Abstract

The device comprises ahanging arm, a spindle moving ring and a shielding plate, wherein the spindle moving ring is arranged between the shielding plate and the hanging arm; the spindle moving ring is connected to the hanging arm in rotation; the spindle moving ring is connected to the shielding plate in rotation; and the spindle moving ring is provided with a turning tool. In the prior art, the shielding device, the lifting device, and the cutting device are independent of each other. When they need to work together, the shielding device needs to be connected to the lifting device through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure interferes with the rotation of the cutting device, so that construction efficiency is influenced.
