center.

[0013] Then, by rotating the plate body 1 180 degrees at its center, the rising parts 6, 6a can be positioned within the area of the lower opening in the locking holes 3, 3a.

[0025] The latching holes 3, 3a are rectangular in shape, elongated in the longitudinal direction of the plate body 1, and latching protrusions 8, 8a are provided projecting inward from the lower part of the outer wall surface.

[0029] When stacking during boxing, as shown in Figures 15-17, the upper item should be oriented in the same direction as the lower item and offset in the width direction, and then the upper item should be shifted to the opposite side relative to the lower item, and this process is repeated to stack them in a zigzag pattern. At that time, insert the lower locking projection 2 into the upper locking projection relief holes 12 and 13 on the opposite side of the shifting direction (in the drawing, the inner locking projection relief hole 12 of the second stage and the outer locking projection relief hole 13 of the third stage), and insert the other locking projection 2a into the upper locking projection relief holes 12a and 13a on the opposite side of the shifting direction (in the drawing, the outer locking projection relief hole 13a of the second stage and the inner locking projection relief hole 12a of the third stage), insert one of the lower pins 4 into the upper pin relief holes 14 and 15 on the opposite side of the shifting direction (in the drawing, the inner pin relief hole 14 of the second stage and the outer pin relief hole 15 of the third stage), and insert the other lower pin 4a into the upper pin relief holes 14a and 15a Insert the pieces into the opposite side of the offset direction (the outer pin relief hole 15a of the second row and the inner pin relief hole 14a of the third row in the diagram) and stack the predetermined number of pieces.
