Abstract

This adhesive member comprises a sheet-like base material (101), a surface adhesive layer (102), and a surface release sheet (103). The surface release sheet (103) is provided with one back split line (104) that is subjected to a back split treatment to the middle of the surface release sheet (103) in a linear manner from the peripheral end toward the central part. Adhesive member

[0001] The present invention relates to an adhesive member.

[0002] Conventionally, biological information measuring devices such as deep body temperature sensors and electrocardiogram sensors are sometimes attached to the body so as to be in close contact with the body, and thus an adhesive member for sticking such as double-sided tape may be used. When attaching a sensor to the body using an adhesive member for sticking, first, the release paper on the mounting surface side to the body is peeled off.

[0003] This type of adhesive member needs to be replaced once peeled off, so the adhesive force on the sensor side is often set to 5 N / cm 2 or less, and the difference from the peeling force when peeling off the release paper on the mounting surface side to the body is small. Therefore, it is not easy to peel off the release paper from the adhesive layer on the mounting surface side to the body without the adhesive member peeling off from the sensor, and it often takes time. [0010] Hereinafter, an adhesive member according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figure 1. This adhesive member comprises a sheet-like base material 101, a surface adhesive layer 102, and a surface release sheet 103.

[0011] The surface adhesive layer 102 is formed covering the surface of the substrate 101, and the surface release sheet 103 covers the surface of the surface adhesive layer 102. The surface adhesive layer 102 can be a silicone-based adhesive or an acrylic-based adhesive. In this example, the substrate 101 is provided with a back surface adhesive layer 105 formed on its back surface, and is attached to, for example, the electrode 110 of a sensor by the back surface adhesive layer 105.

By providing the mark 106, the starting position for peeling the surface release sheet 103 can be easily identified.

[0018] According to the embodiment of the adhesive member, first, as shown in Figure 5A, the adhesive member is attached to the electrode (not shown) of the sensor 111 with the back adhesive layer (not shown). Using the mark 106 as a guide, the surface release sheet 103 is peeled off from the start of the back split line 104, as shown in Figures 5B and 5C. According to the embodiment, since the surface release sheet 103 is continuous where the back split line 104 is not formed, it can be peeled off in a single peeling operation, and the surface adhesive layer 102 can be exposed, as shown in Figure 5D.

Claims

1. An adhesive member comprising: a sheet-like base material; a surface adhesive layer formed to cover the surface of the base material; a surface release sheet covering the surface of the surface adhesive layer; and the surface release sheet having a single back cut line formed by cutting the back partway along the back of the surface release sheet, in a straight line from the peripheral edge toward the center.

2. The adhesive member according to claim 1, further comprising a back adhesive layer formed on the back surface of the base material.

3. An adhesive member according to claim 1, comprising a mark formed near the back cut line at the peripheral edge of the surface release sheet.

An adhesive member according to claim 1, wherein the length of the extension of the back cut line in the inner region of the surface release sheet, from the end of the back cut line to the peripheral edge of the surface release sheet, is in the range of 1 / 4 to 3 / 4 of the length of the back cut line.

5. The adhesive member according to claim 1, wherein the back cut line is arranged on a straight line that does not pass through the center of the surface release sheet.

The adhesive member according to claim 5, wherein the length from the end of the back cut line to the peripheral edge of the surface release sheet on the extension of the back cut line in the inner region of the surface release sheet is at least half of the maximum length from the straight line through which the back cut line passes to the end of the substrate in a direction perpendicular to the back cut line.

7. An adhesive member according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the base material has a shape that is symmetrical with respect to a straight line passing through the center of the base material.
