Abstract

The invention discloses a passive dynamic network topology chromatography method based on network coding, which includes the following steps: intermediate nodes of a network select local random coding vectors respectively in a common limited domain, and the local random coding vectors are collected into a code book through an information source to be spread to information sink nodes; the information sink nodes utilize error correction codes to calculate candidate initialization vector collection of the whole network topology according to received information matrixes; and the intermediate nodes of the network utilize the code book and the candidate initialization vector collection to calculate and judge connectivity of an upstream link until the information source layer by layer to obtain a network topology structure. The method can achieve passive network topology chromatography without additional increase of network throughput overhead, furthermore can detect dynamic variation of the network topology, and achieves the topology chromatography of dynamic network environment.
