Metal source containing precursor liquid solutions for chemical vapor deposition processes, including atomic layer deposition, for fabricating conformal metal-containing films on substrates are described. More specifically, the metal source precursor liquid solutions are comprised of (i) at least one metal complex selected from β-diketonates, β-ketoiminates, β-diiminates, alkyl metal, metal carbonyl, alkyl metal carbonyl, aryl metal, aryl metal carbonyl, cyclopentadienyl metal, cyclopentadienyl metal isonitrile, cyclopentadienyl metal nitrile, cyclopentadienyl metal carbonyl, metal alkoxide, metal ether alkoxide, and metal amides wherein the ligand can be monodentate, bidentate and multidentate coordinating to the metal atom and the metal is selected from group 2 to 14 elements, and (ii) a solvent selected from organic amides including linear amides and cyclic amides for such metal source containing precursors.

An organic-inorganic hybrid material chelating a metal atom of a metal oxide matrix 103 in a pendant shape is synthesized, where the organic compound (the functional chelating agent) 104 is able to develop a function of a coloring property, a light-emitting property, or semiconductivity by chelating a metal atom. As a synthesis method, sol (a composition for coating application) including a metal alkoxide and/or a metal salt and a functional chelating agent may be prepared and the organic-inorganic hybrid material may be synthesized by sol-gel method. The present invention provides a conductor composition that can be formed into a film conductor having a resistance to soldering heat of a sufficient level in practical use without using a large amount of expensive precious metals such as Pd and without performing a Ni plating treatment or other treatments separately. This invention is based upon the discovery that rubbery polymers having a high vinyl content and a low degree of branching can be synthesized with an initiator system that is comprised of (a) a lithium initiator selected from the group consisting of allylic lithium compounds and benzylic lithium compounds, (b) a Group I metal alkoxide, and (c) a polar modifier; wherein the molar ratio of the Group I metal alkoxide to the polar modifier is within the range of about 0.1:1 to about 10:1; and wherein the molar ratio of the Group I metal alkoxide to the lithium initiator is within the range of about 0.01:1 to about 20:1. The invention discloses a tubular and tube-in-tube structure organic oxide and a preparation method thereof. The organic oxide has a caliber from 100 nanometers to 1 micron and a tube wall of a porous structure.
