The method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a network storage function network element receives a discovery request sent by a first network element, wherein the discovery request is used for requesting to discover a network element supporting an evaluation requirement of the first network element; the network storage function network element sends a discovery response to the first network element, wherein the discovery response comprises information of a candidate network element, the candidate network element supports the evaluation requirement of the first network element, the candidate network element is used for determining a target network element, and the target network element is used for executing an evaluation task.
