The ranging device is integrated with a ranging module (1) and a dual-color laser indication module (2), wherein the ranging module (1) is used for measuring the distance to a target object, the dual-color laser indication module (2) comprises a visible-laser assembly (22) and an infrared-laser assembly (23), the visible-laser assembly (22) is used for emitting a visible laser, the visible laser can be directly observed by human eyes, and an infrared laser emitted by the infrared-laser assembly (23) can be observed by a night-vision device. By means of providing the dual-color laser indication module (2), dual functions, i.e., a visible-laser function and an infrared-laser function, are integrated, such that different lasers can be used on the basis of different scenarios; if there is need to perform direct observation, the visible laser is used to irradiate a target object, and if there is need to improve concealment, the infrared laser is used to irradiate the target object; and when the infrared laser is used to perform indication and the ranging module is used to perform distance measurement at the same time, two emitted laser beams are not directly observed by naked eyes, such that a target distance can be measured without exposing the position of a user, thereby having higher concealment.
