Confectionery
[0001] The present invention relates to confectionery.
[0002] Conventionally, as confectionery, for example, in Patent Document 1, molten chocolate is poured into a mold, and a chocolate confectionery having a peripheral shape following the inside of the mold, a three-dimensional shape and pattern surface along the bottom surface of the mold, and a required thickness is solidified and formed. This chocolate confectionery is characterized in that it is divided into a required number of pieces by cut lines provided crosswise in the vertical and horizontal directions at a required interval, and a configuration of a puzzle chocolate is disclosed.
[0003] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-61289
[0004] In Patent Document 1, a chocolate confectionery provided with cut lines to form a puzzle is disclosed. However, this confectionery only has ways of playing such as cutting a predetermined pattern with cut lines and assembling it into the original pattern, so there is no change in taste, the types of ways of playing are few, and there are problems with its interestingness.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a confectionery with improved interestingness.
[0006] A confectionery according to one aspect of the present invention is a confectionery comprising a main body portion formed in a plurality of colors selected from a plurality of main body portions, a character portion formed in the main body portion, and a background portion formed in the main body portion around the character portion. Among the plurality of colors, the portion of the first color and the portion of the second color are configured with the same or similar filling rate as a whole for the plurality of main body portions.
[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a confectionery with improved interestingness.
[0008] It is a plan view of a confectionery according to one aspect of the present invention. It is a perspective view of the confectionery shown in FIG. 1. It is a cross-sectional view of a portion along the line A-A in FIG. 1. It is a plan view showing an aspect when the character portion is successfully divided and cut out in a state where the main body portion is divided. It is a plan view of the state where the character portion shown in FIG. 4 is further divided. It is a schematic diagram for explaining a manufacturing method of the confectionery 1.
[0009] Hereinafter, a confectionery according to one aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to the figures. Figure 1 is a plan view of confectionery 1. Figure 2 is a perspective view of confectionery 1. The confectionery 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is made of chocolate as the confectionery material, and for example, the shape of its main body 10 is a rectangular, plate-shaped chocolate confectionery with four sides: left, right, top, and bottom. In plan view, a character part 20 is formed approximately in the center of the rectangular main body 10. A background part 30 is provided around the character part 20. Below the character part 20, a text information part 38 is provided in which information about the character is written as text information 39a.
[0010] In this embodiment, the background portion 30 is the part that surrounds the character portion 20 in the figure, and is configured to decorate the central character portion 20, for example, by having a different color from the character portion 20. The background portion 30 is broadly divided into a first background portion 31 and a second background portion 32 according to its protruding height (see Figures 2 and 3). The first background portion 31 has a flat structure with no particular pattern formed thereon. The second background portion 32 is slightly thicker than the first background portion 31 and has a pattern such as a hexagon.
[0011] In this embodiment, the character part 20 is composed of multiple colors. For example, the character part 20 is composed of a first color part 21 and a second color part 22. The first color part 21 and the second color part 22 have a color scheme that is significantly different from the second background part 32 and the first background part 31, and the first color part 21 and the second color part 22 are composed of colors that stand out against the background part 30 that surrounds the background part 30.
[0012] In this embodiment, the first background section 31 and the second background section 32 are adjacent to the character section 20. However, the character section 20 can be separated from the first background section 31, which does not have a decorative pattern, and all of its outline can be surrounded by the second background section 32, thereby enhancing the decorative aspect of the background section 30.
[0013] In the background section 30 shown in Figures 1 and 2, the color may differ between the first background section 31 and the second background section 32, but in this embodiment, for example, they are composed of the same brown color. Furthermore, the surface size of the first background section 31 is formed to be the same as or similar to the size of the character section 20 and the second background section 32. However, the surface size of the first background section 31 may be slightly larger than that of the second background section 32. In this way, by having the surface size of the character section 20, the first background section 31, and the second background section 32 to be the same as or similar to the size of the character section 20, the first background section 31, and the second background section 32, it is possible to decorate the character with the background section 30 in a well-balanced manner.
[0014] The character section 20 is represented by a first color section 21 and a second color section 22, which are different from brown tones and are, for example, brighter than the background section 30. The first color section 21 is, for example, pink and resembles the character's head, while the second color section 22 is, for example, depicted in a light gray or beige. Here, the different colored parts are color-coded to reflect the flavor ingredients contained in the chocolate. In this embodiment, there are four to five different colors, and each color corresponds to four to five different flavors.
[0015] The character part 20 has a stylized shape. For example, the first colored part 21 consists of a first head 21a and a second head 21b located below the first head 21a, as parts of the character part 20. The second colored part 22 consists of a chest 22a, 22b, 22c, shoulder 22d, and the inside of the head 22e, as parts of the character part 20.
[0016] The first head 21a and second head 21b of the first colored part 21 are composed of a pink color, for example, strawberry pink. The chest 22a, 22b, 22c, shoulder 22d, and inner head 22e of the second colored part 22 are composed of the same white-based color, for example, blueberry or grape. The same white-based color here means, for example, that the chest 22a, 22b, and 22c are composed of beige, and the shoulder 22d and inner head 22e are composed of gray, resulting in two different flavors. In this way, the character part 20 has three colors and three different flavors, and further includes a base part 60 (see Figure 3), which will be described later.
[0017] In the character part 20, grooves 40 are provided between each part to form its outline. The grooves 40 are formed all around the character part 20 so that it stands out against the background part 30. In the first color part 21, the grooves 40 are provided so that it can be divided into a first head 21a and a second head 21b. For example, the head part of the character part 20 is composed of a first head 21a, which is difficult to separate from the first color part 21 (e.g., strawberry flavor) and the second color part 22 (e.g., grape flavor), and a second head 21b, which is only the first color part 21 (e.g., strawberry flavor). On the other hand, in the chest part 22a, 22b, 22c and shoulder part 22d of the second color part 22, each part is provided separated by the grooves 40, so that each part can be separated, i.e., each different flavor.
[0018] Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of the portion along line A-A in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 3, each colored portion of the confectionery 1 is formed as a layer of a predetermined thickness, with each color having its own layer. For example, the main body portion 10 has a multi-colored pattern on one front surface 10f, but the other back surface 10r is a single-color base portion 50. For example, the character portion 20, the text information portion 38, and the background portion 30 are laminated on the front surface 10f side of the base portion 50 as other materials (materials with different colors and flavors).
[0019] As described above, the character part 20 has a first color part 21 and a second color part 22, but the filling rate of the material in both parts is configured to be approximately the same. For example, the first color part 21 is formed with a filling rate of approximately 20% of the total confectionery material, and the second color part 22 is formed with a filling rate of approximately 21% of the total confectionery material. Here, "filling rate" can refer to the volume, weight, or surface size (area) of the confectionery material.
[0020] As shown in Figure 3, the groove 40 has a depth that reaches the base portion 50. In other words, it is located deeper than the surface of the first background portion 31.
[0021] The text information section 38 is provided so that it is mostly adjacent to (surrounded by) the second background section 32. The text information 38a is positioned adjacent to the second background section 32, and its height is the same as that of the character section 20. However, the height of the text information 38a may be slightly lower than that of the character section 20. The text information 38a also contains characters that emphasize and characterize the character, such as the character's name. This text information 38a is formed by grooves, but it may also be convex.
[0022] As shown in Figure 3, the base portion 50 is made of chocolate containing puffs 60. Here, the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32 are formed from the same color material as the base portion 50. In this case, the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32 can be formed at the same time as the base portion 50. For example, when forming the base portion 50, the puffs 60 are solidified so that they are mostly contained on the underside (bottom side) of the base portion 50, and the bottom surface of the back side 10r (bottom side in the figure) of the base portion 50 has a slightly uneven shape. However, on the front side 10f (top side in the figure) of the base portion 50, the unevenness caused by the puffs 60 is hardly formed during the solidification process of the chocolate material, and a nearly flat surface made of chocolate is formed.
[0023] Furthermore, for the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32, after forming the base portion 50 containing the puffs 60, a thin layer of chocolate material without the puffs 60 may be formed on top of it.
[0024] Thus, the character section 20, the text information section 38, and the background section 30 are made of chocolate without puffs, while the base section 50 is made of chocolate containing puffs 60. As a result, the confectionery 1 not only has different flavors depending on the part, but the texture also differs greatly depending on the part eaten because the puff content 60 is different.
[0025] Figure 4 is a plan view showing the main body 10 in a divided state, and is a plan view showing the state when the division and cutting of the character part 20 is successful. The division state shown in Figure 4 is one example of a successful division of the character part 20. In this case, the background part 30 is successfully separated at the groove 40 between the character part 20 and the background part 30, that is, at the outer circumference of the character part 20. When eating the broken candy 1, if the character part 20 is not divided at the groove 40, depending on the part eaten, one can enjoy a single flavor or a mixture of multiple flavors.
[0026] Figure 5 is a plan view showing the character portion 20 in a divided state. As shown in Figure 5, the character portion 20 can be divided into two areas by the groove 40: a first-color portion 21 and a second-color portion 22. When eaten in this state, the flavors of the first-color portion 21 and the second-color portion 22 can be tasted separately.
[0027] Furthermore, the second colored section 22 can be further divided into individual parts by the grooves 40. For example, the shoulder section 22d and the other parts will have different flavors, allowing you to enjoy the individual flavors of each color.
[0028] Unlike the cases shown in Figures 4 and 5, there are instances where the character section 20 and text information section 38 are not properly separated and break in various places. In this case, the broken pieces of candy contain a mixture of the character section 20, text information section 38, and background section 30. As a result, the taste, aroma, and texture of the candy pieces vary from piece to piece, allowing for enjoyment of these differences, and the failure to separate and cut the character section 20 can also be enjoyed in terms of the resulting taste, aroma, and texture.
[0029] As described above, in this embodiment of the confectionery 1, the character portion 20 on the plate-shaped main body portion 10 is formed of a first-color portion 21 and a second-color portion 22, and the filling ratio of both portions is the same or similar, so that the different flavors of the character portion can be enjoyed to almost the same extent without favoring one over the other.
[0030] Furthermore, in this embodiment of confectionery 1, the character part 20, the first background part 31, and the second background part 32 are color-coded, and the thickness is also multi-layered, allowing consumers to enjoy the color and how to break the confectionery 1.
[0031] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the first color portion 21 and the second color portion 22 are formed spaced apart from each other, so that when confectionery materials of different colors and flavors are formed, they do not mix together. In particular, by providing a groove 40 between the first color portion 21 and the second color portion 22, the colors do not mix together, and the lines (outlines) of the pattern can be formed neatly.
[0032] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the first colored part 21 and the second colored part 22 are included in the character part 20, so when eating the character part 20, one can enjoy a variety of colors and flavors.
[0033] Furthermore, in the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the background portion 30 is configured such that the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32 have different thicknesses, which, unlike a background portion configured with a single thickness, makes it possible to create the impression that the background portion 30 is difficult to break.
[0034] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the character part 20 is composed of multiple parts formed at a distance from each other, so that the character can be disassembled into its individual parts, and different flavors can be enjoyed by changing the color and taste of each part.
[0035] Furthermore, when at least one of the first-colored portion 21 and the second-colored portion 22 of the character portion 20 is adjacent to the second background portion 32, or when it is adjacent to the first background portion 31, the thickness changes slightly, thereby providing a variation in how the character portion 20 is positioned.
[0036] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, when a second background portion 32 with a design is placed adjacent to the character portion 20, the decorative effect of the character portion 20 can be enhanced by making the background portion 32 thicker than the first background portion 31, along with the design.
[0037] In the present embodiment of the confectionery 1, the text information 38a is positioned closer to the second background portion 32, which is thicker than the first background portion 31 in the thinner areas and has a design, thereby enabling emphasis and decorative effects on the text.
[0038] In this embodiment of the confectionery 1, the character portion 20, the first background portion 31, and the second background portion 32 have grooves 40 formed in their adjacent portions, allowing the confectionery 1 to be divided along the pattern. Furthermore, the grooves 40 make the outline of the character portion 20 clearer. In addition, by configuring the character portion 20 to have appropriately different colors in its parts, the character portion 20 can be decorated and presented in a colorful manner.
[0039] If the surface size of the first background section 31 is the same as or similar to the size of the character section 20 and the second background section 32, then there will be no size bias between the size of the character section 20 and the background size, and the overall balance of the design will be improved. In addition, regarding the balance of flavors, since the sizes of the major structural parts of each section of the design are configured to be approximately the same, the flavor will not be biased, and a well-balanced flavor with multiple colors will be provided, making the confectionery 1 enjoyable and not tiresome.
[0040] In the confectionery 1 of this aspect, since the character part 20 and the first background part 31 are formed by laminating them on the base part 50, it is possible to create differences in taste and color by the base part 50 and the laminated materials thereon. Further, since the character part 20 is formed on the base part 50, when forming different types of characters, the same base part 50 can be used for formation.
[0041] In the confectionery 1 of this aspect, since the main body part 10 includes the base part 50 containing the puff 60, it is possible to enjoy the texture in addition to the taste. Further, since the same color is formed to have the same taste, it is possible to enjoy predicting the taste by the color.
[0042] In the confectionery 1 of this aspect, since the groove part 40 surrounding the periphery of the character part 20 is formed, it is easy to figure out the contour shape of the character part 20. On the other hand, since the character part 20 is divided into a plurality of part parts at the groove part 40, when cutting out the shape of the character part 20, it also has a side surface that is likely to crack at the groove part 40, and the sense of accomplishment when the character part 20 can be cut out neatly can be produced.
[0043] As described above, although one aspect of the present invention has been described, the present invention can be appropriately changed within the scope of its technical idea. For example, in the above aspect, the background part 30 has two different thicknesses with respect to the thickness of the character part 20, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and a configuration having three or more types of thicknesses may be used.
[0044] Further, in the above aspect, the depth of the groove part 40 has been described for a configuration having one type of depth, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the depth of the groove part 40 may be configured to have a plurality of depths.
[0045] Further, in the above aspect, the confectionery is made mainly of chocolate, but the present invention is not limited to such a configuration, and for example, there is no particular limitation as long as it is a material that hardens to some extent such as cookies.
[0046] In the above aspect, when the confectionery 1 is viewed alone, it has been described that the filling rates of the materials of the first-color part 21 and the second-color part 22 of the character part 20 are the same or similar. However, it is not limited to this.
[0047] For example, assume that a plurality of confectioneries 1 with different designs of the character part 20 are manufactured. In the production line of the confectionery 1, for example, assume a case where four confectioneries 1 each including a character part 20 imitating four characters appearing in the same anime are manufactured at once. Each character part 20 of these four confectioneries 1 includes a first-color part 21 of the same color in the four confectioneries 1 and a second-color part 22 of the same color in the four confectioneries 1.
[0048] In the manufacturing process, first, four base parts 50 are manufactured. Then, for example, a mold corresponding to the design of the character part 20 is placed on each base part 50. In the example of FIG. 6, molds X1, X2, X3, and X4 are respectively placed on the four base parts 50.
[0049] Next, it moves to the first filling step. In this step, the confectionery raw material A, which is the raw material of the first-color part 21 constituting the character part 20, is filled into the predetermined regions of the molds X1, X2, X3, and X4.
[0050] Next, it moves to the second filling step. In this step, the confectionery raw material B, which is the raw material of the second-color part 22 constituting the character part 20, is filled into the predetermined regions of the molds X1, X2, X3, and X4.
[0051] Furthermore, after performing a step of filling the raw material constituting the background part 30, the raw materials filled in the molds X1, X2, X3, and X4 are solidified and molded simultaneously.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 6, in the first filling step, the confectionery raw material A with a total weight G1 is filled in a form distributed to each of the molds X1, X2, X3, and X4. Also, in the second filling step, the confectionery raw material B with the same total weight G1 as the confectionery raw material A is filled in a form distributed to each of the molds X1, X2, X3, and X4.
[0053] The main body 10 of the four confectionery 1 manufactured in this way has the same or similar filling density for the first colored portion 21 and the second colored portion 22 as a whole. In other words, the sum of the volume, weight, or surface size of each portion 21 of the four confectionery 1 is the same or similar to the sum of the volume, weight, or surface size of each portion 22 of the four confectionery 1. Note that it is sufficient for the filling density of portion 21 and portion 22 to be the same for the four confectionery 1 as a whole, so it is not necessary for the filling density of portion 21 and portion 22 to be the same for each of the four confectionery 1.
[0054] By adopting such a manufacturing process, it becomes easier to manage and control raw material costs, thus reducing overall manufacturing costs. Furthermore, for users purchasing candy 1, even if the candy 1 corresponds to the same anime, they can enjoy variations in taste depending on the design of the character part 20. Additionally, by purchasing all candies 1 that include the character part 20 for the same anime, users can obtain equal amounts of the first-color part 21 and the second-color part 22, stimulating their desire to collect.
