A car wall of an elevator, comprising: a surface panel fixed to a car in such a manner that a surface side faces an inner side of the car and a back side faces an outer side of the car; a back panel mounted to the back side of the surface panel; and a clamp member that fixes the back panel to the surface panel, wherein the surface panel has a design portion that forms an inner surface of the car and a rim portion that extends from an outer rim of a periphery of the design portion to the outer side of the car, the clamp member is fixed to the rim portion, the back panel is disposed separately from the design portion, the back panel has a closed portion that closes a space on the back side of the surface panel and a mounting portion that is inside the space, the clamp member is disposed inside the space surrounded by the design portion, the rim portion of the periphery, and the back panel, the mounting portion is fixed to the rim portion in a detachable manner by being clamped by the clamp member inside the space, and a portion of the clamp member that abuts against the back panel does not abut against the design portion.

2. The car wall of the elevator according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion extends toward the design portion, the clamp member has a fixed portion that is fixed to the rim portion and a clamped portion that is mounted to the fixed portion with a gap left therebetween, the gap is open toward a side opposite the design portion, and the back panel is clamped between the fixed portion and the clamped portion by inserting the mounting portion into the gap from the side opposite the design portion.

3. The car wall of the elevator according to claim 2, wherein the rim portion of the surface panel has a groove portion, and the back panel is inserted into the gap while maintaining a state of being fitted into the groove portion.

The car wall of the elevator according to claim 1, wherein a gap is left between the clamp member and the rim portion to which the clamp member is fixed, the gap is open toward the side of the rim portion opposite the rim portion to which the clamp member is fixed, and the mounting portion is clamped between the rim portion and the clamp member by being inserted into the gap from between the mutually opposite rim portions.

The car wall of the elevator according to claim 4, wherein the clamp member extends toward the side of the rim portion opposite the rim portion to which the clamp member is fixed, more than the rim portion to which the clamp member is fixed, and the back panel is inserted into the gap while maintaining a state of abutting against the clamp member.

The car wall of the elevator according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the clamp member has a portion that abuts against the design portion, a portion that is fixed to the rim portion, and a portion that abuts against the back panel, and the portion that is fixed to the rim portion is located between the portion that abuts against the design portion and the portion that abuts against the back panel.

The car wall of the elevator according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the clamp member is fixed to an adjacent car wall together with the rim portion by a screw. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ 8.
