Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of laser chillers, and in particular to an air cooling system of a laser chiller. Background Art
[0002] Lasers generate a large amount of waste heat during operation (especially high-power lasers). If this heat cannot be dissipated in time, the internal temperature of the laser will rise, directly affecting the laser's output power, wavelength stability, and beam quality. Laser chillers, as key auxiliary equipment specifically designed to provide stable cooling for laser equipment, are often used to provide cooling water at a constant temperature (e.g., 25°C) to the laser. This cooling water exchanges heat within the laser to achieve a cooling effect.
[0003] Laser chillers generally include an air cooling system to provide heat exchange between the refrigerant and the airflow. However, during the operation of the heat dissipation fan in the existing air cooling system, due to the pressure difference, a vortex flow is generally formed at the front end of the air inlet. The strong vortex will cause obvious noise and strong vibration, which will lead to increased wind resistance of the airflow through the condenser and reduced effective air volume, resulting in lower heat dissipation effect and higher condensation pressure, affecting its normal operation in a high temperature environment (45-55℃). [0033] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific implementation methods. It should be noted that, under the premise of no conflict, the various embodiments or technical features described below can be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
[0034] like Figures 1-14As shown, a cooling system of a laser chiller includes a heat dissipation fan 1, a rectifier 81, a compressor 8, a refrigerant cooling pipeline 17 and a pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40; the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 is connected to the inlet of the compressor 8, and the outlet of the compressor 8 is connected to the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17; the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 is connected to the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17; the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17 includes a condenser 2; the heat dissipation fan 1 is used to form a flow that flows through the pre-area 80, the rectifier 81 and the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17 in sequence when working. The airflow of the condenser 2; the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 includes a pre-evaporator 5 located in the pre-area 80; the condenser 2 is formed with a plurality of condensation ventilation channels 74 for airflow to flow through; the rectifying device 81 includes a first rectifying cavity 82 and a second rectifying cavity 83 arranged in sequence along the flow direction of the airflow; the first rectifying cavity 82 is used to weaken the vortex flow caused by the rotation of the cooling fan 1; the second rectifying cavity 83 is used to promote the airflow to enter the condensation ventilation channel 74 in a manner parallel to the extension direction of the condensation ventilation channel 74.
[0035] When in use, the heat dissipation fan 1 works to push the air flow to form an airflow (that is, wind). The airflow generated by the heat dissipation fan 1 first flows through the pre-evaporator 5 in the pre-evaporator area 80, and exchanges heat with the low-temperature refrigerant flowing through the pre-evaporator 5 in the pre-evaporator 5. The airflow is cooled to a low-temperature airflow and enters the first rectifying cavity 82. The first rectifying cavity 82 rectifies the incoming low-temperature airflow to weaken the vortex flow caused by the rotation of the heat dissipation fan 1 and the air pressure difference. The airflow after passing through the first rectifying cavity 82 enters the second rectifying cavity 83. The airflow after passing through the second rectifying cavity 83 flows into the condensing ventilation channel 74 in a manner parallel to the extension direction of the condensing ventilation channel 74, so as to laminarize the flow of the low-temperature airflow, reduce the flow resistance, increase the effective air volume flowing through the condenser 2, improve the heat dissipation effect, and ensure the working stability of the air cooling system under a higher working temperature (45℃-55℃) environment. The refrigerant enters the compressor 8 along the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40, and is isentropically compressed by the compressor 8 to form a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant enters the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17 from the outlet of the compressor 8, and enters the condenser 2 along the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant is condensed in the condenser 2 and undergoes heat exchange with the low-temperature airflow flowing through the condenser 2. The low-temperature airflow forms a high-temperature airflow after heat exchange. The refrigerant after heat exchange forms a medium-temperature refrigerant and flows out of the condenser 2, and enters the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 along the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17, and then enters the compressor 8 from the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40, and then continues to circulate in the above manner. Therefore, the present invention provides an air-cooling system for a laser chiller, which adopts a heat dissipation fan. 1. The combination of the rectifier 81, the compressor 8, the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17 and the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40, and by reasonably arranging the heat dissipation fan 1, the rectifier 81, the compressor 8, the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17 and the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40, the pre-evaporator 5 can be used to cool the airflow before the airflow enters the condenser 2, so that the temperature of the airflow drops to reduce the condensing pressure of the system, and reduce the exhaust temperature and operating current of the compressor 8; moreover, on the basis of cooling the airflow with the help of the pre-evaporator 5, the cooling airflow is rectified by the rectifier 81, which can weaken the vortex flow caused by the rotation of the heat dissipation fan 1, laminarize the flow of the cooling air, reduce the flow resistance, improve the heat dissipation efficiency, and ensure its normal operation in a relatively high temperature (45℃-55℃) environment.
[0036] The first rectifying cavity 82 is provided with a plurality of guide blades 84 arranged in a circle around the central axis of the heat dissipating fan 1. When the airflow flows through the first rectifying cavity 82, the guide blades 84 can be used to guide the airflow to reduce the vortex flow caused by the rotation of the heat dissipating fan 1 and the air pressure difference, and facilitate processing.
[0037] The structure and shape of the guide vanes 84 can be configured according to actual needs, as long as they can be used to reduce the vortex flow caused by the rotation of the cooling fan 1 and the air pressure difference. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the guide vanes 84 are twisted and streamlined. Specifically, the extension trajectory of the guide vanes 84 is spiral, so that the airflow flows along the surface of the spiral guide vanes 84 and the flow state at the end of the guide vanes 84 near the second rectifying cavity 83 tends to be laminar.
[0038] Preferably, the guide vanes 84 have an outlet angle of 80-85°. More preferably, the guide vanes 84 are designed with a large angle, with an outlet angle of 80°. By optimizing this outlet angle, the airflow is prevented from separating on the surface of the guide vanes 84, the flow state is maximized to achieve laminar flow, and backflow is eliminated at the vane outlet. The vane outlet is located at the end of the guide vane 84 that is closest to the second rectifying cavity 83.
[0039] The number of the guide blades 84 can be set according to actual needs. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, three guide blades 84 are arranged in a circle around the central axis of the heat dissipation fan 1 in the first rectifying cavity 82 .
[0040] A central axis is provided in the first rectifying cavity 82, and the plurality of guide vanes 84 are provided on the central axis and arranged in a circle around the central axis. A wind tube is provided in the first rectifying cavity 82, and the plurality of guide vanes 84 are provided in the wind tube.
[0041] A guide unit 90 is provided in the second rectifying cavity 83. Preferably, the guide unit 90 includes a plurality of guide blades 91 arranged in sequence and spaced apart, and a guide channel 92 for airflow to flow through is formed between any two adjacent guide blades 91. The guide blades 91 are arranged vertically, and the width C of the guide channel 92 is greater than the width of the condensation ventilation channel 74. By adopting the above structure, after the airflow passes through the guide channel 92 of the second rectifying cavity 83, the flow direction of the airflow is vertically upward, which is the same as the extension direction of the condensation ventilation channel 74, so that the flow of the airflow can be laminarized, the flow resistance can be reduced, the effective air volume flowing through the condenser 2 can be increased, the heat dissipation effect can be improved, and the stability of the system working in a higher temperature environment can be ensured.
[0042] As a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the spacing distance C between two adjacent guide plates 91 is 10 mm, that is, the width of the guide channel 92 is 10 mm, and the width of the condensation ventilation channel 74 is 3.1 mm, so as to more optimally reduce the flow resistance, increase the effective air volume flowing through the condenser 2, and improve the heat dissipation effect.
[0043] Specifically, the height of the second rectification cavity 83 is 150 mm, and the height of the guide vane 91 is 50 mm. The height of the second rectification cavity 83, the height of the guide vane 91, and the number of the guide vanes 91 can be set according to actual needs.
[0044] Specifically, the second rectification cavity 83 comprises a rear balance section 85. The rear balance section 85 is located between the flow guide unit 90 and the condenser 2. When the air flow passing through the flow guide unit 90 passes through the rear balance section 85, the pressure difference after the air flow passing through the guide vanes 91 can be balanced through the rear balance section 85. Specifically, the height of the rear balance section 85 is 45-55 mm, and more preferably, the height of the rear balance section 85 is 50 mm.
[0045] The second rectification cavity 83 further comprises a front balance section 86. The front balance section 86 is located between the flow guide unit 90 and the first rectification cavity 82. Specifically, the height of the front balance section 86 is 45-55 mm, and more preferably, the height of the front balance section 86 is 50 mm.
[0046] The end of the front section 80 away from the rectification device 81 is formed as an air inlet end. The condenser 2 is located between the rectification device 81 and the heat dissipation fan 1. The end of the heat dissipation fan 1 away from the condenser 2 is formed as an air outlet end. In use, the air flow generated by the operation of the heat dissipation fan 1 enters from the air inlet end and passes through the front section 80, the rectification device 81, and the condenser 2 in sequence, and is discharged from the air outlet end, which can prevent the air flow discharged by the heat dissipation fan 1 from being re-sucked. There is a temperature difference between the air flow at the air inlet end and the air flow after passing through the front evaporator 5, and the air density is different, which forms a pressure gradient in the vertical direction and causes a thermal pressure effect, so that the air flow can quickly flow into the system for heat dissipation. The front section 80 is provided with a wind guide cover 93, and the front evaporator 5 is located in the wind guide cover 93. The air-cooled system further comprises a hollow body 94. The front section 80 is formed on the body 94, and the front section 80, the rectification device 81, the condenser 2, and the heat dissipation fan 1 are arranged in the body 94 in sequence along the vertical direction. By adopting the above arrangement, a chimney effect can be formed to accelerate the flow of air from the bottom and strengthen the convective heat dissipation effect, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the laser water chiller under high temperature.
[0047] The distance between the air inlet end and the air outlet end and the width of the body 94 can be set according to actual needs. More preferably, the width d of the body 94 is 480 mm, and the distance h between the air inlet end and the air outlet end is 773 mm.
[0048] The condenser 2 on the refrigerant cooling line 17 can be any commercially available condenser. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the condenser 2 can be a microchannel condenser to improve heat exchange efficiency and significantly enhance the system's energy efficiency. The condenser 2 includes a plurality of fins 75 , with condensation ventilation channels 74 formed between adjacent fins 75 . Airflow through the condensation ventilation channels 74 exchanges heat with the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant flowing through the condenser 2 .
[0049] Preferably, the refrigerant cooling pipeline 17 also includes a condenser inlet connecting pipe 71 and a condenser outlet connecting pipe 72, and the condenser 2 is formed with a condensation channel 73, one end of the condenser inlet connecting pipe 71 is connected to the outlet of the compressor 8, and the other end is connected to the condensation channel 73; the condenser outlet connecting pipe 72 is connected to the condensation channel 73, and the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 is connected to the condenser outlet connecting pipe 72. When in use, the refrigerant formed into a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant after isentropic compression by the compressor 8 enters the condenser inlet connecting pipe 71 from the outlet of the compressor 8, and enters the condensation channel 73 of the condenser 2 from the condenser inlet connecting pipe 71. At this time, the airflow rectified by the rectifying device 81 flows through the condenser 2, so that the heat of the refrigerant can be carried away by the airflow passing through, so that the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant can be cooled in the condenser 2, and the cooled refrigerant can enter the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 along the condenser outlet connecting pipe 72.
[0050] The inlet of the compressor 8 is connected to the refrigerant return pipe 18, and the pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 is connected to the inlet of the compressor 8 through the refrigerant return pipe 18 to facilitate connection.
[0051] The pre-evaporator refrigerant pipeline 40 also includes a pre-evaporator inlet connecting pipe 41 and a pre-evaporator outlet connecting pipe 42. A refrigerant passage 43 is formed in the pre-evaporator 5. One end of the pre-evaporator inlet connecting pipe 41 is connected to the refrigerant cooling pipe 17, and the other end is connected to the refrigerant passage 43. One end of the pre-evaporator outlet connecting pipe 42 is connected to the refrigerant passage 43, and the other end is connected to the refrigerant return main pipe 18. The pre-evaporator 5 also has a pre-ventilation passage 44. After cooling, the refrigerant flowing from the refrigerant cooling pipe 17 to the pre-evaporator inlet connecting pipe 41 can enter the refrigerant passage 43 of the pre-evaporator 5 from the pre-evaporator inlet connecting pipe 41, enter the refrigerant return main pipe 18 through the pre-evaporator outlet connecting pipe 42, and then enter the compressor 8 from the refrigerant return main pipe 18. When the refrigerant passes through the refrigerant channel 43 of the pre-evaporator 5, it can exchange heat with the air flow flowing through the pre-ventilation channel 44, so as to cool the air flow. The cooled air flow then flows through the condenser 2, which can take away the heat of the refrigerant flowing through the condenser 2, so as to reduce the condensation pressure, reduce the current of the compressor 8, and also reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor 8.
[0052] Preferably, the pre-evaporator inlet connecting pipe 41 includes a capillary tube 16, so that the refrigerant can flow into the pre-evaporator 5 for heat exchange after being depressurized and throttled by the capillary tube 16. The pre-evaporator inlet connecting pipe 41 also includes a third tube body, which is connected between the capillary tube 16 and the pre-evaporator 5.
[0053] The pre-evaporator 5 includes a bent tube 45, and the refrigerant channel 43 is formed on the bent tube 45. The pre-evaporator 5 also includes a plurality of guide plates 46 connected to the bent tube 45. The pre-ventilation channel 44 is formed between any two adjacent guide plates 46, so that the airflow flowing through the pre-ventilation channel 44 can exchange heat with the refrigerant in the refrigerant channel 43 through the tube wall of the bent tube 45.
[0054] The volume of the effective air inlet space of all the pre-ventilation channels 44 of the pre-evaporator 5 is greater than the volume of the effective air inlet space of all the condensation ventilation channels 74 of the condenser 2 .
[0055] In order to further improve its performance, a regulator 60 can be further provided between the rectifier 81 and the condenser 2, and the regulator 60 includes a shell 61; a plurality of adjustment channels 62 are sequentially provided in the shell 61, and a rotating blade 63 is pivotally connected in each adjustment channel 62. The regulator 60 also includes a driving device, and the rotation axis of each rotating blade 63 is constituted as a first axis. The surface of each adjustment channel 62 passing through the first axis and parallel to the front wall of the adjustment channel 62 is constituted as an adjustment reference surface. The driving device is used to drive each rotating blade 63 to rotate between the first position and the second position of the corresponding adjustment channel 62; the position of the rotating blade 63 When in the first position corresponding to the adjustment channel 62, the angle between the rotating blade 63 and the adjustment reference plane is 30-45°. When the rotating blade 63 is in the second position corresponding to the adjustment channel 62, the rotating blade 63 is parallel to the front wall of the corresponding adjustment channel 62. When in use, when the driving device drives each rotating blade 63 to rotate synchronously to the first position, the ventilation volume can be reduced to reduce the air volume flowing through the condenser 2. When the driving device drives each rotating blade 63 to rotate synchronously to the second position, the ventilation volume can be increased to increase the air volume flowing through the condenser 2, so that the cooling effect of the refrigerant can be adjusted according to the flow rate of the refrigerant in the condenser 2 and other conditions.
[0056] The driving device can adopt any driving device currently available on the market, as long as it can drive the rotating blades 63 in the multiple adjustment channels 62 to rotate. For example, it can include multiple driven wheels, driving wheels, transmission belts and motors that correspond one to one with the multiple rotating blades 63; the motor is used to drive the driving wheel to rotate; the driven wheel is fixed on the corresponding rotating blade 63, and the transmission belt is wound around the multiple driven wheels and the driving wheel.
[0057] The compressor 8 is located in the cooling container 9 and is immersed in a liquid cooling medium. When the compressor 8 is operating at a relatively high operating ambient temperature (45-55°C), the cooling medium in the cooling container 9 can quickly absorb the heat of the compressor 8 and vaporize into gas, so that the cooling medium and the surface of the compressor 8 shell undergo boiling heat transfer, so that the compressor 8 can be quickly cooled. The cooling container 9 supplies liquid cooling medium through a cooling medium supply device 11. The cooling medium is a fluorinated liquid. The boiling point of the fluorinated liquid is 76°C, and the thermal conductivity is 0.069W / (mk). By using a fluorinated liquid as the cooling medium, when the compressor 8 is operating, after the surface temperature of the compressor 8 shell rises to 76°C, the fluorinated liquid absorbs heat and vaporizes, undergoing a phase change. The fluorinated liquid and the surface of the compressor 8 shell undergo boiling heat transfer, so that the compressor 8 is cooled and the cooling effect is improved.
[0058] Of course, the cooling medium can be any of a variety of commercially available fluorinated liquids. More preferably, the cooling medium is an electronic fluorinated liquid, which has low viscosity and excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. In some embodiments, the electronic fluorinated liquid can be 3M's NoVEC 7200 electronic fluorinated liquid.
[0059] The upper end of the cooling container 9 is communicated with the upper end of the cooling medium supply device 11 through a liquid level balance pipe 22, and an electromagnetic valve 10 is arranged between the lower end of the cooling container 9 and the lower end of the cooling medium supply device 11. The air cooling system further comprises an exhaust temperature sensor 7 arranged on a condenser inlet communication pipe 71, and the exhaust temperature sensor 7 is used to detect the temperature of the gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor 8; when the exhaust temperature sensor 7 detects that the temperature of the gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor 8 is greater than 110℃, the electromagnetic valve 10 is opened. In the embodiment, the liquid level balance pipe 22 is 100mm away from the top of the cooling container 9, after the liquid cooling medium is added, the highest liquid level of the cooling medium supply device 11 and the cooling container 9 is flush with the liquid level balance pipe 22, and the interval of the cooling container 9 higher than the liquid level balance pipe 22 is formed as an upper interval, so as to facilitate the evaporation of the fluorinated liquid and reduce the gas pressure of the fluorinated liquid. When the ambient temperature is high and the laser water chiller operates in a high load working condition, the evaporation amount of the fluorinated liquid in the cooling container 9 is large, the liquid level is lowered, the heat dissipation capacity of the compressor 8 shell is reduced, and the exhaust temperature rises. When the exhaust temperature sensor 7 detects that the temperature of the gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor 8 is greater than 110℃, the electromagnetic valve 10 is automatically opened, and the liquid fluorinated liquid flows from the cooling medium supply device 11 to the cooling container 9, so as to supplement the liquid in the cooling container 9 through the cooling medium supply device 11, keep sufficient fluorinated liquid to cool the compressor 8, improve the heat dissipation capacity of the surface of the compressor 8, reduce the exhaust temperature, exhaust pressure and operating current of the compressor 8, and ensure the sustainable operation of the compressor 8. When the exhaust temperature sensor 7 detects that the temperature of the gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor 8 is less than 110℃, the electromagnetic valve 10 is automatically closed. When the ambient temperature is low and the system is in a low load, the evaporation amount of the fluorinated liquid in the cooling container 9 is small, and can flow back to the cooling medium supply device 11 through the liquid level balance pipe 22. In the embodiment, the cooling medium supply device 11 comprises a liquid storage tank for storing the fluorinated liquid.
[0060] The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present application, and cannot be used to limit the protection scope of the present application. Any non-essential changes and replacements made by those skilled in the art based on the present application shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
