According to the device, the slotted hole is cleaned by rotating a downward moving brush, chippings are brought out in the downward moving process, and the chippings are thrown out under the action of centrifugal force in the rotating process of the brush, so that the chippings are prevented from being attached to bristles and adhering to the wall of the slotted hole again when the brush rotates and moves upwards; and the connecting line of the center points of the first roller, the second roller, the third roller and the fourth roller is arranged to be in an isosceles trapezoid shape, and therefore the die can be conveniently placed between the two U-shaped clamping pieces or taken out from the position between the two U-shaped clamping pieces.
