Description

Title of the invention: Formwork bench comprising a staircase module Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of construction and more precisely to the field of formwork hips for the construction of concrete walls.

[0002] In a known manner, a formwork panel comprises a vertical wall, comprising a formwork front face and a rear face opposite the front face, as well as two supports to allow the vertical stability of the vertical wall when the latter rests on the ground. Conventionally, the panel comprises a platform mounted on the upper part of the panel to allow the movement of one or more operators in order, for example, to inject a hardening material into the formwork, in particular, concrete. To allow an operator to climb onto the circulation platform, the panel conventionally comprises a vertical ladder mounted under the platform and opening into a passage opening made in it. The panel also comprises a trapdoor (not shown) to close the passage opening. To secure the movement of an operator on the platform, the latter conventionally comprises guardrails.

[0003] During formwork operations, an operator must ascend and descend the formwork ladder numerous times, which increases the operator's arduousness. The operator's arduousness is further increased when several hips are vertically superimposed, the operators then having to ascend / descend a plurality of ladders in succession. Moving an operator by the ladder and via the trapdoor is also arduous when the operator has to carry tools.

[0004] In order to resolve this drawback, it was proposed by patent application FR3006353A1 to provide a vertically movable traffic platform. However, such a solution is expensive to implement. It has also been proposed to equip a formwork with an inclined ladder (miller's ladder) in order to reduce the difficulty. These solutions have not been satisfactory.

[0005] The invention thus aims to eliminate at least some of these drawbacks. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The invention relates to a formwork panel comprising a vertical wall comprising a formwork front face and an upper circulation platform free from an opening for the passage of an operator, the panel comprising a staircase module for access to the upper circulation platform, the staircase module being configured to vertically stabilize the vertical wall.

[0007] Thanks to the invention, the difficulty for operators to access the upper circulation platform is significantly reduced. In addition, this simplifies the manufacture of the upper circulation platform, which is free of a trapdoor. The staircase module also fulfills a stabilization function, which avoids the use of dedicated stabilization props.

[0008] Preferably, the upper circulation platform has a width of less than 80cm, preferably less than 70cm, the width being defined along an axis orthogonal to the front formwork face. Such a reduced length makes it possible to limit the mass of the upper circulation platform and the robustness of the joints connecting the upper circulation platform to the vertical wall. This reduced length is advantageously compensated for by the staircase module.

[0009] Advantageously, the stair module comprises a circulation floor extending in the extension of the upper circulation platform. Thus, the operator has a circulation space similar to the prior art but which is divided between the upper circulation platform and the circulation floor of the stair module.

[0010] Preferably, the staircase module comprises a spiral staircase, which makes it possible to gain in compactness while making it possible to reduce the access slope.

[0011] Preferably, the spiral staircase has an angular length of between 180° and 360°. This advantageously makes it possible to reduce the access slope.

[0012] Preferably, the staircase module comprises at least one lifting ring offset by at least 40 cm from the front formwork face along an axis orthogonal to the front formwork face, preferably by at least 50 cm. This makes it possible to limit the inclination of the formwork when it is lifted with the staircase module.

[0013] According to a preferred aspect, the stair module comprises at least one lifting ring connected to a front part of the stair module, preferably at a distance of less than 25 cm from a front edge of the stair module. This makes it possible to lift the formwork panel according to its center of gravity. The lifting is no longer carried out at the level of the vertical wall as in the prior art, which goes against the habits of those skilled in the art.

[0014] Preferably, the staircase module comprises at least one lifting ring positioned between a front guardrail and a side guardrail in order to allow the passage of lifting slings for moving the formwork.

[0015] Preferably, the stair module comprises at least two foot members configured to be in contact with the ground, preferably only two. Preferably, the foot members are adjustable to ensure the vertical wall is plumb.

[0016] According to one aspect of the invention, the foot members are configured to fit together with another stair module when formwork panels are vertically superimposed. This makes it possible to achieve a stable superposition of formwork panels in order to form a high formwork face. PRESENTATION OF THE FIGURES

[0025] With reference to [Fig.2], there is shown a formwork panel 1 according to one embodiment of the invention.

[0026] The formwork 1 comprises a vertical wall 2 comprising a front formwork face 2A intended to be arranged inside the formwork and to be in contact with the material poured into it. For example, the formwork face 2A is made of steel, stainless steel or plywood. Still with reference to [Fig.2], the formwork 1 comprises an upper circulation platform 3 mounted in the upper part of the formwork 1 to allow the circulation of one or more operators in order, for example, to inject the hardening material into the formwork. In this example, the formwork formwork 1 is defined in a reference frame (X, Y, Z) in which the X axis extends horizontally from the back to the front, the Y axis extends laterally from the left to the right, the Z axis extends vertically from the bottom to the top. The formwork face 2A thus extends in the plane (Y, Z).

[0027] The upper circulation platform 3 has a defined length, along the Y axis, which corresponds substantially to the length of the vertical wall 2, generally between 1200mm and 2400mm.

[0028] With reference to [Fig.2], the upper circulation platform 3 has a defined width L3, along the X axis, which is less than 80cm, preferably less than 70cm. In this example, the depth is equal to 475mm. Such an upper circulation platform 3 advantageously has a reduced mass, which is advantageous for the packaging and transport of the formwork panel 1. The upper circulation platform 3 is preferably articulated to the vertical wall 2 so as to be able to be moved between a horizontal position of use and a vertical position of storage. Preferably, the upper circulation platform 3 is free of passage openings and access hatches in order to reduce its mass, cost and complexity.

[0029] According to the invention, the formwork panel 1 comprises a staircase module 4 for access to the upper circulation platform 3.

[0030] With reference to Figures 1 and 2, the staircase module 4 comprises steps 40, and not ladder rungs, to allow an operator to access the upper circulation platform 3 without difficulty. Indeed, steps 40 are easier to cross than rungs, in particular, when the operator is transporting a tool.

[0031] According to the invention, the staircase module 4 is also configured to ensure the vertical stabilization of the vertical wall 2. In other words, the staircase module 4 advantageously fulfills a crutch function to stabilize the vertical wall 2 by making it possible to ensure a descent of the forces via the staircase module 4, preferably, according to two feet as will be presented later. As illustrated in [Fig.2], the staircase module 4 is connected, in the upper part, to the upper circulation wall 3 and, in the lower part, to the vertical wall 2 via a connecting member 44.

[0032] As illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the staircase module 4 comprises a spiral staircase 400 so as to allow a gradual ascent without difficulty. Preferably, the spiral staircase 400 has a slope of between 25 and 45° (here 35°). Furthermore, the spiral staircase 400 has an angular length of between 180° and 360°. In this example, an operator must make a ¾ turn to access the upper circulation platform 3. Advantageously, access to the staircase module 4 is provided under the upper circulation platform 3, which protects the operator from the rain. The stair module 4 has an entrance opening which is made with its back to the vertical wall 2. This allows the operator to have more space to carry out manipulations behind the vertical wall 2 while remaining in the entrance opening of the stair module 4.

[0033] As illustrated in [Fig.l], the staircase module 4 comprises a plurality of protective rails 42 making it possible to prevent an operator from falling when climbing the spiral staircase 400. The operator can thus climb to the upper circulation platform 3 more safely than in the prior art. Advantageously, the staircase module 4 also comprises plinths 48 to prevent the operator from putting a foot outside the staircase module 4.

[0034] In this example, the staircase module 4 is in the form of a mechanically welded structure. With reference to [Fig.l], the staircase module 4 has a rectangular, preferably square, section. The staircase module 4 comprises four peripheral vertical posts 41 and a central vertical post 41C. The staircase module 4 comprises a plurality of steps 40 which are fixed to the central vertical post 41 and to the plinths 48.

[0035] Preferably, the stair module 4 comprises two foot members 43 to allow support on the ground and to take up the stabilization forces. The foot members 43 are mounted on the rear vertical posts 41, that is to say, those furthest from the vertical wall 2. The foot members 43 are adjustable in height so as to adjust the plumb line of the formwork panel 1, in particular, by means of a foot jack. As illustrated in [Fig.l], the foot members 43 extend outside the rectangle formed by the vertical posts 41, in particular, obliquely relative to the X, Y axes in order to allow superposition as will be presented later. Preferably, the foot members 43 comprise lifting points (ring, opening or other) allowing the stair module 4 to be moved, in particular, when it is in the horizontal transport position.

[0036] In this example, the staircase module 4 cannot be used independently but only with a formwork panel 1.

[0037] The stair module 4 also comprises a circulation floor 45 which extends in the extension of the upper circulation platform 3 so as to allow convenient circulation of the operators. Preferably, the stair module 4 further comprises one or more guardrails 46a-46d to ensure safety at the circulation floor 45. In this example, the stair module 4 comprises a front guardrail 46a, a rear guardrail 46b and two side guardrails 46c. The rear guardrail 46b is not necessary in the embodiment of Figures 1 and 2 since the operator is protected in the stair module 4 when he is towards the rear and is not likely to fall. The stair module 4 further comprises an interior guardrail 46d to protect access to the spiral staircase 400.The staircase module 4 is mounted in a removable manner relative to the vertical wall 2 in order to allow it to be transported independently, which limits the space requirement.

[0038] Preferably, with reference to Figures 3 and 4, the formwork panel 1 can be moved by means of a crane via slings E. Due to the presence of the staircase module 4, the center of gravity of the formwork panel 1 belongs to a vertical axis ZG passing substantially at the interface between the circulation platform 3 and the staircase module 4, in particular, at a rear part of the circulation platform 3 or a front part of the staircase module 4.

[0039] According to a first embodiment, as shown in [Fig.2], the formwork panel 1 comprises lifting rings 47a connected to a rear part of the circulation platform 3, in particular at a distance greater than 40 cm from the formwork face 2a, preferably at a distance of between 50 cm and 60 cm.

[0040] According to a second embodiment, as shown in [Fig. 3], the formwork panel 1 comprises lifting rings 47a connected to a front part of the staircase module 4, in particular at a distance of less than 20 cm from a front edge of the staircase module 4. Preferably, the lifting rings 47a are positioned between the front guardrail 46a and a lateral guardrail 46c so as to allow the passage of the slings E without affecting safety. Preferably, with reference to [Fig. 3], the stair module 4 further comprises lifting rings 47b, connected to a rear part of the stair module 4, positioned between the rear guardrail 46b and a lateral guardrail 46c so as to allow the passage of the slings E. The presence of lifting rings 47a, 47b positioned at the front and rear of the stair module 4 makes it possible to move the stair module 4 independently. The formwork panel 1 can thus be positioned on the ground 100 in a practical manner. According to one aspect of the invention, the staircase module 4 comprises a lifting ring (not shown) at the central vertical post.

[0041] With reference to Figures 5 and 6, several examples of superposition are shown in order to increase the formwork height. With reference to [Fig.5], the formwork panel 1 comprises a vertical wall 2 associated with a lower vertical wall 2s (known by its name "under rise"), provision is made for the mounting of an auxiliary staircase module 4s, the height of which corresponds to that of the under rise (lower vertical wall 2s comprising a formwork front face), to raise the staircase module 4 and ensure continuity. Advantageously, the auxiliary staircase module 4s comprises an auxiliary spiral staircase 400s which extends in the extension of the spiral staircase 400 of the staircase module 4. The auxiliary staircase module 4s also comprises foot members 43s to allow the verticality of the assembly to be adjusted.

[0042] Similarly, two formwork hips can be superimposed vertically. For this purpose, with reference to [Fig.6], a lower formwork 1' is shown on which an upper formwork 1" is superimposed. In this example, the vertical walls 2', 2” of the formwork panels 1', 1” are vertically superimposed so as to form a very high vertical wall. Similarly, the stair modules 4', 4” of the formwork panels 1', 1” are vertically superimposed so as to form a very high stair module. The foot members 43” of the upper panel 1” are preferably guided between the guardrails 46' of the lower panel 1' in order to be positioned stably. The stair modules 4', 4” thus fit together conveniently.

[0043] Thanks to the invention, an operator can climb up and down a formwork panel 1 in a practical and safe manner. The strain on the operators is considerably reduced while maintaining optimal safety conditions. In addition, the staircase module 4 advantageously fulfills a stabilization function, which avoids the need for oblique stabilization props.
