Electronic detonator automatic assembly machine

Abstract

The present invention relates to an automatic assembly machine for electronic detonators, comprising a machine base and a carrier for fixing the electronic detonators, the machine base being provided with a carrier flow channel, a positioning mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a coding mechanism, and an extrusion mechanism being sequentially provided along the conveying direction of the carrier flow channel, the machine base being provided with a multi-link material transfer mechanism for controlling the movement of the carrier in the flow channel between the positioning mechanism, the pressing mechanism, the coding mechanism, and the extrusion mechanism, the output end of the carrier flow channel being connected to a carrier return channel, the carrier return channel comprising a first transition channel, a transfer channel, and a second transition channel being sequentially provided, the output end of the second transition channel being provided with a carrier unloading mechanism, the carrier unloading mechanism being located on a side of the carrier flow channel away from the carrier loading mechanism. The present invention can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs; and the use of automated production can effectively improve the yield rate of product assembly.
