Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the general field of roller shutters or similar devices such as, for example, sunshades. More specifically, it relates to the rails, conventionally called tracks, which guide the roller shutter or similar device during its opening or closing. State of the art

Guide rail (1, 11) for guiding a roller shutter or the like used to close off or, on the contrary, open an opening arranged in a recess of a building, said guide rail (1, 11) comprising: - a main profile (2, 12) forming one of the longitudinal edges of a guide slot (3, 13), - a removable profile (4, 14) cooperating in a functional position with said main profile (2, 12) to form the other longitudinal edge of the guide slot (3, 13), and - a blocking profile (5, 15) capable of cooperating with the main profile (2, 12) and the removable profile (4, 14) to hold said removable profile (4, 14) in its functional position and / or to mask the areas of mechanical coupling of said main profile (2, 12) and removable profile (4, 14), - at least one elastically deformable clamping member (6, 16), said guide rail (1, 11) being characterised in that the clamping member (6, 16) is removably secured to the removable profile (4, 14) and being shaped to exert pressure on the blocking profile (5, 15) so as to ensure the cooperation of said blocking profile (5, 15) with the main profile (2, 12) and the removable profile (4, 14), and in that the main profile (2, 12) is designed to be applied to a vertical face of said recess.

2. Guide rail (1, 11) according to Claim 1, characterised in that the main profile (2, 12) has a cross-section generally shaped like a G rotated 90° to the left and comprises at least one first flat flange (21, 121) and a second flange (22, 122), the latter being generally parallel to each other and extending in the same direction, a web (23, 123) connecting said first and second flanges (21, 121; 22, 122) and being designed to be applied by its outer face to said associated vertical face of the recess, and an inner flange (24, 124) extending substantially perpendicular to said web (23, 123) and towards the inside of the guide rail (1, 11).

3. Guide rail (1, 11) according to Claim 2, characterised in that the inner flange (24, 124) has a general L or T shape, such that at least one portion (26, 125) is substantially parallel to the web (23, 123) of the main profile (2, 12) and oriented towards the first flange (21, 121).

Guide rail (1, 11) according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the removable profile (4.14) has a cross-section generally in the shape of an inverted Z and comprises a first and second flange (41, 141; 42, 142) substantially parallel to each other and extending in opposite directions, a web (43, 143) connecting said first and second flanges (41, 141; 42, 142), and an outer flange (48, 149) extending substantially perpendicular from the web (43, 143) of said removable profile (4, 14) and parallel to said first flange (41, 141) and in the same direction as the latter.

Guide rail (1, 11) according to Claim 4, characterised in that the first flange (41, 141) of the removable profile (4, 14) has a cross-section generally in the shape of an asymmetrical U pivoted 90° to the right, said first flange (41, 141) being arranged so that the shortest portion (44, 144) of the U is located on the side of the inside of the guide rail (1, 11), and forming a longitudinal groove (45, 145) opening at each of the longitudinal ends of said first flange (41, 141) and on the side of the second flange (42, 142) and a bearing area (46, 146) extending along the free edge of said portion (44, 144) of the first flange (41, 141).

Guide rail (1, 11) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the blocking profile (5, 15) has a cross-section that is generally L-shaped rotated 90° to the right and comprises at least one first and one second flange (51, 151; 52, 152) substantially perpendicular to each other, a first rib (53, 153) originating from the free edge of the first flange (51, 151) and extending substantially parallel to the latter towards the inside of the guide rail (1, 11), and a second rib (54, 154) extending substantially perpendicular to the free edge of the second flange (52, 152) towards the inside of the guide rail (1, 11).

7. Guide rail (1, 11) according to Claim 6, characterised in that the cross-section of said second rib (54, 154) is generally in the shape of a J, said second rib (54, 154) being arranged so that the shortest portion (55, 155) of the J is oriented towards the outside of the guide rail (1, 11).

8. Guide rail (1, 11) according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the clamping member (6, 16) is generally in the shape of an angle iron and has a first flange (61, 161) and a second flange (62, 162) provided with a longitudinal slot (63, 163) opening at each of its longitudinal ends, and in line with the free edge of said second flange (62, 162), and an outer fin (64, 164) extending substantially perpendicular from said second flange (62, 162) in a direction opposite to the first flange (61, 161).

9. Guide rail (1, 11) according to Claims 7 and 8, characterised in that the outer fin (64, 164) has an inner groove (65, 165) formed on its face on the side opposite the first flange (61, 161) and being capable of cooperating with the portion (55, 155) of the second rib (54, 154) of the blocking profile (5, 15).

10. Guide rail (11) according to either one of Claims 5 or 6, characterised in that the first flange (141) includes a rib (147) extending along the edge of the portion (144) of its first flange (141) opposite the bearing area (146), said rib (147) being generally U-shaped so as to form a second longitudinal groove (148) opening at each of the longitudinal ends of said first flange (141) and on the side of the second flange (142) and in that the blocking profile (15) also includes an inner flange (156) extending substantially perpendicular from the first flange (151) and towards the inside of the guide rail (11), and having a cross-section generally in the shape of an L or T so as to have at least one portion (157) substantially parallel to the first flange (151) and oriented towards the first rib (153).
