Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] Modular umbrella
[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention, as the title of this descriptive document states, is a modular umbrella with high resistance. It is an innovation that offers advantages previously unknown within current techniques.
[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR
[0006] The present invention falls within the sector of everyday needs, especially in the manufacture of umbrellas, particularly regarding fixed umbrellas.
[0007] STATE OF THE ART
[0008] The present invention arises due to the significant limitations in terms of durability and ease of use of conventional umbrellas for beach bars and hotels, among others.
[0009] These present several common problems, such as wear and tear of parts due to constant exposure to the sun and air, as well as difficulty in transport and storage, in addition to a lack of options to adapt to different needs and environments.
[0010] Consequently, this invention provides a highly durable modular umbrella that offers a solution combining durability, flexibility, and ease of handling, adapting to the demands of the modern consumer who seeks efficient and long-lasting products.
[0011] Currently, there is no known modular umbrella that has structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this descriptive report, as claimed.
[0012] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is the creation of a modular umbrella that brings a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.
[0013] The present invention is a modular umbrella of high resistance, whose cover comprises individual pieces that are connected to each other, on their sides, by means of hooking means forming an umbrella with a modular design that allows easy replacement of the individual pieces in case of damage and facilitates the disassembly, transport and storage of the umbrella.
[0014] This innovation solves the problems that affect the durability and functionality of umbrellas, as well as facilitating disassembly, transport and storage, making it more convenient for the user who needs to move or store it frequently.
[0015] This umbrella represents a highly beneficial solution, especially for those users looking for a durable and versatile product for sun protection.
[0016] Its design is particularly suitable for businesses that require the constant placement of umbrellas to protect their customers or users from the sun.
[0017] By combining functionality and durability, this umbrella becomes an ideal and especially economical option for establishments that want to offer a comfortable and protected environment to their customers.
[0018] The modular parasol is composed of individual pieces, such as triangular shapes, and is typically equipped with fastening mechanisms on its sides. Complementary elements are located on opposite sides, allowing the individual pieces to be connected using these fastening mechanisms.
[0019] Conveniently, the individual parts are made from a material that is highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion, such as plastic, giving them superior durability.
[0020] Typically, the fastening system used consists of quick-release clips, ensuring a secure connection between the parts. The umbrella is available in various sizes to suit different needs and provide versatility for use in diverse environments.
[0021] There are two construction options.
[0022] One option is that when all the triangles are joined, a hole is formed in the central part through which the umbrella mast passes.
[0023] Another option is that at least one of the triangles has, at the narrowest end, a hole through which the umbrella mast will pass.
[0024] To use the highly resistant modular umbrella, the individual pieces of the modular umbrella must be assembled, which are connected to each other by means of the hooking means present on their sides.
[0025] Once the pieces are joined, the umbrella is placed on the mast through the central hole designed for a tight fit, ensuring stability.
[0026] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
[0027] To complete the description being made and in order to help in the better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by a figure in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.
[0028] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of one of the individual pieces that make up the modular umbrella.
[0029] Figure 2 shows an aerial view of the modular umbrella.
[0030] Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the modular umbrella.
[0031] Figure 4 shows a view of an individual part in the embodiment in which it has a hole (4).
[0032] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.
[0033] The modular umbrella, the subject of this invention, is distinguished by having a structure with a mast and a series of ribs (not visible), and by its upper cover being composed of individual pieces (1) that are connected to each other at their sides by means of fastening devices (2). This structure allows for the formation of a modular umbrella (3) that facilitates the replacement of the individual pieces (1) in case of damage, as well as the disassembly, transport, and storage of the umbrella (3).
[0034] In a preferred embodiment, the individual pieces (1) are approximately triangular in shape and are designed so that the fastening means (2) are located on one side, while on the opposite sides there are eyelets (1.1) that allow the pieces to be connected by means of said fastening means (2). The pieces may also be sectors of a circle.
[0035] Preferably, these individual pieces (1) are made of a material that is highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion, such as canvas or plastic, which contributes to the durability of the product.
[0036] Preferably, the fastening means (2) consist of quick-release clips, which ensure a firm and reliable connection between the parts. The quick-release clips will engage in holes or eyelets provided for this purpose in the individual parts (1).
[0037] The umbrella (3) is generally available in different sizes, thus adapting to various needs, which gives it versatility for use in different environments or to meet specific requirements.
[0038] In one embodiment, when the individual pieces (1) are joined, the cover is formed with a hole (4) in the central part through which the umbrella mast passes.
[0039] In another embodiment, at least one of the individual pieces has, at the narrowest end, a hole (4) through which the umbrella mast will pass.
[0040] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it, it being noted that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other modes of embodiment that differ in detail from the one indicated as an example, and which will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
