Abstract
A battery pack, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: one or more battery modules with several cells; busbars connected to the terminals of the modules to electrically connect said modules and, therefore, to an external battery management system (BMS) of the pack; a fuse box housing a fuse for connecting the terminals of the modules to the busbars; a vibration detection element fixed to a surface of the fuse box or to a surface of the busbars connected to the external BMS of the pack, for detecting vibration applied to the fuse connected to each of the modules, wherein said element is directly connected to a BMIC by means of terminals at both ends; and a BMS including the BMIC and connected to the vibration detection element to perform a protection operation based on the vibration detected in the modules.
