Claims
1. Use of a composition for improving skin microbial flora, the composition comprising: Ginseng extract; Ginseng-derived antimicrobial agent; and 1,2-hexanediol, wherein the ginseng of the ginseng extract and the ginseng-derived antibacterial agent is red ginseng, wherein the composition comprises: 0.05 to 8 parts by weight of the ginseng extract; 0.01 to 1 parts by weight of the ginseng-derived antibacterial agent; and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of the 1,2-hexanediol. wherein said improving the skin microbial flora promotes the growth of beneficial skin microorganisms and inhibits the growth of harmful skin microorganisms, wherein the ginseng extract is extracted using one or more solvents selected from the group consisting of water and alcohols having 1-4 carbon atoms, and The ginseng-derived antibacterial agent is an extract of ginseng comprising ethanol or an aqueous ethanol solution having an ethanol content of at least 50% (v / v) and less than 100% (v / v), and a purified fraction obtained by using a column.

8. The use according to claim 6, wherein the cosmetic composition is a preparation selected from the group consisting of a surfactant-containing cleanser, a powder foundation, an emulsion foundation, a wax foundation, and a facial mask.
9. The use according to claim 6, wherein the cosmetic composition is a preparation selected from the group consisting of microcapsules, microparticles, ionic vesicle dispersions, and non-ionic vesicle dispersions.
