This invention proposes a vapor deposition apparatus and a display panel. By setting controllable blocking units on a
mask to control the blocking of the opening, a single
mask can present the vapor deposition state of luminescent materials in different color luminescent areas through control of the blocking units. Therefore, a single
mask can be used to vapor deposit luminescent materials in different color luminescent areas, reducing the cost of the mask, saving the mask replacement steps during the vapor
deposition process, improving vapor deposition efficiency, and avoiding display quality problems caused by mask replacement.
