Description

[0001] PROTECTIVE CASING

[0002] The claimed utility model relates to light industry, namely to mechanical, starting, toy means and protective covers for them and can be used in means of construction and modeling that have a moving part. Also, the useful model belongs to the field of toy sets consisting of separate elements that can be assembled into a toy model with the possibility of movement. The technical solution used in the useful model can be used to assemble toy and souvenir sets, prefabricated mechanical models that are obtained by connecting component elements in a certain sequence, and other constructors. Such models develop the creative imagination, logical thinking, attention and perseverance of the person who assembles such a mechanical model.

[0003] A spring block is known from the state of the art (patent of Ukraine No. 148921 , IPC A63H 29 / 04, published in Bull. No. 39, dated 09 / 29 / 2021) which contains a coiled ribbon spring with variable stiffness, placed inside the casing. The casing is continuous and formed by bending, and in the bent state has first and second bases that are opposite each other, with at least one base having a hole in the center. The main drawback of the specified technical solution is the execution of the casing as a continuous part, which has the complexity of the shape of the part during its manufacture, and the predetermined use of a spring of a fixed size in height, which is placed in the middle of such a protective casing.

[0004] The closest to the claimed technical solution is the protective cover of the ribbon spring (Ukrainian patent No. 148203, IPC A63H 33 / 08, published in Bull. No. 28, dated 07 / 14 / 2021), which contains protrusions and holes, and is a continuous part with a folding membrane and with symmetrically located at least two protrusions with latches on one side of the part with the possibility of their entry into the latching holes, which are located on the opposite side of the part. Moreover, the protrusions are made with the possibility of bending in the direction of the axis of the part. The main drawback of the specified technical solution is the execution of the casing as a solid part, which has the complexity of the shape of the part during its manufacture, and the predetermined use of a spring of a fixed size in width, which is placed in the middle of the protective casing.

[0005] The basis of a useful model is the task of obtaining a protective cover that has a universal shape, which allows for quick, easy and at the same time strong connection of parts to each other in all directions and to ensure reliable fixation of parts during assembly, regardless of the width of the spring that is placed in in the middle of the protective cover. i The task is solved as follows, a protective cover consisting of the base of the protective cover and the cover of the protective cover is proposed, and the base and the cover are made as separate parts. At least two fixing ribs are attached to the cover of the protective cover, which in turn form a continuous part with the cover of the protective cover and are made with the possibility of fixing in the base by bending. In turn, the base of the protective cover contains at least two slots that are made with the possibility of entering the ribs of the protective cover and the formation of the protective cover. The ribs of the protective cover are made with the possibility of bending after entering the base of the protective cover. Making the base of the protective cover and the cover of the protective cover as separate parts forming the protective cover ensures the necessary distance between the base and the cover depending on the width of the spring used in it.

[0006] In another version of the embodiment of the protective cover, at least four fixing ribs are attached to the cover, and the base additionally has at least two grooves in which the fixing ribs are located in the process of forming the protective cover.

[0007] After the fixing ribs of the protective cover enter the slots of the base, the fixing ribs are fixed by bending.

[0008] Additionally, the protective housing cover has at least one central opening. Also, the cover of the protective cover can have at least one inspection hole designed for visual inspection of the spring.

[0009] In addition, at least one central hole also has a base of the protective cover.

[0010] The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings, which present the most convenient for understanding and implementation of the protective cover. Note that the presented drawings do not limit the implementation of the claimed useful model, but are directed to the explanation of the technical solution.

[0011] Fig. 1 Base and cover of the protective cover.

[0012] Fig. 2 Protective cover as a whole.

[0013] Fig. 3 Protective cover with spring.

[0014] Fig. 4 Base and cover of the protective cover.

[0015] Fig. 5 Protective cover with spring.

[0016] Fig. 6. Protective cover with a spring assembly.

[0017] The proposed protective housing consists of a protective housing cover (1) and a protective housing base (2). At least two fixing ribs (3) are attached to the cover (1) of the protective cover, which in turn form a continuous part with the cover of the protective cover and are made with the possibility of fixation in the base of the protective cover. In turn, the base (2) of the protective cover contains at least two slots (4), which are made with the possibility of entering into them the fixing ribs (3) of the cover (1) of the protective casing and the formation of the protective casing as a whole. The resulting protective casing provides the necessary distance between the base and the cover depending on the width of the spring located in it.

[0018] The cover (1) of the protective cover has a central hole (5) and inspection holes (6) for visual inspection of the spring. Also, the central hole (7) has the base (2) of the protective cover.

[0019] Form a protective cover from the location of the spring (9) in it as follows. A core (8) is placed in the middle of the spring (9), which is made with the possibility of fixing the spring (9) in it and is intended for transferring the spring (9) to the working state. The spring (9) which is fixed on the core (8) by the loop (10) located on the outer end of the spring (9) is fixed on one of the fixing ribs (3) of the cover (1) of the protective casing. Next, the cover (1) with the spring (9) fixed on it, the fixing ribs (3) is inserted into the slots (4) of the base (2) of the protective cover. For reliable fixation, the protruding part of the fixation ribs (3) is bent. The protective cover obtained in this way with the spring located in it can be used for its intended purpose.

[0020] In another example of the embodiment of the utility model, the base (2) of the protective cover has grooves (11) located along the perimeter of the base (2). The protective cover is formed as follows, the cover (1) with the spring (9) fixed on it, part of the fixing ribs (3) is inserted into the slots (4) of the base (2), and the other part of the fixing ribs (3) is inserted into the grooves (11) which are located around the perimeter of the base (2). For reliable fixing, the springs in the protective cover bend part of the fixing ribs (3).

[0021] The protective cover formed in this way has a universal shape, which allows for quick, easy and at the same time strong connection of parts to each other in all directions and ensuring reliable fixation of parts during the assembly process, regardless of the width of the spring that is placed in the protective cover.
