Description

[0001] The invention relates to a connecting part according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a support scaffolding part combination with such a connecting part and a post.

[0003] Standards of the type described above are used, among other things, in formwork or shoring frames or shoring towers to support heavy loads, such as structural components. A prerequisite for such standards is therefore that they can withstand high forces without deforming. To increase the stability of a formwork or shoring frame, the standards used can usually be connected to each other using horizontally arranged connectors.

[0004] DE 10 2021 211 507 A1 discloses n-sided standards for formwork or shoring frames that can be connected via connecting parts. However, it has been shown that with this type of standard, deformation of the standards, usually in the form of bulging, can occur under high forces applied via the connecting parts. This in turn reduces the stability of the standards and thus of the formwork or shoring frames in which they are used.

[0005] Stems with retaining openings for connecting parts for lateral connection to other stems are also known from WO 01 / 83913 A1, US 5,320,440 A, and NL 2004576 C2. Stems with bulges are also known from US 2015 / 0315787 A1, DE 844 055 C1, and EP 0 049 096 A1.

[0006] In light of these statements, it is an object of the present invention to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art. Preferably, the object of the present invention is to increase the stability of a post of the type mentioned above when exposed to force and torque effects via connected connecting parts, in particular horizontal bars.

[0007] This problem is solved by the teaching of claim 1.

[0008] Advantageous embodiments are claimed in the dependent claims.

[0009] According to the invention, in a connecting part of the type mentioned at the outset, the connecting element has at least two retaining bolts arranged one above the other, preferably aligned substantially parallel, - wherein the retaining bolts are oriented in opposite directions and a first retaining bolt can be inserted into the at least one first retaining opening and a second retaining bolt can be inserted into the at least one second retaining opening, or - wherein the retaining bolts are oriented in the same direction and a first retaining bolt and a second retaining bolt can each be inserted into a first retaining opening as well as into a second retaining opening.

[0010] The connecting part is explained below in combination with a handle, although the invention is not limited to this combination.

[0011] It is preferred if at least one retaining bolt of the connecting part can be inserted into both the first and the second retaining opening, such that the retaining bolt penetrates the at least one bulge. It is particularly preferred if the connecting part can be brought into a connected state with the handle, in which the at least one retaining bolt of the connecting part is inserted into both the first retaining opening and the second retaining opening simultaneously. If the connecting part has a plurality of retaining bolts, in particular parallel and in particular oriented in the same direction, each retaining bolt can preferably be inserted simultaneously into a first retaining opening and into a second retaining opening located opposite the bulge of the first retaining opening in the connected state.Alternatively, it can be provided, for example, that the connecting part has a first retaining bolt and a second retaining bolt, which are oriented in opposite directions, wherein the first retaining bolt can be inserted into the first retaining opening and the second retaining bolt into the second retaining opening. It is preferably provided that, in the connected state of the connecting part with the stem, the first retaining bolt and the second retaining bolt are inserted simultaneously into the first and second retaining openings, respectively. In a further embodiment, it can be provided that, in the connected state of the connecting part, the first retaining bolt and the second retaining bolt oriented in the opposite direction are each inserted, preferably simultaneously, both into a first retaining opening and into a second retaining opening located opposite the bulge of the first retaining opening. The at least one bulge extending outwards, i.e. radially away from an interior of the stem element, increases the stability of the stem, in particular with regard to the effect of forces and torques introduced into the stem via connected connecting parts. As a result, deformations occur less frequently or only at higher forces and torques than is the case with the prior art. This essential advantage is based on the effect that loads by the connecting part in the stem according to the invention are introduced at least partially in the direction of the main extension planes or wall planes of the at least one bulge. The at least one bulge thus increases stability in the region of connected connecting parts. In particular, if the at least one bulge has side surfaces, the load is transferred via the side surfaces. In contrast, according to DE 10 2021 211 507 A1, the stem is loaded by the connecting part perpendicular to the wall plane of the stem, which creates the risk of bulging. The introduced forces and torques are dissipated into the basic cross-sectional structure via at least one bulge. The stem is preferably made of steel. The yield strength of the steel is preferably in the range between 235 N / mm. 2 and 960 N / mm 2 , especially between 235 N / mm 2 and 600 N / mm 2The stem element can be formed in one piece, for example by forming a blank. In particular, the basic cross-sectional contour and the at least one bulge can be formed in one piece. If several bulges are provided, these can in particular be designed identically. The stem element preferably has a length of at least 50 cm, preferably of at least 100 cm or of at least 150 cm. The stem element preferably has a diameter (calculated as the length of an imaginary line between two furthest apart points of the cross-section of the stem element) between 50 mm and 170 mm, in particular between 60 mm and 100 mm. The longitudinal axis of the stem element can coincide with an axis of symmetry of the stem element. The at least one bulge preferably extends away from the longitudinal axis of the stem element, ieThe at least one bulge has an extension that is preferably oriented at a right angle to the longitudinal axis. The basic cross-sectional contour is, for example, substantially circular or polygonal or n-sided. The stem element preferably has a plurality of bulges along the circumference around the longitudinal axis of the stem element. If a plurality of bulges are provided, the basic cross-sectional contour extends between the bulges and connects them to one another. The at least one bulge protrudes, viewed in the cross-section of the stem element, at least 15 mm from the basic cross-sectional contour or, if the basic cross-sectional contour is interrupted by the at least one bulge, from an imaginary continuous basic cross-sectional contour. The first and second retaining openings on the at least one bulge, which can also form a pair of retaining openings, enable the attachment of a connecting part to the stem element, for example to connect several stem elements to one another. The retaining openings of a pair of retaining openings are preferably arranged such that, when the connecting part is connected to the stem, they can be penetrated by a single retaining bolt of the connecting part. In one embodiment of the invention, the first and second retaining openings of a pair of retaining openings are arranged such that a retaining bolt of the connecting part can be inserted into both the first retaining opening and the second retaining opening, so that the retaining bolt penetrates the first and second retaining openings simultaneously when the connecting part is connected. In this way, the force acting on the retaining bolt is transmitted substantially evenly to the first and second retaining openings and introduced into the bulge. The first and second retaining openings are preferably located opposite one another in such a way that, in particular, a straight, i.e., unbent, retaining bolt can be inserted into the first and second retaining openings. The first and second retaining openings are preferably arranged symmetrically to one another on the at least one bulge. In the described embodiment, an imaginary straight connecting line can be drawn through the cross-sectional areas of the first and second retaining openings. The imaginary connecting line preferably runs through the geometric centers of the cross-sectional areas of the first and second retaining openings and is oriented, in particular, perpendicular to the cross-sectional areas. In other words, the axes of symmetry of the cross-sectional surfaces preferably lie on a common straight line. In one embodiment of the invention, the first and second retaining openings of a pair of retaining openings can be arranged parallel to one another. Alternatively, the first and second retaining openings of a pair of retaining openings can be arranged inclined to one another by an angle. Said angle preferably runs around a vertical axis which is arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis and can, for example, be between 0° and 90° or between 0° and 60°. The first and second retaining openings are preferably identical. However, it is also possible for the first and second retaining openings to be differently designed in order to specify a preferred insertion direction for the retaining bolt. The shape of the first and second retaining openings can, for example, be elongated, circular, oval, elliptical or polygonal. The first and second retaining openings can, for example, have a minimum width of at least 5 mm, at least 7 mm, or at least 10 mm. The first and second retaining openings can, for example, have a minimum length of at least 10 mm, at least 15 mm, or at least 25 mm. The distance between the geometric centers of the first and second retaining openings is preferably between 15 mm and 50 mm. To facilitate the connection of the connecting part to the stem element, at least one centering opening can be provided on the at least one bulge. The at least one centering opening can, for example, be arranged on an end face of the at least one bulge and be designed to receive a centering element, in particular a centering pin, of the connecting part. In an alternative embodiment, the centering opening can also serve to lock a connecting part to the stem element. The stem element can have a base plate and / or a head plate at a first and / or second end. Preferably, a plurality of first retaining openings are arranged one above the other on the at least one bulge. Similarly, a plurality of second retaining openings are preferably arranged one above the other on the at least one bulge. The first retaining openings are arranged opposite the second retaining openings on the bulge.

[0012] In the present disclosure, directional information refers to the intended use of the handle. The handle is preferably arranged substantially vertically, i.e., parallel to the earth's gravity. The longitudinal axis of the handle element is thus preferably arranged vertically.

[0013] In order to be able to connect a connecting part at several positions along the stem element, it is advantageous if the at least one bulge has several first holding openings, preferably arranged one above the other, and / or several second holding openings, preferably arranged one above the other. The first holding openings can be arranged in a first row, in particular along a first straight line. The second holding openings can be arranged in a second row, in particular along a straight line. The first holding openings of the first row and / or the second holding openings of the second row can be regularly or irregularly spaced from one another. The distance between the first holding openings of the first row and the second holding openings of the second row can be, for example, between 50 mm and 500 mm, in particular between 100 mm and 250 mm.For example, at least two, at least three, at least six, at least eight or at least ten first holding openings and / or second holding openings may be provided on the at least one bulge.

[0014] In order to save material, one embodiment of the invention can provide for the at least one bulge to interrupt the basic cross-sectional contour of the stem element, wherein the basic cross-sectional contour is preferably circular or n-sided. If a plurality of bulges are provided, each of these can interrupt the basic cross-sectional contour. Viewed in cross-section, there is therefore no basic cross-sectional contour in the area of the at least one bulge. In this embodiment, the basic cross-sectional contour connects the ends of the bulge or bulges to one another. If the basic cross-sectional contour is circular, for example, the ends of the bulge or bulges are connected by circular arc segments when viewed in cross-section of the stem element. If the basic cross-sectional contour is n-sided, for example, the ends of the bulge orThe bulges in the cross-section of the stem element are connected by one or more joined straight line segments. The interrupted basic cross-sectional contour merges into the at least one bulge interrupting the basic cross-sectional contour.

[0015] In order to be able to connect the stem element to several other stem elements, it is advantageous if the stem element has several bulges, preferably arranged along a circumference around the longitudinal axis of the stem element. The plurality of bulges can be arranged at regular or irregular distances from one another along the circumference of the stem element. The bulges can each be essentially identical or different. For example, two, three, four, five, six, seven or eight bulges can be arranged along the circumference of the stem element. It is particularly preferred if four bulges are provided, offset from one another by essentially 90° around the longitudinal axis.

[0016] In one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the at least one bulge has a substantially rectangular, triangular, or partially elliptical, in particular substantially semicircular, cross-sectional area. These cross-sectional areas have proven to be particularly stable against deformation. The cross-sectional area refers to the entire bulge. The at least one bulge can also comprise a cavity inside, which is added to the cross-sectional area of the at least one bulge. It is particularly preferred if the cross-sectional area of the bulge is rectangular, for example, substantially square.

[0017] It is advantageous if the at least one bulge extends at least over half of the stem element, preferably at least over two-thirds of the stem element, in particular substantially over the entire length of the stem element. This further increases the stability of the stem element. Furthermore, this allows the number of connection positions of the connecting part to the stem element to be increased, in particular if the at least one bulge has a plurality of first and second retaining openings.

[0018] A particularly simple connection option for the connecting part is obtained if the first and second retaining openings form a retaining opening pair and are arranged at substantially the same height on the bulge. The height refers to the longitudinal axis of the stem element. Alternatively, the first and second retaining openings can be arranged at different heights on the at least one bulge. It is preferred if several retaining opening pairs are provided, each with a first and a second retaining opening. It is advantageous if several retaining opening pairs are arranged one above the other.

[0019] In one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the at least one bulge has at least a first and a second side surface, wherein the first holding opening is arranged on the first side surface and the second holding opening is arranged on the second side surface. In one embodiment of the invention, the first and the second side surfaces can be arranged parallel to one another. Alternatively, the first and the second side surfaces can be inclined towards one another, enclosing an angle with one another. The angle can be between 0° and 60°. The side surfaces can, for example, be rectangular. A particularly stable stem element results when the side surfaces merge into the basic cross-sectional contour. The first holding opening and the second holding opening can be arranged at the same height or at different heights on the bulge.Preferably, a plurality of first holding openings are provided on the first side surface and a plurality of second holding openings are provided on the second holding opening.

[0020] In one embodiment of the invention, an element, in particular a truss element, is attached, in particular welded, to the post element. The element can serve to connect to another post and can be formed, for example, by a triangular frame or a rectangular frame. For this purpose, the element can have at least one connecting element as described further below in connection with the support scaffolding part combination. In one embodiment of the invention, the element can have at least one truss strut element, at the end of which facing away from the post the at least one connecting element can be arranged. To increase stability, the element can further have one or more horizontal truss struts, one or more inclined truss struts and / or one or more vertical truss struts, which can also be connected directly or indirectly to the truss strut element. The element can, in particular, be designed as a truss element. A post with an attached element can also be referred to as a support scaffold module.

[0021] The object stated at the outset is also achieved by a formwork prop according to claim 9, which has a post acting as an outer tube according to the type described above and an inner tube which is inserted into the post so as to be extendable or rotatable. If the inner tube is designed so as to be extendable from the post, it can be provided that the inner tube has at least one inner tube staking hole, in particular a plurality of inner tube staking holes arranged one above the other. In order to adjust the extension height of the inner tube from the outer tube, a staking pin can be inserted into the at least one inner tube staking hole. The staking pin can rest on an upper side of the outer tube or on a preferably rotatable sleeve arranged on the upper side, or can be inserted into an outer tube staking hole corresponding to the at least one inner tube staking hole.If the inner tube is designed to be unscrewed from the stem, the outer tube can have a first thread, in particular an internal thread, and the inner tube can have a second thread, in particular an external thread, which engage with each other and enable the inner tube to be unscrewed from the outer tube. In order to adjust the unscrewing height of the inner tube, the inner tube can also be fixed, for example, by means of a locking pin. For this purpose, the inner tube can have at least one inner tube locking hole. The locking pin can in turn rest on an upper side of the outer tube or on a preferably rotatable sleeve arranged on the upper side, or can be inserted into an outer tube locking hole corresponding to the at least one inner tube locking hole. The outer tube can have a base plate at a lower end. The inner tube can have a head plate at an upper end opposite the lower end.The base plate and / or the head plate can be detachably connected to the outer tube or inner tube, respectively. The inner tube is preferably made of steel. The length of the inner tube is at least 90 cm, preferably at least 120 cm.

[0022] The formwork prop can be used, for example, in a slab formwork. Therefore, a slab formwork with several formwork props of the type described, which are connected to one another via connecting parts, in particular horizontal beams, is also disclosed.

[0023] The task posed at the beginning is further solved by a support scaffolding component combination which has the following: at least one stem of the type described above; at least one connecting part, in particular a horizontal bar, which has at least one connecting element for connection to the post, which can be fastened to the first and second holding openings. It is preferred if the at least one connecting element has at least one holding bolt, which can be inserted into both the first and the second holding opening of the at least one pair of holding openings, such that the holding bolt penetrates the at least one bulge. It is particularly preferred if the holding bolt can be inserted into the first and second holding openings in such a way that, when the connecting part is connected to the post, the holding bolt penetrates the first and second holding openings simultaneously. In this context, "simultaneously" does not refer to a simultaneous insertion process, but to a state in which the holding bolt is inserted into the first and second holding openings at the same time.

[0024] Such a combination of shoring components can be assembled to form a shoring frame and a shoring tower. Shoring towers can be used, for example, to support structural components. The connecting component can comprise a strut element, preferably a tube or a rod, at the end of which the at least one connecting element is arranged. Preferably, the connecting component has two, in particular identical, connecting elements at opposite ends of the strut element. In a preferred embodiment, the at least one connecting element has at least one retaining bolt, which can be inserted into both the first and the second retaining opening of the at least one pair of retaining openings, such that the retaining bolt penetrates the at least one recess. In other words, when the connecting part is connected to the stem, the retaining bolt can be inserted into both the first and the second retaining opening, with the retaining bolt extending through the bulge. In this way, the load acting on both retaining openings can be distributed evenly. Several similar retaining bolts can also be provided, which are oriented in the same direction, for example, and are inserted into both a first and a second retaining opening when the connecting part is connected to the stem, with the retaining bolts extending through the bulge. In an alternative embodiment, the connecting part has a first and a second retaining bolt on the connecting element, wherein, as described in more detail below, the first retaining bolt can be inserted into the first retaining opening and the second retaining bolt can be inserted into the second retaining opening. The retaining bolts can be arranged offset from one another along an extension axis of the connecting element and preferably oriented in opposite directions to one another. Accordingly, the first and second retaining openings on the bulge can also be arranged offset from one another at different heights. In the connected state, the connecting part, in particular the strut element, preferably extends at an angle other than zero to the longitudinal axis of the stem element. It is particularly preferred if the connecting part, in particular the strut element, forms an angle of at least 45° with the longitudinal axis of the stem element. Even more preferred is if the connecting part, in particular the strut element, is arranged essentially horizontally in the connected state and thus forms an angle of essentially 90° with the longitudinal axis of the stem element. The strut element preferably has a length of at least 25 cm, preferably at least 250 cm.

[0025] In one embodiment of the invention, the connecting element has at least two retaining bolts arranged one above the other, preferably aligned substantially parallel, wherein a first retaining bolt can be inserted into the first retaining opening and a second retaining bolt can be inserted into the second retaining opening. This prevents pivoting of the connecting part in a vertical direction when the connecting part is connected and creates a reliable connection between the connecting part and the stem element. The retaining bolts can be arranged offset parallel to one another and oriented in opposite directions. When the connecting part is connected, the first retaining bolt can only be inserted into the first retaining opening and the second retaining bolt can only be inserted into the second retaining opening. However, it can also be provided that the first retaining bolt is inserted into both a first retaining opening and a second retaining opening when the connecting part is connected, and penetrates the at least one bulge. In the same way, it can be provided that the second retaining bolt is inserted into both a first retaining opening and a second retaining opening when the connecting part is connected, and penetrates the at least one bulge. In this case, a plurality of first retaining openings arranged one above the other and a plurality of second retaining openings arranged one above the other are provided on the bulge. To facilitate insertion, the first and second retaining bolts can have tapered ends. The connecting part can be connected to the stem, for example, by a rotary movement. The rotational movement can enable insertion of the first retaining bolt into a first retaining opening and, at the same time, insertion of the second retaining bolt into a second retaining opening. To simplify insertion of the retaining bolts, the connecting element / stem can have a centering pin that can be inserted into a centering opening of the stem / connecting element. In one embodiment, it is provided that the first retaining bolt is inserted only into a first retaining opening, but not into a second retaining opening, when the connecting part is connected, and the second retaining bolt is inserted only into a second retaining opening, but not into a first retaining opening, when the connecting part is connected.

[0026] In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the handle has a plurality of first holding openings arranged one above the other and a plurality of second holding openings arranged one above the other on the bulge, and the connecting element has at least two holding bolts arranged one above the other, preferably aligned essentially parallel, wherein a first holding bolt and a second holding bolt can be inserted into both a first and a second holding opening. This prevents the connecting part from pivoting in a vertical direction when the connecting part is connected, and a reliable connection between the connecting part and the handle element can be created. In this embodiment, it is preferably provided that the at least one bulge has more than two, preferably more than six, first holding openings and second holding openings arranged one above the other.Preferably, each first retaining opening on the bulge is opposite a second retaining opening at the same height. The first retaining bolt and the second retaining bolt are preferably arranged offset parallel to one another and oriented in the same direction. At least one pair of first and second retaining openings are provided below the first retaining openings and the second retaining openings, the distance between which corresponds to the distance between the retaining bolts of the connecting element. Preferably, the distance between all first and second retaining openings essentially corresponds to the distance between the first and second retaining bolts of the connecting element.

[0027] In order to prevent the connecting part from becoming unintentionally detached from the stem element, one embodiment of the invention can provide for the connecting element to have a fixing element which is designed to enable the connecting part to be connected to the stem and to be detached from the stem in a release position, and to block the connecting part from being detached from the stem in a fixing position. The fixing element can, for example, have a retaining clip. The fixing element is preferably arranged between two retaining bolts of the connecting element. In one embodiment of the invention, a spring element can be provided which presses the fixing element into the fixing position or into the release position. The fixing element is thus pretensioned into the fixing position or the release position. The fixing element can be moved into the release position or the release position counter to a spring force of the spring element by applying a force.release position. When the force is no longer applied, the fixing element is moved back into the fixing position by the spring element. An actuating sleeve is preferably provided, with which the fixing element can be moved between the release position and the fixing position. The fixing element can be moved between the release position and the fixing position by means of a slotted guide. The slotted guide is designed to translate a rotational movement of the actuating sleeve about the main extension axis of the strut element of the connecting part into a translational movement of the fixing element. For this purpose, the slotted guide can have a slotted slot and a slotted pin guided therein. For example, the slotted pin can be arranged on the fixing element. The slotted slot can be arranged, for example, on the actuating sleeve.

[0028] To secure the connecting part against detachment from the stem element, one embodiment of the invention can provide for the fixing element to at least partially encompass the at least one protrusion in the fixing position. If the at least one protrusion has a first and a second side surface, the fixing element can at least partially rest against the outside of each of these in the fixing position.

[0029] The object stated above is also achieved by a shoring frame, in particular a shoring tower, according to claim 14. Such a shoring frame has at least one shoring part combination. The connecting part is connected to the post and preferably to another post. It is preferred if the shoring frame has several shoring part combinations. Additionally or alternatively, the shoring frame can have one or more shoring modules. In a shoring frame, it can also be provided that posts are connected to further, similar posts at the upper and / or lower ends in order to adjust the height of the shoring frame.

[0030] The disclosure also relates to a method for constructing a scaffolding frame, in particular a scaffolding tower, the method comprising the following steps: Providing at least a first and a second stem, each according to one of claims 1 to 8; Providing at least one connecting part, in particular a horizontal bar, which has a first connecting element at a first end and a second connecting element at an opposite second end; Connecting the at least one connecting part to the first and second stems, wherein the first connecting element is fastened to the first and second holding openings of the first stem and the second connecting element is fastened to the first and second holding openings of the second stem.

[0031] The advantages, features, and effects described in connection with the post according to the invention, the combination of supporting scaffold components, and the supporting scaffold frame are transferable to the disclosed method for constructing a supporting scaffold frame or a supporting scaffold tower. In particular, the disclosed method can be used to erect a particularly stable supporting scaffold frame or a supporting scaffold tower. The supporting scaffold tower can be used, for example, to support a structural component. The first and second posts can be arranged vertically.

[0032] The connecting part can preferably connect the first and second stems to one another substantially horizontally. It is particularly preferred if the at least one bulge of the first and second stem has a plurality of first and second holding openings arranged one above the other and the first and second connecting elements each have a first and a second holding bolt, as described above. The first and second holding bolts of a connecting element are preferably offset parallel to one another. In one embodiment, the first and second holding bolts can be oriented in the same direction and, when the connecting part is connected, can be inserted into both a first and a second holding opening and penetrate the at least one bulge of the connected stem. In another embodiment, the first and second holding bolts can be oriented in opposite directions. In this embodiment, in particular, by a rotational movement of the connecting part, the first retaining bolt can be inserted into a first retaining opening and the second retaining bolt into a second retaining opening. It is advantageous if, as explained above, the first and second connecting elements have a fixing element which, in a release position, is configured to enable connection of the connecting part to the first or second stem and release of the connecting part from the first or second stem, and to block release of the connecting part from the first or second stem in a fixing position.

[0033] In one embodiment of the method, the following steps are provided: Providing at least a first and a second stem, each as described above; Providing at least one connecting part, in particular a horizontal bar, which has at a first end a first connecting element with at least one holding bolt and at an opposite second end a second connecting element with at least one holding bolt; Connecting the at least one connecting part to the first and second stems, wherein the at least one retaining bolt of the first connecting element is inserted into the first and second retaining openings of the at least one pair of retaining openings of the first stem, such that the at least one retaining bolt of the first connecting element penetrates the at least one bulge of the first stem, and the at least one retaining bolt of the second connecting element is inserted into the first and second retaining openings of the at least one pair of retaining openings of the second stem, such that the at least one retaining bolt of the second connecting element penetrates the at least one bulge of the second stem.

[0036] Fig. 1 shows a post 1, which can be used as a scaffold post or formwork post (see the formwork support in Fig. 18). The stem 1 is preferably hollow and has an elongated stem element 2 which extends along a longitudinal axis 3a. The longitudinal axis 3a coincides with an axis of symmetry 3b of the stem element 2. Along the circumference U of the stem element 2 around the longitudinal axis 3a, in the embodiment shown, a total of four regularly spaced-apart bulges 4 are provided. Of course, the stem element 2 can also have a higher or lower number of bulges 4, for example two, three or five. The bulges 4 preferably extend over the entire length L of the stem element 2, ie from a lower end 34 to an upper end 36 of the stem element 2. On the bulges 4, a plurality of first holding openings 6a arranged one above the other and a plurality of second holding openings 6b arranged one above the other are provided. The first holding openings 6a are arranged along a first straight line. The second retaining openings 6b are arranged along a second straight line. The first retaining openings 6a are opposite the second retaining openings 6b. In the illustration shown, the retaining openings 6a, 6b are arranged on opposite side surfaces 7a, 7b of the respective bulge 4 such that a particularly straight retaining bolt 8a, b of a connecting part 17 can be inserted into both a first 6a and a second retaining opening 6b, so that the retaining bolt 8a, b penetrates the at least one bulge 4 (see . Fig. 8B). The first holding openings 6a are arranged on the first side surfaces 7a, the second holding openings 6b are arranged on the second side surfaces 7b. In the embodiment shown, a second holding opening 6b of the second side surface 7b of the same bulge 4 is arranged opposite each first holding opening 6a on a first side surface 7a at the same height h. The first 6a and second holding openings at the same height h on a bulge can also be referred to as a holding opening pair 5. The first 6a and the second holding opening 6b of each holding opening pair 5 are therefore arranged such that an imaginary straight connecting line 10 can be laid through the cross-sectional areas A6a, A6b of the first 6a and the second holding opening 6b, as shown in Fig. 2. The imaginary straight connecting line 10 can in particular be oriented perpendicular to the cross-sectional areas A6a, A6b and run through the respective centers of the cross-sectional areas A6a, A6b. The inserted retaining bolts 8a,b, provided they are inserted into a first 6a and a second retaining opening 6b, thus load the two side surfaces 7a, 7b of a bulge 4 equally in the inserted state for tensile loads, whereby the stability of the stem 1 is increased when forces and torques are applied via a connecting part 17 and deformation of the stem 1 is avoided. The force introduced via a connecting part 17 is dissipated via the side surfaces 7a, 7b, which are usually arranged at least partially parallel to the force applied by a connecting part 17.In contrast, in DE 10 2021 211 507 A1, loads acting via connecting parts act perpendicular to the wall plane of the stem, which makes bulging and other deformations more likely in the prior art. Furthermore, centering openings 11 are provided on the end faces 7c of the bulges 4, which connect the first 7a and second side faces 7b, and are preferably arranged between the pairs of retaining holes 5. This is advantageous, as will be described further below, for the assembly of the connecting parts 17. The centering openings 11 can also be used for locking. In addition, the stem 1 in the illustration shown also has openings 12, which serve to plug in any inner tube for the stem 1.

[0037] Fig. 2 shows a part of the stem 1 according to Fig. 1 in an enlarged view. In Fig. 2 it can be seen that the stem 1 has a circular cross-sectional basic contour 13, which is interrupted at regular intervals along the circumference U around the longitudinal axis 3a by the bulges 4. The bulges 4 are thus connected via cylinder jacket sections 14, which are in the cross section of the stem 1 (see Fig. 3) as circular arc sections. Alternatively, the basic cross-sectional contour 13 can also be n-sided, for example. In this case, the bulges 4 are not connected by circular arcs 14, but by one or more straight surfaces, which appear as straight lines in the cross-section of the stem.

[0038] Furthermore, in Fig. 2 that the protrusions 4 each have a substantially rectangular cross-sectional area 15 (indicated by the hatching). Each of the protrusions 4 in Fig. 2 has, to define the cross-sectional area 15, a first 7a and a second side surface 7b, which are connected via an end face 7c. The side surfaces 7a, 7b and the end face 7c define a cavity 9. The bulges are therefore hollow, which saves material. The first 6a and the second holding opening 6b have, according to the embodiment of Fig. 2 each have an elongated shape. The length of the first 6a and second holding openings 6b is, for example, at least 10 mm. The width of the first 6a and second holding openings 6b is, for example, at least 5 mm. The first 6a and the second holding opening 6b, in particular of each holding opening pair 5, are essentially identical. Holding openings 6a, 6b of a holding opening pair 5 are preferably arranged parallel to one another at the same height h. The height h refers to a height parallel to the longitudinal axis 3a.

[0039] Fig. 3 shows a cross section of the stem 1 according to Fig. 1. It is evident in Fig. 3 in particular the circular cross-sectional basic contour 13 and the essentially rectangular cross-sectional area 15 of the bulges 4. The bulges 4 extend away from the longitudinal axis 3a. The bulges 4 and the arrangement of the first 6a and second retaining openings 6b for passing a retaining bolt 8a, 8b through the bulges 4 create a stem 1 that is particularly resistant to forces and torques introduced via connecting elements 17 connected to the retaining hole pairs 5, without deforming. The introduced forces and torques are introduced into the cross-sectional basic contour 13 via opposite side surfaces 7a, 7b and dissipated. In comparison, in the prior art, connecting parts are usually only connected via a single retaining opening, whereby forces and torques are introduced into the stem only at a single point, which can lead to deformation more easily.

[0040] Fig. 14 shows exemplary alternative shapes of the cross-sectional areas 15 of the bulges 4 on a stem 1. Fig. 14 is intended merely to illustrate possible cross-sectional areas 15 of protrusions 4 using a single stem element 2. Preferably, the protrusions 4 of a stem element 2 each have the same cross-sectional areas 15.

[0041] Fig. 4 shows a support scaffold combination 16 with a first post 1a and a second post 1b, which according to the in Fig. 1. The first 1a and the second 1b are connected to one another via a connecting part 17 in the form of a single horizontal bar 18. For this purpose, the connecting part 17 has a first connecting element 19a and a second connecting element 19b, which are connected to one another via a strut element 20 in the form of a rod 21. The strut element 20 preferably has a length of at least 25 cm, particularly preferably at least 250 cm.

[0042] Fig. 5 shows a connecting part 17 with two identical connecting elements 19a, 19b according to a first embodiment at opposite ends of the strut element 20. As in Fig. As can be seen in Figure 5, the connecting elements 19a, 19b of the connecting part 17 each have a first 8a and a second retaining bolt 8b, which are arranged parallel one above the other and can be inserted into corresponding pairs of retaining openings 5 of posts 1a, 1b. The retaining bolts 8a, 8b are oriented in the same direction. It is also possible for the connecting elements 19a, 19b each to have only a single retaining bolt 8a, 8b. The retaining bolts 8a, 8b of each connecting element 19a, 19b are connected to one another via a base body 22 of the respective connecting element 19a, 19b. The retaining bolts 8a, 8b extend essentially at right angles to a main extension axis 70 of the strut element 20.In the embodiment shown, the base body 22 of each connecting element 19a, 19b has two superimposed extensions 23, which extend parallel to the main extension axis 70 of the strut element 20 and to which the retaining bolts 8a, 8b are hinged substantially at right angles. Between the retaining bolts 8a, 8b, the connecting elements 19a, 19b each have a fixing element 24.

[0043] The fixing element 24 of each connecting element 19a, 19b can be moved between a release position (see Fig. 6A) and a fixing position (see Fig. 6B). In the illustration shown, the fixing element 24 has a retaining clip 25 with two opposing lateral boundary surfaces 26, which is preferably open on the side facing away from the strut element 20. In the release position, the retaining clip 25 is preferably completely received in an opening 27 of the base body 22. In the fixing position, the retaining clip 25 protrudes from the opening 27. In the release position, the fixing element 24 allows the retaining bolts 8a, 8b to be inserted into corresponding retaining opening pairs 5 on the stems 1a, 1b and the retaining bolts 8a, 8b to be pulled out of the retaining opening pairs 5. In other words, in the release position, the fixing element 24 allows the respective connecting element 19a, 19b to be connected to a stem 1a, 1b or the respective connecting element 19a, 19b to be removed from the stem 1a, 1b.When a connecting element 19a, 19b is connected to a stem 1a, 1b, the boundary surfaces 26 in the fixing position rest against the side surfaces 7a, 7b of a bulge 4 (see . Fig. 4 and Fig. 8A), so that the fixing element 24 blocks the release of the retaining bolts 8a, 8b from the retaining opening pairs 5 and thus the release of the connecting element 19a, 19b from the stem 1a, 1b. The contact of the limiting surfaces 26 against the side surfaces 7a, 7b blocks a lateral movement of the connecting element 19a, 19b, which is necessary for pulling the retaining bolts 8a, 8b out of the retaining openings 6a, 6b. The lateral movement of the connecting element 19a, 19b is only enabled when the fixing element 24 is moved into the release position.

[0044] Preferably, the fixing element 24 is pre-tensioned into the fixing position or into the release position (indicated by the force F). For this purpose, a spring element 28 can preferably be provided inside each of the connecting elements 19a, 19b (see Fig. 7A-C, which show a longitudinal section through a connecting element 19a). The spring element 28 acts on the fixing element 24. The fixing element 24 can be transferred between the fixing position and the release position by rotating a fixing element sleeve 60 (see the sequence of Fig. 7A-C). Upon rotation of the actuating sleeve 60 about the main extension axis 70 of the strut element 20, the fixing element 24 is displaced between the fixing position and the release position by a link guide 61, consisting of at least one link slot and one link pin. Optionally, the actuating sleeve can be locked in the release position and / or the fixing position.

[0045] Fig. 8A shows a part of a stem 1 with four protrusions 4 in an oblique view, wherein connecting parts 17 are connected to the stem 1 at three protrusions 4. The fixing elements 24 of the connecting elements 19a are in the fixing position, so that the boundary surfaces 26 of the fixing elements 24 rest against the side surfaces 7a, 7b, thereby blocking removal of the connecting parts 17 from the stem 1.

[0046] Fig. 8B shows the part of the stem 1 with the three connecting parts 17 according to Fig. 8A in a top view. It can be seen that the retaining bolts 8a, 8b are inserted into the retaining openings 6a, 6b of corresponding retaining opening pairs and penetrate the bulges 4.

[0047] Fig. 8C shows the stem 1 with the three connecting parts 17 according to Fig. 8A in a side view, with only two connecting parts 17 visible.

[0048] Fig. 9 shows a first support frame module 29a with a post element 2 and a truss element 30a connected thereto. The post element 2 essentially corresponds to the post element 2 as described in connection with the first embodiment according to Fig. 1, so it will not be discussed in more detail here. The truss element 30a is attached to the stem element 2, for example by welding, riveting, soldering or screwing. In the embodiment shown, the truss element 30a is welded to a bulge 4 of the stem element 2. The remaining bulges 4 have first 6a and second holding openings 6b for connecting to connecting parts 17. The truss element 30a has a strut element 20 and a connecting element 19, which is arranged at an end region of the strut element 20 facing away from the stem 1. To increase stability, the truss element 30a also has horizontally, obliquely and vertically arranged truss struts 31, which have a smaller diameter than the strut element 20. Some of these truss struts 31 are welded to the stem 1, just like the strut element 20.The connecting element 19 in the illustration shown corresponds to the one already described above in connection with . Fig. 4-8C described connecting elements 19a, 19b.

[0049] Fig. 10 shows a second support frame module 29b with two posts 1a, 1b, which, as described above in connection with Fig. 1. The two posts 1a, 1b are connected to one another via a truss element 30b. In the embodiment shown, the truss element 30b is welded to a respective bulge 4 of the posts 1a, 1b. Alternatively, it is also possible to connect the truss element 30b to the posts 1a, 1b, for example by screwing or riveting. The truss element 30b has two parallel strut elements 20 and obliquely and vertically arranged truss struts 31, wherein the truss struts 31 have a smaller diameter than the strut elements 20. The truss struts 31 connect the strut elements 20 to one another. The strut elements 20 are welded to the posts 1a, 1b.

[0050] The support scaffolding part combination 16 with at least one post 1 and at least one connecting part 17 as well as the support scaffolding modules 29a, 29b can be used in the construction of a support scaffolding frame 32.

[0051] Fig. 11 shows a first shoring frame 32 or shoring tower with posts 1a-h, which are connected to one another via connecting parts 17 (shoring part combinations 16). Each post 1a-h is connected, viewed in the horizontal direction, to two further, parallel posts 1a-h via the bulges 4. In the illustration shown, lower posts 1a-d are connected vertically to upper posts 1e-h at the respective lower ends 34 and upper ends 36. In the embodiment shown, the connecting parts 17 each have four connecting elements 19a-d, which are connected to one another via strut elements 20. Some strut elements 20 of the connecting parts 17 are connected to one another via diagonally and vertically arranged truss struts 31. The lower posts 1a-d have base plates 35 at their lower ends 34. The upper posts 1e-h have head plates 37 at their upper ends 36.

[0052] Fig. 12 shows a second support frame 32 or support tower, which consists of support modules 29a, as shown in Fig. 9. Each support frame module 29a is connected horizontally to two further support frame modules 29a. The support frame modules 29a arranged on the underside of the second support frame 32 have base plates 35 at their lower ends 34. The support frame modules 29a arranged on the upper side of the second support frame 32 have head plates 37 at their upper ends 36.

[0053] Fig. 13 shows a third support frame 32 or support tower, which consists of support modules 29b, as shown in Fig. 10. Each support scaffold module 29b is connected horizontally to another support scaffold module 29b via connecting parts 17. In the embodiment shown, the connecting parts 17 each have four connecting elements 19a-d, which are connected to one another via strut elements 20. The strut elements 20 are connected to one another via diagonally and vertically arranged truss struts 31. The support scaffold modules 29b arranged on the underside of the third support scaffold frame 32 have base plates 35 at their lower ends 34. The support scaffold modules 29b arranged on the upper side of the third support scaffold frame 32 have head plates 37 at their upper ends 36.

[0054] The support frame 32 or support towers according to the Fig. 11-13 are merely exemplary embodiments. A support frame 32 can also be formed by a combination of the Fig. 11-13. A support frame 32 may comprise further components in addition to support frame modules 29a, 29b and support frame part combinations 16. The connecting parts 17 may also have shapes other than those shown in the figures. The shape of the support frame 32 is shown in the Fig. 11-13 are to be understood as examples only. In particular, the shape of a supporting scaffold frame 32 can be adapted to a structural component to be supported (not shown).

[0055] Fig. 15 shows an alternative embodiment of the connecting elements 19a, 19b. Instead of the connecting elements 19a, 19b as shown in Fig. 5, the connecting element according to Fig. 15. In the alternative embodiment, a base body 22 is also provided, at the upper and lower end regions of which extensions 23 are arranged. In contrast to the embodiment according to Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B, the extensions, which extend parallel to the main extension axis 70 of the strut element 20, are arranged on opposite side edges of the base body 22. The first 8a and the second retaining bolt 8b, which extend from the ends of the extensions 23 substantially at right angles to the main extension axis 70 of the strut element 20, are, in contrast to the embodiment of Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B are oriented in opposite directions. The retaining bolts 8a, 8b are arranged parallel to each other. The retaining bolts 8a, 8b have tapered ends, which facilitates insertion into the retaining openings 6a, 6b. The retaining bolts 8a, 8b are, in comparison to the retaining bolts 8a, 8b of the embodiment of Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B is shorter. Furthermore, a centering pin 55 is provided on the base body 22, which is preferably arranged centrally on the base body 22 and between the retaining bolts 8a, 8b.

[0056] The connecting element 19a, 19b according to Fig. 15 can be connected to the stem element 2 by a rotational movement around the main extension axis 70 of the strut element 20. This process is shown in the Fig. 16A-C shown in more detail.

[0057] In a first step, the connecting element 19a, 19b is guided to the stem element 2 in a rotated position, in which the main extension axis 70 of the strut element is oriented substantially at right angles to the longitudinal axis 3a and the retaining bolts 8a, 8b are rotated by an angle to the horizontal, and the centering pin 55 is inserted into a centering opening 11 of the stem element 2. This facilitates the connection process ( Fig. 16A). The connecting element 19a, 19b is then rotated about the main extension axis 70 of the strut element 20 ( Fig. 16B). The first retaining pin 8a engages in a first retaining opening 6a and the second retaining pin 8b engages in a second retaining opening 6b. The connecting element 19a, 19b is rotated (counterclockwise in the illustration) until the extensions 23 rest against the side surfaces 7a, 7b ( Fig. 16C). Optionally, it is conceivable for the retaining bolts 8a, 8b to be longer and, when the connecting part 17 is in the connected state, to each engage in a first retaining opening 6a and a second retaining opening 6b. However, if this is not provided, it is sufficient if only a first 6a or a second retaining opening 6b is provided at a height h, since the retaining bolts 8a, 8b do not penetrate the bulge and, when connected, are not inserted simultaneously into a first 6a and a second retaining opening 6b.

[0058] Fig. 17A-C show analogous to Fig. 8A-C views of a stem element 2 with attached connecting elements 19a according to the embodiment according to Fig. 15.

[0059] Fig. Figure 18 shows an extendable prop 56, in particular a formwork prop. The outer tube is formed by a stem element 2. A base plate 57 is arranged on the underside of the prop 56. A head plate 58 is arranged on the top side of the prop. The extension height of the prop 56 can be adjusted using a locking pin 62 resting on a rotatable prop collar 59.

[0060] Fig. 19 shows a fourth scaffold frame 32 or a scaffold tower having extendable supports 56 on the upper sides. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
