Abstract

The invention relates to an ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave, comprising the autoclave body and the cleaning device, wherein the autoclave body has a closable cleaning port, and the cleaning device comprises a water pump, a pipeline, a sprayer and a blocking device. The water pump is connected to the sprayer through a pipeline, and the pipeline passes through the cleaning port to allow the sprayer to extend into the autoclave body. The sprayer has multiple water outlets and is rotatably connected to the pipeline. The water pump transports the descaling agent into the sprayer through the pipeline. [0006] In the current hydrometallurgical method of laterite nickel ore , slurry, sul furic acid and steam are usually inj ected into an autoclave to extract nickel and cobalt from the laterite nickel ore . After a long period of operation, scale mainly composed of iron and aluminum will form on the inner wall of the autoclave When the scale accumulates too much, it needs to be cleaned .

[0007] The prior art is to remove scale by adding a descaling agent and stirring, but this removal method is not very ef fective . The reason is that the volume of the autoclave is huge , and the existing manual spraying method is di f ficult to spray the descaling agent comprehensively, resulting in some scale not being exposed to the descaling agent and being di f ficult to remove .

The drawings constitute a part of this application and are used together with the embodiments of the present invention to illustrate the principles of the present invention, but are not used to limit the scope of the present invention .

[0029] Referring to FIG . 1 to 4 , the present invention provides an ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave can be applied to the descaling operation of the autoclave, and is used to spray descaling evenly and comprehensively in the autoclave to improve the descaling ef fect .

[0030] It should be noted that the ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for autoclaves of the present invention is used for, but not limited to , autoclaves , and can also be applied to other equipment that requires descaling . In the present invention, only the application of the ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for autoclaves in autoclaves for hydrometallurgical smelting of laterite nickel ore is taken as an example for explanation, and the principle of applying the ultra-high pressure pulse descal ing system for autoclaves to other equipment is essentially the same as the principle applied to this equipment , and will not be described in detail here .

[0045] In some embodiments , the autoclave body 1 further has a closable manhole (not shown) , which is a hole for people to pass through and is generally used for workers to enter the autoclave body 1 for inspection and maintenance . The brush 32 is detachably connected to the stirring mechanism 31 . It is easy to understand that autoclaves generally have a stirring mechanism 31 for stirring sul furic acid and slurry during production operations . During descaling operations , the original stirring mechanism 31 of the autoclave can be used, and the brush 32 can be installed on the stirring mechanism 31 , and the stirring mechanism 31 drives the brush 32 to rotate and descale . After descaling is completed, the brush 32 is removed, and the stirring mechanism 31 continues to be used for production .

What Is Claimed Is1 . An ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave , characteri zed in that it comprises : an autoclave body and a cleaning device . The autoclave body has a closable cleaning port , and the cleaning device includes a water pump, a pipeline , a sprayer and a blocking device . The water pump is connected to the sprayer through the pipeline , and the pipeline passes through the cleaning port to allow the sprayer to extend into the autoclave body . The sprayer has multiple water outlet holes and is rotatably connected to the pipeline . The water pump transports the descaling agent into the sprayer through the pipeline . The sprayer can rotate under the action of the descaling agent , and the blocking device is arranged on the pipeline to block the cleaning port .2 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 1 is characteri zed in that the pipeline includes a first pipe and a second pipe , the first pipe connects the water pump and the blocking device , and the second pipe connects the blocking device and the sprayer .3 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 2 , characteri zed in that the first pipe is a soft pipe and the second pipe is a hard pipe .4 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 1 is characteri zed in that the sprayer includes a housing and a plurality of noz zles , the housing has an inner cavity, the noz zles are distributed on the outer surface of the housing and the water outlet holes of the noz zles are connected to the inner cavity; the pipeline is connected to the inner cavity .5 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 4 is characteri zed in that the water outlet holes of at least part of the noz zles are placed in the same rotation direction so that the descaling agent pushes the sprayer to rotate when it is sprayed from the water outlet holes .6 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 4 is characteri zed in that the sprayer also includes a turbine placed into the inner cavity, the turbine is fixedly connected to the housing, the pipeline is arranged toward the turbine , and the descaling agent can impact the turbine to drive the sprayer to rotate .7 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 1 is characteri zed in that the water pump is an ultra-high pressure pulse water pump .8 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 1 is characteri zed in that it also includes a scrubbing device , the scrubbing device includes a stirring mechanism and a brush, the stirring mechanism is arranged on the autoclave body and is transmission-connected to the brush to drive the brush to rotate , so that the brush scrubs the inner wall of the autoclave body .9 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for an autoclave according to claim 8 is characteri zed in that the autoclave body also has a closable manhole , and the brush is detachably connected to the stirring mechanism .10 . The ultra-high pressure pulse descaling system for autoclaves according to claim 8 , further comprising a plurality of partitions , which are placed into the autoclave body and fixedly connected to the autoclave body . The autoclave body is divided into a plurality of interconnected reaction compartments , and each reaction compartment is provided with at least one of the scrubbing devices and the cleaning port .
