The wear-resistant filler comprises carbon black and nano magnesium oxide, and the mass ratio of the carbon black and the nano magnesium oxide is 5:1-20:1. The carbon black and the nano magnesium oxide are used as the wear-resistant filler, so that the strength and wear resistance of the three-element ethylene-propylene rubber material are improved.
