Method for automatic adjustment of hot rolling and finishing rolling loads
By calculating the average and deviation of the difference in rolling force before and after rolling, the load on the hot rolling finishing mill stand is automatically adjusted, which solves the problems of high labor intensity and risk of misoperation caused by manual intervention, and improves rolling stability and product quality.

Abstract
This invention discloses an automatic adjustment method for the load of hot-rolled finishing mill, comprising: a. calculating the rolling force difference between the front and rear stands sequentially based on the rolling force of each stand in the finishing mill; b. calculating the absolute value of each rolling force difference and summing them; c. calculating the average value of the total rolling force difference; d. sequentially calculating the deviation value of each rolling force difference from the average value; e. sequentially calculating the rolling force ratio of each deviation value to the rolling force of the next stand; f. sequentially determining whether each rolling force difference is within the allowable range. If all are within the allowable range, the current load value is locked and the process exits; otherwise, the process proceeds to the next step; g. calculating the new load for each stand; h. relativizing the new load and calculating the new rolling force, and repeating steps a-h. If the number of repetitions exceeds the set maximum number, the load value obtained from the most recent calculation is locked and the process exits. This invention can ensure to the greatest extent possible that the rolling force between the front and rear stands does not reverse, thereby reducing changes in strip shape during rolling and improving strip threading stability.
