After being shaped by multi-point micro-disturbance airflow, crimped precursor nanofibers are obtained. Controlling the motion parameters of the spinneret module allows the precursor nanofibers to dynamically assemble in multiple directions, forming a three-dimensional interwoven precursor floc on a transmission belt. The precursor floc is then rolled and rapidly calcined to obtain ceramic nanofiber flocs. These flocs have a resilience of ≥95% and can be repeatedly compressed and rebounded at a high temperature of 1500℃.
