Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to an elevator, and in particular to an opening operation of a car door. Background Art
[0002] A car operating panel or a boarding area operating panel is provided in the elevator car or at the boarding area. Each operating panel is provided with a destination floor button that displays the number of the destination floor, a door opening button, and a door closing button for opening and closing the car door. For example, a passenger registers the destination floor of the passenger car moving in the elevator passage by operating the destination floor button. The destination floor button is widely used as a contact button such as a key or a touch panel.
[0003] In addition, in recent years, in elevators installed in public facilities, etc., due to hygiene concerns, non-contact car operating panels have been introduced that can perform operations such as registering the destination floor of the car in a non-contact manner by shielding the hand from the photoelectric (non-contact) sensor that detects light shielding configured on the operating panel.
[0004] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an elevator in which a destination floor registration operation can be performed by shielding a hand from a detection area of a photoelectric sensor disposed on a car operating panel so that the sensor detects light shielding.

[0008] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0009] However, as in the case of using a non-contact sensor such as a photoelectric sensor, since an obstruction such as a passenger's hand does not contact the sensor, it is easy to cause the obstruction to move outside the detection area of the sensor against the intention. For example, in the case of wanting to extend the open state of the car door, sometimes the door opening button of the car operating panel is long pressed, but in the case of wanting to perform the same door opening operation with a non-contact sensor, the passenger accidentally moves his hand outside the detection area of the sensor and the car door is closed against the passenger's intention more easily than when using a contact operation structure such as a button.
[0010] In this case, the car door is closed earlier than the passenger's intention, so the passenger needs to open the door again to open the car door in order to board or alight. As a result, the time required for boarding and alighting becomes longer, resulting in a problem of reduced elevator operation efficiency.
[0011] An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator capable of suppressing a decrease in the operation efficiency of the elevator when a car door opening operation is performed by causing a non-contact sensor to detect a blocking object.
[0012] Technical solutions to the problem
[0013] The elevator of the present invention is constructed to be able to operate the door opening operation of the car door installed in the passenger car in a non-contact manner. The elevator comprises: a non-contact sensor for detecting light blocking in order to perform the door opening operation of the car door; and a control unit, which is constructed to be able to execute an opening mode for opening the car door and a closing mode for closing the car door. During the execution of the door opening mode, when the state in which the non-contact sensor detects light blocking changes to a state in which no light blocking is detected, the control unit executes the closing mode after a first specified time has passed since the moment of change, i.e., the first non-detection moment.
[0014] In the elevator of the present invention, when the proximity sensor detects light blocking again before the first specified time has passed, the control unit may execute the door closing mode after the second specified time has passed from the second non-detection moment when the proximity sensor detects no light blocking after the re-detection.
[0015] In the elevator of the present invention, when the proximity sensor detects light blocking during execution of the door closing mode, the control unit may execute the door opening mode when the proximity sensor detects light blocking.
[0016] Effects of the Invention
[0017] According to the elevator of the present invention, the door closing mode is started only after the first prescribed time has passed since the first non-detection moment when the non-contact sensor cannot detect the light shielding. Therefore. Even if the non-contact sensor cannot detect the light shielding, the door can be kept open from then until the first prescribed time has passed. Thus, even in the case where the passenger accidentally moves an obstruction such as a hand outside the detection area of the non-contact sensor, the passenger can get on and off the car without having to open the door again until the first prescribed time has passed. As a result, it is possible to suppress the unnecessary extension of the time required for passengers to get on and off the car, thereby suppressing the reduction in the operating efficiency of the elevator. [0023] Hereinafter, an elevator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that in each of the drawings, "Z" shown in the drawings represents a horizontal direction Z parallel to the axial direction of the drive sheave 18, "X" represents a horizontal direction X orthogonal to the horizontal direction Z, and "Y" represents a vertical direction Y orthogonal to the horizontal direction X and the horizontal direction Z, respectively.
[0024] like Figure 1 As shown, the elevator 10 is a traction elevator having a machine room 14 at the uppermost portion of a hoistway 12, and is installed in a public building such as a hospital or a nursing facility. A main rope 20 is hung on a driving sheave 18 of a hoist 16 installed in the machine room 14, and a passenger car 22 is connected to one end of the main rope 20, and a counterweight 24 is connected to the other end.
[0025] The rotational power from the motor (not shown) of the winch 16 is transmitted to the drive sheave 18 via a power transmission mechanism (not shown). When the drive sheave 18 is driven to rotate, the main rope 20 moves accordingly, and the passenger car 22 suspended on the main rope 20 is guided by the guide rail (not shown) and moves in the up and down direction Y in the lifting channel 12.
[0026] In a building where the elevator 10 is installed, a landing 26A, 26B, 26C (hereinafter, appropriately referred to as "the landing 26" when no special distinction is required) is installed on each different floor. During the operation of the elevator 10, the passenger car 22 repeatedly moves from the landing of the floor where the elevator 10 is currently stopping (at the landing of the floor where the elevator 10 is currently stopping). Figure 1 The vertical movement from the elevator floor 26C to the elevator floor of the next destination floor (for example, the elevator floor 26A).
[0027] Figure 22 is a perspective view showing the structure around the car doors 22A and 22B in the passenger car 22. Figure 2 As shown, a guide lighting LM is provided on a vertical wall 22-1 located just above a boarding and alighting door 22G provided on the front side of the passenger car 22. In addition, a car operating panel 23 is provided on a side wall 22-2 adjacent to the boarding and alighting door 22G. The car operating panel 23 is an operating panel used by passengers of the elevator 10 to input the destination floor and to open and close the car doors 22A and 22B. In addition, the guide lighting LM is composed of a light-transmitting elongated panel having a lamp (not shown) provided inside, and has the function of notifying passengers that the car doors 22A and 22B are in operation by lighting up when the car doors 22A and 22B are opened and closed, for example.
[0028] Figure 3 2 is a front view showing the structure of the car operating panel 23. Figure 3 As shown, in the car operating panel 23, an operating unit 30 having the functions of inputting operations for determining the destination floor of the passenger car 22 and opening and closing the car doors 22A and 22B is arranged in the central part. The buttons 31A, 31B, 31C, ... (hereinafter, referred to as button "31" when no special distinction is required) of the operating unit 30 are arranged at equal intervals along the up-down direction Y. Moreover, directly below the button 31A, a door opening button 32 for opening the car doors 22A and 22B, and a door closing button 33 for closing the doors 22A and 22B are arranged along the up-down direction Y, respectively. Since the structure of the door closing button 33 is substantially the same as that of the door opening button 32, in the following description, the structure of the door opening button 32 is mainly described, and the description of the door closing button 33 is appropriately omitted.
[0029] A destination floor sensor unit 34A, 34B, 34C, ... (hereinafter referred to as a destination floor sensor unit "34" when no special distinction is required) for detecting light shielding and a door opening sensor unit (non-contact sensor) 35 for detecting light shielding are provided adjacent to the right side of each button 31 and the door opening button 32. Each destination floor sensor unit 34 has a function of performing the same destination floor operation as each button 31 adjacent to the left side in a non-contact manner. Similarly, the door opening sensor unit 35 has a function of performing the same door opening operation as the door opening button 32 in a non-contact manner.
[0030] Here, each button 31 and the door opening button 32 have the function of notifying that each operation has been accepted. Figure 3As shown, each button 31A, 31B, 31C, ... is provided with a light-transmitting portion (light-emitting portion) L-1, L-2, L-3, ... (hereinafter referred to as "light-transmitting portion L" when no special distinction is required) in the form of a number indicating the destination floor on the front side. Moreover, it is configured so that the light-transmitting portion L emits light by lighting a lamp (not shown) provided inside the button 31. On the other hand, the door opening button 32 also has the same structure as the button 31, and an arrow-shaped light-transmitting portion 32L is provided on the front side. Each light-transmitting portion 32L is configured to be able to emit light. It should be noted that in the present embodiment, unlike the door opening button 32, the door closing button 33 is not provided with a sensor portion corresponding to the button 33, but a sensor portion corresponding to the button 33 may also be provided.
[0031] Furthermore, by pressing the button 31 or by detecting an obstruction such as a hand through the destination floor sensor unit 34, the (call) registration of the destination floor is performed and the light-transmitting portion L is illuminated. Thus, when performing input operations via each button 31, the user can visually confirm the acceptance status of each input operation. Similarly, by pressing the door opening button 32 or when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light blocking by an obstruction such as a hand, the light-transmitting portion 32L is illuminated. It should be noted that in this embodiment, although the button 31, the door opening button 32, etc. are used, for example, a touch sensor may also be used.
[0032] The above-mentioned destination floor sensor unit 34 and door opening sensor unit 35 have almost the same structure, and therefore, in the following description, the structure of the destination floor sensor unit 34 is mainly described, and the description of the door opening sensor unit 35 is appropriately omitted.
[0033] Each destination floor sensor section 34 is provided with a substantially rectangular hole formed in such a manner that both ends are bent in the same direction. Figure 3 As shown, each rectangular hole is covered by a light-transmitting protective plate 37A, 37B, 37C, ... (hereinafter referred to as "protective plate 37" when no special distinction is required). A reflective photoelectric sensor including a light projector and a light receiver is accommodated inside each rectangular hole of each destination floor sensor unit 34, and the light projector emits light, and the light receiver detects the presence of an object based on the change in the amount of light received by the light receiver of the reflected light from the object.
[0034] Here, Figure 4 2 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the positional relationship between the destination floor sensor unit 34 and the detection area P. Figure 4 In FIG. 1 , the detection area P is indicated by hatching, and the destination floor sensor unit 34 and the structure other than the detection area P are omitted as appropriate. Figure 4As shown in FIG. 1 , the destination floor sensor unit 34 is configured to be able to adjust the amount of light received by the light receiver (sensor sensitivity) and detect light blocking by an object (blocking object) in a preset detection area P. Figure 4 As shown, the detection area P is set to be a spatial area from a position of the destination floor sensor unit 34 separated by a distance X1 in the horizontal direction X to a position separated by a distance X2 in the direction X when 0 mm≤X1<X2.
[0035] like Figure 3 As shown, the car operating panel 23 also has a display unit 44. The display unit 44 is composed of, for example, a liquid crystal display, and displays, for example, the moving (lifting) direction of the passenger car 22, the floors that the passenger car 22 passes, and information notified to other passengers. The display unit 44 is set at a position higher than the operating unit 30 so that it is easy for passengers to see. Figure 3 As shown by the dotted line, a speaker SP for outputting sound is built into the car operating panel 23. The speaker SP has a function of generating sound for notifying passengers of the opening and closing actions of the car doors 22A and 22B.
[0036] The car operating panel 23 having the above-mentioned structure is provided in the machine room 14 (refer to Figure 1 ) of the control device 46 (refer to Figure 1 ) is electrically connected. The control device 46 is a computer that controls the operation of the passenger car 22 based on the destination floor registration corresponding to the input operation performed via the car operating panel 23, etc., and has a CPU, a memory, etc. In the memory, for example, various control programs for controlling the drive control of the hoist 16, the opening and closing control of the car doors 22A and 22B, the light-transmitting portion L of each button 31, the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door opening button 32, the lighting control of the guide lighting LM, the speaker SP, etc. are stored. The CPU reads out and executes these programs from the memory, thereby realizing the smooth operation of the elevator 10 based on the control device 46.
[0037] Then, in the elevator 10, the opening and closing control of the car doors 22A and 22B is also performed by the control device 46. A control program related to the destination floor registration of the passenger car 22 is stored in the memory of the control device 46. The CPU reads the control program from the memory, and the control device 46 executes the door opening mode and the door closing mode. Here, the door opening mode is a mode for moving the car doors 22A and 22B in the door opening direction and keeping the doors 22A and 22B in the door opening state. In addition, the door closing mode is a mode for moving the car doors 22A and 22B in the door closing direction, in other words, in the direction of becoming a fully closed state.
[0038] Here, use Figure 5The flow of the opening and closing control of the car doors 22A, 22B using the door opening sensor unit 35 in the control device 46 will be described. Figure 5 This is a flowchart showing the flow of the opening and closing control of the car doors 22A, 22B by the control device 46 when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light blocking.
[0039] like Figure 5 As shown, when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light blocking, the control device 46 determines whether the door can be opened (steps S1, S2). The state in which the door can be opened includes the state in which the passenger car 22 is parked at the elevator station 26 and does not need to forcibly maintain the door closed. Therefore, even if the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light blocking, the notification sound does not sound when the passenger car 22 is not in a state in which the door can be opened. In addition, the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door opening button 32 and the guide lighting LM do not flash. Therefore, unnecessary guidance of passengers in the passenger car 22 will not be performed.
[0040] In step S2, when the control device 46 determines that the door can be opened, the control device 46 executes the door opening mode after a predetermined waiting time has elapsed, except when the door closing mode is being executed (steps S3, S4, S5).
[0041] On the other hand, when the door closing mode is being executed, the control device 46 executes the door opening mode without waiting for the predetermined waiting time to elapse (steps S3 and S5). Thus, the car doors 22A and 22B can be quickly brought into the door opening state.
[0042] In the present embodiment, as described above, when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light shielding during the execution of the door closing mode, the door closing action of the car doors 22A and 22B is started without setting a predetermined waiting time, but the door closing action of the car doors 22A and 22B may be started after the predetermined waiting time. However, when the predetermined waiting time is set, it is preferably set to a waiting time shorter than the waiting time in the case where the door closing mode is not being executed as shown in step S4.
[0043] In step S5, the control device 46 generates a predetermined notification sound through the speaker SP when the door opening mode is executed, and makes the light-transmitting portion 32L (see FIG. 14 ) of the door opening button 32 illuminated. Figure 3 ) and the guide lighting LM of the vertical wall 22-1 (refer to Figure 2 ) flashes. The prescribed notification sound is, for example, an intermittent sound such as "beep, beep, beep..." Thus, even in a situation where it is difficult to visually confirm the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door opening button 32 when the passenger blocks the door opening sensor portion 35 with his hand, the detection status of the door opening sensor portion 35 can be easily grasped.
[0044] Instead of the intermittent sound, a continuous sound may be played through the speaker SP, or the car doors 22A and 22B may be guided (see Figure 2 ) is the sound guidance during the door opening action. As described above, by generating a predetermined notification sound during the execution of the door opening mode, for example, when the door opening mode is executed by detecting the luggage of the passenger by the door opening sensor unit 35, the passenger can quickly notice that the door opening sensor unit 35 is detecting the luggage. In addition, there is an advantage that the door opening mode is quickly ended by the passenger making the luggage retreat from the detection area of the door opening sensor unit 35, thereby enabling the elevator 10 to operate smoothly.
[0045] Then, if Figure 5 As shown, when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects no shading (step S6), the control device 46 executes the door closing mode (steps S7, S15) after a first specified time (for example, 3 seconds) has passed since the moment when no shading is detected (first non-detection moment).
[0046] According to the above configuration, even if the door opening sensor 35 fails to detect light blocking due to the passenger accidentally moving the hand that blocked the detection area of the door opening sensor 35 out of the area, the door closing mode starts only after the first predetermined time has passed.
[0047] Here, when the door opening sensor unit 35 fails to detect light blocking in the above step S6, in other words, when light blocking is not detected, the control device 46 preferably stops the notification sound or the flashing of the guide lighting LM generated in step S5. Thus, the passenger can immediately notice that the door opening sensor unit 35 fails to detect light blocking.
[0048] In addition, the control device 46 terminates the door opening mode executed in the above-mentioned step S5 after the first predetermined time has passed in step S7, in other words, executes until the door closing mode is transferred to step S15. Thus, the car doors 22A, 22B can be kept in the open state until the first predetermined time has passed.
[0049] According to the above structure, the car doors 22A and 22B can be kept in an open state, and when the passenger wants to extend the open state, it is easy to take measures such as covering the detection area of the door opening sensor part 35 with the hand again, thereby preventing the situation where the door closing mode is executed against the passenger's intention.
[0050] On the other hand, Figure 5 As shown, when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light blocking again before the first specified time has passed (step S8), the control device 46 executes the door opening mode (step S10) after a specified standby time (for example, 0.3 seconds) has passed (step S9).
[0051] In step S10, when executing the door opening mode, the control device 46 generates a notification sound through the speaker SP as in the case of step S5, and flashes the guide lighting LM and the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door opening button 32. Thus, the passenger can easily grasp the light-shielding detection state of the door opening sensor unit 35 as in the case of step S5.
[0052] Moreover, if Figure 5 As shown, when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects no light shielding (step S11), the control device 46 measures the time starting from the moment when the detection stops (the second non-detection moment), and after the measured time (hereinafter referred to as "measurement time") has passed a second specified time (for example, 3 seconds) (step S12), the door closing mode is executed (step S15).
[0053] Here, the control device 46 causes the notification sound, the guide lighting LM, and the flashing of the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door opening button 32 generated via the speaker SP in step S10 to end when the light blocking detection of the door opening sensor portion 35 stops in step S11. Therefore, the passenger can easily understand that the door opening sensor portion 35 cannot detect the light blocking. On the other hand, the control device 46 continues to execute the door opening mode being executed in step S10 during the period from the second prescribed time in step S12 to the transfer to step S15. Thereby, the car doors 22A and 22B can be kept in an open state until the second prescribed time has passed. As a result, when it is desired to extend the door opening state, it is easy to take measures to prevent the passenger from blocking his hand from the detection area of the door opening sensor portion 35 before executing the door closing mode.
[0054] like Figure 5 As shown, when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light blocking again before the second specified time has passed (step S13), the control device 46 resets the measurement time measured in step S12, that is, sets the measurement time to 0 seconds (step S14). Thus, even if the door opening sensor unit 35 does not detect light blocking after light blocking is detected again in step S13, it is possible to wait for the second specified time (for example, 3 seconds) to pass in step S12 to execute the door closing mode.
[0055] Then, if Figure 5 As shown, the control device 46 returns to step S10, executes the door opening mode again, emits a notification sound, and flashes the guide lighting LM and the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door opening button 32.
[0056] Then, when a second specified time (for example, 3 seconds) has passed since the light blocking of the door opening sensor unit 35 was no longer detected and the sensor unit 35 has not detected the light blocking again (steps S11, S12), the control device 46 executes the door closing mode (step S15), thereby ending a series of opening and closing control processes of the car doors 22A and 22B.
[0057] As shown above, when the door opening mode is executed, when the state where the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light shielding changes to the state where light shielding is not detected, the control device 46 executes the door closing mode after the first prescribed time has passed from the moment of the change, that is, the first non-detection moment. In addition, when the door opening sensor unit 35 detects light shielding again before the first prescribed time has passed, after the re-detection, the door closing mode is executed after the second prescribed time has passed from the second non-detection moment where the door opening sensor unit 35 again detects light shielding.
[0058] Thus, even if the passenger blocks the door opening sensor 35 with his hand and moves his hand outside the detection area of the sensor 35, the door closing mode is not executed until the prescribed time has passed. Furthermore, if the passenger blocks the door again with his hand before the prescribed time has passed and light blocking is detected again, the door closing mode is not executed until the prescribed time has passed since light blocking is no longer detected.
[0059] Therefore, in the case where the passenger unconsciously moves the hand shielded from the door opening sensor unit 35 to outside the detection area, the door closing mode is not started at the time of non-detection where the sensor unit 45 cannot detect the light shielding, and even in the case of the above-mentioned non-detection, the door opening state can be maintained as long as the hand is shielded from the door opening sensor unit 35 again. Therefore, there is also the following advantage: while the car doors 22A, 22B are kept in the open state, it is not necessary to continuously shield the hand from the door opening sensor unit 35, and the door opening state can be maintained by shielding the hand from the door opening sensor unit 35 from time to time.
[0060] According to the elevator 10 of the present invention, the door closing mode is started only after the first prescribed time has passed since the first non-detection moment when the door opening sensor unit 35 cannot detect the light shielding. Therefore, even if the door opening sensor unit 35 cannot detect the light shielding, the door can be kept open until the first prescribed time has passed. Thus, even in the case where a passenger accidentally moves an obstruction such as a hand outside the detection area of the door opening sensor unit 35, the passenger can get on and off the car 22 without having to perform the door opening operation again until the first prescribed time has passed. As a result, it is possible to suppress unnecessary extension of the time required for passengers to get on and off the car 22, thereby suppressing a reduction in the operating efficiency of the elevator 10.
[0061] In steps S7 and S12 of the above embodiment, the control device 46 may also cause the speaker SP to emit a sound of a pattern different from the pattern of the sound generated in steps S5 and S10 while waiting for the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time to pass, respectively. This has the advantage that the passenger can easily understand that the door opening sensor unit 35 cannot detect the light shielding and the car doors 22A and 22B will soon be closed.
[0062] In the above embodiment, in steps S5 and S10, the control device 46 generates intermittent sounds through the speaker SP and flashes both the guide lighting LM and the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door-opening button 32 during the execution of the door-opening mode. However, the control device 46 may flash only one of the guide lighting LM and the light-transmitting portion 32L of the door-opening button 32 while generating the intermittent sounds. In addition, the control device 46 may also be controlled in such a manner that only the intermittent sounds are generated through the speaker SP, and the guide lighting LM and the light-transmitting portion 32L are not flashed.
[0063] In the above embodiment, the first and second prescribed times are both 3 seconds, but they can be set longer or shorter than 3 seconds depending on the usage of the elevator 10. In addition, the two prescribed times can also be set to different lengths.
[0064] Without departing from the scope of the gist of the present invention, the present invention can be implemented by adding various improvements, corrections, or deformations based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. In addition, any invention specific matter can also be replaced with other technical modes to implement within the scope of producing the same action or effect.
