Abstract
Description
[0001] Drive device for a displaceably suspended supporting structure, formwork system therewith, arrangement on a building and method for displacing
[0002] The invention relates to a drive device for a displaceably suspended supporting structure. The invention further relates to a formwork system with the drive device, its arrangement on a building structure, and a method for horizontally displacing the formwork system.
[0003] For the production of concrete elements that protrude laterally from a building structure along a reference edge, in particular are intended to cantilever, formwork carriages are used. These are suspended from the building structure in a movable manner along the longitudinal extension of the reference edge. Such formwork carriages have a supporting structure and a formwork attached to it. This method has proven particularly effective for the production of cantilevered or spanning deck slabs for steel composite bridges constructed using the in-situ concrete method. For example, the formwork carriage is suspended from several suspension heads (above) by sliding a support rail connected to a frame of the supporting structure in the suspension heads. To dissipate a moment around the support rail, the supporting structure can be supported against a wall of the building via support elements at another bearing point (below) or several bearing points distributed along the length, each designed as a compression point. Formwork carriages are movable formwork units that are moved along the longitudinal direction of the building structure already erected on site (e.g., a steel trough or steel girder) to concrete the roadway section by section using formwork systems. This allows one section to be concreted, and once the section has hardened, the system can be removed, moved to the next section, and concreted again there (concreting cycle).
[0004] Various devices are known for the horizontal, longitudinal displacement of the formwork carriage along the building structure. For example, cable winch devices are known in which the formwork carriage is pulled by means of a cable connected to a cable winch installed at the end of the feed path or a longer section thereof. Due to the inherent elasticity of the cable, it is difficult to precisely maintain a desired feed path. This leads to start-up delays and the feed movement overruns when the cable winch drive is switched on and off. If the cable breaks or comes loose, there is a considerable risk of accident. Another problem is that the force of the winch depends on its windings. In other words, at the beginning (cable completely unwound) the force on the cable is high; as the cable is wound up, the force decreases with increasing radius of the cable winding package. On construction sites, this can lead to the winch's power no longer being sufficient beyond a certain winding radius. Likewise, when using a winch, the bearing to which the winch / hook is hooked must be repeatedly moved, and the cable re-hooked. And of course, using a cable winch always requires a cable and a powered winch. Therefore, if you want to move the formwork carriage, you must always ensure that such an external drive is available.
[0005] Furthermore, walking mechanisms are known in which a clamping device engages a structural element of the structure, such as a longitudinal edge or rib, and pulls or pushes the formwork carriage a certain distance. Obviously, a suitable, freely accessible structural element must be present on the structure or specially installed for this walking mechanism to function.
[0006] It is therefore an object of the present invention to enable the lateral, i.e. horizontal or substantially horizontal, displacement of a supporting structure suspended and displaceably guided by means of a support rail in suspension heads along a wall of a building in a simpler, more cost-effective and safer manner.
[0007] The object is achieved by a drive device having the features of claim 1, a formwork system having the features of claim 11, an arrangement having the features of claim 18, and a method having the features of claim 20. Advantageous embodiments and further developments form the subject matter of the further subclaims.
[0008] One aspect of the invention is a drive device for a supporting structure for a formwork, in particular a bottom-moving formwork carriage, for concreting a concrete part that projects laterally, in particular cantilevers, from a reference edge of a building structure. The supporting structure can be suspended by means of a supporting device, in particular a supporting rail, which is displaceably guided in a longitudinal direction of the reference edge by suspension heads attached to the building structure along the reference edge. The drive device is designed to displace the supporting structure in the longitudinal direction. According to the invention, the drive device has a base element that is integrally formed with the supporting device, in particular the supporting rail, or can be coupled to the supporting device, in particular the supporting rail, and has a cross-sectional contour such thatthat the base element can be guided displaceably by the suspension heads in the longitudinal direction of the reference edge or can be moved past the suspension heads when the supporting structure is moved in the longitudinal direction, a motor unit acting in the longitudinal direction, which is mounted on the base element, and at least one push-off element which is coupled to the motor unit in such a way that it can be moved by the motor unit relative to the base element or with the base element relative to the support device, in particular the support rail, and is designed to protrude beyond the cross-sectional contour of the base element in order to push itself against one of the suspension heads when it is moved by the motor unit relative to the base element or with the base element relative to the support device, in particular the support rail.
[0009] A building structure can, in particular, be a steel structure made from individual steel profile parts. For example, the building structure can be a steel trough of a bridge or a steel skeleton of a building. However, the building structure can also be of a different type. For example, the building structure can be or comprise a concrete structure. The motor unit can, for example, comprise a cylinder in the sense of a feed device, or a linear motor, or a spindle drive, or a gear drive on a toothed or perforated rail, or any other type of device for converting any form of energy into kinetic energy. Optionally, a gear device, which converts one direction of movement into another direction of movement (e.g., a rotary movement into a linear movement) or one movement path into another (larger or smaller) movement path, can be provided as an additional component or integrated into the motor unit.
[0010] According to the invention, the push-off element is pushed off from suspension heads that are already present for guiding the support device, in particular the support rail. Therefore, no further structural features need to be provided on the structure. Since the drive device according to the invention converts the kinetic energy generated by the motor unit into the push-off element directly at the point of generation, the feed movement can be controlled precisely, without start-up delays or overruns. The invention thus enables the longitudinal, i.e. horizontal or essentially horizontal, displacement of a supporting structure suspended and displaceably guided by means of a support rail in suspension heads along a wall of a building in a simple, cost-effective and safe manner. With the drive device according to the invention, a formwork carriage can be moved in the longitudinal direction without any modifications.
[0011] In embodiments, the push-off element is pivotally mounted on a sliding frame coupled to the motor unit, which is movably mounted on the base element. This means that the push-off element is indirectly coupled to the motor unit via the sliding frame. The reference "on" the base element encompasses all spatial relationships, such as, in particular, "on" or "in." This ensures reliable movement of the push-off element(s), and in particular, multiple push-off elements can be moved together.
[0012] In further embodiments, the push-off element has a pivoted-out position in which it projects beyond the cross-sectional contour of the base element in order to be able to push against one of the suspension heads, and a pivoted-in position in which it slides past the suspension heads when the base element is moved along the suspension heads. This ensures reliable function both during pushing and retracting. The push-off element can preferably be resiliently preloaded in the direction of the pivoted-out position so that the position for pushing is always reliably assumed. During retraction, the push-off element can be pressed into the pivoted-in position against an obstacle, in particular a suspension head, and springs back into the pivoted-out position after passing the obstacle.Alternatively, the push-off element can also be held in the correct position by gravity.
[0013] Furthermore, the push-off element can be locked in the pivoted-in position to deactivate the drive device such that the drive device can be displaced to either side along the longitudinal direction without a contact element coming into contact with a suspension head. This can facilitate assembly. It also enables bidirectional operation with two drive devices, each acting in opposite feed directions, since one of the drive devices can be deactivated by locking the push-off elements in the pivoted-in position, and the feed is not impeded by the currently active drive device.
[0014] Locking elements such as manually operated levers or an automated, possibly motor-driven mechanism can be provided for locking. Alternatively, a cover that can hold the push-off elements down can be mounted on the base element or mounted for axial displacement. For this purpose, guide slots can be provided on both sides of the push-off elements on the base element. If the cover is captively mounted on the base element even when not in use, its cross-section extends only in areas that cannot collide with the contact elements of the suspension heads when the drive device is mounted on the support device and the formwork is arranged on the structure.
[0015] In embodiments, the push-off element has a contact side designed to rest against and push off a suspension head and preferably has a hook-like, shark-fin, or anvil-like shape, and a rear side opposite the contact side, which preferably has a ramp-like, beveled shape. A shark-fin-like shape of the contact side refers to the typical shape of the downstream (rear) edge of a shark's dorsal fin. The rear side of the push-off element can also be modeled on the typical shape of the upstream (front) edge of a shark's dorsal fin. The special shape can ensure reliable operation.
[0016] The push-off element is oriented in a feed direction along the longitudinal extension direction when, in the feed direction, the contact side of the push-off element is arranged behind the rear side of the push-off element. In other words, a normal vector to the contact side of the push-off element has at least one partial component opposite to the feed direction, and a normal vector to the rear side of the push-off element has at least one partial component in the direction of the feed direction when the push-off element is oriented in the feed direction. Furthermore, the push-off element is oriented in a return feed direction opposite to the feed direction when, in the return feed direction, the contact side of the push-off element is arranged behind the rear side of the push-off element. In other words, a normal vector to the contact side of the push-off element has at least one partial component opposite to the return thrust direction, and a normal vector to the rear side of the push-off element has at least one partial component in the return thrust direction when the push-off element is oriented in the return thrust direction. A push-off element oriented in the feed direction is arranged rotated by 180 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction of extension relative to a push-off element oriented in the return thrust direction, i.e., it is arranged opposite to the longitudinal direction of extension relative to the push-off element oriented in the return thrust direction.
[0017] In embodiments, it is provided that the push-off element or, if applicable, the sliding frame or a coupling element for coupling to the motor unit or the motor unit itself is axially pivotable relative to the base element about an axis which runs parallel to the longitudinal direction, or a connecting element is provided which enables a coupling of the base element to the support device and an axial pivoting of the base element relative to the support device, wherein the axial pivot positions are preferably designed such that the push-off element can engage with a suspension head in a first axial pivot position and slides past the suspension heads in a second axial pivot position when the base element is displaced along the suspension heads. In addition to the push-off elements that can be swung in and out, this is another way to prevent the push-off elements from engaging when reversing or to deactivate a drive device completely.
[0018] It can be provided that the axial pivot position is automatically assumed depending on the direction of movement of the motor unit. This allows both the return movement without contact with the push-off element and the deactivation of the drive device altogether.
[0019] In embodiments, it is provided that the base element has a housing-like, preferably substantially tubular base body, wherein the base body accommodates the motor unit and parts of the push-off element and optionally the sliding frame, wherein the push-off element protrudes through a slot in a wall of the base body in order to be able to push itself against one of the suspension heads, wherein the sliding frame optionally preferably has a tubular cross-section at least in sections.
[0020] Tubular cross-sections are those that are closed, apart from the aforementioned slot or other openings that allow access for maintenance or assembly purposes or the passage of connecting elements. Such cross-sections can be, for example, circular, rectangular, or square, but are not limited to this. A base body with an outer wall made of mesh or the like should also be understood as tubular in this context. The base body accommodates the motor unit and, if present, the sliding frame. This allows the motor unit and the sliding frame to be housed in a protected manner, which, among other things, prevents contamination and unintentional contact with parts of the building, the suspension heads, the supporting structure, or people working on them, and can thus reduce potentially caused malfunctions and the risk of injury. It is conceivable for parts of the motor unit or, if present, the sliding frame to protrude beyond the cross-section of the base body or the length of the base body, provided that at least collisions with structural elements are reliably prevented. In alternative embodiments, the base body can also have an open or rod-shaped profile, on or around which the motor unit and, if present, the sliding frame are arranged. The sliding frame can also have a different shape, such as a rod or rail-like profile, or as a U-shaped profile or other open profile.
[0021] In embodiments, it is provided that the base element, in particular the main body, has a cross-sectional contour that is identical to or adapted to the support device, in particular the support rail, at least to the extent that the base element can be displaceably guided by the suspension heads in the longitudinal direction of the reference edge. This allows the drive device to be securely supported in alignment (extension) of the support device, in particular the support rail, by the suspension heads, which can further improve reliable and safe operation. The support device, in particular the support rail, and likewise the base element, in particular the main body, can be supported by contact elements provided on each suspension head, which are arranged in an inner contour encompassed by a frame of the suspension head and / or on an outer contour formed by the frame of the suspension head. Thus, depending on the design of the support device, in particular the support rail, and the suspension heads, the base element, in particular the base body, can be guided through the suspension heads or along them.
[0022] In embodiments, it is provided that the at least one push-off element has two or more, in particular three, four, five, six or seven push-off elements. The plurality of push-off elements makes it possible to design the motor unit with a shorter feed path. If the push-off elements are spaced evenly from one another, this is advantageous for control purposes. Particularly preferably, the spacing of the push-off elements is designed such that the push-off elements cover a distance that corresponds at least to the distance between two suspension heads on the structure plus an effective travel path of the motor unit, preferably with an excess of at least 10% or at least 30% or at least 50% and / or of at most 100% or at most 80% or at most 60%. The travel path of the motor unit is the travel path that the motor unit imparts to the push-off elements, optionally via a possible gear mechanism. The excess of the distance covered by the push-off elements thus ensures that a safe feed can be achieved even with variable distances between the suspension heads.
[0023] In embodiments, it is provided that the drive device has one, two or more, in particular three, four, five, six or seven push-off elements oriented in the feed direction and one, two or more, in particular three, four, five, six or seven push-off elements oriented in the return feed direction. In this way, the support rail can be moved in both the feed direction and the return feed direction with just one drive device. A further drive device for the return feed direction can be omitted. The drive device, which can be used in the feed direction and the return feed direction, can be switched between the feed direction and the return feed direction. In this way, a combination of support rail and drive device is produced that is compact in terms of its length in the longitudinal direction.
[0024] Advantageously, the or each of the push-off elements oriented in the feed direction is arranged directly adjacent to the or one of the push-off elements oriented in the return direction in the longitudinal direction, so that with several push-off elements oriented in the feed direction and push-off elements oriented in the return direction, an alternating sequence of push-off elements oriented in the feed direction and push-off elements oriented in the return direction results in the longitudinal direction. In this way, a space between push-off elements oriented in the feed direction can be occupied with a push-off element oriented in the return direction in a space-optimized manner.Distances between push-off elements aligned in the feed direction and between push-off elements aligned in the return direction can be selected such that the drive device can be moved in both the feed direction and the return direction with a small number of push-off elements supported on a respective suspension head.
[0025] To utilize the available installation space, it is advantageous if the push-off elements aligned in the feed direction are spaced apart at a regular distance from one another that corresponds to the regular distance between the push-off elements aligned in the return direction. If the distances are preferably greater than an extension of the suspension head in the longitudinal direction, after a movement of a push-off element pushing off the suspension head by at least one of the distances relative to the base element or with the base element relative to the support device, the further push-off element immediately adjacent to this push-off element can be supported on the same suspension head on which the immediately adjacent support element was supported prior to the movement. In this way, one suspension head can be used by each push-off element of the drive device to move the drive device relative to the support device. An extension of the motor unit in the longitudinal direction can be reduced to at least one of the distances, which leads to a compact design of the motor unit.
[0026] In embodiments, it is provided that the drive device is configured such that, during a movement in the feed direction, the or each of the push-off elements oriented in the return feed direction is located only in the second axial pivot position, i.e., in a deactivated state, and during a movement in the return feed direction, the or each of the push-off elements oriented in the feed direction is located only in the second axial pivot position, i.e., in the deactivated state. In this way, during a movement in the feed direction, the push-off elements oriented in the return feed direction do not impair, or only insignificantly impair, the function of the push-off elements oriented in the feed direction and the movement in the feed direction.Conversely, during movement in the return direction, the push-off elements aligned in the feed direction do not impair, or only insignificantly impair, the function of the push-off elements aligned in the return direction and the movement in the return direction. A change from the deactivated state to the activated state, in which either the push-off elements aligned in the feed direction or the push-off elements aligned in the return direction can be in both the first and second axial positions, can be achieved by switching the drive device. It is therefore possible to switch between operation of the drive device in the feed direction and operation of the drive device in the return direction. This results in a combination of support rail and drive device that is compact in terms of its length in the longitudinal direction. An additional drive device for the reverse thrust direction in addition to an existing drive device for the feed direction can be eliminated. This improves safety on the construction site and saves working time. Storage capacity for the additional drive device can be saved. Rotating and relocating a drive device from one end of the support rail to an opposite end for conversion from feed direction operation to reverse thrust operation can be eliminated, which improves safety on the construction site and saves working time.
[0027] In embodiments, it is provided that a stroke of the motor unit corresponds to at least one distance between two suspension heads on the structure, preferably with an excess of at least 10% or at least 30% or at least 50% and / or of at most 100% or at most 80% or at most 60%, optionally divided by the number of push-off elements or the number of push-off elements reduced by 1 or 2. The stroke of the motor unit can thus be designed to the distance between the push-off elements depending on the expected distance between the suspension heads. The excess in the stroke ensures, on the one hand, that safe advance can be enabled even with variable distances between the suspension heads, and, on the other hand, that sufficient free travel is available to enable the push-off elements to pivot in or out.
[0028] In embodiments, a threading element is provided at one end of the base element. The threading element can have a tapered tip and / or be in the shape of a ramp. The threading element can be attached to the base element or formed integrally therewith. The threading element can be made of metal or plastic. It enables advancement without the drive device getting caught on a suspension head. In particular, the threading element can have at least one ramp-like contour pointing in the advance direction in a region in which it meets a contact element of a suspension head.
[0029] A further aspect of the invention relates to a formwork system comprising a formwork with a supporting structure carrying the formwork, in particular in the form of a formwork carriage traveling underneath, for concreting a concrete part that projects laterally, in particular cantilevers, from a reference edge of a building structure of a building, wherein the supporting structure can be suspended by means of a supporting device, in particular a supporting rail, which is guided displaceably in a longitudinal direction of the reference edge in suspension heads attached to the building structure along the reference edge, with a drive device that is attached to the supporting device or integrated therein and is designed to be able to displace the supporting structure on the reference edge of the building structure. The drive device is designed according to the invention according to the aspect described above and is arranged or can be arranged such that the at least one push-off element can be supported on one of the suspension heads such that the supporting structure is displaced in a feed direction which runs along the longitudinal extension direction when the motor unit moves the push-off element counter to the feed direction relative to the base element of the drive device.
[0030] The formwork system implements the properties and advantages of the previously described drive device when applied to the supporting structure. It is sufficient if only one of several push-off elements is supported on a suspension head, but it is also conceivable for several push-off elements to each be supported on a suspension head. The formwork system can have a further drive device, which is designed in the same way as the drive device and is attached to an end of the support device opposite the end such that its feed direction is opposite to that of the drive device. This allows the supporting structure to move in both directions along the reference edge.
[0031] In embodiments, it is provided that the drive device is attached to one end of the support device and, if appropriate, the further drive device is / are attached to an end of the support device opposite the end.
[0032] In further embodiments, it is provided that the drive device and / or optionally the further drive device is / are mounted instead of the support device or a segment of the support device.
[0033] In embodiments, it is provided that the drive device and optionally the further drive device can be rotated about an axis along the feed direction into a plurality of mutually rotated positions or can be mounted in one of at least two positions rotated about the axis relative to one another. The rotated positions can preferably be rotated by 180° or 135° or 120° or 90° or 60° or 45° or 30° relative to one another. This allows the drive device to be adapted to different suspension heads. If at least one of the possible rotation positions enables the drive device or the further drive device to be displaced to either side along the longitudinal direction without a push-off element coming into contact with a suspension head, this can enable deactivation of the corresponding drive device as a whole.
[0034] In embodiments, the drive device and, if applicable, the additional drive device are arranged in an area of the supporting structure that does not bear any concreting loads. This enables operation with essentially no or low shear forces, except for base loads such as a work platform, which can preferably be arranged in the area of the drive device. This prevents stresses or deformations on the drive device caused by loads, which can further improve reliable operation.
[0035] In embodiments, the formwork system further comprises a mobile control unit. The control unit can also comprise an electrical and / or hydraulic and / or pneumatic supply unit. In alternative embodiments, the control unit is not mobile, but can be provided remotely from the supporting structure and can remotely control the motor unit, for example, via radio, and receive signals via radio. An electrical supply unit does not have to be mobile either; for example, a generator can be provided remotely from the supporting structure and supply the motor unit, for example, via a cable that is carried along.
[0036] A further aspect of the invention relates to an arrangement comprising a formwork system with a supporting structure, in particular in the form of a downwardly moving formwork carriage carrying a formwork for concreting a concrete part projecting laterally, in particular projecting, from a reference edge of a building, in particular a steel building, of a structure, and the structure, wherein the supporting structure is suspended by means of a support device, in particular a support rail, which is guided displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the reference edge in suspension heads attached to the building along the reference edge. According to the invention, the formwork system is equipped with at least one drive device according to the first aspect of the invention or is designed according to the previous aspect of the invention.
[0037] The arrangement realizes the properties and advantages of the previously described drive device in its use with the supporting structure on the building.
[0038] In embodiments, it is provided that the suspension heads each have a frame which defines a rail receiving space or guide space with a cross-sectionally C-shaped or claw-like inner contour for receiving the support device, in particular support rail, with an opening for movable connection to the remaining support structure, wherein preferably on respective sections of the frame facing the guide space, a first contact element and a second contact element are arranged such that the first contact element can receive a horizontal force component from the support rail and the second contact element can receive a vertical force component from the support rail and can divert it into the frame.
[0039] Such a suspension head is the subject of a subsequently published patent application filed by the applicant of the present application, the disclosure of which is incorporated by reference in its entirety. Preferably, such a suspension head is provided with the first contact element abutting a first contact point on a side of the support rail facing away from the building structure, which is further away from the building structure in the horizontal direction than a second contact point at which the second contact element abuts the support rail when the support rail is guided by the suspension head.
[0040] A further aspect of the invention is a method for displacing the above-described formwork system in the arrangement on the structure as described above, in a feed direction along the longitudinal direction. The method comprises the steps:
[0041] • Activating the motor unit to move the at least one push-off element opposite to the feed direction relative to the base element, to bring the push-off element into contact with one of the suspension heads and to press it against the suspension head in order to push the supporting structure in the feed direction under the guidance of the suspension heads, and
[0042] • Activating the motor unit to move the push-off element in the feed direction relative to the base element to remove the push-off element from one of the suspension heads until the push-off element moves in front of the next suspension head and / or a subsequent push-off element can be brought into contact with one of the suspension heads. During the movement in the feed direction, the push-off element is moved past the next suspension head and / or the next push-off element is moved past one of the suspension heads.
[0043] The method realizes the properties and advantages of the previously described drive device in operation.
[0044] In embodiments, the method for moving the formwork system in a return direction R opposite to the feed direction comprises the steps:
[0045] • Activating the motor unit to move the at least one push-off element aligned in the return direction against the return direction relative to the base element, to bring the push-off element aligned in the return direction into contact with one of the suspension heads and to press it against the suspension head in order to push the supporting structure in the return direction under the guidance of the suspension heads, and
[0046] • Activating the motor unit in order to move the push-off element oriented in the push-back direction in the push-back direction relative to the base element in order to remove the push-off element oriented in the push-back direction from one of the suspension heads until the push-off element oriented in the push-back direction reaches in front of the next of the suspension heads and / or a next push-off element oriented in the push-back direction can be brought into contact with one of the suspension heads, wherein during the movement in the push-back direction the push-off element oriented in the push-back direction is moved past the next of the suspension heads and / or the next push-off element oriented in the push-back direction is moved past one of the suspension heads. In embodiments it is provided that the previously described steps are repeated for the next and possibly further suspension heads, preferably until the formwork has covered a predetermined displacement path.

[0059] One embodiment of the present invention is a formwork system for use on a structural element 1 of a building. Such a formwork system is shown in Figures 1, 2, and 6 arranged on the building, the arrangement itself being a further embodiment of the present invention. A drive device 16 used therein is shown in Figures 3A-5B, 7A-7C and also constitutes an embodiment of the present invention. The method illustrated in Figures 7A-7C is also an embodiment of the present invention.
[0060] In the present exemplary embodiment, the structure is a reinforced concrete bridge. Such a bridge structure has a steel box structure as part of a building body 1. Additional parts can be support posts (not shown in detail). The steel box structure is an elongated component that extends in the direction of a planned or, depending on the construction progress, already partially completed roadway (not shown in detail). The building body 1 has a reference edge 2, which in the present exemplary embodiment is the laterally outermost and uppermost edge of a lateral profile element of the steel box structure. For orientation, a direction along the reference edge 2 is defined as a longitudinal extension direction x, a direction pointing horizontally at right angles away from the reference edge 2 is defined as a width direction y, and an upward direction is defined as the vertical direction z.It is understood that the coordinate system formed from the directions x, y, z is a local coordinate system related to a respective cross-section of the building, since the building structure 1 and thus the reference edge 2 can, for example, have a curvature and the longitudinal extension direction in each cross-section follows a local tangent to the reference edge 2.
[0061] To concreting a section of the roadway that projects in the width direction y from the reference edge 2, a so-called bottom-mounted formwork carriage is used, which is suspended from the building structure 1 by means of a series of suspension heads 3 attached along the reference edge 2. The formwork carriage has a supporting structure 6 that carries a formwork; however, the formwork can also be part of the supporting structure 6. In the present embodiment, the formwork has a formwork panel 10. The supporting structure 6 has a support rail 5. The supporting structure 6 is slidably guided in the suspension heads 3 by means of the support rail 5. The suspension heads 3 themselves are supported laterally against an edge surface extending downwards from the reference edge 2 and are in turn suspended from brackets 14.The brackets 14 are firmly bolted to the building structure 1, which can be done during site preparation, and the suspension heads 3 are connected to the brackets 14 by means of tie rods 15. Alternatively, the brackets 14 can also be welded to the building structure 1 or connected in some other way. As can be seen in Figure 2, the suspension head 3 has a frame 20, which is supported by a contact element 21 against an edge surface of the building structure 1 located in the region of the reference edge 2 and by a side support 22 against a wall 12 of the building structure 1 located further down. This type of support for the suspension head 3 is purely exemplary and can be completely different depending on the design of the building structure 1. For example, depending on the type of arrangement, the contact element 21 or the side support 22 can be omitted. In other cases, the brackets 15 may be omitted and the suspension heads 3 may be screwed directly to the structure 1.The supporting structure 6 of the formwork carriage has a frame 7 constructed from a plurality of so-called supporting disks 8, each forming a flat supporting structure in a cross-sectional plane (transverse to the supporting rail axis 4) and each connected to the supporting rail 5 via a rail connector 27. More precisely, each rail connector 27 is connected to a segment of the supporting rail 5, and the segments are interconnected to form the supporting rail 5. The supporting disks 8 are further interconnected in the longitudinal direction x via an upper longitudinal batten 9. The longitudinal batten 9 supports the formwork panel 10. In a lower region of the supporting structure 6, a plurality of lateral support devices 11 are provided, which protrude from respective supporting disks 8 in the direction of the wall 12 of the building structure 1 and support the supporting structure 6 against the wall 12 in order to absorb a moment about the supporting rail axis 4.
[0062] As can be clearly seen in Figure 2, the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 engages around the support rail 5 in a C-shape or claw-like manner. Walls of the frame 20 thus form a rail receiving space 23 for the support rail 5 as well as for the drive device 16. The rail receiving space 23 has an opening 24 which allows the rail connectors 27 to pass through the suspension heads 3 without collision when the support rail 5 is moved in the longitudinal direction x. Arranged on the frame 20, preferably adjacent to the opening 24, are a first contact element 25 and a second contact element 26 which are designed to bear against the support rail 5 and receive the loads from the support rail 5.In particular, the first contact element 25 is preferably designed and arranged to receive loads in the horizontal direction and the second contact element 26 is preferably designed and arranged to receive loads in the vertical direction, wherein each contact element 25, 26 can also receive portions of the loads in the other direction at a certain inclination.
[0063] The frame 7 of the supporting structure 6 extends in the longitudinal direction x beyond the area of the longitudinal battens 9 with the formwork panel 10. In this area, a working platform 13 is provided, which is designed to accommodate one or more people. The working platform 13 is formed in a similar way to the area of the formwork panel 10 from support plates 8, which are connected in the longitudinal direction x, with one plane of the working platform 13 preferably lying below a plane of the formwork panel 10. At one end of the support rail 5, which here lies in the area of the working platform 13, a drive device 16 is connected or coupled to the support rail 5. The drive device 16 extends as an extension of the support rail 5 and is similarly guided by the suspension heads 3. The drive device 16 has a plurality of push-off elements 17, which are driven by a motor unit 29 along the longitudinal direction x orthe support rail axis 4 are movable and are designed to be supported on one of the suspension heads 3 and to be pushed off under drive by the motor unit 29 in order to move the entire formwork carriage along the reference edge 2 in a feed direction V. More precisely, the push-off elements 17 are seated on a sliding frame 28 which is coupled to the motor unit 29 and can thus be moved together. On the front side of the drive device 16, a loading nose 18 is arranged as a threading element, which facilitates threading into the suspension heads 3. In the area of the working platform 13, a switch box 19 is also arranged, which has a control unit or parts thereof and a supply unit or parts thereof for controlling or supplying energy to the drive device 16, in particular to its motor unit 19.
[0064] The drive device 16 is shown in detail in Figures 3A to 3E and in further detail in Figures 4, 5A, and 5B. The drive device 16 comprises a base element 30. The base element 30 has a tubular body, here with a circular cross-section, in which the motor unit 29 and the sliding frame 28 with the push-off elements 17 are arranged. The sliding frame 28 also has a tubular basic shape, here with a rectangular cross-section, the outer edges of which are slidably supported on the inner wall of the base element 30, and is thereby displaceably guided in the base element 30. Each of the push-off elements 17 is pivotally mounted on the sliding frame 28 by means of a respective bearing axis 32. The sliding frame 28 with the push-off elements 17 forms a latch assembly 31.The push-off elements 17 are arranged one behind the other in the feed direction V with an axial distance d from one another, with the axial directions of the bearing axes 32 each running at right angles to the feed direction V. In this exemplary embodiment, the bearing axes 32 are designed as axle shafts or bolts which are rotatably received in a bearing receptacle on the push-off element 17 and are mounted in bearing bores in opposite side walls of the sliding frame 28. In a modification, the bearing axes 32 can also be fixedly received in bearing receptacles in opposite side walls of the sliding frame 28, while the push-off elements 17 are rotatably mounted on the bearing axes 32. In a further modification, the bearing axes 32 can also be formed by elevations formed integrally on the push-off elements 17 or the side walls of the sliding frame 28, which are received in respective recesses on the respective counter-element.The side walls of the sliding frame.
[0065] In this embodiment, the 28 are doubled with an inner plate 39 to increase rigidity, but this is optional.
[0066] The motor unit 29 in this embodiment is designed as a hydraulic cylinder 33 with a piston mounted therein, which is connected to a piston rod 34 projecting from the cylinder 33. The cylinder 33 is firmly connected to the base element 30 by means of a fastening element 33a, such as a shaft or a bolt. The piston rod 34 is coupled to the sliding frame via a coupling element 35, which is designed here as a shaft or bolt, so that by controlling the piston, the sliding frame 28 and with it the pawl assembly 31 or the push-off elements 17 can be moved relative to the base element 30. The motor unit 29 has a stroke (here piston stroke) h, which corresponds to a range of motion of the piston rod 34. It is understood that the design of the motor unit
[0067] 29 as a hydraulic cylinder 33 with a piston is purely exemplary. The motor unit 29 can be designed as a pneumatic cylinder or electric motor in modifications. A pneumatic cylinder differs from the hydraulic cylinder 33 only in the drive medium and the structural changes resulting therefrom; in particular, the coupling to the sliding frame 28 is also via a piston rod. If an electric motor is provided as the motor unit, the coupling to the sliding frame 28 can be via a rack or a spindle. With a spindle extending over a large part of the length of the base element 30, a large stroke h can also be achieved with a single forcing element 17. If one wanted to achieve an equally large stroke h with a cylinder, the base element 30 would have to be twice as long. Therefore, in the illustrated embodiment, several push-off elements 17 are provided, with which an intended feed path can also be realized step by step with a smaller stroke h.
[0068] At the rear end of the base element 30, a connecting element 36 is provided or attachable for coupling to the support rail 15.
[0069] A slot 37 is formed on the top side of the base element 30, through which the push-off elements 17 can protrude. More precisely, the push-off elements 17 protrude beyond the outer contour of the base element 30, at least in a pivoted-out position 50 (Figure 5A), through an opening in the sliding frame 28 and a slot 37 in the base element 30. In a pivoted-in position 51 (Figure 5B), the push-off elements 17 protrude less far beyond the outer contour of the base element 30 than in the pivoted-out position 50; in modifications, they can also disappear entirely into the outer contour of the base element 30. In this exemplary embodiment, the push-off elements 17 are designed in the manner of claws. They each have a front side 52 and a rear side 53, with the front side 52 being defined as the side intended for engagement with one of the suspension heads 3.Thus, in the pivoted-out position 50, the front side 52 points against the feed direction V, while the rear side 53 points roughly in the feed direction 53. The front side 52 is shaped like a hook, shark fin, or anvil, so that when moving against the feed direction V, it can brace itself against an obstacle, such as a suspension head 3. The rear side 53 has a slope such that when moving in the feed direction V, upon encountering an obstacle, the push-off element 17 pivots in, and can slide along the obstacle as it moves further. The rear side 53 is also preferably designed such that its outermost section in the pivoted-in position 51 runs parallel to the support rail axis 4 or is even inclined inwards against the feed direction, so that the push-off element 17 cannot catch on an obstacle (suspension head 3) when moving against the feed direction V, but rather slides along it. The push-off elements 17 each have a mandrel 54 for receiving a compression spring 38. The compression spring 38 is supported against an inner wall 55 of the sliding frame 28 opposite the slot 37 in order to preload the respective push-off element 17 in the direction of the pivoted-out position 50. The rear side 53 also has an upper stop edge 56 above the bearing axis 32, with which the push-off element rests against an upper stop element 57 on the sliding frame 28 in the pivoted-out position 50.The push-off element 17 also has a lower stop edge 58 below the bearing axis 32, with which the push-off element 17 rests against a lower stop element 59 on the sliding frame 28 in the pivoted-out position 50. In connection with the drive device 16, a side from which the push-off elements 17 protrude from the base element 30 in the pivoted-out position 50 is defined as the top. In the illustrated embodiment, the upper stop element 57 and the lower stop element 59 are buffers, which are made, for example, from a plastic and are attached to an edge of a respective upper recess 28a and lower recess 28b, respectively, formed in an upper and lower wall of the sliding frame 28.However, this is only one possibility; the stop elements 57, 59 can also be formed solely by respective edges of the respective recess 28a, 28b or by cross bolts extending between the side walls of the sliding frame 28, or by bent sheet metal sections bent from the side walls of the sliding frame 28, or in any other suitable manner.
[0070] As shown in Figure 6, each of the suspension heads 3 (three suspension heads 3-I, 3-II, 3-III are shown) has a push-off area 60 designed to accommodate a push-off element 17. The push-off area 60 can be an edge or surface of the frame 20 of the suspension head 3. Distances d between the push-off elements 17 are designed such that preferably exactly one push-off element 17 comes into contact with one of the suspension heads 3, while the other push-off elements 17 are either located between two suspension heads 3 or pressed into the pivoted-in position in the area of one of the suspension heads. This ensures that the load case is always clear. Thus, each of the push-off elements 17 is dimensioned to transmit the entire thrust load. Likewise, each of the suspension heads 3, including the fastening system on the structure 1, is dimensioned to absorb the entire thrust load.
[0071] When moving the formwork carriage, the suspension heads 3 are passed through one after the other in the feed direction, so that, for example, first a first suspension head 3-I, then a next suspension head 3-II in the feed direction, then a still next suspension head 3-III in the feed direction, etc., is used to push off by the push-off elements 17 in order to move the formwork carriage by a predetermined feed distance.
[0072] As can be further seen in Figure 6, connecting elements 61, 62 for supplying the cylinder with hydraulic fluid, holders 63 on the base element 30 and a drain 64 for draining off any fluid that may accumulate within the base element 30 are arranged in such a way that, when the drive device 16 is mounted on the support rail 5, they can move through the opening 24 into the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 without colliding with the suspension heads 3. Furthermore, an assembly opening 65 is formed in the wall of the base element 30, which allows a fitter access to the interior of the base element 30, in particular at the level of the coupling element 35 for coupling the sliding frame 28 to the piston rod 34, at a location in the circumferential direction of the base element 30 which lies outside the area of the contact elements 25, 26, so that the contact elements 25, 26 can always rest against a smooth outer wall of the base element 30.
[0073] Figures 7A to 7C illustrate a displacement process using the drive device 16 on a suspension head 3. In this embodiment, the drive device has five push-off elements 17-1, 17-11, 17-111, 17-IV, and 17-V, which are pivotally mounted on the displacement frame 28, wherein the first push-off element 17-1 is closest to the motor unit 28 and the last (here fifth) push-off element 17-V is arranged furthest from the motor unit 28. The drive device 16 is operated in such a way that the push-off elements, from the first push-off element 16-1 to the last push-off element 16-V, push off the suspension head 3 in sequence. Here, Figure 7A shows a retracted or initial position 70 of the piston rod 34 of the motor unit 29 at a moment in which the second push-off element 17-II is ready to push. This means that the second push-off element 17-11 is in the pivoted-out position 50, and its front side 52 has a small gap distance g from the push-off area 60 on the frame 20 of the suspension head 3. When the cylinder 33 is acted upon on one side, the piston rod 34 is extended by a stroke h, whereby first the second push-off element 17-11 comes into contact with the frame 20 of the suspension head 3 and then the sliding frame 28 is displaced relative to the base element 30 by an increment s, which corresponds to the stroke h minus the original distance between the push-off element 17-11 and the suspension head 3. The step size s is an effective displacement path of the motor unit 29. Since the second push-off element 17-II rests firmly against the suspension head 3, the base element 30 must yield and is displaced relative to the suspension head 3 by the step size s in the feed direction V, so that the extended or end position 71 shown in Figure 7B is reached. The entire supporting structure 6 of the formwork carriage is thereby also moved by the increment s relative to the building structure 1, with the support rail 5 being held and guided in the suspension heads 3. If the cylinder 33 is now actuated in the opposite direction, the piston rod 34 is retracted again, as shown in an intermediate position 72 in Figure 7C. As a result, the sliding frame 28 with the push-off elements 17 is also moved in the feed direction relative to the base element 30, while the supporting structure 6 remains stationary due to friction between the support rail 5 and the contact elements 25, 26 of the suspension heads 3. The second push-off element 17-11 moves away from the suspension head 2 on which it has previously pushed off, and the third push-off element 17-111 is pulled through the rail receiving space 23 of the frame 20 of the suspension head 3, wherein it is pressed into the pivoted-in position 50 by the rear side 53 being in contact with the frame 20.At the latest when the piston rod 34 is fully retracted into the cylinder 33, the third forcing element 17-111 is released from the suspension head 3 and springs back into the pivoted position 51 and is ready to be forged like the second forcing element 17-II before. The previously described processes, which correspond to a step in the displacement of the supporting structure, are repeated until the last forcing element 17-V has been used to forge away from the suspension head 3. At the latest when, after using the last forcing element 17-V, the piston rod 34 has been retracted with the displacement frame 28 by the cylinder 33, the first forcing element 17-1 or one of the next forcing elements 17-11, 17-111 has been pulled by the next suspension head (not shown here) in the feed direction V and is ready to be forged. It is understood that the number and spacing of the push-off elements 17 are dimensioned depending on the distance between suspension heads 3 so that the supporting structure 6 can be moved step by step along the reference edge 2 in the manner described above. Conversely, it is also possible to design the distance between suspension heads 3 based on the conditions at the drive unit 16. However, it is more common to design the distance between suspension heads based on the expected weight load, or the distance between suspension heads corresponds to the width of a support disc 8.
[0074] In the exemplary embodiment, a distance d between the push-off elements 17 can be approximately 30 cm each. The five push-off elements 17-1 to 17-V thus cover a distance of 120 cm. If the step size s is approximately 40 cm, a displacement of 160 cm can be achieved on a suspension head 3. This dimensioning is designed for a distance between suspension heads 3 of approximately 150 cm each. The gap distance g corresponds to an idle stroke of the cylinder 33. This numerical example is for illustrative purposes only. In other words, the distance between the first and last push-off element 17 plus the step size s corresponds approximately to the maximum distance between two suspension heads 3.
[0075] In order to be able to move the drive device freely back and forth without getting caught on a suspension head 3, optional means for deactivating the push-off elements 17 or the entire latch assembly 31 are provided, which cause the push-off elements 17 to remain or be locked in their pivoted-in position 51, or otherwise prevent the push-off elements 17 from engaging with the suspension heads 3. For this purpose, for example, a locking bolt 40 (see Figure 2) can be provided. Alternative means have already been mentioned above in the general description of the invention. In Fig.8A shows a drive device 16 according to a further embodiment of the invention in a perspective view with push-off elements 17R-I, 17R-II, 17R-III, 17R-IV, 17R-V, which are oriented in a return direction R opposite to the feed direction, wherein push-off elements 17V-I, 17V-II, 17V-III, and 17V-IV, oriented in the feed direction, are arranged between these push-off elements. Another push-off element 17V-oriented in the feed direction.
[0076] V is arranged in the return direction R directly adjacent to the push-off element 17R-V aligned in the return direction R. The push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V are aligned in the return direction R along the longitudinal direction x, since in the return direction R the contact side in the form of the front side 52 of each push-off element 17R-I, 17R-II, 17R-III, 17R-IV, 17R-V is arranged behind the rear side 53 of the push-off element (see Fig. 5A, 5B). The push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-
[0077] V are aligned in the feed direction, since in the feed direction the contact side in the form of the front side 52 of each push-off element 17V-I to 17V-V is arranged behind the rear side 53 of the push-off element 17V-I to 17V-V. The push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V are therefore arranged opposite the push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V in the longitudinal direction x. During operation in the return feed direction R, the push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V aligned in the feed direction are deactivated. Therefore, the push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V are in the second axial pivot position, in which they can slide past suspension heads.
[0078] A support rail end section 5A is arranged at the end of the drive device 16 with the base element 30 and the brackets 63 attached thereto, which is opposite the end of the drive device with the funnel-shaped threading element 18. A sliding frame 28, to which the push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V aligned in the feed direction and / or the push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V aligned in the return feed direction R are connected, is arranged within the base element 30.
[0079] Figures 8B and 8C show a side view of the drive device 16 of Figure 8A during operation in the feed direction V (Fig. 8B) and during operation in the return feed direction V (Fig. 8C). Each of the push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V aligned in the feed direction V is arranged directly adjacent to one of the push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V aligned in the return feed direction R in the longitudinal direction x, so that in and against the feed direction V there is an alternating sequence of push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V aligned in the feed direction V and push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V aligned in the return feed direction x.
[0080] The push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V aligned in the feed direction V are spaced apart by a regular distance that corresponds to the regular distance that the push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V aligned in the return feed direction V have from each other. The distances are each greater than an extension of the suspension head 3 with the frame 20 and the second contact element 26 in the longitudinal direction x. The step size s, which is at least as large as the regular distance between the push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V aligned in the feed direction V or between the push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V aligned in the return feed direction V, is an effective displacement path of the motor unit (not shown). Since the first push-off element 17V-I aligned in the feed direction V rests firmly against the suspension head 3, the base element 30 must yield and is displaced relative to the suspension head 3 by the step size s in the feed direction V (Fig. 8B).Since the fourth push-off element 17R-IV aligned in the return direction R rests firmly against the suspension head 3, the base element 30 must yield and is displaced relative to the suspension head 3 by the step width s in the return direction R (Fig. 8C).
[0081] During a movement in the feed direction V, each of the push-off elements 17R-I to 17R-V aligned in the return feed direction R is only in the second axial pivot position, i.e., in the deactivated state, so that it can be passed over by the suspension head 3 (see push-off element 17R-II in Fig. 18B). During a movement in the return feed direction R, each of the push-off elements 17V-I to 17V-V aligned in the feed direction V is only in the second axial pivot position, i.e., in the deactivated state, so that it can be passed over by the suspension head 3 (see push-off element 17V-III in Fig. 18C). The present invention has been explained above using preferred embodiments.
[0082] It goes without saying that the invention can be used not only for formwork carriages for concreting, but also for other suspended and laterally supported supporting structures that can be moved along a wall, such as maintenance carriages or cleaning gondolas. Suspension can also be achieved by means of support devices other than a support rail guided in the suspension heads, such as a crane unit movable along a rail.
[0083] The features of the invention described with reference to the illustrated and / or described embodiments can also be present in other embodiments of the invention, unless stated otherwise or unless technically impossible. Otherwise, the subject matter of the invention is defined solely by the independent claim(s). Further subject matter can be formed by any combination of features described herein that is new compared to the prior art and solves an objective problem in a non-obvious manner, without necessarily requiring other features that are not necessary to solve this problem, even if these other features are present in the embodiments described herein. Details of an embodiment are to be regarded as exemplary and optional, unless specifically claimed independently.
[0084] In the exemplary embodiment, the drive device 16 is coupled to the support rail 5 and is positioned upstream in the feed direction V, so that it pulls on it in the feed direction V. It is also conceivable for the drive device 16 to be positioned downstream of the support rail 5 with respect to the feed direction V, i.e., to act in a pushing or pushing manner. It is also conceivable for the drive device 16 to be part of the support rail 5; in particular, it can replace a segment of the support rail 5.
[0085] In the exemplary embodiment, the base element 30 of the drive device 16 is fixedly connected to the support rail 5 in the feed direction V, and the latch assembly 31 is slidably mounted on the base element 30 and movable by the motor unit 29. The reverse case is also conceivable, in which the coupling of the drive device 16 to the support rail 5 takes place via the motor unit 29, in that the base element is moved relative to the support rail by the motor unit 29, and the support elements 17 are pivotably but stationary mounted on the base element 30.
[0086] In the exemplary embodiment, the support rail 5 has a closed, particularly tubular, cross-section. In modifications, the support rail 5 can also have an open cross-section. The same applies to the base element 30, in which case the sliding frame 28 and the motor unit 29 are not accommodated in the base element 30, but are arranged on or in some other way on the base element 30.
[0087] In the exemplary embodiment, the push-off elements 17 are pivotally mounted so that when the motor unit 29 retracts, they do not get caught on an obstacle, in particular the suspension head 3, but can pivot away from it (evade) and slide along it. In modifications, the evasion can be accomplished in other ways. For example, the push-off elements 17 could fold away sideways or rotate away in the circumferential direction during retraction, or the entire pawl assembly 31 could rotate away during retraction, or the entire drive device could be rotatable relative to the support rail 5, so that the push-off elements 17 can move, for example, through the opening 23 in the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 during retraction. In this way, deactivation of the drive device 16 can also be enabled.
[0088] In the exemplary embodiment, a single drive device 16 is provided at one end of the support rail 5. In an expanded version of the formwork system, a second drive device 16 can be arranged at the opposite end of the support rail 5 with the opposite feed direction V in order to be able to move the supporting structure 6 in both directions along the reference edge 2. In this case, it is advantageous if the currently unused drive device 16 can be deactivated (for example, by locking bolts 40 or other means) so that its push-off elements 17 cannot get caught on the suspension heads 3. In the exemplary embodiment, the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 engages around the support rail 5 in a C-shape or claw-like manner, so that the support rail 5 is guided within the rail receiving space 23 formed by the frame 20. This is also a completely exemplary configuration.Suspension heads are also known that are encompassed by a support rail, so that the support rail runs and is guided outside or partially outside the suspension heads. In the context of the invention, it is only necessary that push-off elements are provided on the support rail serving as the support device. These elements can be moved under the influence of a motor unit and can engage the suspension heads to further push or pull the supporting structure, and can pass through the suspension heads unhindered during the return movement.
[0089] In an alternative form, pawls can also be mounted on each suspension head and the drive unit can have a driven driver element, for example in the form of a locking rail with one or more notches in the form of holes, teeth or the like, into which the pawl can engage and which can be pressed against the pawl during movement in the feed direction, while the pawl gives way when the driver element moves back.
[0090] It should be understood that details of the supporting structure 6, the building structure 1, or the suspension heads 3, as well as the specific shape of the support rail 5 in the described and shown embodiment, are chosen purely as examples to explain the principle of the invention, in order to demonstrate at least one way of implementing the invention. The invention is particularly applicable to any type of support rail cross-section and any corresponding shape of the suspension heads 3 by adapting the type of attachment, for example, of the push-off elements 17, the latch assembly 31, the motor unit 29, or other structural details accordingly.
[0091] In summary, the present invention is characterized by at least one of the following properties: • The invention creates an independent drive system by means of which formwork carriages, in particular formwork carriages traveling downwards, can be moved translationally, ie in a horizontal direction.
[0092] • No external drive system (winch or similar) is required. • No special structural elements on the building are required to which the
[0093] drive can attack (see disadvantage of the walking mechanism with clamping device).
[0094] • The same force is always applied (see disadvantage of the winch).
[0095] • The force of the cylinder or motor unit is applied directly (without delay) and can also be stopped immediately. • The displacement can be controlled very precisely.
[0096] • The drive is directly connected to the suspension head, so no additional lifting platform / crane is required to continuously move the formwork.
[0097] • Heads can be mounted directly from the supporting structure or the attached work platform.
