This paper describes cyclic peptides that target the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), and their incorporation into radioligand imaging and therapy compounds, as well as methods and / or uses of such compounds for imaging, treatment and / or prevention of diseases and disorders involved in HER2 (e.g., cancer).
