[0019] [Description of embodiments of this disclosure]
[0020] First, embodiments of this disclosure will be described.
[0021] The wiring components disclosed herein are as follows.
[0022] (1) A wiring component comprising: a first linear transmission component and a second linear transmission component in parallel; and a sheet on which the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component are fixed, wherein at least one of the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component is provided in plurality, the sheet comprising a first portion on which the first linear transmission component is fixed and a second portion on which the second linear transmission component is fixed, the first portion being folded back relative to the second portion, and the edges of the first portion and the second portion being fixed on the side opposite to the folded portion. The sheet is fixed in a folded-back state between the first portion and the second portion, thereby stacking the first linear transmission component fixed to the first portion and the second linear transmission component fixed to the second portion. This allows for easy stacking of the linear transmission components fixed to the sheet.
[0023] (2) In the wiring component of (1), the wiring component may also include a third linear transmission component, which is parallel to the first and second linear transmission components. The sheet further includes a third portion, which is disposed adjacent to the second portion on the side opposite to the first portion, and the third linear transmission component is fixed to the third portion. Thus, the third linear transmission component is arranged in a non-overlapping state.
[0024] (3) In the wiring component of (2), the third linear transmission component may branch off from the first and second linear transmission components on the sheet. Since the third linear transmission component is not stacked on top of the first and second linear transmission components, it can be easily branched off relative to the first and second linear transmission components.
[0025] (4) In any of the wiring components in (1) to (3), the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component may be fused to the sheet. Thus, the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component can be directly fixed to the sheet without being separated by other fixing components.
[0026] (5) In any of the wiring components in (1) to (4), the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component may be surrounded by the first portion and the second portion. Thus, the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component are protected by the first portion and the second portion.
[0027] (6) In any of the wiring components in (1) to (5), the first part and the second part may also include electromagnetic shielding layers. Thus, the first part and the second part can serve as shielding layers for the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component.
[0028] (7) Furthermore, the mounting structure of the wiring component disclosed herein includes: a wiring component comprising parallel first linear transmission component and second linear transmission component, and a sheet on which the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component are fixed; and a mounting object on which the wiring component is mounted, wherein at least one of the first linear transmission component and the second linear transmission component is provided in plurality, the sheet comprising a first portion on which the first linear transmission component is fixed and a second portion on which the second linear transmission component is fixed, the mounting object comprising a protrusion, the first portion being folded back relative to the second portion, and the protrusion being inserted into and fixed to the edge portion of the first portion and the edge portion of the second portion on the side opposite to the folded portion. The sheet is fixed in a folded-back state between the first portion and the second portion by the protrusion. Thus, the first linear transmission component fixed to the first portion and the second linear transmission component fixed to the second portion are stacked. Therefore, the linear transmission components fixed to the sheet can be easily stacked.
[0029] [Details of the embodiments disclosed herein]
[0030] Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, specific examples of wiring components and mounting structures of the present disclosure will be described. Furthermore, the present disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is intended by way of the claims to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
[0031] [Implementation Method 1]
[0032] The wiring components involved in Embodiment 1 will now be described. Figure 1 This is a schematic top view showing the wiring component 10 according to Embodiment 1. Figure 2 It is along Figure 1 The cross-sectional view obtained by cutting along line II-II. Figure 3 This is a schematic top view showing the wiring component 10 before the reversal.
[0033] The wiring component 10 has multiple linear transmission components 20 and sheet 40.
[0034] The multiple linear transmission components 20 are linear components for transmitting electricity or light, etc. For example, the linear transmission components 20 can be general electrical wires with core wires and surrounding sheaths, or they can be shielded wires, cables, enameled wires, nickel-chromium alloy wires, optical fibers, etc. Each linear transmission component 20 has a transmission line body 21 and a sheathing layer 22.
[0035] The transmission line body 21 is the part that transmits electricity or light. The transmission line body 21 is equivalent to the conductor core in an electrical wire, and to the core and sheath in an optical cable. Each sheathing layer 22 covers the transmission line body 21. The sheathing layer 22 is formed by extruding a resin material or the like around the transmission line body 21. The type of resin material is not particularly limited; polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), etc., can be used.
[0036] The linear transmission member 20, which transmits electricity, can be various signal lines or power lines. A portion of the linear transmission member 20 can also be used as an antenna, coil, or other device for transmitting or receiving signals or power into or from space. Furthermore, the linear transmission member 20 can be a single linear object or a composite of multiple linear objects (such as stranded wire, a cable formed by combining multiple linear objects and covering it with a sheath). In the case where the linear transmission member 20 is a cable, the sheath is also included in the covering layer 22.
[0037] Imagine multiple linear transmission members 20 as components that connect parts in a vehicle to each other. The ends of the linear transmission members 20 extend from the sheet 40 and are located outside the sheet 40. The middle portion of the linear transmission member 20, excluding the ends, is disposed on the sheet 40. A connector C, for example, is provided at the end of the linear transmission member 20. By connecting this connector C to a connector provided on the opposite part, the linear transmission member 20 is connected to the opposite part. That is, this wiring component 10 is used as a wiring component 10 for electrically (or optically) connecting various parts to each other in a vehicle or the like. The ends of the linear transmission members 20 may also be located on the sheet 40. The connector housing of the connector C may also be fixed to the sheet 40.
[0038] The plurality of linear transmission members 20 includes a first linear transmission member 20A and a second linear transmission member 20B. At least one of the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B is provided in multiples. Here, both the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are provided in multiples. Furthermore, in... Figure 1 and Figure 3 In the original text, a portion of the linear transmission member 20 is omitted. The first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B run parallel in at least a portion of the sheet 40. Figure 1 In the example shown, the parallel sections of the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are distributed throughout the entire area disposed on the sheet 40. The first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are located in different areas of the sheet 40.
[0039] The sheet 40 includes a first portion 41 and a second portion 42. A first linear transmission member 20A is fixed to the first portion 41. A second linear transmission member 20B is fixed to the second portion 42. In at least a portion of the parallel section between the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B, the first portion 41 is folded back relative to the second portion 42. The edges of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 are fixed on the side opposite to the folded-back portion.
[0040] The first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are surrounded by the first part 41 and the second part 42. That is, the sheet 40 is folded back such that the side of the fixed linear transmission member 20 faces inward and the side opposite to the side of the fixed linear transmission member 20 faces outward.
[0041] The first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B may not be surrounded by the first portion 41 and the second portion 42. That is, the sheet 40 may be folded in such a way that the side opposite to the side that fixes the linear transmission member 20 faces inward and the side that fixes the linear transmission member 20 faces outward. In this case, the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 can be in full contact. The first portion 41 and the second portion 42 may also be fixed in a full-surface manner.
[0042] Here, the plurality of linear transmission members 20 further includes a third linear transmission member 20C. The number of third linear transmission members 20C is at least one, but can be one or more. The third linear transmission member 20C differs from the first linear transmission members 20A and the second linear transmission members 20B in the area where the sheet 40 is fixed. The sheet 40 also includes a third portion 43. The third portion 43 is disposed adjacent to the second portion 42 on the side opposite to the first portion 41. The third linear transmission member 20C is fixed to the third portion 43.
[0043] At least a portion of the parallel section between the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B, the third linear transmission member 20C also runs parallel. Here, the third linear transmission member 20C branches off from the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B on the sheet 40. Therefore, the third linear transmission member 20C runs parallel to the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B in a portion of the parallel section, but not in another portion. Furthermore, the path of the linear transmission member 20 includes a branch 24. The branch 24 is the portion of the third linear transmission member 20C that branches off in a manner extending in a different orientation than the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B.
[0044] Here, the sheet 40 is shaped to follow the path of the linear transport member 20. The sheet 40 has portions that branch off corresponding to the branching paths of the linear transport member 20. The sheet 40 may also be shaped as a large square shape, etc.
[0045] The dimension from the fold-back portion between part 1 41 and part 2 42 to the edge of part 1 41 is the width dimension of part 1 41. The dimension from the fold-back portion between part 1 41 and part 2 42 to the edge of part 2 42 is the width dimension of part 2 42. The width dimension of part 1 41 is the same as the width dimension of part 2 42. Therefore, if part 1 41 is set to a planar unfolded state, part 2 42 is also set to a planar unfolded state. The width dimension of part 1 41 can be greater than or less than the width dimension of part 2 42. In this case, if the part with the smaller width dimension of part 1 41 and part 2 42 is set to a planar unfolded state, the middle portion of the part with the larger width dimension is set to a bent state (e.g., a curved state) that moves away from the part with the smaller width dimension.
[0046] The first linear transmission members 20A are spaced apart and run parallel to each other. The spacing between the first linear transmission members 20A is less than the diameter of the first linear transmission member 20A. The spacing between the first linear transmission members 20A may also be the same as or larger than the diameter of the first linear transmission member 20A. The same applies to the second linear transmission members 20B and the third linear transmission member 20C.
[0047] In the wiring assembly 10, a portion of the second linear transmission member 20B enters the gap between the first linear transmission members 20A. The center of the second linear transmission member 20B is located between the centers of the first linear transmission members 20A. A portion of the first linear transmission member 20A enters the gap between the second linear transmission members 20B. The center of the first linear transmission member 20A is located between the centers of the second linear transmission members 20B. This allows the height of the stacked portion to be kept low. However, in the wiring assembly 10, a portion of the second linear transmission member 20B may not enter the gap between the first linear transmission members 20A. Alternatively, a portion of the first linear transmission member 20A may not enter the gap between the second linear transmission members 20B.
[0048] like Figure 3 As shown, the first linear transmission member 20A1 and the second linear transmission member 20B1 are located at the boundary between the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B. Before the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 are folded back, the distance between the first linear transmission member 20A1 and the second linear transmission member 20B1 is greater than the distance between the first linear transmission members 20A and the distance between the second linear transmission members 20B. The distance between the first linear transmission member 20A1 and the second linear transmission member 20B1 may also be the same as or smaller than the distance between the first linear transmission members 20A and the distance between the second linear transmission members 20B.
[0049] like Figure 3 As shown, the second linear transmission member 20B2 and the third linear transmission member 20C1 are located at the boundary between the second linear transmission member 20B and the third linear transmission member 20C. The spacing between the second linear transmission member 20B2 and the third linear transmission member 20C1 is greater than the spacing between the second linear transmission members 20B and the spacing between the third linear transmission members 20C. The spacing between the second linear transmission member 20B2 and the third linear transmission member 20C1 may also be the same as or smaller than the spacing between the second linear transmission members 20B and the spacing between the third linear transmission members 20C.
[0050] In each figure, the portion that fixes the first part 41 of the sheet 40 to the first linear transmission member 20A is shown as fixing part FP1. Similarly, the portion that fixes the second part 42 of the sheet 40 to the second linear transmission member 20B is shown as fixing part FP2. The portion that fixes the third part 43 of the sheet 40 to the third linear transmission member 20C is shown as fixing part FP3. The portion that fixes the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the sheet 40 is shown as fixing part FP4.
[0051] Multiple fixing parts FP1, FP2, and FP3 are provided at intervals along the extension direction of the linear transmission member 20. Multiple fixing parts FP4 are provided continuously along the extension direction of the linear transmission member 20. Alternatively, fixing parts FP1, FP2, and FP3 may be provided continuously along the extension direction of the linear transmission member 20. Alternatively, multiple fixing parts FP4 may be provided at intervals along the extension direction of the linear transmission member 20.
[0052] Here, the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are fused to the sheet 40. The third linear transmission member 20C is also fused to the sheet 40. The first part 41 and the second part 42 are also fused. Therefore, the fixing parts FP1, FP2, FP3, and FP4 are all fused parts.
[0053] The means of forming the above-mentioned welded state are not particularly limited, and various welding methods such as ultrasonic welding, heating and pressurizing welding, hot gas welding, and high-frequency welding can be used. Furthermore, if a welded state is formed by these means, the welded portion is defined as a fixed state achieved through that means. Specifically, for example, if the welded portion is formed by ultrasonic welding, the welded portion becomes an ultrasonic welded portion.
[0054] like Figure 2 As shown, the sheet 40 includes a welded layer 47. Here, the sheet 40 has a two-layer structure consisting of the welded layer 47 and an additional layer 48. The welded layer 47 is in contact with the linear transport member 20. The welded layer 47 is welded to the outermost covering layer 22 of the linear transport member 20. The sheet 40 can have a single-layer structure or a structure with three or more layers.
[0055] One surface of the weld layer 47 is designated as the surface that contacts the linear transport member 20. The weld layer 47 comprises a resin material, preferably a thermoplastic resin material. The resin material of the weld layer 47 softens and fuses to the welded object. The type of resin material is not particularly limited, and PVC, PE, PP, PET, etc., can be used. The resin material of the weld layer 47 is preferably the same as the resin material of the coating layer 22.
[0056] The fixing part FP1 is formed by fusing the covering layer 22 and the welding layer 47 of the first linear transmission member 20A. The fixing part FP2 is formed by fusing the covering layer 22 and the welding layer 47 of the second linear transmission member 20B. The fixing part FP3 is formed by fusing the covering layer 22 and the welding layer 47 of the third linear transmission member 20C.
[0057] The structure of the welded layer 47 is not particularly limited. For example, the welded layer 47 can also be a sheet with a uniform and solid cross-section (also known as a non-foamed sheet or a solid sheet, etc.). Alternatively, the welded layer 47 can also be a foamed sheet, etc. Alternatively, the welded layer 47 can also be a sheet of fibrous material such as woven fabric, fabric, or non-woven fabric.
[0058] The additional layer 48 is formed of a different material from the weld layer 47, or has a different structure. The additional layer 48 enhances the functions of the weld layer 47, or adds functions not present in the weld layer 47 to the sheet 40. The material constituting the additional layer 48 can be metal, etc., in addition to the materials described above for the weld layer 47. The structure of the additional layer 48 can also be one of the structures described above for the weld layer 47. One surface of the additional layer 48 is provided as a surface in the sheet 40 facing the side opposite to the linear transport member 20.
[0059] While the other surface of the welded layer 47 contacts the other surface of the additional layer 48, the welded layer 47 and the additional layer 48 are fixed together. The method of fixing the welded layer 47 and the additional layer 48 is not particularly limited, but fixing by welding or bonding is preferred. For example, if at least one of the welded layer 47 and the additional layer 48 is a sheet with voids on its surface, such as a fiber material sheet or a foam sheet, then a resin material or adhesive can enter and fix into the voids. Thus, the so-called anchoring effect is achieved, firmly fixing the welded layer 47 and the additional layer 48 together.
[0060] Here, we will describe the process as follows: the welded layer 47 is a solid sheet made of resin, and the additional layer 48 is a sheet made of fiber material. We will also describe the process as follows: the welded layer 47 and the additional layer 48 are welded together. That is, the resin of the welded layer 47, in a fluid state, enters between the fibers of the additional layer 48 and then hardens. This maintains the state in which the resin of the welded layer 47 enters between the fibers of the additional layer 48, thus firmly fixing the welded layer 47 and the additional layer 48 together.
[0061] The weld layer 47 and the additional layer 48 are formed to be the same size (the same planar shape). Alternatively, the weld layer 47 and the additional layer 48 may be formed with one being larger than the other. The area where the weld layer 47 and the additional layer 48 contact is fixed as a whole. Alternatively, only a portion of the area where the weld layer 47 and the additional layer 48 contact may be fixed.
[0062] The sheet 40 can also be a flexible component. For example, the sheet 40 can be made flexible by using a resin layer with a uniform and full cross-section, such as a weld layer 47 made of a soft resin like soft PVC, and an additional layer 48 made of nonwoven fabric like PET. For example, the sheet 40 can also be flexible enough to follow the bends of the linear transmission component 20. The wiring component 10 can also be bent in the thickness direction at the portion where the sheet 40 is provided (a bend such that the crease is along the main surface of the sheet 40). However, the sheet 40 can also be a component that cannot be bent in the thickness direction. The sheet 40 can also be a component that can bend without breaking when bent in the thickness direction. In this case, the folded portion between the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 is bent.
[0063] The sheet 40 may also be a component that cannot bend without breaking when bent in the thickness direction. In this case, it is preferable to provide a hinge portion between the first portion 41 and the second portion 42. The hinge portion may also be formed by forming a portion of the sheet 40 as a locally thin wall or the like.
[0064] Part 1 41 and Part 2 42 are folded back so that the surface of the fixed linear transmission member 20, i.e., the weld layer 47, faces inward. Therefore, the weld layer 47 is in contact with each other at the edge of Part 1 41 and the edge of Part 2 42. The weld layer 47 of Part 1 41 and the weld layer 47 of Part 2 42 are welded together to form the fixing part FP4.
[0065] However, it is not mandatory for the fixing parts FP1, FP2, FP3, and FP4 to be welded parts. The fixing method of the fixing parts FP1, FP2, FP3, and FP4 can be any fixing method. For example, the fixing parts FP1, FP2, FP3, and FP4 can also be adhesive parts that are fixed through an intermediary component such as adhesive or double-sided tape. Alternatively, for example, the fixing parts FP1, FP2, FP3, and FP4 can also be sewn parts made of thread.
[0066] Furthermore, the fixing parts FP1, FP2, FP3, and FP4 do not need to be fixed in the same way, and the fixing method of one part can be different from that of another part. For example, fixing parts FP1, FP2, and FP3 can be welded parts, and fixing part FP4 can be adhesive parts.
[0067] exist Figure 2 In the example shown, parts 1 (41) and 2 (42) are bent at the fold-back section. Parts 1 (41) and 2 (42) can also be bent at the fold-back section. Parts 1 (41) and 2 (42) can also be bent in a way that leaves no crease when returning from the fold-back state to the flat state. Parts 1 (41) and 2 (42) can also be bent in a way that leaves a crease when returning from the fold-back state to the flat state.
[0068] exist Figure 2 In the example shown, the first part 41 and the second part 42 are not fused at the fold-back section. The first part 41 and the second part 42 may also be fused at the fold-back section. In this case, the first part 41 and the second part 42 are fused on both sides, so that the overlapping portion of the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B in the wiring component 10 can easily maintain a flat shape.
[0069] <Effects of Implementation Method 1, etc.>
[0070] According to the wiring component 10 configured as described above, the sheet 40 is fixed in a folded-back state between the first part 41 and the second part 42, thereby stacking the first linear transmission member 20A fixed to the first part 41 and the second linear transmission member 20B fixed to the second part 42. Thus, the linear transmission members 20 fixed to the sheet 40 can be easily stacked.
[0071] Furthermore, a third linear transmission member 20C is fixed in part 3, 43. Thus, the third linear transmission member 20C is arranged in a non-overlapping state. In the wiring member 10, portions of the linear transmission members 20 are stacked, and portions of the linear transmission members 20 are not stacked. Thus, for example, as... Figure 2 As shown, the wiring component 10 can be easily routed in a space with different intervals between the wiring target components 60 and 62. Specifically, the first region and the second region are arranged side by side between the wiring target components 60 and 62. The second region has a smaller interval compared to the first region. In this case, the overlapping portion of the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the wiring component 10 is arranged in the first region, and the third part 43 is arranged in the second region. Thus, the wiring component 10 can be easily routed in the space between the wiring target components 60 and 62 in a manner that minimizes interference with the wiring target components 60 and 62.
[0072] Furthermore, the third linear transmission member 20C branches off from the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B on the sheet 40. Since the third linear transmission member 20C is not stacked on top of the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B, it can easily branch off relative to the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B.
[0073] Furthermore, the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are fused to the sheet 40. Thus, the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B can be directly fixed to the sheet 40 without any other fixing members in between. Here, the third linear transmission member 20C is also fused to the sheet 40. Thus, the third linear transmission member 20C can also be directly fixed to the sheet 40 without any other fixing members in between. Here, the first part 41 and the second part 42 are also fused together. Thus, the first part 41 and the second part 42 can also be directly fixed without any other fixing members in between.
[0074] Furthermore, the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are surrounded by the first portion 41 and the second portion 42. Thus, the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B are protected by the first portion 41 and the second portion 42.
[0075] [Implementation Method 2]
[0076] The installation structure of the wiring components involved in Embodiment 2 is described. Figure 4 This is a cross-sectional view showing the installation structure of the wiring component according to Embodiment 2. Figure 5 This is an explanatory diagram showing the installation structure 100 of the wiring component according to Embodiment 2. Furthermore, in the following description, structural elements identical to those described so far will be given the same reference numerals, and their descriptions will be omitted.
[0077] In the wiring component mounting structure 100, the fixing structure of the first part 41 and the second part 42 is different from the fixing structure of the first part 41 and the second part 42 in the wiring component 10 described above. The wiring component mounting structure 100 includes a wiring component 110 and a mounting object 162.
[0078] The structure, except for the fact that the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the wiring component 110 are not fused together and that through holes 44 and 45 are formed in the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the sheet 140, is the same as that of the wiring component 10 described above. The through holes 44 and 45 are formed at positions corresponding to the edges of the first part 41 and the second part 42. Here, multiple through holes 44 are formed in the first part 41. Multiple through holes 45 are formed in the second part 42. The multiple through holes 44 and 45 are formed at positions where the corresponding through holes 44 and 45 can overlap each other.
[0079] Mounting object 162 includes a protrusion 64. The protrusion 64 is inserted into through holes 44 and 45. Mounting object 162 is, for example, one of the wiring object components 60 and 62 described above. Here, wiring object component 62 is described as an example of mounting object 162. Mounting object 162 can also be any component in a vehicle, such as a panel, frame, etc. The protrusion 64 is envisioned as a locking protrusion protruding from mounting object 162. The protrusion 64 includes a post 65 and a locking piece 66. The post 65 is formed to be approximately the same size as the through holes 44 and 45. With wiring component 110 mounted on mounting object 162, the post 65 remains inserted into the through holes 44 and 45. The locking piece 66 is, for example, formed in a conical shape. The locking piece 66 is formed to be larger than the post 65 and the through holes 44 and 45. When the locking piece 66 is inserted into the through holes 44 and 45, at least one of the locking piece 66 and the peripheral portion of the through holes 44 and 45 undergoes elastic deformation. Then, after the locking piece 66 is inserted into the through holes 44 and 45, at least one of the locking piece 66 and the peripheral portion of the through holes 44 and 45 elastically recovers. Thus, the protrusion 64 remains locked to the peripheral portion of the through holes 44 and 45.
[0080] Part 1 41 is folded back relative to Part 2 42. On the side opposite to the folded part, the protrusion 64 is inserted into and fixed to the through holes 44, 45 formed at the edge of Part 1 41 and the through holes 44, 45 formed at the edge of Part 2 42.
[0081] In addition, the protrusion 64 may be, for example, a bolt. A bolt may also be provided protrudingly on the mounting object 162. A nut may also be tightened onto the front end of the bolt inserted into the through holes 44, 45. A threaded hole may also be formed in the mounting object 162. An external thread inserted into the through holes 44, 45 may also be tightened into the threaded hole.
[0082] According to the mounting structure 100 of the wiring component thus configured, the sheet 140 is fixed in a folded-back state between the first part 41 and the second part 42 via the protrusion 64. As a result, the first linear transmission member 20A fixed to the first part 41 and the second linear transmission member 20B fixed to the second part 42 are stacked. Therefore, the linear transmission members 20 fixed to the sheet 140 can be easily stacked.
[0083] [Variation Example]
[0084] Figure 6 This is a cross-sectional view showing a modified example of wiring components 10 and 110.
[0085] In the modified wiring component 210, the structure of the sheet 240 differs from that of the sheets 40 and 140 in the wiring components 10 and 110. In the sheet 240, an electromagnetic shielding layer 248 is provided instead of the additional layer 48 of the sheets 40 and 140. Thus, the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 can serve as shielding layers for the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B. Furthermore, the electromagnetic shielding layer 248 may also be laminated between the welded layer 47 of the sheets 40 and 140 and the additional layer 48, or on the outer surface of the additional layer 48.
[0086] The radio wave shielding layer 248 is formed of a conductive material. For example, the radio wave shielding layer 248 is a conductive foil such as aluminum foil or copper foil. The conductive foil and the fusion splice layer 47 can be bonded together by adhesive bonding or fusion welding. The radio wave shielding layer 248 may also be a layer formed by printing a conductive pattern on other resin layers in a sheet.
[0087] Here, the first part 41 and the second part 42 are folded back so that the fixed linear transmission member 20 faces inward. The first part 41 and the second part 42 surround the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B. Therefore, the radio wave shielding layer 248 is provided as a shielding layer between the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B and the outside. In addition, the radio wave shielding layer 248 is provided as a shielding layer between the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B and the third linear transmission member 20C.
[0088] Part 1 41 and Part 2 42 can also be folded inwards with the side opposite to the face of the fixed linear transmission member 20 facing inwards. In this case, Part 1 41 and Part 2 42 are located between the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B. In this case, the radio wave shielding layer 248 is provided as the shielding layer between the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B.
[0089] In addition, the wiring components 10, 110, and 210 have been described with the third linear transmission member 20C, but this is not a necessary structure. The wiring components 10, 110, and 210 may also not have the third linear transmission member 20C. Even when the wiring components 10, 110, and 210 have the third linear transmission member 20C, the path of the third linear transmission member 20C is not limited to the above. For example, the third linear transmission member 20C may be distributed integrally on the sheet 40 and run parallel to the first linear transmission member 20A and the second linear transmission member 20B.
[0090] Alternatively, in the sheet material, a fourth portion may be provided on the side opposite to the second portion 42 to the first portion 41. The linear transport member 20 may also include a fourth linear transport member fixed to the fourth portion. The fourth portion may also be folded back relative to the first portion 41 and stacked on top of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42. The edge of the fourth portion may also be fixed to the folded portion between the first portion 41 and the second portion 42.
[0091] Furthermore, the path of the linear transport member 20 is not limited to those described above. For example, the path of the linear transport member 20 may also include a bend. A bend is a portion that is bent so that the multiple linear transport members 20 are parallel. The sheet 40 may also have portions that are bent in accordance with the bends of the linear transport members 20. In addition, the intersections where the multiple linear transport members 20 intersect may be provided on the sheet 40.
[0092] Furthermore, the structures described in the above embodiments and variations can be appropriately combined as long as they do not contradict each other.
