LIFTING AND TILTING DEVICE FOR UNLOADING HEAVY-TONNEY CONTAINERS MOUNTED ON A TRANSPORT PLATFORM OF A TRANSPORT VEHICLE

Claims

In a lifting and tilting device (1) for unloading dry bulk cargo from any type of container, such as heavy-duty containers, removable and non-removable vehicle bodies, and other cargo transport vehicles with a flat floor disposed on the transport platform (2) of a transport vehicle, the container consisting of a housing with at least one discharge opening formed in a side wall and a bottom and a cover plate, in which the base plate of the container interacts with the lifting and tilting platform (3) disposed beneath it, preferably on the transport vehicle, the lifting and tilting platform (3) is designed to be liftable and tiltable relative to the transport platform (2) of the transport vehicle and can be separated from the transport platform (2) of the transport vehicle by means of a lockable fixing mechanism (9),that on the lifting and tilting platform (3) on a side facing the transport vehicle, a mount (4) is provided, said mount (4) resting on the transport platform (2) of the transport vehicle, inside the mount (4) at least one pad (5) which can be inflated with compressed air and is connected to the mount (4), and that a source of compressed air (7) is provided, and that the lifting and tilting platform (3) is designed to be lockable so as to permit its release to the base plate of the container.
