Abstract

The invention relates to a jewellery accessory configured to accommodate different types of swappable elements (7), the accessory comprising a central connection element (2) arranged as a supporting shaft, which is provided with an upper threaded end (3) and a lower threaded end (4). The swappable elements (7) are axially inserted onto the central connection element (2) and are held by a flat upper nut (5) that is hexagonal with a hemispherical dome and a flat lower nut (6) that is hexagonal with a hemispherical dome, which respectively close the threaded ends (3, 4). The upper nut (5) includes an eyelet (8) for coupling to chains, bracelets or other supports. The described arrangement makes it easier for the user to assemble and replace the swappable elements (7) while maintaining their fastening during use.

[0002] The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this descriptive memorandum, refers to a costume jewelry or jewelry accessory, which allows easy replacement of the interchangeable elements by the user, these latter elements being able to belong to the costume jewelry or jewelry sector, as well as to other sectors, that is, be of a different nature, as long as they are adaptable to the accessory that is the object of the present invention, due to its dimensions and characteristics, thus achieving a customizable accessory.

[0003] Thus, the costume jewelry or jewelry accessory, with interchangeable elements, the object of the present invention, is composed of several elements or pieces, such as a middle connecting element, which will be the one that allows the accommodation of the different interchangeable elements, which, as indicated in the first paragraph of this descriptive memory, can be of different size, texture, shape, volume or color, provided that due to their characteristics they can be coupled in the invention.

[0004] In summary, these interchangeable elements can be easily replaced by the user to suit their tastes or preferences. Thus, the present invention is designed so that the user can easily insert, remove, or add interchangeable elements to the central connecting element, creating a different piece of costume jewelry or jewelry each time.

[0005] The interchangeable elements can be added or exchanged by the user without the need for special tools, by means of a simple opening and closing mechanism, for example, formed by a thread and a nut, located at both the upper and lower ends of the middle connecting element of the described jewelry or costume jewelry accessory.

[0006] The object of the present invention is to create a costume jewelry accessory that allows the user to incorporate, exchange, or add interchangeable elements according to their tastes or preferences. This eliminates the need to constantly search for the perfect accessory by allowing the user to choose the most appropriate interchangeable element—that is, the one that best suits and complements their clothing or lifestyle. Furthermore, it facilitates easy integration by the user, as their tastes may also change.

[0007] In this sense, conventional costume jewelry or fine jewelry does not allow its various elements to be interchanged or modified by the wearer, as it consists of a single, fixed component. There is no possibility of adding new elements or even swapping existing ones. Therefore, the wearer needs a large number of different accessories to find one that matches their daily attire or reflects their emotional state or lifestyle.

[0008] Costume jewelry or jewelry accessories, due to the constant change in fashion trends, are generally only worn for a short period of time and, in their composition, then become outdated or boring, which often leads to them being discontinued.

[0009] The jewelry accessory, the subject of this invention, has been designed and manufactured to offer numerous and significant technical advantages over other existing means of similar purpose. Thus, the aforementioned jewelry accessory essentially allows the user to easily exchange the various interchangeable elements by means of a simple opening and closing mechanism consisting of nuts and threads, or similar mechanisms.

[0012] Currently, the prior art in the field of costume jewelry or fine jewelry accessories consists of so-called modular accessories. However, these are manufactured as complete individual elements that can then be adjusted in length using chain systems, but not in their individual form. Known prior art jewelry chain systems include a jewelry chain system for designing variable jewelry chains, EP 2377418 A2, which can be adjusted in length using individual composite links. On the other hand, the prior art discloses an interchangeable and adjustable jewelry system, US 20130091894 A1, which includes a primary jewelry chain extending from a first end to a second end with a midpoint between them.

[0013] On the other hand, the state of the art reveals an interchangeable and adjustable jewelry system, WO 2008122876 A2, which is basically a necklace.

[0014] However, in the current state of the art, no costume jewelry or fine jewelry accessory with interchangeable elements, such as the object of the present invention, is known to allow for the easy and simple incorporation of elements according to the user's preferences. Furthermore, these interchangeable elements described herein may be from the costume jewelry or fine jewelry sector or be of any other nature, provided that their dimensions and characteristics allow their incorporation into the object of the present invention.

[0015] EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] The costume jewelry accessory with interchangeable elements, the subject of this invention, offers a key technical advantage: it allows users to easily incorporate or add different interchangeable elements using a simple opening and closing mechanism consisting of a flat, hexagonal nut with a hemispherical dome and a threaded end, located at each of the upper and lower ends of the central connecting element. This eliminates the need for numerous individual costume jewelry accessories to suit individual clothing or lifestyles. With a single accessory, users can have an unlimited number of combinations and sizes, and therefore wear a different element each day.

[0017] The present invention addresses the problem that whenever a user wants a piece of costume jewelry or fine jewelry that suits their tastes or preferences, they must have the accessory that best matches their clothing and lifestyle. This entails having many individual accessories to coordinate each day or for every occasion. The solution proposed by the present invention solves this problem by allowing the user, with a single piece of costume jewelry or fine jewelry, to interchange different elements and thus easily adapt the accessory to their style of dress, for example, without needing a large number of individual accessories.

[0018] Thus, the costume jewelry accessory, with interchangeable elements, has a main component called the middle connecting element, which incorporates an upper threaded end at its top and a lower threaded end at its bottom. Both threaded ends allow the insertion and removal of the various interchangeable elements that the user wishes to add, remove, or insert. Once these interchangeable elements are added to the middle connecting element, the user manually closes the upper and lower threaded ends by tightening a small upper nut and a lower nut, both flat and hexagonal with a hemispherical dome, thus preventing the interchangeable element from coming loose.The upper nut incorporates, at its highest point, a hook or similar element that allows it to be attached to, for example, a chain, bracelet, and other items. [0023] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0024] In view of the aforementioned figures, Figure 1 shows the jewelry accessory with interchangeable elements (1) in a vertical position. Figure 1 also depicts an exploded view of the accessory, showing the individual components, with the exception of the interchangeable elements (7), which are not shown. As can be seen in Figure 1, the middle connecting element (2) has an upper threaded end (3) at its top and a lower threaded end (4) at its bottom.Both the upper threaded end (3) and the lower threaded end (4) allow the insertion and removal of various interchangeable elements (7). Once these interchangeable elements (7) are positioned on the axis of the middle connecting element (2), both the upper threaded end (3) and the lower threaded end (4) are secured by a flat, hexagonal upper nut with a hemispherical dome (5) and a flat, hexagonal lower nut with a hemispherical dome (6). The flat, hexagonal upper nut with a hemispherical dome (5), as shown in Figure 1, incorporates a hook (8) in the center of the dome, allowing it to be attached to a chain, bracelet, or other accessories.

[0026] Figure 3 shows a vertical perspective of the jewelry accessory with interchangeable elements (1), in which, in addition to one of the interchangeable elements (7), the other pieces joined together, which make up the invention, can be seen, such as the middle connecting element (2), which allows the different interchangeable elements (7) to be housed, which will be introduced through its own axis, remaining anchored on the said axis, since they cannot come out, since in the upper and lower part of the middle connecting element (2), there is an upper threaded end (3), and a lower threaded end (4), and a flat and hexagonal upper nut with a semi-spherical dome (5), and a flat and hexagonal lower nut with a semi-spherical dome (6), both once closed by the user, prevent the interchangeable elements (7) from coming out.

Claims

CLAIMS 1.- Costume jewelry or jewelry accessory, with interchangeable elements, characterized by being formed by interchangeable elements (7), a middle connecting element (2), which has in its upper part an upper threaded end (3), and in its lower part also has a lower threaded end (4), both the upper threaded end (3), as well as the lower threaded end (4), have a flat and hexagonal upper nut with a semi-spherical dome (5), and a flat and hexagonal lower nut with a semi-spherical dome (6), the aforementioned flat and hexagonal upper nut with a semi-spherical dome (5), incorporates in the center of its semi-spherical dome, a hook (8), which allows its incorporation into a chain, bracelet, and others.
