Abstract

Photovoltaic module comprising: a solar cell string group (305), wherein the solar cell string group (305) comprises solar cell strings (303) arranged in a first direction (X), and electrical connectors (4) extending in the first direction (X), and wherein adjacent solar cell strings (303) in the first direction (X) are electrically connected by the electrical connectors (4); wherein solar cell string groups (305) are arranged along a second direction (Y), and the second direction (Y) intersects the first direction (X);a second connecting strip (22) extending in a second direction (Y), wherein in a thickness direction (Z) of the solar cell strings (303) the second connecting strip (22) is arranged on a rear surface of the solar cell strings (303), each solar cell string (303) of the solar cell strings (303) comprises solar cells (301), and the second connecting strip (22) partially overlaps a corresponding solar cell of the solar cells (301) in the thickness direction of the solar cell strings;and an intermediate connection section (23), wherein the intermediate connection section (23) is arranged in the thickness direction (Z) of the solar cell strings (303) on a side of the second intermediate connection strip (22) facing the solar cell string (303), wherein the second intermediate connection strip (22) and a corresponding connector (4) of the electrical connectors (4) are electrically connected to each other via the intermediate connection section (23), and wherein in the second direction (Y) adjacent solar cell string groups (305) are electrically connected to each other via the second intermediate connection strip (22).
