light source and a control cabinet, wherein a panel connecting piece is fixed on the side surface of the vertical adjusting mechanism; an objective lens rack and a CCD (
charge coupled device)
image sensor are fixed on the panel connecting piece; an objective lens mounting hole is formed in the objective lens rack; the rotating adjusting mechanism is fixed on the objective lens rack; the
wafer stage and the
light source are fixed on two support arms respectively; the control cabinet is fixed on a bottom plate; a motor driver and a
transformer are arranged in the control cabinet; an outlet, a power switch and a
serial port mounting seat are arranged on a rear stand plate of the control cabinet. The
optical fiber focal length and the
wave form are adjusted by adjusting the front and back adjusting mechanism, the left and right adjusting mechanism, the vertical adjusting mechanism and the rotating adjusting mechanism, so that an
optical fiber is clearly imaged in objective lenses, the CCD
image sensor receives images and processes signals, two objective lenses realizing similar imaging are selected, pre-
pairing is completed before installation, an installation debugging step is omitted, and the working efficiency is improved.
