Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a charging station with an interchangeable charging plug.

[0002] The charging plug is the central connecting element between an electric vehicle and the charging station, its main function being to efficiently transfer electrical energy to the vehicle. Depending on the type of current supplied to the vehicle, a distinction is made between direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) charging plugs. AC charging plugs are primarily divided into three types: Type 1, Type 2, and GB / T, also known as the US standard, EU standard, and Chinese standard, respectively. Currently, charging stations available on the market are generally permanently attached to only one type of charging plug, which makes it difficult to flexibly adapt the plug head to different vehicle connectors.

[0003] The present invention provides a charging station with an interchangeable charging plug according to the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

[0004] The present invention proposes the following technical solution to solve the above-mentioned technical problem:

[0005] A charging station with a replaceable charging plug, comprising a detachably connected housing of the charging station and a plug body, wherein the lower end of the housing of the charging station is connected to a power cable and a charging plug connection cable, the end of the charging plug connection cable being provided with a plug connection; wherein one end of the plug body is provided with a charging plug head and the other end with a socket connection; wherein the plug body can be firmly connected to the plug connection of the housing of the charging station via the socket connection.

[0006] The plug connection comprises an annular outer wall, wherein an annular locking chamber is located on the inside of the outer wall, in the interior of which a plug is arranged; a snap lock is provided on the outer wall; the socket connection comprises a locking chamber wall corresponding to the locking chamber, on the inside of which there is a first cavity that fits the plug; a circumferential locking groove is provided at the lower outer end of the locking chamber wall, which interacts with the snap lock.

[0007] The outermost side of the bushing connection is provided with a sliding sleeve; a second cavity is provided between the sliding sleeve and the locking chamber wall, which interacts with the outer wall; the sliding sleeve is displaceable rearward relative to the locking chamber wall; a projecting wall is provided on the lower inner edge of the sliding sleeve, which, in the normal position of the sliding sleeve, is opposite the locking groove; when the sliding sleeve is displaced rearward, the projecting wall is located below the locking groove.

[0008] On the inside of the outer wall are several positioning grooves that are connected to the locking chamber; on the outside of the locking chamber wall are several outwardly projecting positioning blocks that fit together with the positioning grooves.

[0009] The connector comprises a first contact pin chamber and several second contact pin chambers, the second contact pin chambers being arranged at a distance from each other around the first contact pin chamber.

[0010] The first contact pin chamber contains a positive pole contact pin and the second contact pin chamber contains a negative pole contact pin.

[0011] The snap closure includes a passage that passes through the outer wall and is ring-shaped, with a ball inside the passage; the diameters of both ends of the passage are smaller than the diameter of the ball; the diameter of the ball is larger than the length of the passage.

[0012] Inside the first cavity, a first contact pin carrier and several second contact pin carriers are arranged, each corresponding to the first contact pin chamber and the second contact pin chambers; wherein both the first contact pin carrier and the second contact pin carriers are each provided with contact pin bores.

[0013] The locking groove is located on the underside of the positioning block.

[0014] The plug head of the plug body is a Type 2 plug head, Type 1 plug head or a GB / T plug head.

[0015] In comparison to the prior art, the charging station according to the invention with interchangeable charging plug is characterized by the fact that a plug connection is provided on the charging plug connection cable of the housing of the charging station and a socket connection is attached to one end of the plug body.

[0016] A snap lock is provided on the outer wall of the plug connector, and a locking chamber is located on the inner wall of the outer wall. A locking groove is provided on the wall of the locking chamber of the socket connector. The outermost side of the socket connector is equipped with a sliding sleeve, the lower end of which has a projecting wall opposite the locking groove. When the socket connector is mated with the plug connector, the projecting wall presses the ball of the snap lock into the locking groove, thus locking the connection. To unlock, the sliding sleeve is pushed backward so that the projecting wall no longer presses the ball; the ball can then be pulled out of the locking groove by external force. This connection method is simple, and the plug head can be manufactured according to European, American, or Chinese standards.By connecting the plug connection with the socket connection, a single charging station can be connected with different standard plug heads. [0017] The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and an exemplary embodiment.

[0018] As in the Fig.As shown in Figures 1 to 7, the charging station with interchangeable charging plug comprises a detachably connected housing of the charging station 100 and a plug body 200. A power cable 101 and a charging plug connection cable 102 are connected to the lower end of the housing of the charging station 100. A plug connection 1 is attached to the end of the charging plug connection cable 102.

[0019] The connector 1 comprises an annular outer wall 11, on the inside of which an annular locking chamber 111 is provided. Furthermore, several positioning grooves 112 are arranged at intervals on the inside of the outer wall 11, which are connected to the locking chamber 111. On the inside of the locking chamber 111 is a connector 12, which comprises a first contact pin chamber 121 and several second contact pin chambers 122. The second contact pin chambers 122 are arranged in a ring around the first contact pin chamber 121. A positive terminal contact pin is inserted in the first contact pin chamber 121, and a negative terminal contact pin is inserted in each of the second contact pin chambers 122.

[0020] A snap closure 13 is provided on the outer wall 11, which includes an annular passage 131 extending through the outer wall 11. A ball 132 is arranged in this passage. The two ends of the passage 131 have a smaller diameter than the ball 132, so that the ball protrudes partially but cannot fully exit. The diameter of the ball 132 is larger than the length of the passage 131.

[0021] A charging plug head 201 is attached to one end of the plug body 200, and a socket connection 2 to the other end. The socket connection 2 comprises a locking chamber wall 22, which corresponds to the locking chamber 111. On the outside of the locking chamber wall 22, spaced apart from each other, are projections in the form of positioning blocks 221, which fit into the positioning grooves 112.

[0022] A first cavity 23 is arranged on the inside of the locking chamber wall 22, which interacts with the connector 12. Inside the first cavity 23, a first contact pin carrier 231 and a second contact pin carrier 232 are provided, each interacting with the first contact pin chamber 121 and the second contact pin chamber 122, respectively. Contact pin openings are provided in both this first contact pin carrier 231 and this second contact pin carrier 232.

[0023] An annular locking groove 222 is formed at the lower outer edge of the locking chamber wall 22, which interacts with the snap lock 13. The locking groove 222 is located below the positioning block 221. The outermost component of the bushing connection 2 is a sliding sleeve 21. A second cavity 24, corresponding to the outer wall 11, is provided between the sliding sleeve 21 and the locking chamber wall 22. The sliding sleeve 21 is displaceable rearward relative to the locking chamber wall 22. A projecting wall 211 is located on the lower inner wall of the sliding sleeve 21, which is opposite the locking groove 222 in the normal state. When the sliding sleeve 21 is pushed back, the projecting wall 211 moves relative to the underside of the locking groove 222.

[0024] The locking and unlocking process between the charging station housing 100 and the connector body 200 is as follows: First, the positioning grooves 112 of the plug connection 1 are aligned with the positioning blocks 221 of the socket connection 2. Then, the socket connection 2 is inserted into the plug connection 1. When the ball 132 is positioned opposite the projecting wall 211, the projecting wall 211 pushes the ball 132 inwards. Further insertion brings the ball 132 into the locking groove 222. As the projecting wall 211 continues to push the ball 132 inwards, it is secured in the locking groove 222, thus locking the plug connection 1 and the socket connection 2. To unlock, the sliding sleeve 21 is pushed backwards, which prevents the projecting wall 211 from pushing the ball 132 inwards. With the aid of external force, the ball 132 can be pulled out of the locking groove 222, thereby separating plug connection 1 and socket connection 2.

[0025] The plug head 201 of the plug body 200 can be configured as a European, American, or Chinese standard plug. By combining the plug connection 1 with the socket connection 2, a charging station can be used with various standard plugs, allowing users to switch between them as needed.

[0026] The charging station according to the invention with interchangeable charging plug is characterized in that a plug connection 1 is provided on the charging plug connection cable 102 of the housing of the charging station 100, and a socket connection 2 is provided on the plug body 200. A snap lock 13 is located on the outer wall 11 of the plug connection 1, and a locking chamber 111 is located inside. A locking groove 222 is formed on the locking chamber wall 22 of the socket connection 2. A sliding sleeve 21 is provided on the outside of the socket connection 2, the lower end of which has a projecting wall 211 opposite the locking groove 222. When the plug connection 1 and socket connection 2 are inserted, the projecting wall 211 presses the ball 132 of the snap lock 13 into the locking groove 222, thereby locking the connection. To unlock, the sliding sleeve 21 is pushed backward so that the protruding wall 211 no longer presses the ball 132 inward. The ball 132 can then be pulled out of the locking groove 222 using external force. The connection is simple, and the plug head 201 can be designed according to European, American, or Chinese standards. The combination of plug connection 1 and socket connection 2 allows a charging station to be used with various standard plugs.

[0027] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiment merely illustrates the technical solution of the present invention and does not constitute a limitation thereof. Although the technical solution of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiment, it is understandable to those skilled in the art that further modifications or equivalent substitutions of individual features may be made.
