A wearing device with a locking mechanism featuring at least one closure agent that can be tied to the support wall in the off-state, allowing for movement relative to the support wall, thus preventing goods from tilting out.
The solution ensures reliable and secure release of goods from the portable volume, preventing loss or damage, and allows for easy operation and relocation within a rail system.
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a carrying device for receiving goods. EP 3 231 741 A1 discloses a carrying device for receiving goods with a carrying wall and a closure device. The carrying wall comprises a front wall and a rear wall and can be arranged between a closed state, in which a carrying volume for receiving the goods is at least partially limited to the front, bottom, and back, and an open state in which the carrying volume is released downwards. The closure device has two closing means for reversibly connecting the front wall to the rear wall in the closed state. The two closing means are attached to the carrying wall. When the goods are released from the carrying device, goods of large dimensions in particular can become wedged between the carrying wall and one of the two closing means. This can lead to downtime and the goods can fall out of the carrying device far from the intended unloading location and be lost or damaged.
[0002] Carrying devices for holding goods with a suspension device for connecting to a rail system are also known from US 3,464,733 A and EP 3 147 240 A1. US 3,464,733 A discloses a carrying device according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0003] The invention is based on the object of improving a carrying device for receiving goods in such a way that it is robust in use and can be operated particularly economically.
[0004] This object is achieved by a carrying device having the features of claim 1. The core of the invention is that the closure device has at least one closing means for reversibly connecting the front wall to the rear wall in the closed state, wherein the at least one closing means can be arranged at a distance from the carrying wall in the open state. The at least one closing means is movably mounted relative to the carrying wall in the open state. The at least one closing means can thus avoid goods falling out of the carrying wall. Tilting of the goods between the carrying wall and the at least one closing means is thus excluded. The carrying device is designed in particular for use in an overhead conveyor system. In particular, the carrying device can be a component of an overhead conveyor system. The overhead conveyor system can have a rail system for attaching and conveying carrying devices, in particular for hanging them. The support devices can each be moved along the rail system using a roller adapter. In particular, the overhead conveyor system can be equipped with a drive to drive the roller adapters along the rail system. This allows the support device to be operated particularly reliably and economically.
[0005] The carrying device can be transferred particularly reliably from the open state to the closed state, whereby the goods can be held captively in the carrying volume. Preferably, the front locking strip is attached to a front storage means and / or the rear locking strip is attached to a rear storage means. The front storage means can be connected to the front wall, and the rear storage means can be connected to the rear wall. To release the connection between the front locking strip and the rear locking strip, they can be designed to be displaceable from the closed state relative to one another at an angle, in particular perpendicular, to a longitudinal extent of the carrying device.
[0006] The carrying device ensures the reliable release of goods from the carrying volume. To connect the front locking strip to the rear locking strip, these can have a locking strip connecting means. The locking strip connecting means is preferably arranged outside a lateral edge of the supporting wall. This advantageously ensures that the connecting means used to connect the front locking strip and the rear locking strip, in particular the locking strip connecting means, are arranged outside a volume swept over by the goods as they fall out. This reliably prevents jamming and / or snagging of the goods.
[0007] Such a carrying device can be moved from the open state to the closed state particularly easily and is uncomplicated to handle. The at least one closing means is attached to at least one, in particular at least two, in particular at least three, in particular at least five, bearing means. Preferably, the at least one closing means is attached to exactly one bearing means in each case. The at least one bearing means can be attached directly to the supporting wall, in particular sewn and / or glued and / or welded to it. Preferably, the at least one bearing means extends completely on a side of the supporting wall facing away from the supporting volume. The at least one bearing means is in particular made of the same material as the supporting wall.
[0008] Preferably, the at least one locking means is connected to the at least one bearing means in a force-fitting manner, in particular by means of a clamping connection, and / or in a form-fitting manner and / or by a material connection. Attaching the at least one locking means to the support device makes it particularly easy to handle. The limitation of the displaceability of the locking means relative to the support wall associated with connecting the at least one locking means to the support device via the at least one bearing means ensures a simpler, in particular automated, transition of the support wall from the open state to the closed state.
[0009] The carrying device has a suspension device for connection to a rail system, in particular the overhead conveyor system. The carrying device is preferably a transport pocket of the overhead conveyor system. The suspension device preferably comprises a transport hook for attachment to the roller adapter of the rail system. The carrying device can have a loading frame. The loading frame can be connected, in particular rigidly, to the suspension device. The goods can preferably be introduced into the carrying volume via the loading frame. The supporting wall is attached to the suspension device, in particular via the loading frame. This advantageously ensures that the goods can be introduced into the carrying volume particularly easily, in particular automatically.
[0010] The supporting wall, in particular the front wall and / or the rear wall, can be rigid at least in some areas. The rigid area of the supporting wall, in particular the front wall and / or the rear wall, can be rigidly connected to the suspension device, in particular to the loading frame. Due to the increased stability of the supporting wall, the support device can be guided particularly precisely along the rail system.
[0011] According to one aspect of the invention, the front wall and the rear wall are U-shaped in the closed state, in particular in a side view. The front wall and / or the rear wall can be designed as flat, flexible, in particular pliable, flat materials. Preferably, the front wall and / or the rear wall are at most singly curved in the closed state and / or in the open state. The carrying volume is preferably rectangular in a plan view. A bottom region of the carrying volume preferably has a V-shaped or U-shaped, in particular horizontally extending, channel profile. Cuboid-shaped transport goods, in particular cardboard boxes, can thus be accommodated in the carrying device particularly reliably and in a space-saving manner. Preferably, the carrying wall, in particular the front wall and / or the rear wall, is designed to be flexible in shape at least in some regions. The support wall can be made of a textile and / or a rubber-elastic material. The support wall is preferably flexible. This allows the support wall to adapt particularly well to the individual geometry of the goods. The goods are thus held securely in the support volume.
[0012] According to one aspect of the invention, the supporting wall consists entirely of a textile material. Such a carrying device ensures the captive transport of the goods. By forming the supporting wall, in particular the front wall and the rear wall, from the textile material, the goods are enclosed particularly securely and firmly by the supporting wall, regardless of their individual geometry or the geometry of the packaging. The supporting wall, in particular the front wall and / or the rear wall, can have a rubber coating, particularly on the side of the carrying volume, to increase the coefficient of friction between the goods and the supporting wall.
[0013] Preferably, the at least one locking means is designed such that it rests against the supporting wall for reversibly connecting the front wall to the rear wall. For connecting the front wall to the rear wall, the at least one locking means can have a force-locking connection, in particular a clamping connection, and / or a positive connection, in particular a pin-shaped connection and / or a tongue-and-groove connection and / or a piping connection and / or a locking bolt connection. Preferably, the front wall contacts the rear wall in the closed state. Alternatively, the front wall can also be arranged at a distance from the rear wall in the closed state.
[0014] The at least one locking means can be rigid. Preferably, the at least one locking means is rigid in a region where it interacts with the supporting wall, in particular where it comes into contact. The at least one locking means thus ensures a particularly robust connection between the front wall and the closing wall.
[0015] Preferably, the at least one, in particular all, locking means are variable in their position and / or orientation relative to the supporting wall in the open state. The at least one locking means can, for example, be releasably attached to the supporting wall. In particular, the at least one locking means can be arranged on the supporting wall as a separate clamping device for closing the supporting wall.
[0016] According to one aspect of the invention, the at least one closing means can be arranged at a distance of at least 5 mm from the supporting wall in the open state. Such a supporting device ensures the release of the goods particularly reliably. The at least one closing means can thereby be arranged at a distance from the supporting wall in such a way that tilting of the goods between the supporting wall and the at least one closing means can be particularly reliably prevented. The at least one closing means can in particular be arranged at a distance from an opening arranged at the bottom of the supporting device in the open state. This prevents the closing means from inadvertently blocking the opening and thus preventing the goods from falling out of the supporting device automatically due to gravity.Preferably, the at least one bearing means has a bearing length between the at least one closing means, in particular the at least one closing edge, and the attachment to the supporting wall of at least 5 mm, in particular at least 10 mm, in particular at least 50 mm, in particular at least 100 mm, in particular at least 250 mm, in particular at least 500 mm. The force required to displace the at least one closing means relative to the supporting wall is particularly low with the corresponding bearing length, in particular with a form-flexible design of the at least one bearing means at least in some regions. By means of the at least one bearing means, the at least one closing means can be displaced away from the supporting wall, in particular essentially without transverse force. Goods that spontaneously fall downwards out of the supporting device can deflect the at least one closing means essentially without counterforce.
[0017] The locking device can have an actuating means for moving the locking means from a closed position to an open position, in which a connection between the front wall and the rear wall is released. Preferably, the actuating means comprises a trigger element arranged at a distance from the at least one locking means. The trigger element is preferably attached to the suspension device. The actuating means can thus be actuated particularly easily, particularly in the area of the rail system. Pivoting of the support device upon actuation of the trigger element is reliably prevented due to the arrangement in the area of the suspension device.
[0018] According to one aspect of the invention, the closure device comprises two locking means that can be connected to one another in a form-fitting manner. The locking means can comprise a locking mechanism for the form-fitting connection. The locking mechanism preferably comprises at least one rotatably mounted locking bolt. The at least one locking means thus allows a particularly reliable connection of the front wall to the rear wall.
[0019] A carrying device according to claim 2 reliably ensures the release of goods and is therefore particularly robust in operation. Due to the flexible design of the at least one storage means, the at least one closing means can be displaced to a limited extent relative to the support wall in the open state. The at least one storage means can be designed to be flexible and / or stretchable.
[0020] Preferably, the at least one storage means comprises a textile material. The at least one storage means can also be made entirely of a textile material. This ensures that even small forces are sufficient to displace the at least one locking means relative to the supporting wall. The goods can thus be reliably released from the supporting device.
[0021] The at least one bearing means can comprise a spring means, in particular a spring plate, in particular a leaf spring. Preferably, the at least one bearing means is designed such that the at least one spring means supports the displacement of the supporting wall from the closed state to the open state. In particular, the at least one spring means is pre-tensioned in the closed state. In particular, the at least one spring means can be designed such that, in the open state, it causes the at least one closing means to be arranged at a distance from the supporting wall.
[0022] A carrying device according to claim 3 can be moved from the closed state to the open state particularly easily, in particular in an automated manner. The at least one bearing means can be non-positively and / or positively connected to the supporting wall, in particular sewn, and / or materially connected, in particular welded and / or glued. By attaching the at least one bearing means to the supporting wall, the arrangement of the at least one closing means relative to the supporting wall is at least partially determined, whereby the supporting wall can be moved into the closed state particularly reliably and with repeatable accuracy.
[0023] The at least one bearing means can have connecting loops through which the loading frame extends, at least in sections. Preferably, the supporting wall also has such connecting loops for attachment to the loading frame. The supporting wall and the at least one bearing means can have connecting loops arranged offset from one another for attachment to the loading frame.
[0024] A carrying device according to claim 4 reliably ensures the release of goods from the carrying volume, wherein the carrying wall can be displaced from the open state to the closed state particularly easily, in particular in an automated manner. The at least one closing means has a closing edge via which it interacts with the carrying wall in the closed state. Preferably, the closing edge is essentially straight. By attaching the at least one bearing means above the respective closing edge of the at least one closing means attached to the at least one bearing means, the at least one closing means can be displaced relative to the carrying wall particularly easily. This applies in particular to a flexible design of the at least one bearing means.By mounting the at least one bearing means above the at least one closing edge, it is also ensured that the at least one closing means assumes a fixed position relative to the supporting wall due to gravity, provided no additional forces act on it. The supporting wall, in particular the at least one closing means, can thus be transferred to the closed state with particularly reliable and repeatable accuracy.
[0025] A carrying device according to claim 5 can be moved particularly reliably from the open state to the closed state. Because the carrying wall projects downwards beyond the at least one closing edge of the at least one closing means, the closure of the carrying wall, in particular the clamping of the front wall and the rear wall between a front closing strip and a rear closing strip, can be carried out particularly reliably. Preferably, the carrying wall, in particular the front wall and / or the rear wall, has a projection section which projects downwards beyond the at least one closing edge. The carrying wall preferably projects downwards beyond the at least one closing edge in the open state.
[0026] A carrying device according to claim 6 ensures that the goods are held captively in the carrying volume. The carrying wall preferably comprises at least one, in particular at least two, in particular at least three, side walls on both sides. The at least one side wall is preferably designed to be flexible in shape, at least in part or entirely, in particular pliable and / or elastic and / or foldable. The at least one side wall can be made of a textile material. The at least one side wall preferably comprises a rubber-elastic material. The at least one side wall can project downwards beyond the at least one closing means, in particular the at least one closing edge. The at least one side wall is preferably attached to the front wall and / or the rear wall, in particular sewn and / or glued and / or welded thereto. This reliably prevents the goods from falling out of the carrying volume sideways.
[0027] A carrying device according to claim 7 is particularly robust and can be emptied reliably. The tubular inner bag is preferably open upwards and downwards in the open state. In particular, the tubular inner bag can be formed by the front wall, the rear wall and the two side walls. In a plan view, the inner bag is preferably rectangular. The inner bag can have a projecting section which projects downwards beyond the closure device, in particular the at least one closing means, in particular at least one closing edge. Preferably, the at least one closing means is arranged outside the inner bag. This advantageously ensures that the closure device does not interfere with emptying the carrying device. In particular, the inner bag protects the goods if they fall out of the carrying device. Direct contact of the goods with the at least one closing means is prevented by the inner bag.In the open position, goods can be released particularly reliably downwards from the carrying device.
[0028] The goods can be reliably and automatically introduced into a carrying device according to claim 8. Preferably, the loading frame is rigidly connected to the suspension device. The loading frame can be articulated to the suspension device. A spring element for obliquely positioning the loading frame relative to the vertical plane can be arranged between the loading frame and the suspension device. Preferably, the loading frame, particularly in the hanging state and / or in the open state of the carrying device, is arranged at an angle of at least 10°, particularly at least 20°, particularly at least 30°, particularly at least 45°, to the vertical plane. A distance achieved by the loading frame between the front wall and the rear wall is, particularly in the open state, preferably at least 10 mm, particularly at least 20 mm, particularly at least 50 mm, particularly at least 100 mm.
[0029] A carrying device according to claim 9 ensures that the goods are held captively in the carrying volume and can be stowed away in a space-saving manner. The at least one fold is preferably oriented inwards, in the direction of the carrying volume. Preferably, the at least one fold is oriented vertically. The at least one side wall can have at least one, in particular at least two, in particular at least three, in particular at least five, folds. The at least one fold can be predefined, for example, by attaching the at least one side wall to the front wall and / or the rear wall. The inward folding can be enforced by sewing and / or gluing and / or welding the at least one side wall to the front wall and / or the rear wall parallel to the surface.Sewing and / or gluing and / or welding within the at least one side wall allows the number and / or orientation of additional folds to be adjusted.
[0030] Further features, advantages, and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment with reference to the figures. They show: Fig. 1a perspective view of a carrying device from the front in a closed state, Fig. 2a side view of the carrying device in Fig. 1 in the closed state, Fig. 3 a rear view of the carrying device in Fig. 1 in the closed state, Fig. 4 a perspective view of the carrying device from the rear, wherein the carrying device is shown in an open state, and Fig. 5 a side view of the carrying device in Fig. 4 in the open state.
[0031] The following is based on the Fig. 1 bis Fig. 5 An embodiment of a carrying device 1 for receiving goods 2 is described. The carrying device 1 is designed as a transport bag and is attached to a rail system 4 by means of a suspension device 3. For this purpose, a transport hook 5 of the suspension device 3 engages in a roller adapter 6 of the rail system 4. The roller adapter 6 is mounted displaceably along a transport direction 7. For transporting the carrying device 1 along the rail system 4, the roller adapter 6 is connected to a rail drive (not shown) of the rail system 4.
[0032] The carrying device 1 has a supporting wall 8 and a locking device 9.
[0033] The supporting wall 8 has a front wall 10, a rear wall 11, and two side walls 12. The front wall 10, the rear wall 11, and the side walls 12 form a tubular inner bag 12a. This tubular inner bag 12a is rectangular in plan view when open. The contour of the inner bag 12a in plan view can also be designed differently, in particular circular or oval or otherwise polygonal. The supporting wall 8 can be arranged in a closed state 13 and in an open state 14. In the closed state 13, the supporting wall 8 delimits a supporting volume 15 for receiving the goods 2 to the front, to the rear, to the sides, and downwards. In the open state 14, the supporting wall 8 releases the supporting volume 15 downwards.
[0034] The supporting wall 8, in particular the front wall 10, the rear wall 11, and the two side walls 12, are made entirely of a textile material. The supporting wall 8 is thus designed to be flexible in shape.
[0035] The two side walls 12 are designed to be foldable. The two side walls 12 are each attached to the front wall 10 and the rear wall 11. To move the two side walls 12 from the open state 14 to the closed state 13, the respective side wall 12 is foldable, in particular along a vertical axis. A fold 16 of the side wall 12 is designed such that it extends inward toward the carrying volume 15. This is achieved by an inward-facing stitching 17 of the respective side wall 12 to the rear wall 11 and the front wall 10.
[0036] The supporting wall 8 is attached to the suspension device 3. For this purpose, the suspension device 3 has a loading frame 18. The loading frame 18 has a rectangular outline. The loading frame 18 is designed as a rectangularly bent wire. The loading frame 18 is rigidly connected to the transport hook 5. The front wall 10 is attached to a front longitudinal side of the loading frame 18. The rear wall 11 is attached to a rear longitudinal side of the loading frame 18. The front wall 10 and the rear wall 11 have connecting loops 19 for connecting to the loading frame 18, through which the loading frame 18 extends.
[0037] The loading frame 18 is arranged obliquely to a vertical plane 20, particularly when the support device 1 is suspended. Due to the oblique arrangement of the loading frame 18, the front wall 10 is spaced apart from the rear wall 11, particularly in the area of the connecting loops 19.
[0038] The closure device 9 comprises two bearing means 21 and a closing means 22 each attached to the two bearing means 21. The two closing means 22 are designed to be coupled to one another for reversibly connecting the front wall 10 to the rear wall 11 in the closed state 13. The two bearing means 21 are each attached to the supporting wall 8. The two bearing means 21 are attached to the supporting wall 8 in the region of an upper end of the supporting volume 15.
[0039] The two bearing means 21 are made of a textile material. Thus, the two bearing means 21 are designed to be flexible in shape, in particular, pliable. To attach the respective bearing means 21 to the supporting wall 8, they are each sewn together at a connection point 26. Alternatively, in an embodiment not according to the invention, the bearing means 21 can also be attached to the loading frame 18. In this case, the connection point 26 would be arranged on the loading frame 18.
[0040] In particular, a connection point 26 is provided for each of the two storage means 21. The connection points 26 are arranged, in particular, on the front wall 10 and on the rear wall 11, respectively, in an upper region facing the loading frame 18. It is essential that the connection points 26 have a minimum distance from the respective lower edge of the closing means 22 such that the closing means 22 can be arranged at a sufficient distance from the supporting wall 8 in the open state. The minimum distance of the connection point 26 is, in particular, at least 5 mm, in particular, at least 10 mm, in particular, at least 20 mm, in particular, at least 50 mm, and in particular, at least 100 mm, and in particular, at least 200 mm.
[0041] The two bearing means 21 extend over the entire vertical dimension of the supporting volume 15. The two bearing means 21 each have a bearing length L between the respective closing means 22 and their attachment to the supporting wall 8. The two closing means 22 are attached to the supporting wall 8 on one side via the respective bearing means 21. The two closing means 22 are thus mounted in the open state 14 at a distance from the supporting wall 8. The distance corresponds to the bearing length L.
[0042] The front closing means 22 in the transport direction 7 is designed in the form of a front closing strip 23. The rear closing means 22 in the transport direction 7 is designed in the form of a rear closing strip 24. To connect the front wall 10 to the rear wall 11 in the closed state 13, the front closing strip 23 and the rear closing strip 24 can be reversibly fastened to one another. The supporting wall 8, in particular the front wall 10 and the rear wall 11, is arranged between the front closing strip 23 and the rear closing strip 24 in the closed state 13. The front wall 10 and the rear wall 11 are clamped together, whereby the supporting volume 15 is limited downwards.
[0043] The front locking strip 23 and the rear locking strip 24 can be fastened to one another outside a lateral edge of the supporting wall 8. For this purpose, the front locking strip 23 and the rear locking strip 24 protrude laterally from the supporting wall 8. A locking strip connecting means (not shown) for connecting the front locking strip 23 to the rear locking strip 24 is arranged outside the lateral edge of the supporting wall 8.
[0044] The front locking strip 23 and the rear locking strip 24 each have a locking edge 25 for clamping the front wall 10 to the rear wall 11. The supporting wall 8 projects downward beyond the two locking edges 25 of the locking means 22 with a projecting portion 27. In particular, the supporting wall 8 projects downward beyond the two locking means 22. Closing the supporting wall 8 with the locking means 22 is straightforward. In particular, the exact length of the supporting wall 8 does not need to be adjusted to the position of the locking means 22, which depends on the length of the bearing means 21 and / or the arrangement of the connection points 26.
[0045] In the Fig. 4 and Fig. 5The carrying device is shown in the open state 14. The connection between the front locking bar 23 and the rear locking bar 24 is released, and the supporting wall 8 releases the supporting volume 15 downwards. The bearing means 21 mounted above the respective closing edges 25 on the supporting wall 8 ensure a spaced arrangement of the closing means 22 from the supporting wall 8 in the open state 14. The two side walls 12 are relaxed over their entire vertical height, and the folds 16 are smoothed.
[0046] The carrying device 1 for receiving the goods 2 functions as follows: The carrying device 1 is in the closed state 13 and is loaded with a product 2. The front locking bar 23 and the rear locking bar 24 are attached to each other via the locking bar connecting means. The front wall 10 is clamped to the rear wall 11 via the closing edges 25 of the front locking bar 23 and the rear locking bar 24. The product 2 is arranged in the carrying volume 15.
[0047] The rolling adapter 6 is moved along the rail system 4 via the rail drive. The support device 1, suspended from the rolling adapter 6 via the transport hook 5, is transported to an unloading station (not shown). In the unloading station, the locking bar connecting means is moved into an open position via an actuating means (not shown), releasing the connection between the front locking bar 23 and the rear locking bar 24. The clamping of the supporting wall 8 arranged between the front locking bar 23 and the rear locking bar 24 is released.
[0048] Supported by the weight of the goods 2, the front closing bar 23 moves away from the rear closing bar 24 and the front wall 10 moves away from the rear wall 11. The supporting wall 8 releases the supporting volume 15 downwards and is in the open state 14.
[0049] The goods 2 fall downwards out of the carrying device 1 due to gravity, whereby the closing means 22 can move away from the supporting wall 8. The closing means 22 can flexibly deflect along the transport direction 7 and counter to the transport direction 7. In particular, the closing means 22 can be displaced essentially independently of the supporting wall 8 in and counter to the transport direction 7. Tilting of the goods 2 between the supporting wall 8 and one of the closing edges 25 of the opened closure device 9 is thus prevented.
[0050] By means of a locking system (not shown), the front locking bar 23 and the rear locking bar 24 are brought together, whereby the supporting wall 8 is clamped between the respective closing edges 25. The locking bar connecting means is moved into a closed position, and the front locking bar 23 is fastened to the rear locking bar 24. The supporting wall 8 is in the closed state 13.
[0051] By means of the rail drive, the carrying device 1 is transported along the transport direction 7 to a loading station (not shown). In the loading station, the carrying device 1 is loaded with one or more items 2. For this purpose, the items 2 are introduced into the carrying volume 15 by the loading frame 18. In particular, the carrying device 1 is loaded with exactly one item 2. The transport device 1 is used in particular for the transport of individual items.
[0052] The carrying device 1 can be transported back to the unloading station to transport the goods 2.
[0053] The fact that the two locking means 22 are attached to the support wall 8 via the two bearing means 21 ensures that the locking means 22 can be arranged at a distance from the support wall 8 in the open state 14. The support wall 8 can thus be securely held in the closed state 13, whereby the release of the goods 2 from the support volume 15 occurs particularly reliably. Tilting of the goods 2 between the support wall 8 and a closing edge 25 of an open locking means 22 can thus be reliably prevented. The support device 1 is thus particularly robust and economical in operation.
