The absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric has a plurality of the fibers, and a number of the fibers arranged across the transverse direction of the adherent is larger than a number of the fibers arranged across the longitudinal direction of the adherent.

3. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric has a plurality of compressed portions in which the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is compressed in a thickness direction.

4. The absorbent article according to claim 3, characterized in that, the fibers have a length longer than a minimum value of intervals of adjacent two of the compressed portions.

5. The absorbent article according to claim 3, characterized in that, at least one of the compressed portions is provided in a region in which the adherent and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric overlap when viewed in the thickness direction of the outer cover member.

6. The absorbent article according to claim 3, characterized in that, a dimension of either of the longitudinal direction of the adherent and the transverse direction is larger than the minimum value of the intervals of the adjacent two of the compressed portions.

7. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, the outer cover member has a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric having a hydrophilicity lower than a hydrophilicity of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric at a position on a skin side from the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric.

The absorbent article according to claim 7, characterized in that, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric has a plurality of opening portions through the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric in a thickness direction, and at least one of the opening portions is provided in a region in which the adherent and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric overlap when viewed in the thickness direction of the outer cover member.

9. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, the adherent is a post-processing tape for maintaining the absorbent article in a compact form after the absorbent article is used.

The absorbent article according to claim 9, characterized in that, the post-processing tape has: a first member adhered to the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric; and a second member joined to a non-skin side of the first member by a joining portion provided between an end portion on one side and an end portion on the other side in a length direction of the first member.
