Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a modification technology of carbon-based materials; in particular, the present invention relates to a post-modification technology of carbon-based materials such as carbon black, activated carbon, nano-carbon tubes, graphene and carbon fibers. Background Art
[0002] Carbon black is lipophilic in nature and has very low dispersibility in polar solvents (such as water), which limits its application. In order to further apply carbon black to inks, paints, or electronic packaging and improve its application value, the carbon black can be subjected to surface oxidation modification during the preparation process to improve the dispersion performance of the carbon black, so that the modified carbon black can be stably and well dispersed in polar solvents, thereby expanding the application of carbon black.
[0003] In the prior art, the modification process of carbon black is mostly carried out during the preparation of carbon black. Hydrogen peroxide is introduced during the preparation process to react in order to increase the oxygen-containing polar groups of the prepared carbon black; or after the preparation of carbon black, the carbon black is further subjected to post-modification treatments such as surface acidification or surface oxidation using a strong acid solution (such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, etc.) or ozone plasma. However, the use of a strong acid solution for post-modification of carbon black will inevitably lead to the problem of highly polluting waste liquid treatment and discharge, while the use of ozone plasma for post-modification of carbon black will result in poor efficiency due to the low concentration of ozone plasma. In addition, in the existing post-modification technology of carbon black, a stirrer is used in the reaction tank to stir and the surface modification of carbon black is carried out in batches. Not only is the treatment efficiency poor, the yield and economic value are difficult to improve, but also the quality of the prepared modified carbon black is easily different due to differences in various conditions of the batch treatment; even if a fluidized bed is developed for continuous treatment, there is still a serious problem of generating highly polluting waste liquid. In addition, for carbon-based materials such as activated carbon, carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon fibers, there is also an urgent need for post-modification technology that can improve processing efficiency and prepare modified carbon-based materials of good quality. [0045] See also Figure 1 , which is a cross-sectional schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention according to an embodiment of the present invention. The carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention includes a feed port 12, which is arranged at the upstream of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, and the carbon-based material raw material to be modified (not shown in the figure) is injected into the interior of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 from the feed port 12. The carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention also includes a discharge port 14, which is arranged at the downstream of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, and the modified carbon-based material (not shown in the figure) that has completed the reaction is output from the discharge port 14, so as to further perform subsequent grinding and / or packaging processing according to actual application needs. In the present invention, the carbon-based material raw material can be any one of carbon black, activated carbon, carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon fiber.

As shown in the figure, the screw device 16 includes a first section 16A upstream of the reactor and a second section 16B downstream of the reactor; in other words, the first section 16A of the screw device 16 is closer to the feeding port 12 of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 than the second section 16B.
[0047] like Figure 1 As shown, the screw device 16 in the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention includes a straight rod portion 162 , an inner spiral blade group 164 and an outer spiral blade group 166 .
[0048] The straight rod portion 162 is coupled to the motor 15 and driven by the motor 15, so that the screw device 16 simultaneously pushes and flips the carbon-based material raw material fed from the feed port 12 inside the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10. The straight rod portion 162 can be divided into a first portion 162A and a second portion 162B, which correspond to the first section 16A and the second section 16B of the screw device 16, respectively. In other words, the first portion 162A of the straight rod portion 162 refers to the portion of the straight rod portion 162 located at the upstream of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, which is closer to the feed port 12 than the second portion 162B; the second portion 162B of the straight rod portion 162 refers to the portion of the straight rod portion 162 located at the downstream of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, which is closer to the discharge port than the first portion 162A.
[0049] Also see Figure 2A , which is a schematic diagram of the structure of the first section 16A of the screw device 16 of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the inner spiral blade group 164 is a continuous spiral blade structure, which is composed of a plurality of inner spiral blades 164a1~164a4, and the inner spiral blades 164a1~164a4 are arranged on the first part 162A of the straight rod portion 162, and the blades are evenly spaced and extend radially from the straight rod portion 162. In this embodiment, the inner spiral blade group 164 is composed of four (i.e., forming four turns) inner spiral blades 164a1~164a4; however, in other embodiments, the number (number of turns) of the inner spiral blades can be adjusted according to actual application conditions and preparation requirements. In an embodiment of the present invention, the inner spiral blade group 164 is a right-handed spiral blade group (i.e., it presents a reverse spiral), and is only arranged in the first part 162A of the straight rod portion 162; in other words, the reverse inner spiral blade group 164 is only arranged in the first section 16A in the screw device 16, and when driven by the straight rod portion 162, it pushes (returns) the carbon-based material raw material back to the upstream in the first section 16A, thereby increasing the residence time of the carbon-based material raw material in the carbon-based material post-processing reactor 10 of the present invention.
[0050] In this embodiment, the inner helical blade group 164 is disposed at the first portion 162A of the straight rod portion 162, and the first inner helical blade 164a1 is disposed at the front end E of the straight rod portion 162 of the screw device 16 in the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, as shown in FIG. Figure 1 As shown; however, in other embodiments, the inner spiral blade group may also be arranged at different positions on the straight rod portion, such as at any position between the front end of the straight rod portion and a position that is two-thirds of the total length of the straight rod portion from the front end of the straight rod portion, depending on actual application requirements.
[0051] In this embodiment, the blade size (i.e., blade diameter c, such as Figure 2AHowever, in other embodiments, depending on the actual design of the reactor, the blade diameter of the inner spiral blade may also be adjusted, for example, between 90 mm and 170 mm.
[0052] Also see Figure 1 , Figure 2A and Figure 2B ,in Figure 2B It is a schematic diagram of the structure of the second section 16B of the screw device 16 of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the outer spiral blade group 166 of the screw device 16 includes a plurality of short rods 168 and a plurality of outer spiral blades 166a, 166b. The plurality of short rods 168 are evenly spaced and arranged on the entire straight rod portion 162 (including the first part 162A and the second part 162B), and extend radially from the straight rod portion 162; the plurality of outer spiral blades 166a, 166b are in a continuous spiral blade structure and surround the straight rod portion 162, and are evenly spaced and arranged on the first part 162A and the second part 162B of the straight rod portion 162. In an embodiment of the present invention, the outer spiral blade group 166 is a left-handed spiral blade group, and each outer spiral blade 166a, 166b is connected to one end 168A of each corresponding short rod 168 (for example, by welding), thereby forming a spiral blade structure that surrounds the outside and is in a positive spiral on the straight rod portion 162, so as to push the carbon-based material raw material toward the downstream in the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10.
[0053] like Figure 1 As shown, the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the embodiment of the present invention is in a horizontal configuration; in this embodiment, the feed port 12 located at the upstream of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 is located on the left side of the drawing as shown in the figure, and the discharge port 14 at the downstream is located on the right side of the drawing as shown in the figure. As described above, in this embodiment, the outer spiral blade group 166 includes outer spiral blades 166a and outer spiral blades 166b respectively arranged in the first section 16A and the second section 16B of the screw device 16 and are positive spiral blades, for example, a left-handed spiral blade group, which is driven by the motor 15 to drive the straight rod part 162 to rotate axially and move the carbon-based material raw material in the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 toward the discharge port 14 (i.e., downstream) (in the direction of the discharge port 14). Figure 1 In this embodiment, the first section 16A of the screw device 16 is further provided with an inner spiral blade group 164 including a plurality of inner spiral blades 164a, which are reverse spiral blades, and for example, are right-hand spiral blade groups, which are driven by the motor 15 to drive the straight rod portion 162 to rotate axially and push the carbon-based material raw material toward the feeding port 12 (i.e., upstream) (in the direction of Figure 1The carbon-based material raw material is pushed to the left (i.e., "returned") in order to control the residence time (reaction time) of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention.
[0054] In this embodiment, the outer spiral blade set 166 of the screw device 16 further includes a plurality of connecting blades 167, each of which is connected between at least two blades of a portion of the outer spiral blades 166a, 166b. Figure 1 and Figure 2A , Figure 2B As shown, a connecting blade 167a1 is connected between blades 166a1-166a4 of the outer spiral blade group 166 of the first section 16A of the screw device 16; in the second section 16B of the screw device 16, connecting blades 167b1-167b3 are respectively connected between two adjacent blades (such as blade 166b1 and blade 166b2, blade 166b3 and blade 166b4, and blade 166b5 and blade 166b6) in the outer spiral blade group 166. According to the present invention, the connecting blade 167 of the screw device 16 is driven to flip the carbon-based material after the carbon-based material is modified in the reactor 10 when the straight rod portion 162 is axially rotated by the motor 15, so that the carbon-based material raw material and ozone are evenly mixed inside the reactor, thereby improving the reaction efficiency between the two.
[0055] In this embodiment, the outer spiral blade set 166 of the screw device 16 has a first blade spacing D1, and the inner spiral blade set 164 has a second blade spacing D2, wherein the first blade spacing D1 is smaller than the second blade spacing D2. In other words, according to an embodiment of the present invention, in the screw device 16 of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, the first blade spacing D1 of the outer spiral blade set 166 for forwardly pushing the carbon-based material raw material is smaller than the second blade spacing D2 of the inner spiral blade set 164 for returning the carbon-based material raw material.
[0056] According to the present invention, the individual first blade spacing D1 and second blade spacing D2 of the outer spiral blade set 166 and the inner spiral blade set 164 of the screw device 16 of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, the individual configuration lengths of the first section 16A and the second section 16B, and the length of each connecting blade 167 can be designed and adjusted according to the actual needs of the process. For example, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first blade spacing D1 in the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 is between 80 mm and 120 mm, and the second blade spacing is between 100 mm and 150 mm. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the length of the first section is between 1000 mm and 10000 mm, and the sum of the length of the first section and the length of the second section (that is, the length of the entire screw device) is between 1500 mm and 15000 mm. For example, in this embodiment, the first blade spacing D1 of the outer spiral blade set 166 can be, for example, 100 mm, and the second blade spacing D2 of the inner spiral blade set 164 can be, for example, 125 mm. Furthermore, the total length of the first section 16A of the screw device 16 may be, for example, 1000 mm, and the length of the connecting blade 167a1 may be, for example, 605 mm.
[0057] According to the present invention, the aspect ratio of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 is between 3 and 8. For example, in this embodiment, the total length L of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 is 1500 mm, the width W (reactor inner diameter) is 212.3 mm, and the aspect ratio (L / D) is about 7.06.
[0058] According to the present invention, the carbon-based material post-modification reactor further comprises an air inlet device, through which ozone gas is introduced into the interior of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor to mix and react with the carbon-based material raw material. Figure 3 , which illustrates a schematic diagram of the configuration of the air inlet device of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air inlet device 18 of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 is arranged inside the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, below the feed port 12, and further includes a plurality of (for example, five in this embodiment) injection ports 182A, such as Figure 3 As shown; the ozone gas input from the air intake device 18 enters the interior of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 through each injection port 182A. Through this design, the uniformity of the dispersion of the ozone gas inside the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 can be improved, thereby improving the mixing and reaction efficiency of the ozone gas and the carbon-based material raw material. In addition, the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 of the present invention further includes a temperature control device 19, which is coupled to the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 to adjust (e.g., heat) the temperature inside the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, thereby improving the reaction efficiency of the ozone gas and the carbon-based material raw material.
[0059] In addition to being located inside the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, the inlet device can also be located and arranged in a different position and manner according to actual process requirements. FIG. 4A to FIG. 4D , which schematically illustrates various configuration positions and air intake methods of the air intake device in the carbon-based material post-modification reactor according to an embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, the air intake device can be arranged at one end 10a of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, so that ozone enters the interior of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 from the end 10a, such as Figure 4A As shown by the arrow 18a in the middle, the carbon-based material raw material (as shown by the arrow 12a) is mixed and reacted inside the reactor. Alternatively, the air inlet device can be arranged at one end 10b ( Figure 4B ), or arranged along the lower portion 10c of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 ( Figure 4C ), so that ozone enters the interior of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 from one end 10b of the lower part of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor, or from the lower part 10c, respectively, as Figure 4B The middle arrow 18b and Figure 4C As shown by the arrow 18c, the ozone is mixed and reacted with the carbon-based material raw material (as shown by the arrows 12b and 12c) injected from the feeding port 12 in the reactor. In another alternative embodiment, the air inlet device can be directly formed by forming a plurality of injection holes on the straight rod portion 162, so that the ozone injected axially from the straight rod portion 162 can evenly enter the interior of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 through the injection holes on the straight rod portion 162, as shown in FIG. Figure 4D As shown by the arrows 18d, 18d1 to 18dn, the carbon-based material raw material (as shown by the arrow 12d) injected from the feeding port 12 is mixed and reacted inside the reactor.
[0060] As explained above, Figure 1 The carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 is shown as being horizontally configured, but the configuration of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor of the present invention is not limited thereto. FIG. 5A to FIG. 5C As shown, the carbon-based material post-modification reactors 50A, 50B, and 50C of the present invention can also be designed to be in a vertical configuration, depending on the spatial conditions of the carbon-based material preparation plant. FIG. 5A to FIG. 5C In the vertical carbon-based material post-modification reactors 50A, 50B, and 50C shown in FIG. 1 , the feed port 52 and the discharge port 54 are located above (upstream) and below (downstream) the carbon-based material post-modification reactors, respectively (i.e., FIG. 5A to FIG. 5CThe air inlet device can be set according to actual needs, so that ozone can be injected from the top (upstream) of the vertical carbon-based material post-modification reactor 50A, the bottom (downstream) of the vertical carbon-based material post-modification reactor 50B, or the side of the vertical carbon-based material post-modification reactor 50C, respectively. Figure 5A Middle arrow 58a, Figure 5B Middle arrow 58b and Figure 5C As shown by the arrow 58c, the carbon-based material raw material (as shown by the arrows 52a, 52b, 52c) injected from the feeding port 52 is mixed and reacted inside the reactor. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the carbon-based material post-modification reactor can be adjusted according to the configuration direction of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor and the driving direction of the motor. [0061] See also Fig. 6A and Figure 6B , which schematically illustrates the configuration of a carbon-based material post-modification reaction device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0062] like Fig. 6A As shown, the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 of this embodiment includes a total feed port 62 and a total discharge port 64. The total feed port 62 is arranged at the upstream of the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 (for example, Fig. 6A As shown in the upper left, the carbon-based material raw material is injected into the interior of the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 through the main feeding port 62; the main discharge port 64 is set at the downstream of the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 (for example, Fig. 6A As shown in the lower left corner), the modified carbon-based material prepared after the reaction is completed is output through the main discharge port 64 for subsequent grinding and / or packaging processing as needed.
[0063] The carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 of the present invention is composed of a plurality of (for example, six in this embodiment) carbon-based material post-modification reactors 10A to 10F as described above connected in series. In detail, the upstream reactor (for example Fig. 6A The outlet of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10A) shown in FIG. 1 is connected to a downstream reactor (eg Fig. 6AThe feed port of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10B shown in the figure is configured so that a plurality of carbon-based material post-modification reactors 10A to 10F are connected in series and fluidically connected between the total feed port 62 and the total discharge port 64, so that the carbon-based material raw material injected from the total feed port 62 (as shown by arrow 62a) is uniformly mixed and reacted with the ozone injected into the reaction device through the air intake device (in this embodiment, injected through the straight rod part of each reactor, as shown by arrows 68a to 68f) as the screw device of each reactor pushes, returns and turns inside the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60. The straight rod parts of the screw devices of the carbon-based material post-modification reactors 10A to 10F are each coupled to a corresponding motor (not shown in the figure), and the straight rod parts are driven by the corresponding motor to drive the outer spiral blade group and the inner spiral blade group of the screw device to simultaneously push, return and turn over the carbon-based material raw material inside each of the carbon-based material post-modification reactors. In this embodiment, the number of carbon-based material post-modification reactors included in the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 can be adjusted according to the area and height of the actual plant area, and the internal structure and operation mode of each carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10A to 10F are the same as the aforementioned carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10, which will not be repeated here. The design of connecting multiple carbon-based material post-modification reactors in series can effectively increase the reaction time of the carbon-based material raw material and ozone, and further improve the modification effect.
[0064] Alternatively, the air inlet device may also be disposed at one end of the lower portion of each carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10A to 10F for injecting ozone, and the injected ozone is mixed and reacted with the carbon-based material raw material inside each carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10A to 10F, such as Figure 6B shown.
[0065] It should be understood that the number of reactors contained in the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device of the present invention, the configuration direction of the reactors, the design of the air intake device and the air intake direction, etc. can all be combined and changed according to the above description and actual needs.
[0066] See also Figure 7 , which is a schematic diagram of the configuration of a carbon-based material post-modification treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 7As shown, the carbon-based material post-modification treatment system 70 of the present invention includes: an air compression unit 72, which receives and compresses air to produce compressed air; an oxygen generation unit 74, which receives the compressed air and produces concentrated oxygen from the compressed air; an ozone generation unit 76, which receives the concentrated oxygen and produces ozone gas from the concentrated oxygen; and a modification unit 78, which receives the ozone gas produced by the ozone generation unit, and mixes and reacts the ozone gas with the carbon-based material raw material to produce modified carbon-based material and output it. In detail, the air compression unit 72 may include, but is not limited to: an air compression device 722, a control unit 724, a drying unit 726 (for example, a freeze drying device) and an air storage tank 728. After the input air is compressed by the air compression device 722 and dried by the drying unit 726, it can be injected into the air storage tank 728 for storage for subsequent processes. The control unit 724 controls the flow rate and flow rate of the compressed air in real time, and can perform air conditioning (i.e., filtering, pressure regulation, and oil lubrication) to prevent the generation of impurities due to pipe wear, so that the quality of the supplied compressed air meets the actual process requirements. The compressed air compressed and dried by the air compression unit 72 is input to the oxygen generation unit 74. The oxygen generation unit 74 can be, but is not limited to, a molecular sieve device 742, which separates oxygen and nitrogen in the compressed air to produce concentrated oxygen with a concentration of up to 90%. The oxygen generation unit 74 may also include an oxygen storage tank 744, which can store concentrated oxygen for subsequent process use. The concentrated oxygen generated by the oxygen generation unit 74 is further input to the ozone generation unit 76, which includes a high-voltage discharge device 762, which releases energy to break the bonds of the concentrated oxygen molecules to produce ozone (O3) gas. By adjusting the gas flow rate and processing efficiency of the ozone generation unit 76, the flow rate and concentration of the generated ozone gas can be changed to meet the requirements of the subsequent reaction. The generated ozone gas can be injected into the carbon-based material post-modification reactor (device) 782 of the modification unit 78 to be evenly mixed and reacted with the carbon-based material raw material 782A.
[0067] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the modification unit 78 includes: Figure 1 The horizontal carbon-based material post-modification reactor 10 shown in FIG. In another embodiment, the modification unit 78 may also include FIG. 5A to FIG. 5C The vertical carbon-based material post-modification reactor 50A-50C shown in FIG. In another embodiment, the modification unit 78 may include a Fig. 6A or Figure 6B The carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 is shown; as described above, the carbon-based material post-modification reaction device 60 is composed of a plurality of carbon-based material post-modification reactors connected in series.
[0068] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the carbon-based material post-modification treatment system 70 further includes a feeding device 784, which is in fluid communication with a feeding port 7822 of a carbon-based material post-modification reactor (device) 782 of a modification unit 78, so as to inject carbon-based material raw materials into the carbon-based material post-modification reactor (device) 782 of the modification unit 78. In addition, the carbon-based material post-modification treatment system 70 of the present invention may further include a grinding unit 80, and the modified carbon-based material output from the discharge port 7824 of the carbon-based material post-modification reactor (device) 782 of the modification unit 78 is input to the grinding unit 80 for grinding, and is further packaged and output after meeting the specifications required for the application of the carbon-based material product.
[0069] See also Figure 8 , which illustrates a flow chart of a method for post-modification of carbon-based materials according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: compressing input air to provide compressed air (step 810); drying and storing the compressed air as appropriate (step 815), for example, but not limited to, using a freeze drying device to dry the compressed air and storing it in an air storage tank. Then, nitrogen and oxygen in the compressed air are separated by, for example, a molecular sieve device to produce concentrated oxygen (step 820); as appropriate, the concentrated oxygen produced is stored (step 825). Then, ozone gas is produced from the concentrated oxygen by high-voltage discharge (step 830). The produced ozone gas is passed through a carbon-based material raw material (for example, injected into the interior of the aforementioned carbon-based material post-modification reactor via an air inlet device) and mixed and reacted with the carbon-based material raw material for a predetermined time to produce a modified carbon-based material (step 840); as appropriate, in step 840, the flow rate and / or concentration of the ozone gas that will pass through the carbon-based material raw material can be further controlled to obtain a modified carbon-based material product with desired properties. The modified carbon-based material produced is ground as appropriate (step 850 ), and is further packaged and output (step 860 ).
[0070] The present invention provides a novel carbon-based material post-modification reactor (device), a system comprising such a post-modification reactor (device) for carrying out post-modification treatment of carbon-based materials, and a corresponding method, which is a continuous process and is easy to control the process to produce a modified carbon-based material product with desired properties.
[0071] According to the present invention, the number of carbon-based material post-modification reactors in series can be increased according to actual processing requirements to increase the reaction time of the carbon-based material raw materials in the reactor; by adjusting the feeding frequency of the carbon-based material raw materials (e.g., native carbon black) at the feeding port, the unit time output of the modified carbon-based material (e.g., modified carbon black) can be adjusted accordingly. In addition, in the carbon-based material post-modification reactor of the present invention, the position and form of the air inlet device for providing ozone gas inside the reactor (e.g., the number and position of the injection holes) can also be adjusted according to the actual application requirements, so that the injected ozone gas can be evenly distributed inside the reactor to mix and react with the carbon-based material raw materials. By adjusting the gas flow rate and processing efficiency of the ozone generation unit in the carbon-based material post-modification reaction system of the present invention, the flow rate and concentration of the ozone gas injected into the reactor can be adjusted. By adjusting the actuation frequency of the motor coupled to the screw device, the stirring efficiency of the carbon-based material inside the reactor can be adjusted to improve the quality of the modified carbon-based material products. Since the present invention performs post-modification treatment on the prepared carbon-based material raw materials (for example, native carbon black, activated carbon, carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon fiber, etc.) in a continuous process, various condition parameters of the post-modification reaction can be adjusted in real time, which can effectively improve the quality of the modified carbon-based material products and their preparation efficiency.
