Abstract
Claims
1. A binder for the positive electrode of a secondary battery, containing a carboxyl group-containing crosslinked polymer or a salt thereof and a cellulose derivative.
2. The binder for the positive electrode of a secondary battery according to claim 1, wherein the viscosity of a 2% by mass aqueous dispersion of an equal mass mixture of the carboxyl group-containing non-crosslinked polymer or a salt thereof and the cellulose derivative is 100 to 30,000 mPa·s.
3. The binder for a secondary battery positive electrode according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the carboxyl group-containing crosslinked polymer contains 50% by mass or more and 100% by mass or less of structural units derived from ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomers with respect to its total structural units.
4. The binder for the positive electrode of a secondary battery according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the salt of the carboxyl group-containing crosslinked polymer is a salt in which 80 mol% or more of the carboxyl groups of the carboxyl group-containing crosslinked polymer have been neutralized.
5. A composition for a secondary battery positive electrode mixture layer, comprising a binder for the positive electrode of a secondary battery, a positive electrode active material, and water, as described in claim 1 or 2.
6. The composition for a secondary battery cathode composite layer according to claim 5, wherein the cathode active material comprises an olivine-type lithium-containing compound.
7. A positive electrode for a secondary battery, comprising a current collector surface, a composite layer formed from the composite composition for a positive electrode composite layer of a secondary battery according to claim 5.
8. A secondary battery comprising the positive electrode of a secondary battery as described in claim 7.
