Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELDThe present application relates to the technical field of gas fire extinguishing systems, in particular to a gas pressure reducing and conveying device for novel inert gas fire extinguishing system.PRIOR ARTCurrently, gas fire extinguishing systems are widely used in various important places such as a data center, archive, museum, etc. In order to ensure that the fire extinguishing agent is released quickly in the event of a fire and can cover the entire protected area, a high-pressure gas cylinder is generally used as a storage container for the fire extinguishing agent. However, the pressure in the high pressure gas cylinder is much higher than the normal working pressure required for the system, so that at the outlet of the gas cylinder a pressure reducing means is required to regulate the pressure.Chinese Patent Publication No. CN214860820U discloses an automatic throttle tank valve for inert gas fire-fighting equipment under ultra-high pressure storage, comprising a main body sleeve, a gas inlet port, a gas outlet port, a throttle assembly, and a shutter assembly, wherein an access cavity is provided in the main body sleeve along the axial direction of the main body sleeve. The gas inlet port is located on the main body sleeve and is disposed coaxial with the main body sleeve. The gas outlet port is on the side of the main body sleeve near the gas inlet port along the radial direction of the main body sleeve. The throttle assembly includes a throttle valve core, a support cover, and an elastic throttle member, wherein the throttle valve core is slidably disposed in the gas outlet hole along the length direction of the gas outlet hole, the support cover is disposed at an end of the gas outlet port opposite from the main body shell, and the elastic throttle member is disposed on the opposite sides of the throttle valve core along the length direction of the gas outlet hole. The closure assembly comprises a closure block and an elastic closure element, wherein the closure block is arranged in the access cavity such that it can be displaced along the axial direction of the main body sleeve and the elastic closure element is arranged on the side of the closure block facing away from the gas inlet hole.In the prior art, the pressure relief of the gas is effected first by the cooperation of the elastic shutter member, the pressure relief cover and the shutter block and then by the cooperation of the two elastic throttle members and the throttle valve core to enable the pressure relief action of the gas. However, the elastic throttle member and the elastic shutter member are springs. Although this arrangement ensures a stable pressure reducing effect, it is known that temperature is a factor affecting the elastic properties of springs. Since the inert gas for fire extinguishing purpose is usually stored compressed in a container at a low temperature, the springs are exposed to more frequent temperature fluctuations by the inert gas as the container valve is used for a longer time and the number of ejections increases. As a result, the elastic properties of the springs gradually deteriorate, with the result that the valve body can no longer maintain the original pressure-reducing effect. The maintenance personnel can only replace the springs, which requires maintenance inside the valve body and complicates maintenance due to the number of assembly and disassembly steps. Since three springs are required for each valve body, the manufacturing costs are considerably higher, which restricts the possibilities of use for throttle container valves and reduces their applicability.CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONIn order to improve the applicability of a gas pressure reducing and conveying device, the present application provides a gas pressure reducing and conveying device for novel inert gas fire extinguishing system. The present application provides a gas pressure reducing and conveying device for a novel inert gas fire extinguishing system, which comprises a valve body attached to the inlet of a reservoir, a ferrule being attached to the gas outlet end of the valve body, the gas outlet end of the ferrule being provided with a gas outlet head and a connection assembly for attaching the gas outlet head, the ferrule being opened with a clamping groove, a pressure ring being attached in the clamping groove, the pressure ring abutting against the gas outlet end of the valve body, and a pressure reducing member being provided between the pressure ring and the inside of the clamping groove to restrict gas supply, the pressure reducing member being provided with a restriction portion for restricting gas supply, the area of the restriction portion being smaller than the area of the inner hole of the pressure ring.In the above technical solution, at the time of assembly, the pressure reducing member and the pressure ring are inserted into the clamping groove one after another, the ferrule is screwed to the gas outlet end of the valve body, and finally the gas outlet head is mounted on the gas outlet end of the ferrule by means of the joint assembly to enable the gas pressure reducing and conveying means to be assembled. When extinguishing a fire, inert gas is ejected from the gas outlet end of the valve body. Due to the small area of the restriction portion, the inert gas impinges on the surface of the pressure reducing member for pressure reduction, and is finally ejected through the restriction portion to enable the pressure reducing effect of the inert gas. In maintenance, only the assembling of the collet and the gas discharge head is to be performed, which means fewer assembling and disassembling steps and more efficient maintenance as compared with the prior art, and it is not necessary to assemble a spring, which reduces the influence of the external ambient temperature on the effect of the pressure reduction of the inert gas and improves the applicability of the gas pressure reducing and conveying device.Optionally, the pressure reducing member includes a pressure reducing plate, wherein the pressure reducing plate is disposed between the inside of the clamping groove and the pressure ring, the restriction portion is a pressure reducing hole, and the diameter of the pressure reducing hole is smaller than the diameter of the inner hole of the pressure ring.In the above technical solution, the amount of the inert gas ejected is limited by the pressure reducing hole, and the inert gas impinges on the surface of the pressure reducing plate to enable the pressure reducing effect of the inert gas.Optionally, the pressure reducing member comprises a mounting plate and a lift plate, wherein the collet is opened with a receiving slot corresponding to the location between the inner side of the clamping groove and the pressure ring, the mounting plate is connected to the lower end of the receiving slot, and the lift plate is slidably fitted in the receiving slot, the restriction portion is the portion between the mounting plate and the lift plate, the collet is provided with a driving arrangement for driving the movement of the lift plate. In the above technical solution, the driving assembly drives the lift plate to move, thereby adjusting the distance between the lift plate and the fixing plate and thus adjusting the area of the boundary portion between the lift plate and the fixing plate to make the inert gas impinge on the lift plate and the fixing portion, thereby enabling the effect of reducing the pressure of the inert gas.Optionally, the drive assembly comprises a carrier, a drive rod and a rotating ring, wherein the carrier is connected to the surface of the collet, the carrier is opened with a drive hole, the drive rod is passed through the drive hole, the rotating ring is rotatably connected to the carrier, the drive rod is passed through the rotating ring and is bolted to the rotating ring.In the above technical solution, the rotating ring is rotated in driving the movement of the lift plate, and by the cooperation of the driving rod and the rotating ring and the cooperation of the lift plate and the receiving slot, the driving rod is moved, thereby enabling the effect of driving the movement of the lift plate.Optionally, a sealing arrangement is provided in the clamping groove, the sealing arrangement comprising a first sealing ring and a sealing ring, the first sealing ring being provided between the pressure ring and the gas outlet end of the valve body, and the sealing ring being mounted on the inner side of the clamping groove and abutting the pressure reducing plate. In the above technical solution, the seal ring and the first seal ring are provided to increase the sealing between the collet and the gas outlet end of the valve body and to reduce the possibility of gas leakage between the collet and the valve body.Optionally, the connection arrangement comprises a connection sleeve and a second sealing ring, wherein the connection sleeve is L-shaped in cross section and is screwed to the gas outlet end of the clamping sleeve, one end of the gas outlet head is guided through the connection sleeve, and the second sealing ring is provided in the connection sleeve and abuts the gas outlet head.In the above technical solution, when the gas outlet head is assembled, one end of the gas outlet head is passed through the connecting sleeve, then the second seal ring is inserted into the connecting sleeve, and finally the connecting sleeve is screwed to the gas outlet end of the clamping sleeve until the second seal ring presses against the clamping sleeve, thereby enabling the assembly of the gas outlet head.Optionally, a securing spring is provided on the gas outlet end of the clamping sleeve, wherein the securing spring is arranged between the connecting sleeve and the clamping sleeve. In the above technical solution, the lock spring is used to apply pressure to the connection sleeve, thereby increasing friction between the connection sleeve and the collet and reducing the possibility that the connection sleeve may be loosened due to vibration.Optionally, a filter mesh is attached to the side wall of the pressure reducing plate located near the gas outlet head, the filter mesh covering the pressure reducing hole.In the above technical solution, the filter mesh is used to trap impurities in the inert gas before entering the reservoir, thereby reducing the possibility that the impurities block the valve body or the conveyer when the inert gas is discharged. In summary, the present application has at least one of the following advantageous technical effects: 1. during assembly, the pressure reducing element and the pressure ring are inserted one after the other into the clamping groove, the clamping sleeve is screwed to the gas outlet end of the valve body, and finally the gas outlet head is mounted on the gas outlet end of the clamping sleeve with the aid of the connecting arrangement in order to enable the mounting of the gas pressure reducing and conveying device; When extinguishing a fire, inert gas is ejected from the gas outlet end of the valve body. Due to the small area of the restriction portion, the inert gas impinges on the surface of the pressure reducing member for pressure reduction, and is finally ejected through the restriction portion to enable the pressure reducing effect of the inert gas. In the maintenance, only the assembly of the collet and the gas discharge head is to be performed, which means fewer assembling and disassembling steps and more efficient maintenance as compared with the prior art, and it is not necessary to mount a spring, which reduces the influence of the external ambient temperature on the effect of reducing the pressure of the inert gas and improves the applicability of the gas pressure reducing and conveying means; 2. the driving assembly drives the lift plate to move, thereby adjusting the distance between the lift plate and the fixing plate and thus adjusting the area of the boundary portion between the lift plate and the fixing plate to make the inert gas impinge on the lift plate and the fixing portion, thereby enabling the effect of reducing the pressure of the inert gas; 3. the rotary ring is rotated upon driving the movement of the lift plate, and by the cooperation of the drive rod and the rotary ring and the cooperation of the lift plate and the receiving slot, the drive rod is moved, thereby enabling the effect of driving the movement of the lift plate.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSFIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of the gas pressure reducing and conveying device in an embodiment 1 of the present application.
