[0007] The problems of urban organic waste generation and its impact on all citizens are well known in the current state of the art.
[0008] In this regard, one of the main problems that arise in cities is the journey that occurs in urban centers from when the user acquires an organic product in the supermarket, distribution center, etc., until the circle is closed and starts again with the recovery or reuse of new raw materials for the production of these.
[0009] Additionally, in the hospitality sector, there is an added problem related to organic waste that is difficult to process on the premises, in terms of the reduction of its volume, as well as the additional problem of having to transport it to the collection point and having to dispose of it there.

Furthermore, these types of handling operations are generally unwelcome by restaurant staff, as they must carry out these costly waste removal tasks almost at the end of their workday, causing discomfort both from the physical effort involved and the disruption they can cause to the surrounding area.

[0013] The present invention has been developed to provide a waste processing machine, comprising shredding means, at least one receiving tank corresponding to and linked with the shredding means, and a housing in which the shredding means and its receiving tanks are integrated and installed; wherein said housing has an inlet for access to the shredding means, which is enabled for communication and introduction of organic waste into said shredding means, and which is arranged in an upper part of the same housing; the shredding means being enabled for receiving the organic waste and shredding it into resulting products, and the shredding means and its receiving tank being mutually arranged so that the resulting products from the shredding means are disposed of and stored in the corresponding receiving tank;and comprising a screw conveyor arranged and enabled for feeding the crushing media from the inlet opening of the housing.

[0028] As shown in Figure 1, the waste processing machine of the invention comprises shredding means and at least one receiving tank 2 corresponding to and linked with the shredding means.
[0029] Also in this preferred embodiment shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, the waste processing machine of the invention comprises a housing 3, in which crushing means and their respective receiving tank 2 are integrated and installed.

CLAIMS 1. A waste processing machine comprising shredding means, at least one receiving tank (2) corresponding to and connected with the shredding means, and a housing (3) in which the shredding means and its receiving tanks (2) are integrated and installed; wherein said housing (3) has an inlet (31) for access to the shredding means, which is enabled for communication and introduction of organic waste into said shredding means, and which is arranged in an upper part of the same housing (3); the shredding means being enabled for receiving the organic waste and shredding it into resulting products, and the shredding means and its receiving tank (2) being mutually arranged so that the resulting products from the shredding means are disposed of and stored in the corresponding receiving tank (2);characterized in that it comprises an endless means (4) arranged and enabled for feeding the crushing means from the inlet mouth (31) of the housing (3).; 2. Waste processing machine according to the preceding claim, wherein the receiving tank (2) is installed in said housing (3) so that it is reversibly separable from said housing (3).
3. Waste processing machine according to any of the preceding claims, incorporating a glass cover (5) over the inlet mouth (31) of the housing (3).
4. Waste processing machine according to any of the preceding claims, incorporating a metal detector arranged prior to the inlet mouth (31) of the housing (3).
5. Waste processing machine according to any of the preceding claims, incorporating an ozone generating system.
6. Waste processing machine according to claim 5 when dependent on claim 4, incorporating a control system linked in data communication with the shredding means, the screw conveyor (4), the metal detector and the ozone generating system, and with the ability to control all of them.
7. Waste processing machine according to the preceding claim, wherein the control system is linked in data communication with a global communications network in a bidirectional manner.
8. Waste processing machine according to the preceding claim, wherein the communications network is the internet.
9. Waste processing machine according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the data communication link between the control system and the global communications network is materialized by a Wi-Fi communication system or a mobile telephony data communication system.
10. Waste processing machine according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the crushing means comprise a crushing mill device.
