[0028] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0029] The preferred embodiment of the present application is described below in conj unction with the accompanying drawings , wherein the drawings form a part of the present application and are used together with the embodiments of the present application to illustrate the principle of the present application and are not used to limit the scope of the present application.
[0030] Referring to Figure 1 and Figure 2, the present application provides a type of reactor cleaning and demisting equipment. The reactor cleaning and demisting equipment can be applied to the descaling operation of reactor 100 and is used to quickly remove the water mist in reactor 100.
[0031] It should be noted that the reactor cleaning and demisting equipment of the present invention is used in, but not limited to, reactor 100, and can also be applied to other equipment that needs to remove water mist. In the present invention, only the high- pressure reactor applied to the hydrometallurgy of laterite nickel ore is used as an example to illustrate, and the principle applied to other equipment is essentially the same as the principle applied to this equipment, and it will not be repeated here.
[0032] The reactor cleaning and demisting equipment comprises a fan
[0033] (1) and several connecting arms (2) , one end of the connecting arm
[0034] (2) is connected with the fan (1) , and the other end of the connecting arm (2) is used for detachable connection with the frame of the manhole, so that the reactor cleaning and defogging equipment is installed at the manhole.
[0035] The reactor 100 generally has several manholes, and the reactor cleaning and demisting equipment can be installed in some manholes, and the other part of the manholes is opened to form air convection so that the water mist is quickly discharged. It is also possible to install on the reactor the clean and remove mist equipment in each manhole, one of which is pumped outward and another one blown inward, which also forms air convection and makes the water mist discharge quickly.
[0036] In some embodiments, the fan (1) adopts an axial fan, and several connecting arms (2) are arranged around the fan (1) .
[0037] In some embodiments, the connecting arm (2) comprises a connecting rod (21) and a connecting joint (22) , one end of the connecting rod (21) is fixedly rotatably connected with the fan (1) , the other end of the connecting rod (21) is fixedly rotatably connected with the connector (22) , and the connecting joint (22) is used for detachable connection with the frame of the manhole. By rotating the connecting rod (21) and the connecting head (22) , the manholes of different shapes and sizes can be adapted, so that the reactor cleaning and demisting equipment is smoothly installed on different manholes. After turning to a suitable angle, it is locked to achieve the effect of fixing, which can be achieved using bolt screwing and locking.
[0038] Referring to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the connector (22) comprises a fixing plate (221) , a movable plate (222) , and a locking piece (223) . The fixed plate (221) and the connecting rod (21) can be fixedly and rotatably connected, the movable plate (222) and the fixed plate (221) are arranged at relative intervals and are movably connected, and the locking piece (223) is connected with the fixed plate (221) and the movable plate (222) so that the fixed plate (221) and the movable plate (222) clamps the frame of the manhole. In other embodiments, other fixing forms may also be adopted, such as spring clamps and the like.
[0039] In this embodiment, the fixing plate (221) is provided with a threaded hole, the movable plate (222) is correspondingly provided with a through hole, and the locking piece (223) is a bolt, which passes through the through hole and is connected with the threaded hole. The movable plate (222) can be moved by screwing the bolt to clamp the frame of the manhole in conjunction with the fixing plate (221) .
[0040] In some embodiments, the reactor cleaning and demisting equipment is installed on the manhole at the top of the reactor 100. The water mist in reactor 100 is pumped out from the top, and the water mist is quickly diluted and dissipated into the air by the air above.
[0041] The high-pressure reactor uses concentrated sulfuric acid to react with slurry, and a small amount of sulfuric acid may remain in the reactor during cleaning and descaling, forming an acidic mist under the impact of high-pressure water. The way to expel acidic water mist directly into the atmosphere is simple, but it can pollute the environment. Therefore, in the preferred embodiment, the reactor cleaning and demisting equipment further comprises an air duct (3) and an absorber (4) , one end of the air duct (3) is connected to the manhole where the ventilator (1) is located, and the other end of the air duct (3) is connected to the absorber (4) . The water mist extracted by the fan (1) enters the absorber (4) through the air duct (3) , and the absorber (4) can absorb the water mist.
[0042] In some embodiments, the connecting rod (21) is provided with a connecting ring (211) , and one end of the air duct (3) can be hooked on the connecting ring (211) .
[0043] In some embodiments, the absorber (4) comprises a casing and absorbent cotton, the casing has an air inlet and several air outlets, the air duct (3) connects with the air inlet, and the absorbent cotton is integrated into the casing and the absorbent cotton contains alkali solution. The alkali solution can quickly absorb and neutralize the sulfuric acid in the water mist. The alkali solution can be a dilute sodium hydroxide solution or a sodium carbonate solution.
[0044] Referring to FIG. 4, in some other embodiments, the absorber (4) comprises a washing box (41) and an aeration disc (42) , the aeration disc (42) is arranged at the bottom of the washing box (41) , and connects with the air duct (3) , and the washing box (41) is filled with alkali solution, and the water mist and the sulfuric acid therein are subjected to alkali washing and absorption.
[0045] In these embodiments, because the water mist is absorbed instead of directly pumped out, the reactor cleaning and demisting equipment can be installed at the manhole at the bottom of reactor 100 to reduce the installation difficulty.
[0046] Compared with the prior technique, the reactor cleaning and demisting equipment provided in the application can be installed at the manhole of the reactor, and the water mist in the reactor is pumped out after the descaling is completed, and the temperature and humidity in the reactor are rapidly reduced, so that the water mist concentration is reduced to the level that people can enter, and the time of descaling operation is greatly shortened.
[0047] The foregoing is only a better embodiment of the present application, but the scope of protection of the present application is not limited to this, and any change or replacement that can be easily thought of by a person skilled in the technique within the scope of the technology disclosed in this application shall be covered by the scope of protection of this application.
