Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a fan device, and in particular to a fan device with a stator structure. BACKGROUND

[0002] A fan device is composed of a motor, a hub, and two or more fan blades arranged around the hub, and the fan blades are driven to rotate by the motor to push fluid to flow. In addition, the fan device not only needs to generate a high air volume, but also needs to generate sufficient air pressure to effectively push fluid through an environment with fluid resistance.

[0003] Furthermore, in order to enhance the operating efficiency of the fan, two or more stators connected to the hub or the housing are additionally provided in the conventional fan device to form a rotor-stator moving device to improve the static pressure-air volume characteristics of the fan device. However, in the conventional fan design concept, the rotor-stator moving device 1b shown in Figure 9B and Figure 10 has stator blades 20b (rotor-stator blade structure) arranged on the rotor blades 10b, and the overall thickness of the rotor-stator moving device is limited. In addition, when the overall thickness of the fan with the rotor-stator blade structure reaches a certain degree, the fan device is usually designed as a counter-rotating moving device, such as the counter-rotating moving device 1c shown in Figure 9C and Figure 11 The counter-rotating moving device 1c includes front and rear rotor blades 10c and 20c to further improve the efficiency of the fan device.

[0004] However, the counter-rotating moving device needs to use two motors to drive the front and rear rotor blades 10c and 20c in the counter-rotating moving devices shown in Figure 9C and Figure 11 Therefore, the cost of the counter-rotating moving device is significantly increased compared to the cost of the fan device with a single motor driving the fan blades, and the manufacturing process is also more complex. Therefore, how to use a single motor structure to provide the performance close to that of the counter-rotating moving device is the research motivation of the present inventor. SUMMARY

[0005] One object of the present invention is to provide a fan device with a stator structure, which can achieve a static pressure-air volume curve performance close to that of a counter-rotating moving device by the structure of a single rotor blade and a stator blade, and has the advantages of significantly reducing the cost and simplifying the manufacturing process.

[0006] To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the fan device with the stator structure of the present application comprises a rotor blade and a stator blade. The rotor blade comprises a rotor hub and two or more than two blades arranged in a ring around the periphery of the rotor hub. The rotor hub has a rotor hub diameter, the blade has a rotor diameter and a rotor axial thickness, and the number of blades is not less than 5 and not more than 12. The average installation angle of each blade is not less than 45 degrees and not more than 64 degrees, and the ratio of the rotor hub diameter to the rotor diameter is not less than 0.4 and not more than 0.79. The stator blade is arranged on the downstream side of the rotor blade, and the stator blade comprises two or more than two stator blades arranged in a ring. The stator blade has a stator axial thickness, and the number of stator blades is not less than 12 and not more than 23. The average installation angle of each stator blade is not less than 55 degrees and not more than 78 degrees. The fan device has an overall thickness, and the ratio of the overall thickness to the rotor diameter is not less than 0.62 and not more than 1.7. The ratio of the stator axial thickness to the rotor axial thickness is not less than 0.65 and not more than 1.2.

[0007] The overall thickness of the fan with the rotor and stator structure of the present application is greater than that of the conventional fan with the rotor and stator structure. The rotor blade and the stator blade of the fan device of the present application can achieve the performance of the counter-rotating fan by using a single motor to drive the rotor blade to rotate, and thus the cost is greatly reduced and the manufacturing process is simplified, thereby increasing the practicability of the present application.

[0008] The above summary is intended to illustrate only and is not intended to limit the application in any way. Further aspects, implementations, and features of the application will be apparent from the drawings and the following detailed description. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0045] The detailed description and technical content of the present application are described below in conjunction with the drawings, however, the accompanying drawings are provided for reference and illustration only, and are not intended to limit the present application.

[0046] Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 , respectively, are the exploded perspective view and the perspective view of the fan device with a vane structure of the present application. The fan device with a vane structure 1 of the present application includes a rotor blade 10, a stator vane 20, and a housing base 30. The rotor blade 10 is combined in the housing base 30. The stator vane 20 is fixed on the housing base 30, and the stator vane 20 is arranged on the downstream side of the rotor blade 10, thereby constituting the fan device 1.

[0047] The rotor blade 10 includes a rotor hub 11 and two or more (including the number) blades 12 arranged in a ring around the circumference of the rotor hub 11. Also, the stator vane 20 includes a stator hub 21 and two or more vanes 22 arranged in a ring around the circumference of the rotor hub 21.

[0048] Please refer to Figure 3 , which is a sectional view of the fan device with a vane structure of the present application. Specifically, in the structure of the rotor blade 10, the rotor hub 11 has a rotor hub diameter DT. The two or more blades 12 have a rotor diameter DR and a rotor axial thickness TR. In addition, the number of blades of the two or more blades 12 is not less than 5 and not more than 12. The ratio of the rotor hub diameter DT to the rotor diameter DR is not less than 0.4 and not more than 0.79.

[0049] Furthermore, in the structure of the stator vane 20, the two or more vanes 22 have a stator axial thickness TS, and the number of vanes of the two or more vanes 22 is not less than 12 and not more than 23.

[0050] Furthermore, the fan device 1 has an overall thickness TT (i.e., the total thickness of the rotor blades 10 and the stator vanes 20 combined). The ratio of the overall thickness TT to the rotor diameter DR is not less than 0.62 and not more than 1.7. In addition, the ratio of the stator axial thickness TS to the rotor axial thickness TR is not less than 0.65 and not more than 1.2.

[0051] Please refer to Figures 4 to 6 , respectively, are the top plan view of the rotor blade and the stator vane of the present application, the installation angle diagram of the rotor blade, and the installation angle diagram of the stator vane. In Figure 4 , the blade 12 has a wing section BR at any radius section of the fan, such as the position of line 5-5. Please refer to Figure 5 , the nose-tail line LR of the wing section BR and the rotation direction U of the rotor blade 10 form an installation angle θR. In addition, the rotor blade 10 of the present application has an average installation angle θR of the blade 12, which is the average value of the installation angles of different radius sections. The average installation angle θR of each blade 12 is not less than 45 degrees and not more than 64 degrees.

[0052] Furthermore, in Figure 4 , the vane 22 has a wing section BS at any radius section of the fan, such as the position of line 6-6. Please refer to Figure 6 , the nose-tail line LS of the wing section BS and the rotation direction U of the stator vane 20 form an installation angle θS. In addition, the stator vane 20 of the present application has an average installation angle θS of the vane 22, which is the average value of the installation angles of different radius sections. The average installation angle θS of each vane 22 is not less than 55 degrees and not more than 78 degrees.

[0053] In the present embodiment, the ratio of the overall thickness TT to the rotor diameter DR is 1.52. The ratio of the rotor hub diameter DT to the rotor diameter DR is 0.679. The ratio of the stator axial thickness TS to the rotor axial thickness TR is 0.959. The number of vanes of the two or more blades 12 is 6, and the number of vanes of the two or more vanes 22 is 13. In addition, the average installation angle θR of each blade 12 is 47.3 degrees, and the average installation angle θS of each vane 22 is 69.5 degrees.

[0054] It is worth noting that the average installation angle θR of each blade 12 and the average installation angle θS of each vane 22 are in opposite directions.

[0055] Please refer to Figure 7 , another embodiment of the fan device with stator structure of the present application. In this embodiment, the fan device la includes a rotor blade 10a, a stator blade 20a and a housing 30a. The rotor blade 10a is combined in the housing 30a. The stator blade 20a is fixed on the housing 30a, and the stator blade 20a is arranged at the downstream side of the rotor blade 10a.

[0056] In addition, the design parameters of this embodiment are as follows. The ratio of the overall thickness to the rotor diameter is 0.874. The ratio of the rotor hub diameter to the rotor diameter is 0.61. The ratio of the stator axial thickness to the rotor axial thickness is 0.986. The number of the two or more rotor blades is 9, and the number of the two or more stator blades is 13. The average installation angle of each rotor blade is 51.5 degrees, and the average installation angle of each stator blade is 67.4 degrees.

[0057] Please refer to Figure 8 , a comparison chart of the static pressure-air volume curve of the fan device with stator structure of the present application and the counter-rotating fan device and the fan device with stator of the prior art under the same rotor diameter and shaft power conditions. When compared with the characteristic curve of the fan device with stator of the prior art (prior art rotor-stator curve), the fan device with stator structure of the present application has a higher air volume under the same air pressure.

[0058] Furthermore, when compared with the characteristic curve of the counter-rotating fan device (prior art counter-rotating curve), the fan device with stator structure of the present application has a performance close to or even better than the counter-rotating fan in the common use area (the right half of the curve).

[0059] It is to be noted that the fan device with stator structure of the present application only uses a single motor to drive the rotor blade. However, the counter-rotating fan device needs to be equipped with two motors to drive the front and rear rotor blades, so the cost of the fan device with stator structure of the present application is significantly reduced compared with the counter-rotating fan device.

[0060] Please refer to Figures 9A to 9C , respectively, are the side sectional view of the fan device with stator structure of the present application, the side sectional view of the rotor-stator fan device of the prior art, and the side sectional view of the counter-rotating fan. In Figure 9A , the fan device 1 meets the design parameters of the present application, and the fan device 1 has an overall thickness TA (i.e. the total thickness of the rotor blade 10 and the stator blade 20 after being combined). In addition, in Figure 9BIn the present embodiment, the rotor-stator moving device 1b has an overall thickness TB (i.e. the total thickness of the rotor moving blades 10b combined with the stator stationary blades 20b). In the present embodiment, the rotor-stator moving device 1b has an overall thickness TB (i.e. the total thickness of the rotor moving blades 10b combined with the stator stationary blades 20b). In Figure 9C In the present embodiment, the rotor-stator moving device 1b has an overall thickness TB (i.e. the total thickness of the rotor moving blades 10b combined with the stator stationary blades 20b). In the present embodiment, the rotor-stator moving device 1b has an overall thickness TB (i.e. the total thickness of the rotor moving blades 10b combined with the stator stationary blades 20b). In

[0061] Further, please refer to Figure 9A and Figure 9B , the overall thickness TB of the rotor-stator moving device 1b is significantly thinner than the overall thickness TA of the fan device 1 of the present application. Further, please refer to Figure 9B and Figure 9C , the overall thickness TB of the rotor-stator moving device 1b is significantly thinner than the overall thickness TC of the rotor-stator moving device 1c. However, please refer to Figure 9A and Figure 9C , the overall thickness TA of the fan device 1 of the present application is similar to the overall thickness TC of the rotor-stator moving device 1c.

[0062] It is to be noted that in order to enhance the performance of the fan, the conventional fan device can employ a rotor-stator moving device to improve the static pressure-air volume characteristics of the fan device. However, the overall thickness of the rotor-stator moving device is usually thin under the conventional design concept (please refer to the comparison of Figure 9A and Figure 9B ). Therefore, the overall thickness of the rotor-stator moving device is limited to a certain extent, and the performance of the fan device is improved by using a rotor-stator moving device instead of a rotor-stator moving device. The overall thickness of the rotor-stator moving device is usually thick (please refer to the comparison of Figure 9B and Figure 9C ). It is to be noted that the design of the fan device of the present application employs a rotor-stator moving device, but the overall thickness is similar to that of the conventional rotor-stator moving device.

[0063] Therefore, it is to be noted that although the overall thickness of the fan device with stationary blades of the present application is thick, it can overcome the limitation of the overall thickness of the conventional rotor-stator moving device under the specific design parameters disclosed in the present application, and achieve the static pressure-air volume curve performance close to that of the rotor-stator moving device.

[0064] To sum up, the fan device with the stationary blade structure of the present application uses only a single motor to drive the rotor moving blade, so as to achieve a more excellent performance with different design parameters compared with the conventional fan device with the stationary blade. On the other hand, compared with the conventional counter-rotating fan device, the fan device of the present application only uses the structure of the single rotor moving blade and the stator stationary blade to achieve the performance close to that of the counter-rotating fan (double-motor driving double rotor moving blades), thus having the advantages of greatly reducing the cost and simplifying the manufacturing process.

[0065] The above description is only the preferred embodiment of the present application, and is not intended to limit the patent scope of the present application. Other equivalent changes made by using the patent spirit of the present application shall also belong to the patent scope of the present application.
