Abstract

[Problem] To provide a toy and a toy set with improved amusement. [Solution] A toy set 100 includes: an operable toy 40 comprising an operable body part 40a, the operable body part 40a being configured to include a grip part 41c in one part, an operation part 43 in an intermediate part, and a locking part 42b in the other part; a confection 1 capable of being fished up by the toy 40; and a container 101 capable of accommodating the confection 1. Through a combination of the toy 40 imitating a fishing tool and capable of fishing up the confection 1, and the adhesive confection 1 accommodated in the container 101, it is possible to provide the confection 1 providing a game-like experience of fishing up the confection 1 from the container 101 using the fishing rod toy 40.

[0010] Hereinafter, a toy according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the figures. Figure 1 is a side view of a toy 40 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0011] The toy 40 shown in Figure 1 is designed to resemble a rod-shaped fishing tool capable of catching candy 1 (see Figure 3). For example, the main body 40a of the toy 40 includes a first main body 41 which is curved overall and resembles a rod 41a, a reel 41b, and a grip 41c; a second main body 42 which is curved overall and has a hook-like curve at the tip, resembling a fishing line 42a and a locking part 42b which is the fishing hook; and an operating part 43 which connects the first main body 41 and the second main body 42 so that they can rotate relative to each other. Furthermore, the first main body 41 and the second main body 42 are each integrally constructed parts and are configured to be approximately the same length.

For example, the toy set 100 can be sold with the confectionery 1 contained in the illustrated container 101 and the toy 40 contained in a cosmetic packaging bag.

[0015] The gummy candy referred to here can be manufactured using, for example, predetermined amounts of starch syrup, sugar, gelatin, concentrated fruit juice, edible oil, sorbitol, acidulant, thickener, plant-derived coloring agent, and flavoring agent. Therefore, the confectionery 1 formed from the gummy candy has elasticity. Furthermore, as shown in the figure, the confectionery 1 has a meandering shape, and as will be described later, it is constructed in such a way that it can be easily separated (cut) at any point.

[0016] The confectionery 1 is contained in a groove 102g formed in the bottom surface 102a (see Figure 4) of a roughly rectangular, relatively flat container 101. As shown in Figure 1, the confectionery 1 has an overall meandering shape, and a starting point 10 is provided as the lifting point when removing it from the container 101. A relatively long and narrow path 20 connects the starting point 10 and the ending point 30. The path 20 includes numerous curved sections 23 and bent sections 24, and has a meandering shape to increase its length.

The size of the starting point 10 is such that the hole 10h is large enough for the locking part 42b of the toy 40 to pass through. Then, as shown in Figure 7, use the fingertips 51 of one hand to hold the container 101 in place on the surface. At the same time, use the toy 40 held with the fingertips 50 to pull up the first main body part 41, which is the fishing rod part, like a fishing rod. Claims

1. A toy capable of picking up candy, comprising a movable body, wherein the body is configured to include a gripping part at one end, a moving part in the middle, and a locking part at the other end.

2. The toy according to claim 1, wherein the main body includes a first main body and a second main body, and the second main body is configured to be operable relative to the first main body.

3. The toy according to claim 2, wherein the main body is configured in the shape of a rod, and the first main body has a thicker cross-section than the second main body.

4. A toy according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first main body is configured to have a higher elastic force than the second main body.

5. A toy according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the second main body is configured to be more elastically deformable than the first main body.

6. A toy according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first main body is configured to be curved in at least a portion thereof.

7. A toy according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the second main body is configured to be curved in at least a portion thereof.

20. A toy according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the main body is configured to be deformable on the condition that the confectionery is locked by the locking part.

21. A toy set comprising: an operable toy; a confectionery that can be fished up by the toy; and a container capable of holding the confectionery.

A toy set according to claim 21, wherein the toy comprises a main body, the main body is configured to include a gripping portion on one end, an operating portion in the middle, and a locking portion on the other end, the confectionery is configured to be lockable by the locking portion, and the confectionery is contained in a state that is tacky to the container.

23. A toy set according to claim 21 or 22, wherein the container is configured to hold a plurality of the confectionery items.
