[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition with excellent cooling sensation, and to a cosmetic composition that achieves a unique sensation when applied to the skin through a combination of sodium carbomer and an emulsifier, and can exhibit excellent skin moisturizing and cooling effects immediately after use.

In addition, Comparative Example 11 did not form a stable cosmetic composition because the oil layer separated due to the excessive amount of oil components. Therefore, it was confirmed that including sodium carbomer, polyglyceryl-3-methylglucose distearate, and oil in appropriate amounts or ratios is an important component for realizing a cosmetic composition with excellent formulation stability and cooling sensation.

3. In Paragraph 1, A cosmetic composition comprising the above polyglyceryl-3-methylglucose distearate in an amount of 0.1 to 4.5 weight% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
4. In Paragraph 1, A cosmetic composition comprising the above sodium carbomer and polyglyceryl-3-methylglucose distearate in a weight ratio of 1:0.2 to 6.
