Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention belongs to the technical field of valves, and in particular relates to an air valve and an air duct component having the air valve. Background Art

[0002] The air duct components of existing air conditioners and bladeless fans are mostly provided with air valves for switching the air outlet state, such as the structure disclosed in the invention patent application "A cabinet air conditioner with upper and lower air outlets" with application number CN201910553024.2 (application publication number CN110360654A), which includes a main body, an upper air duct component, a lower air duct component, and an air duct switching component, wherein the rear portion of the main body is provided with an air inlet and a heat exchanger, and the front side is provided with an upper air outlet and a lower air outlet; the upper air duct component includes an upper air duct connecting the air inlet and the upper air outlet, and an upper fan arranged inside the upper air duct; the lower air duct component includes a lower air duct connecting the air inlet and the lower air outlet, and a lower fan arranged in the lower air duct, and the air outlet of the lower air duct is also connected to the upper air duct or the upper air outlet; the air duct switching component can be movably installed in the lower air duct to close or open the connecting channel between the lower air duct and the lower air outlet. The air duct switching component is equivalent to an air valve, which can easily switch the air outlet state, so that the air is discharged from both the upper and lower air outlets in the heating state of the air conditioner, and only the upper air outlet is discharged in the cooling state, avoiding the discomfort caused by cold air blowing directly on the face.

[0003] Another example is the structure disclosed in the utility model patent "Dual Wind Tunnel Bladeless Fan" (authorization announcement number CN203627278U) with patent number CN201320827178.4, which includes a base and a wind tunnel. The base is equipped with a controller, a motor and an impeller, and the impeller is installed in the inner wind path. The wind tunnel is a closed track, and there are slit-shaped air outlets on the wind tunnel. There are two wind tunnels, which are installed on the rotating shaft bracket. There is an air duct in the center of the rotating shaft bracket, and the air duct is connected to the air duct in the base; an air valve is installed on the rotating shaft bracket, and the air valve is a solenoid valve or a manual valve. The air valve in this patent is equivalent to a wind valve, and the air outlet of the two wind tunnels is achieved by controlling the operation of the air valve.

[0004] Most of the air valves in the prior art only have the function of opening and closing the air duct. Therefore, in order to switch the working mode of the two air ducts, it is often necessary to set air valves in both air ducts, which has a relatively complex structure. Moreover, the air valves set in the air ducts will increase the wind resistance to a certain extent. Summary of the invention

[0005] The first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an air valve with a switchable air outlet mode in view of the current status of the prior art, so as to reduce the number of air valves installed in actual use.

[0006] The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a wind valve that can reduce wind resistance.

[0007] The third technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an air duct assembly having the above-mentioned air valve.

[0008] The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the above-mentioned first and second technical problems is: an air valve, including a valve body, characterized in that: the valve body as a whole is in the shape of a hollow cylinder, the first end of the valve body is open to form an air inlet connected to the interior thereof, and the second end of the valve body is closed; the valve body includes a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are arranged inside and outside and can rotate relatively under the action of an external force, the first cylinder is provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet on the peripheral wall thereof and are spaced apart in the axial direction, the second cylinder is provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet on the peripheral wall thereof and are spaced apart in the axial direction, and the positional relationship between them satisfies the following conditions:

[0009] When the first and second cylinders are rotated to the first position, the first air outlet and the first air outlet are staggered and respectively opposite to the cylinder walls of the first and second cylinders; and the second air outlet and the second air outlet are at least partially opposite to form an outlet for air flow to flow out;

[0010] When the first and second valve bodies rotate to the second position, the first exhaust port and the first air outlet are at least partially opposite to each other to form an outlet for air flow; and the second exhaust port and the second air outlet are staggered with each other and respectively opposite to the cylinder walls of the first and second cylinder bodies.

[0011] Furthermore, it also includes a valve plate, which is movably connected to the valve body, and the valve plate is horizontally blocked in the valve body when the first and second cylinders are rotated to the first position and divides the space inside the valve body into at least two parts along the axial direction, namely the first space and the second space, the first air outlet and the first air exhaust port are arranged corresponding to the first space, and the second air outlet, the second air exhaust port and the air inlet are arranged corresponding to the second space; the valve plate opens the internal space of the valve body and connects the first and second spaces when the first and second cylinders are rotated to the second position.

[0012] Furthermore, the valve plate is connected to the valve body in a transversely movable manner, and a through hole for the valve plate to enter and exit is opened on the peripheral wall of the valve body. The through hole is located between the first air outlet and the second air outlet, and between the first air exhaust port and the second air exhaust port.

[0013] Preferably, there are at least two valve plates distributed along the circumferential direction, and the valve plates are close to each other and assembled to form a plate-shaped body to block the valve body when the first and second cylinders rotate to the first position, and the valve plates are away from each other and located outside the valve body when the first and second cylinders rotate to the second position. The valve plates located outside the valve body will not affect the flow of the fluid in the valve body, thereby reducing wind resistance.

[0014] The cylinder and valve plate can be driven manually, and preferably, further include a driving mechanism, the output end of which is drivingly connected to the second cylinder and valve plate, and the driving mechanism provides the external force.

[0015] Preferably, it also includes a transmission ring and at least two bent rods, the transmission ring is rotatably arranged on the periphery of the above-mentioned valve plate, the first end of each bent rod is rotatably connected to the above-mentioned transmission ring, and the second end is rotatably connected to the corresponding valve plate, and each valve plate is rotatably connected to the valve body; the output end of the driving mechanism is transmission-connected to the transmission ring.

[0016] Preferably, the driving mechanism includes a motor, a gear connected to the output end of the motor, and a rack meshing with the gear, the rack extends along the circumference of the valve body and is arranged on the outer side of the peripheral wall of the valve body, the outer side of the peripheral wall of the second cylinder is connected to an axially extending connecting shaft, the transmission ring and the rack are respectively provided with a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole, and the connecting shaft passes through the above-mentioned first and second connecting holes.

[0017] In order to improve the structural stability, an annular plate extending radially outward is provided on the peripheral wall of the first cylinder, and the annular plate is horizontally placed between the first air outlet and the second air outlet. The transmission ring is rotatably connected to the annular plate with the central axis of the valve body as the center, and an arc hole extending circumferentially is opened on the transmission ring, and a plug that can be inserted into the arc hole is convexly provided on the annular plate; each of the valve plates is installed on the annular plate. In this way, the plug can move along the arc hole, thereby limiting the rotation direction of the transmission ring.

[0018] In the above schemes, the first air outlet and the second air outlet are distributed along the axial direction of the first cylinder; the first air outlet and the second air outlet are distributed in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction of the second cylinder.

[0019] The first air outlet, the second air outlet, the first exhaust port and the second exhaust port may all be one. To improve the uniformity of air outlet, preferably, there are at least two first air outlets and they are spaced apart along the circumference of the first cylinder, and the number of the first exhaust ports matches the number of the first air outlets; there are at least two second air outlets and they are spaced apart along the circumference of the first cylinder, and the number of the second exhaust ports matches the number of the second air outlets.

[0020] In the above solutions, the inner end surface of the second end of the valve body is basically a conical surface, the conical surface is opposite to the air inlet of the valve body, and the small end of the conical surface is located in the center of the valve body; the first air outlet and the first exhaust port are arranged near the second end of the valve body. In this way, the airflow that hits the conical surface can flow outward along the conical surface to reduce wind resistance.

[0021] The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the third technical problem is: an air duct assembly with an air valve as described above, characterized in that: it includes an air duct, a partition is provided inside the air duct, the partition divides the internal space of the air duct into at least two parts, namely a first channel and a second channel, the first channel and the second channel respectively have a first air port and a second air port for air flow out, the valve body is partially inserted in the air duct, and the first air outlet and the first air exhaust port of the valve body are arranged corresponding to the first channel, the second air outlet and the second air exhaust port of the valve body are arranged corresponding to the second channel, and the air inlet of the valve body is exposed outside the air duct. The present application separates the first channel and the second channel into independent channels inside the air duct, the first channel and the second channel can both realize air intake and air outlet, and an air valve is provided on the air duct, the air valve can selectively open the air intake of the first channel and the second channel, so that, under the condition of the same air intake at the air inlet, the volume of the present application is reduced compared with the existing air duct, the air outlet speed at the air outlet is significantly increased, and the high-speed ejected airflow can enhance the flow of indoor air.

[0022] Preferably, the air duct is tubular, the partition extends longitudinally along the tubular body, the first channel and the second channel are distributed in the air duct in the transverse direction; the first channel is flat in the transverse direction; the second channel is flat in the transverse direction. The flat channel can reduce the channel volume, thereby increasing the air outlet speed. When the airflow with a high air outlet speed is ejected, part of the indoor air can be drawn, so that the ejected airflow is mixed with the indoor air; the airflow mixed with air can increase the air supply volume and the air supply head.

[0023] In order to take into account the suitability of both the air outlet speed and the volume of the air duct, preferably, the first air outlet is a slit extending in the longitudinal direction, and there are at least two first air outlets distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction along the peripheral wall of the air duct.

[0024] Preferably, there are two first air outlets, namely, air outlet 1 and air outlet 2, and air outlet 2 is arranged toward the outside of the peripheral wall of the air duct, and air outlet 1 is arranged toward air outlet 2, and the peripheral wall of the air duct between air outlet 1 and air outlet 2 is a guide surface for the airflow from air outlet 1 to flow along it. Due to the Coanda effect, the airflow ejected from air outlet 1 will move forward along the guide surface; the airflow ejected from air outlet 2 will not form an airflow attached to the wall because the outlet direction forms a certain angle with the peripheral wall of the air duct, and the airflow ejected from air outlet 1 and air outlet 2 flows outward together near air outlet 2. In this way, the airflow from air outlet 1 can drive the outlet direction of the airflow from air outlet 2.

[0025] Furthermore, it also includes a wind control member for adjusting the air outlet direction, which is arranged at one of the air outlets. By arranging the wind control member at one of the air outlets, the airflow from the first air outlet can drive the air outlet direction of the airflow at the second air outlet, so that the air outlet direction can be adjusted without arranging the wind control member at the second air outlet.

[0026] Preferably, the wind control member includes a wind control plate and a driving member, there are at least two wind control plates distributed side by side in air outlet one, both ends of each wind control plate are rotatably connected to the inner wall of air outlet one; the output end of the driving member is transmission-connected to each of the wind control plates to drive each wind control plate to rotate.

[0027] Preferably, both ends of each wind control plate are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the air outlet through respective rotating shafts, and the wind control member also includes a connecting rod, which is rotatably connected to the rotating shafts of the above-mentioned wind control plates, and the output end of the driving member is transmission-connected to at least one rotating shaft or the above-mentioned connecting rod.

[0028] Finally, the second air outlet is a slit extending in the longitudinal direction, and the first air outlet and the second air outlet are respectively located on the peripheral walls on both sides of the air duct, so that air can be discharged in different directions.

[0029] Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the present invention are: by designing the valve body to have a structure of a first cylinder and a second cylinder, the first cylinder is provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet distributed axially, the second cylinder is provided with a first air exhaust port and a second air exhaust port distributed axially, the first and second cylinders are arranged inside and outside the cylinders and the two can rotate relatively under the action of an external force, and by controlling the rotation position of the first and second cylinders, the position conversion between the first air outlet and the first air exhaust port and between the second air outlet and the second air exhaust port can be realized, and when the first air outlet When the first air outlet is opened, the second air outlet and the second air outlet are closed. Conversely, when the first air outlet and the first air outlet are closed, the second air outlet and the second air outlet are opened. Therefore, the present application can realize air outlet at different positions in the axial direction through the rotation of the first cylinder and / or the second cylinder, thereby realizing the function of switching the air outlet mode; and in the present application, the air inlet is located at the end of the valve body, the air outlet is located at the peripheral wall of the valve body, the interior of the valve body is hollow, and the airflow can flow out directly from the air outlet after entering the valve body, and the wind resistance is small; and the present application has a simple structure and is easy to implement. [0047] The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0048] Embodiment 1:

[0049] like Figures 1 to 10As shown, a preferred embodiment 1 of an air valve and an air duct assembly having the air valve of the present invention is shown. The air valve 2 includes a valve body 20, a valve plate 23, a driving mechanism 24, a transmission ring 25 and a curved rod 26.

[0050] The valve body 20 is in the shape of a hollow cylinder. The first end of the valve body 20 is open to form an air inlet 200 connected to the interior thereof, and the second end of the valve body 20 is closed. The valve body 20 includes a first cylinder 21 and a second cylinder 22 which are arranged inside and outside and can rotate relatively under the action of an external force. The first cylinder 21 is provided with a first air outlet 211 and a second air outlet 212 on the peripheral wall. The first air outlet 211 and the second air outlet 212 are spaced apart in the axial direction. The second cylinder 22 is provided with a first air outlet 221 and a second air outlet 222 on the peripheral wall. The first air outlet 221 and the second air outlet 222 are spaced apart in the axial direction. Figure 3 , 5 As shown, the first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211 are staggered with each other when the first and second cylinders are rotated to the first position, and the staggered first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211 are respectively opposite to the cylinder walls of the first and second cylinders; Figure 8 As shown, the first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211 are at least partially opposite to each other when the first and second valve bodies rotate to the second position to form an outlet for air flow out; Figure 3 , 5 As shown, the second air outlet 222 and the second air outlet 212 are at least partially opposite to each other when the first and second valve bodies rotate to the first position to form an outlet for air flow out, and are staggered with each other when the first and second valve bodies rotate to the second position. The staggered second air outlet 222 and the second air outlet 212 are opposite to the cylinder walls of the first and second cylinders, respectively, as shown in FIG. Figure 8 shown.

[0051] In this embodiment, the first air outlet 211 and the second air outlet 212 are distributed along the axial direction of the first cylinder 21; the first air outlet 221 and the second air outlet 222 are staggered in the circumferential direction of the second cylinder 22. There are at least two first air outlets 211 and they are distributed at intervals along the circumference of the first cylinder 21, and the number of the first air outlets 221 matches the number of the first air outlets 211; there are at least two second air outlets 212 and they are distributed at intervals along the circumference of the first cylinder 21, and the number of the second air outlets 222 matches the number of the second air outlets 212. At the same time, an annular plate 27 extending radially outward is provided on the peripheral wall of the first cylinder 21, and the annular plate 27 is horizontally placed between the first air outlet 211 and the second air outlet 212.

[0052] The valve plate 23 is movably connected to the valve body 20 and is mounted on the annular plate 27. When the first and second cylinders are rotated to the first position, the valve plate 23 is horizontally blocked in the valve body 20 and divides the space inside the valve body into a first space 20a and a second space 20b along the axial direction. The first air outlet 211 and the first air exhaust port 221 are arranged corresponding to the first space 20a, and the second air outlet 212, the second air exhaust port 222 and the air inlet 200 are arranged corresponding to the second space 20b. When the first and second cylinders are rotated to the second position, the valve plate 23 opens the internal space of the valve body 20 and connects the first and second spaces. In this embodiment, the valve disc 23 is connected to the valve body 20 in a manner that it can move laterally, and a through hole 201 for the valve disc to enter and exit is opened on the peripheral wall of the valve body 20, and the through hole 201 is located between the first air outlet 211 and the second air outlet 212, and between the first exhaust port 221 and the second exhaust port 222. There are at least two valve discs 23 (there are four valve discs 23 in this embodiment) and they are distributed along the circumferential direction. When the first and second cylinders rotate to the first position, the valve discs 23 are close to each other and combined to form a plate-like body horizontally blocking the valve body 20. When the first and second cylinders rotate to the second position, the valve discs 23 are away from each other and are located outside the valve body 20. In this way, when the first and second valve bodies are rotated to the first position, the air inlet 200 of the valve body 20 is connected with the second air outlet 212 and the second air exhaust port 222; when the first and second valve bodies are rotated to the second position, the air inlet 200 of the valve body 20 is connected with the first air outlet 211 and the first air exhaust port 221.

[0053] The transmission ring 25 is rotatably arranged on the periphery of the valve disc 23, and is rotatably connected to the annular plate 27 with the central axis of the valve body 20 as the center. The transmission ring 25 is provided with an arc hole 251 extending in the circumferential direction, and the annular plate 27 is convexly provided with a plug 271 that can be inserted into the arc hole 251 (in this embodiment, there are four groups of arc holes 251 and plugs 271 and they are evenly spaced along the circumferential direction). There are four bent rods 26 and they are arranged corresponding to their respective valve discs 23. The first end of each bent rod 26 is rotatably connected to the transmission ring 25, and the second end is rotatably connected to the corresponding valve disc 23. Each valve disc 23 is rotatably connected to the valve body 20.

[0054] The output end of the driving mechanism 24 is in transmission connection with the second cylinder 22 and the transmission ring 25, and the driving mechanism 24 provides the above-mentioned external force. Specifically, the driving mechanism 24 includes a motor 241, a gear 242 connected to the output end of the motor 241, and a rack 243 meshing with the gear 242. The rack 243 extends along the circumference of the valve body 20 and is arranged on the outer side of the peripheral wall of the valve body 20. The outer side of the peripheral wall of the second cylinder 22 is connected with an axially extending connecting shaft 223. The transmission ring 25 and the rack 243 are respectively provided with a first connecting hole 252 and a second connecting hole 240, and the connecting shaft 223 passes through the first and second connecting holes.

[0055] The air duct assembly of this embodiment includes an air duct 1 and the above-mentioned air valve 2. Among them, a partition 10 is provided inside the air duct 1, and the partition 10 divides the internal space of the air duct 1 into two parts, namely a first channel 11 and a second channel 12. The first channel 11 and the second channel 12 respectively have a first air port 112 and a second air port 122 for air flow out. A part of the valve body 20 is inserted in the air duct 1, and the first air outlet 211 and the first air outlet 221 of the valve body 20 are arranged corresponding to the first channel 11, and the second air outlet 212 and the second air outlet 222 of the valve body 20 are arranged corresponding to the second channel 12. The air inlet 200 of the valve body 20 is exposed outside the air duct 1. In this embodiment, the air duct 1 is a tubular body, the partition 10 extends along the longitudinal direction of the tubular body, the first channel 11 and the second channel 12 are distributed in the air duct 1 in the transverse direction; the first channel 11 is flat in the transverse direction; the second channel 12 is flat in the transverse direction. The first air outlet 112 and the second air outlet 122 are both slits extending in the longitudinal direction, and the first air outlet 112 and the second air outlet 122 are respectively located on the peripheral walls on both sides of the air duct 1 .

[0056] In this embodiment, the airflow can be realized from the first air outlet 112 or the second air outlet 122 by controlling the rotation of the motor 241. Specifically, the motor 241 rotates to drive the gear 242 to rotate, thereby driving the rack 243 to move circumferentially. The movement of the rack 243 can simultaneously drive the second cylinder 22 and the transmission ring 25 to rotate. The transmission ring 25 drives the valve plate 23 to rotate so that each valve plate 23 moves closer or farther away. Figure 1 , 3As shown in Figures 4 and 5, when each valve plate 23 is against the hole and horizontally blocked in the valve body 20, the first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211 are staggered and distributed to close the first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211, and the second air outlet 222 and the second air outlet 212 are opposite to each other, and the second air outlet 222 and the second air outlet 212 are opened, and the air flow enters through the air inlet 200 of the valve body, and then flows from the second air outlet 222 and the second air outlet 212 to the second channel 12 of the air duct 1, so that the air outlet 222 of the air duct 1 is realized. When the valve plates 23 are away from each other and located at the periphery of the valve body, the first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211 are relatively distributed to open the first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211, and the second air outlet 222 and the second air outlet 212 are staggered to close the second air outlet 222 and the second air outlet 212. The airflow enters through the air inlet 200 of the valve body, and then flows from the first air outlet 221 and the first air outlet 211 to the first channel 11 of the air duct 1, so that the first air outlet 112 of the air duct 1 is discharged. For details, please refer to Figure 7 , 8 、9.

[0057] Embodiment 2:

[0058] like Figures 11 to 17 As shown in the figure, a preferred embodiment 1 of a wind valve and a wind duct assembly having the wind valve of the present invention is shown. The wind valve 2 is basically the same as the embodiment 1, except that the inner end surface of the second end of the valve body 20 in the present embodiment is basically a conical surface 202, the conical surface 202 is opposite to the air inlet 200 of the valve body 20, and the small end of the conical surface 202 is located in the center of the valve body 20; the first air outlet 211 and the first exhaust port 221 are arranged near the second end of the valve body 20. For details, please refer to Fig.14 , 15 .

[0059] In the air duct assembly of the present embodiment, there are two first air outlets 112 and they are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall of the air duct 1. The two first air outlets 112 are respectively air outlet 112a and air outlet 112b. Air outlet 112b is arranged toward the outer side of the peripheral wall of the air duct 1, and air outlet 112a is arranged toward air outlet 2 112b. The outer peripheral wall of the air duct between air outlet 112a and air outlet 2 112b serves as a guide surface 13 for the airflow from air outlet 112a to flow along it.
