A medical ablation catheter, ablation system and method of use

Abstract

This invention discloses a medical ablation catheter, an ablation system, and a method of use. The medical ablation catheter includes a first catheter located at its distal end; a second catheter including an inner catheter and an outer catheter, the outer catheter being sleeved outside the inner catheter and slidably relative to it; a conductive part connecting the first catheter and the inner catheter, its distal end fixed inside the first catheter and its proximal end fixed to the inner catheter; and an adjustment part, its distal end fixed inside the first catheter and its proximal end movably inserted inside the inner catheter. The conductive part can switch between a linear state and an expanded state, and ablation is performed when the conductive part is in the expanded state. This medical ablation catheter enables various ablation methods, allowing for different working modes to be changed as needed to improve applicability, and the use of expandable electrodes to conform to the area to be ablated improves conformability.
