Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to razors, and more particularly to an electric razor. Background Technology

[0002] Electric shavers, including rotary and reciprocating shavers, are common grooming tools. A rotary shaver's head consists of rotating blades and a foil covering the outside of the rotating blades, while a reciprocating shaver's head consists of reciprocating blades and a foil covering the outside of the reciprocating blades. In both rotary and reciprocating shavers, the blades are the moving part, and the foil is the fixed part. The shearing force generated between the blades and the foil cuts the hairs that enter the shaver head through the mesh of the foil, thus assisting the user in shaving. However, because the foil in existing electric shavers is a fixed part, as the foil moves across the user's face, sliding friction occurs between the outer wall of the foil and the user's facial skin. This sliding friction can cause discomfort to the user's facial skin, and in severe cases, can lead to redness, itching, and affect the user's facial skin health. Summary of the Invention

[0003] One object of the present invention is to provide an electric shaver in which the shaver's mesh can roll on the user's face, thereby avoiding sliding friction between the mesh and the user's facial skin and improving the user's comfort when shaving with the electric shaver.

[0050] Refer to the accompanying drawings of the specification of this invention. Figures 1 to 7 An electric shaver according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the electric shaver includes a handpiece 10 and a blade head 20 mounted on the handpiece 10.

[0051] Specifically, see the attached document. Figures 1 to 6The handheld part 10 includes a housing 11 and a drive mechanism 12, the drive mechanism 12 being mounted on the housing 11. The razor head 20 includes a blade mechanism 21 and a mesh cover 22. The blade mechanism 21 is mounted on the housing 11 and drivably connected to the drive mechanism 12. The mesh cover 22 is rotatably mounted on the housing 11 of the handheld part 10 and covers the blade mechanism 21. When the drive mechanism 12 drives the blade mechanism 21 to rotate, a shearing force is generated between the blade mechanism 21 and the mesh cover 22 to cut the beard hairs entering through the mesh openings of the mesh cover 22. Furthermore, when the user pushes the electric razor as a whole, the mesh cover 22 is allowed to rotate relative to the housing 11 of the handheld part 10, causing the mesh cover 22 to roll relative to the facial skin. This avoids sliding friction between the mesh cover 22 and the user's facial skin, improving user comfort when shaving with the electric razor. In this process, although both the blade mechanism 21 and the mesh cover 22 can rotate relative to the housing 11, the blade mechanism 21 is driven by the drive mechanism 12, and the mesh cover 22 is driven by the facial skin due to friction with the facial skin when the user pushes the electric shaver as a whole. Therefore, the rotational speed of the blade mechanism 21 is much greater than that of the mesh cover 22, so that a shearing force can be generated between the blade mechanism 21 and the mesh cover 22 to cut the beard hairs that enter through the mesh of the mesh cover 22.

[0052] More specifically, see Appendix Figures 3 to 5 The housing 11 includes a first outer shell 111 and a second outer shell 112, and has an assembly space 113 and an assembly hole 114 communicating with the assembly space 113, wherein the first outer shell 111 and the second outer shell 112 are mounted to each other to form the assembly space 113 and the assembly hole 114 between the first outer shell 111 and the second outer shell 112.

[0053] It is worth mentioning that the installation method of the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 is not limited in the electric shaver of the present invention. For example, in some embodiments, the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 can be locked by screws, and in other embodiments, the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 can be snapped together by a snap-fit structure.

[0054] The drive mechanism 12 includes a drive motor 121, which is mounted in the assembly space 113 of the housing 11. To prevent the drive motor 121 from wobbling in the assembly space 113 of the housing 11, both the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are provided with at least one clamping arm 1111, which protrudes into the assembly space 113. The clamping arms 1111 of the first housing 111 and the clamping arms 1111 of the second housing 112 clamp the drive motor 121 on opposite sides, respectively, to allow the drive motor 121 to be reliably mounted in the assembly space 113 of the housing 11.

[0055] The blade mechanism 21 includes a tool holder 211 and a blade 212 disposed on the tool holder 211. The driven end 2111 of the tool holder 211 is rotatably mounted in the mounting hole 114 of the housing 11, and the driven end 2111 of the tool holder 211 is drivably connected to the drive motor 121, so that the drive motor 121 can drive the blade mechanism 21 to rotate.

[0056] It is worth mentioning that the manner in which the driven end 2111 of the blade holder 211 is rotatably mounted to the mounting hole 114 of the housing 11 is not limited in the electric shaver of the present invention. For example, the driven end 2111 of the blade holder 211 can be rotatably mounted to the mounting hole 114 of the housing 11 via a bearing, so that when the drive motor 121 provides power, the blade 21 can be driven to rotate relative to the housing 11.

[0057] The mounting end 221 of the mesh cover 22 is rotatably mounted to the mounting hole 114 of the housing 11, and the blades 212 of the blade mechanism 21 tend to be close to the inner wall of the mesh cover 22. Thus, when the drive motor 121 drives the blade holder 211 and the blades 212 of the blade mechanism 21 to rotate, the blades 212 and the mesh cover 22 can generate a shearing force to cut the beard hairs that enter through the mesh of the mesh cover 22. The mesh cover 22 is passive, and the mesh cover 22 and the blade mechanism 21 are independent of each other; that is, when the user pushes the electric shaver as a whole, the mesh cover 22 can roll relative to the facial skin, which helps to simplify the structure of the electric shaver and improve its reliability.

[0058] It is worth mentioning that the way the mounting end 221 of the mesh cover 22 is rotatably mounted to the mounting hole 114 of the housing 11 is not limited in the electric shaver of the present invention. For example, the mounting hole 221 of the mesh cover 22 can be rotatably mounted to the mounting hole 114 of the housing 11 via a bearing, so that when the user pushes the electric shaver as a whole, the mesh cover 22 can roll relative to the facial skin to improve the user's comfort when shaving with the electric shaver.

[0059] Continue to refer to 1 to Figure 5 The first outer shell 111 includes a first shell body 1112 and a first extension arm 1113 integrally extending outward from a corner of the first shell body 1112. The second outer shell 112 includes a second shell body 1122 and a second extension arm 1123 integrally extending outward from a corner of the second shell body 1122. The assembly space 113 of the shell 11 is formed between the first shell body 1112 of the first outer shell 111 and the second shell body 1122 of the second outer shell 112. The mounting hole 114 of the housing 11 is formed between the first extension arm 1113 of the first housing 111 and the second extension arm 1123 of the second housing 112, such that after the blade head 20 is installed in the mounting hole 114 of the housing 11, there is a gap between the first shell body 1112 of the first housing 111 and the outer wall of the mesh cover 22, and a gap between the second shell body 1122 of the second housing 112 and the outer wall of the mesh cover 22, so as to allow the mesh cover 22 to rotate.

[0060] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 3 and Figure 4The drive mechanism 12 includes a drive shaft 122, which has a bottom end 1221 and a top end 1222 corresponding to the bottom end 1221. The bottom end 1221 of the drive shaft 122 is drivably connected to the output shaft of the drive motor 121, and the top end 1222 of the drive shaft 122 is drivably connected to the driven end 2111 of the tool holder 211. Thus, when the drive motor 121 outputs power in such a way that the output shaft of the drive motor 121 rotates, the power can be transmitted to the tool holder 211 via the drive shaft 122 to drive the tool holder 211 to rotate relative to the housing 11 and the mesh cover 22. Understandably, when the user pushes the electric shaver as a whole, although the mesh cover 22 is rotatable relative to the user's facial skin, the rotational speed of the blade mechanism 21 under the drive of the drive motor 121 is much higher than that of the mesh cover 22. Therefore, sufficient shearing force can be generated between the blades 212 of the blade mechanism 21 and the mesh cover 22 to cut the beard hairs that enter through the mesh of the mesh cover 22.

[0061] Preferably, in order to prevent the drive shaft 122 from swaying and to ensure the ability of the drive shaft 122 to transmit power, the drive shaft 122 can be mounted on the first outer shell 111 and / or the second outer shell 112 of the housing 11 by a set of bearings.

[0062] Preferably, the output shaft of the drive motor 121 may be provided with a worm gear, and correspondingly, the bottom end 1221 of the transmission shaft 122 is provided with shaft teeth. The shaft teeth of the bottom end 1221 of the transmission shaft 122 and the worm gear of the drive motor 121 mesh with each other, so as to allow the bottom end 1221 of the transmission shaft 122 to be drivably connected to the output shaft of the drive motor 121, and the output shaft of the drive motor 121 and the transmission shaft 122 form a right-angle transmission structure. The drive shaft 122 has a toothed tip 1222, and correspondingly, the driven end 2111 of the tool holder 211 has a driven tooth. The toothed tip 1222 of the drive shaft 122 and the driven end 2111 of the tool holder 211 mesh with each other, allowing the drive shaft 1222 to be drivably connected to the driven end 2111 of the tool holder 211. The drive shaft 122 and the tool holder 211 form another right-angle transmission structure. With this structure, the drive shaft 122 can efficiently transmit the power provided by the drive motor 121 to the tool holder 211, allowing the tool holder 211 and the cutting blade 212 to rotate at high speed.

[0063] Preferably, refer to the appendix Figures 3 to 6The blade 212 of the blade mechanism 21 of the razor head 20 extends in a spiral shape from the driven end 2111 of the razor holder 211 to the other end. Thus, when the blade 212 is rotated by the razor holder 211, on the one hand, a shearing force can be generated between the blade 212 and the mesh cover 22 to cut the beard that enters through the mesh of the mesh cover 22. On the other hand, the blade 212 can push the stubble towards the end of the mesh cover 22 away from the mounting end 221 to avoid the stubble affecting the shaving effect of the electric razor.

[0064] In other words, by arranging the blades 212 of the blade mechanism 21 of the razor head 20 in a spiral shape, when shaving with the electric razor, stubble can be prevented from accumulating between the blades 212 and the mesh cover 22, thereby preventing stubble from affecting the shaving effect of the electric razor.

[0065] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 4 and Figure 5 The handheld part 10 of the electric shaver further includes a circuit board 13, a control switch 14, and a power supply component 15. The circuit board 13 is integrated with an MCU module to enable it to perform corresponding functions. The control switch 14 is mounted on the circuit board 13. The drive motor 121 of the drive mechanism 12 and the power supply component 15 are respectively connected to the circuit board 13. The circuit board 13 and the power supply component 15 are held in the assembly space 113 of the housing 11.

[0066] The circuit board 13 can control the power supply state of the power supply element 15 to the drive motor 121 via the control switch 14. For example, the user can operate the control switch 14 to allow the power supply element 15 to supply power to the drive motor 121. In this case, the power provided by the drive motor 121 can be transmitted via the drive shaft 122 to the blade holder 211 of the blade mechanism 21, causing the blade mechanism 21 to rotate relative to the mesh cover 22. Conversely, the user can operate the control switch 14 to prevent the power supply element 15 from supplying power to the drive motor 121, at which point the drive motor 121 will no longer provide power.

[0067] Preferably, the circuit board 13 is fixedly mounted to the first outer shell 111 of the housing 11. For example, the circuit board 13 can be screwed into the first outer shell 111 by screws to allow the circuit board 13 to be reliably held in the assembly space 113 of the housing 11.

[0068] Preferably, the first housing 111 has a switch through-hole 1114 communicating the assembly space 113 and the outside, wherein the control switch 14 extends from the assembly space 113 to the outside through the switch through-hole 1114 of the first housing 111 to allow a user to operate the control switch 14 from outside the housing 11.

[0069] Preferably, the power supply element 15 is a rechargeable battery, and electrical energy can be replenished to the power supply element 15 via a power adapter. Optionally, in other embodiments of the electric shaver of the present invention, the power supply element 15 may be a dry cell battery, which is replaceable.

[0070] According to another aspect of the invention, the invention further provides a method for shaving with an electric shaver, wherein the shaving method includes the following steps:

[0071] (a) The drive mechanism 12 of the handheld part 10 drives the blade mechanism 21 of the blade head 20 to rotate relative to the mesh cover 22, so as to generate a shearing force between the blade 212 of the blade mechanism 21 and the mesh cover 20 to cut the beard that enters through the mesh of the mesh cover 22; and

[0072] (b) When the user pushes the electric shaver as a whole, the mesh cover 22 is allowed to roll relative to the user's facial skin, thus avoiding sliding friction between the mesh cover 22 and the user's facial skin, thereby improving the user's comfort when shaving with the electric shaver.

[0073] Furthermore, step (a) further includes:

[0074] (a.1) Power is supplied to the drive motor 121 of the drive mechanism 12 to provide power by allowing the output shaft of the drive motor 121 to rotate; and

[0075] (a.2) The power provided by the drive motor 121 is transmitted via the drive shaft 122 to the blade holder 211 of the blade mechanism 21, so that the blade holder 211 drives the blade 212 disposed on the blade holder 211 to rotate synchronously, thereby generating a shearing force between the blade 212 and the mesh cover 20 to cut the beard that enters through the mesh of the mesh cover 22.

[0076] Preferably, step (a) further includes: (a.3) pushing stubble towards one end of the shaving head 20 to prevent stubble from accumulating between the blade 212 and the foil 22 and affecting the shaving effect. Preferably, in step (a.3), during shaving, stubble is pushed towards one end of the shaving head 20 by the blade 212. Specifically, refer to the appendix. Figures 3 to 6The blade 212 of the blade mechanism 21 of the razor head 20 extends in a spiral shape from the driven end 2111 of the razor holder 211 to the other end.

[0077] Refer to the accompanying drawings of the specification of this invention. Figures 8 to 14 An electric shaver according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the electric shaver includes a handheld portion 10A and a blade head 20A mounted on the handheld portion 10A.

[0078] Specifically, the handheld part 10A includes a housing 11A and a drive mechanism 12A mounted on the housing 11A. The razor head 20A includes a blade mechanism 21A and a mesh cover 22A. The blade mechanism 21A is mounted on the housing 11A and drivably connected to the drive mechanism 12A. The mesh cover 22A is rotatably mounted on the housing 11A and covers the blade mechanism 21A. When the drive mechanism 12A drives the blade mechanism 21A to rotate, a shearing force is generated between the blade mechanism 21A and the mesh cover 22A to cut the beard hairs that enter through the mesh of the mesh cover 22A. When the user pushes the electric razor as a whole, the mesh cover 22A is allowed to rotate relative to the housing 11A of the handheld part 10A, so that the mesh cover 22A rolls relative to the facial skin, thereby avoiding sliding friction between the mesh cover 22A and the user's facial skin and improving the user's comfort when using the electric razor. In this process, although both the blade mechanism 21A and the mesh cover 22A can rotate relative to the housing 11A, the blade mechanism 21A is driven by the drive mechanism 12A, and the mesh cover 22A is driven by the facial skin due to friction when the user pushes the electric shaver as a whole. Therefore, the rotational speed of the blade mechanism 21A is much greater than that of the mesh cover 22A, so a shearing force can be generated between the blade mechanism 21A and the mesh cover 22A to cut the beard hairs that enter through the mesh of the mesh cover 22A.

[0079] More specifically, the housing 11A includes an outer shell 115A, which includes a main body portion 1151A and an arm portion 1152A. The arm portion 1152A extends integrally upward from one side of the top of the main body portion 1151A. The drive mechanism 12A includes a drive motor 121A, a transmission shaft 122A, and a gear set 123A. The motor body 1211A of the drive motor 121A is fixedly mounted horizontally to the main body portion 1151A of the housing 115A. The mounting end 1221A of the transmission shaft 122A is rotatably mounted to the arm portion 1152A of the housing 115A, and the transmission shaft 122A is held horizontally above the top of the main body portion 1151A. The gear set 123A... The device includes a drive gear 1231A, a driven gear 1232A, and a transmission gear 1233A. The drive gear 1231A is fixedly mounted on the rotor 1212A of the drive motor 121A. The driven gear 1232A is fixedly mounted on the mounting end 1221A of the transmission shaft 122A. The transmission gear 1233A is located between the drive gear 1231A and the driven gear 1232A, and meshes with both the drive gear 1231A and the driven gear 1232A. The blade mechanism 21A is fixedly mounted on the transmission shaft 122A, and the mesh cover 22A is rotatably mounted on the arm portion 1152A of the outer casing 115A. When the drive motor 121A outputs power in the manner of the rotor 1212A rotating, the drive gear 1231A, the transmission gear 1233A, and the driven gear 1232A of the gear set 123A cooperate to transmit power to the transmission shaft 122A, allowing the transmission shaft 122A to drive the blade mechanism 21A to rotate relative to the mesh cover 22A, thereby generating a shearing force between the blade mechanism 21A and the mesh cover 22A to cut the beard hairs that enter through the mesh openings of the mesh cover 22A.

[0080] Preferably, refer to the appendix Figures 9 to 11 The blade mechanism 21A has a non-circular cross-sectional hole 213A that extends from one end of the blade mechanism 21A toward the corresponding end. The shape and size of the shaft hole 213A of the blade mechanism 21A match the shape and size of the drive shaft 122A of the drive mechanism 12A. After the drive shaft 122A extends into the shaft hole 213A of the blade mechanism 21A, on the one hand, the blade mechanism 21A is fixedly mounted on the drive shaft 122A, and on the other hand, the blade mechanism 21A is held above the top of the main body portion 1151A in the horizontal direction.

[0081] It is worth mentioning that, in the electric shaver of the present invention, the blade mechanism 21A is fixedly mounted on the drive shaft 122A, meaning that the blade mechanism 21A is prevented from rotating in the circumferential direction relative to the drive shaft 122A, so that when the drive shaft 122A is driven to rotate, it drives the blade mechanism 21A to rotate synchronously. However, the blade mechanism 21A is allowed to slide in the horizontal direction relative to the drive shaft 122A, so that the blade mechanism 21A is detachable, thereby facilitating the cleaning or replacement of the blade mechanism 21A.

[0082] Furthermore, the outer casing 115A has a first receiving space 1153A, a second receiving space 1154A, a rotor through hole 1155A, and a mounting hole 1156A. The first receiving space 1153A is provided on one side of the outer casing 115A between the main body portion 1151A and the arm portion 1152A. The second receiving space 1154A is provided on the other side of the outer casing 115A between the main body portion 1151A. The rotor through hole 1155A connects the first receiving space 1153A and the second receiving space 1154A. The mounting hole 1156A is provided in the arm portion 1152A and connects to the first receiving space 1153A. The motor body 1211A of the drive motor 121A is housed in the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A. The rotor 1212A of the drive motor 121A extends from the second receiving space 1154A to the first receiving space 1153A through the rotor through hole 1155A of the housing 115A. The drive gear 1231A of the gear set 123A is fixedly mounted to the rotor 1212A of the drive motor 121A in the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A. The mounting end 1221A of the transmission shaft 122A extends into the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A through the mounting hole 1156A of the housing 115A. The driven gear 1232A of the gear set 123A is fixedly mounted to the mounting end 1221A of the transmission shaft 122A in the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A. The transmission gear 1233A of the gear set 123A is housed in the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A. With this structure, the housing 115A can conceal the drive motor 121A and the gear set 123A of the drive mechanism 12A, thereby protecting the drive motor 121A and the gear set 123A and forming the general appearance of the electric shaver.

[0083] It is worth mentioning that the specific manner in which the mounting end 1221A of the drive shaft 122A is rotatably mounted to the arm portion 1152A of the housing 115A is not limited in the electric shaver of the present invention. For example, in the appendix Figures 8 to 14 In this specific example of the electric shaver of the present invention, the handheld portion 10A further includes at least one first bearing 16A, the inner ring of which is fitted onto the mounting end 1221A of the drive shaft 122A, and the outer ring of which is fixed to the arm portion 1152A of the housing 115A to rotatably mount the mounting end 1221A of the drive shaft 122A to the arm portion 1152A of the housing 115A, and to allow the mounting end 1221A of the drive shaft 122A to extend to the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A. Preferably, the handheld portion 10A includes two first bearings 16A.

[0084] Continue to refer to the appendix Figures 8 to 14 The housing 11A further includes a first end cap 116A and a second end cap 117A, wherein the first end cap 116A is disposed on one side of the housing 115A and is used to close the opening of the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A to hide the gear set 123A, wherein the second end cap 117A is disposed on the other side of the housing 115A and is used to close the opening of the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A to hide the drive motor 121A.

[0085] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 10One side of the transmission gear 1233A of the gear set 123A is rotatably mounted to a partition 1157A of the housing 115A for separating the first receiving space 1153A and the second receiving space 1154A, and the other side of the transmission gear 1233A is rotatably mounted to the first end cover 116A, so that the transmission gear 1233A is reliably mounted in the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A by the cooperation of the housing 115A and the first end cover 116A. Specifically, the partition 1157A and the first end cover 116A each have a rotating shaft groove with opposite positions. The transmission gear 1233A has a rotating shaft on each of its opposite sides. The rotating shaft on one side of the transmission gear 1233A is rotatably mounted in the rotating shaft groove of the partition 1157A, so that side of the transmission gear 1233A is rotatably mounted to the partition 1157A. The rotating shaft on the other side of the transmission gear 1233A is rotatably mounted in the rotating shaft groove of the first end cover 116A, so that the other side of the transmission gear 1233A is rotatably mounted to the first end cover 116A.

[0086] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 10 The mounting end 1221A of the drive shaft 122A extends to and is rotatably mounted on the first end cover 116A. Thus, the arm portion 1152A of the housing 115A and the first end cover 116A cooperate to reliably suspend the drive shaft 122A above the top of the main body portion 1151A of the housing 115A. Preferably, the mounting end 1221A of the drive shaft 122A is rotatably mounted on the first end cover 116A via a third bearing 18A.

[0087] Continue to refer to the appendix Figures 8 to 14 The handheld part 10A further includes a circuit board 13A, a control switch 14A, and a power supply component 15A. The circuit board 13A is integrated with an MCU module to enable it to perform corresponding functions. The control switch 14A is mounted on the circuit board 13A. The drive motor 121A of the drive mechanism 12A and the power supply component 15A are respectively connected to the circuit board 13A. The circuit board 13A and the power supply component 15A are held in the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A.

[0088] The circuit board 13A can control the power supply state of the power supply element 15A to the drive motor 121A via the control switch 14A. For example, the user can operate the control switch 14A to allow the power supply element 15A to supply power to the drive motor 121A. In this case, the power provided by the drive motor 121A can be transmitted to the blade mechanism 21A via the gear set 123A and the transmission shaft 122A, causing the blade mechanism 21A to rotate relative to the mesh cover 22A. Conversely, the user can operate the control switch 14A to prevent the power supply element 15A from supplying power to the drive motor 121A, at which point the drive motor 121A will no longer provide power.

[0089] To facilitate user operation of the control switch 14A, the housing 115A is provided with an operation area 1158A, and the control switch 14A corresponds to the operation area 1158A of the housing 115A. The user can operate the control switch 14A in the operation area 1158A of the housing 115A. In some embodiments, the operating area 1158A of the housing 115A is deformable when pressed. The control switch 14A is a push-button switch having a pressing post 141A. The pressing post 141A of the control switch 14A abuts against the operating area 1158A of the housing 115A. When the user applies pressure to the operating area 1158A of the housing 115A and deforms the operating area 1158A, the operating area 1158A can apply pressure to the pressing post 141A of the control switch 14A, so that the pressing post 141A of the control switch 14A is pressed and the state of the control switch 14A is changed.

[0090] The power supply element 15A is preferably a rechargeable battery, which has a charging port at the bottom of the housing 115A to allow mains power to be supplied to the power supply element 15A.

[0091] Further, see attached document. Figure 10 , Figure 13 and Figure 14The housing 11A further includes an integrated element 118A, the integrated element 118A having a first integrated cavity 1181A, a second integrated cavity 1182A, a third integrated cavity 1183A and a switching channel 1184A, the first integrated cavity 1181A, the second integrated cavity 1182A and the third integrated cavity 1183A being independent of each other, and the switching channel 1184A being connected to the second integrated cavity 1182A. The motor body 1211A of the drive motor 121A is disposed in the first integrated cavity 1181A of the integrated element 118A. The circuit board 13A and the control switch 14A mounted on the circuit board 13A are disposed in the second integrated cavity 1182A of the integrated element 118A. The pressing post 141A of the control switch 14A corresponds to the switch channel 1184A of the integrated element 118A. Alternatively, the pressing post 141A of the control switch 14A extends from the second integrated cavity 1182A of the integrated element 118A through the switch channel 1184A to the outside of the integrated element 118A. The power supply element 15A is disposed in the third integrated cavity 1183A of the integrated element 118A. Thus, the integrated element 118A can integrate the drive motor 121A, the circuit board 13A, the control switch 14A, and the power supply element 15A. The size and shape of the integrated element 118A are consistent with the size and shape of the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A. After the integrated element 118A is inserted into the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A, the rotor 1212A of the drive motor 121A can extend into the first receiving space 1153A of the housing 115A through the rotor through hole 1155A of the housing 115A. The pressing post 141A of the control switch 14A can abut against the operating area 1158A of the housing 115A. The motor body 1211A of the drive motor 121A, the circuit board 13A, the control switch 14A, and the power supply element 15A are all reliably held in the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A.

[0092] Understandably, during the assembly of the electric shaver, after the integrated element 118A is inserted into the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A, the second end cap 117A is placed on the side of the housing 115A to close the opening of the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A and conceal the integrated element 118A. In other words, the integrated element 118A is not visible after the second end cap 117A is placed on the side of the housing 115A.

[0093] Furthermore, by first integrating the drive motor 121A, the circuit board 13A, the control switch 14A, and the power supply component 15A into the integrated component 118A, and then inserting the integrated component 118A into the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A, the assembly of the electric shaver is facilitated, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the electric shaver.

[0094] Now go to the appendix Figure 10 The handheld part 10A further includes a second bearing 17A, the inner ring of which is fitted onto the free end 1222A of the drive shaft 122A, the free end 1222A of the drive shaft 122A corresponding to the mounting end 1221A. The housing 11A further includes an annular first bracket 119A and an annular second bracket 1110A, wherein the first bracket 119A is fitted onto the outer ring of the first bearing 16A and is fixedly mounted on the arm portion 1152A of the housing 115A, so that the outer ring of the first bearing 16A is fixed to the arm portion 1152A of the housing 115A by the first bracket 119A, wherein the second bracket 1110A is fitted onto the outer ring of the second bearing 17A. The opposite ends of the mesh cover 22A extend to and are rotatably mounted to the first bracket 119A and the second bracket 1110A, respectively, to allow the mesh cover 22A to rotate relative to the housing 11A.

[0095] It is worth mentioning that the manner in which the opposite ends of the mesh cover 22A are rotatably mounted to the first bracket 119A and the second bracket 1110A is not limited in the electric shaver of the present invention, as long as the mesh cover 22A is allowed to rotate relative to the housing 11A when friction is generated between the mesh cover 22A and the facial skin. For example, in the attached Figures 8 to 14In this specific example of the electric shaver of the present invention shown, the housing 11A further includes two annular supports 1111A. One support 1111A is fitted onto the first bracket 119A and located between the outer wall of the first bracket 119A and the inner wall of one end of the mesh cover 22A. The other support 1111A is fitted onto the second bracket 1110A and located between the inner wall of the second bracket 1110A and the other end of the mesh cover 22A. Both the outer wall of the support 1111A and the inner wall of the mesh cover 22A are smooth surfaces to reduce the friction between the support 1111A and the mesh cover 22A. Thus, when the mesh cover 22A contacts the facial skin and the user pushes the electric shaver as a whole, the mesh cover 22A can rotate relative to the housing 11A, causing the mesh cover 22A to roll on the facial skin surface. Preferably, the support body 1111A is an elastic support body, which, when the electric shaver is not in use, can support the end of the mesh cover 22A outward to prevent the mesh cover 22A from rotating relative to the housing 11A. Additionally, the mesh cover 22A and the support body 1111A are horizontally separable for cleaning stubble. It is understood that the inner ring of the second bearing 17A and the free end 1222A2 of the drive shaft 122A are horizontally separable, or the outer ring of the second support shaft 17 and the second bracket 1110A are horizontally separable.

[0096] Now go to the appendix Figures 10 to 12 The blade mechanism 21A has multiple blade grooves 214A, which are spaced apart from each other and extend in a curved direction from one end of the blade mechanism 21A to the other end. A blade 215A is formed at the junction of the surface of the blade mechanism 21A facing the mesh cover 22A and the inner wall defining the blade grooves 214A. When the blade mechanism 21A is driven to rotate relative to the mesh cover 22A, the blade 215A and the mesh cover 22A generate a shearing force to cut the beard hairs that enter through the mesh openings of the mesh cover 22A. Simultaneously, by designing the blade grooves 214A in a spiral manner, the blade mechanism 21A can push stubble towards the free end 1222A of the drive shaft 122A to avoid affecting the shaving effect of the electric shaver.

[0097] Appendix Figures 8 to 14The assembly process of the electric shaver shown may be as follows: First, the drive motor 121A is assembled into the first integrated cavity 1181A of the integrated element 118A; the circuit board 13A is assembled into the second integrated cavity 1182A of the integrated element 118A; the pressing post 141A of the control element 14A, which is mounted on the circuit board 13A, extends to the outside of the integrated element 118A through the switching channel 1184A; and the power supply element 15A is assembled into the third integrated cavity 1183A of the integrated element 118A. Next, the motor body 1211A of the drive motor 121A is connected to the circuit board 13A, for example, the motor body 1211A of the drive motor 121A can be connected to the circuit board 13A through a set of wires; and the power supply element 15A is connected to the circuit board 13A, for example, the power supply element 15A can be connected to the circuit board 13A through a set of wires. Next, the integrated component 118A, which integrates the drive motor 121A, the circuit board 13A, the control element 14A, and the power supply element 15A, is inserted into the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A. At this time, the rotor 1212A of the drive motor 121A extends through the rotor through-hole 1155A of the housing 115A to the first receiving space 1153A, and the pressing post 141A of the control element 14A abuts against the operating area 1158A of the housing 115A. Fourth, the second end cap 117A is placed on the housing 115A to close the opening of the second receiving space 1154A of the housing 115A. Fifth, the mounting end 1221A of the drive shaft 122A is mounted in the mounting hole 1156A of the housing 115A through the first bracket 119A and the first bearing 16A. Sixth, the drive gear 1231A is fixedly mounted to the rotor 1212A of the drive motor 121A, the driven gear 1232A is fixedly mounted to the mounting end 1221A of the transmission shaft 122A, and the transmission gear 1233A is disposed between the drive gear 1231A and the driven gear 1232A, and the transmission gear 1233A meshes with both the drive gear 1231A and the driven gear 1232A. Seventh, the first end cover 116A is placed on the outer casing 115A to close the opening of the first receiving space 1153A of the outer casing 115A.Eighth, the blade mechanism 21 is mounted on the drive shaft 122, one end of the mesh cover 22 is mounted on a support body 1111A fitted onto the first bracket 119A, the second bearing 17A and the second bracket 1110A fitted onto the second bearing 17A are mounted on the free end 1222A of the drive shaft 122A, and the other end of the mesh cover 22 is mounted on another support body 1111A fitted onto the second bracket 1110A. Through the above process, the electric shaver is assembled.

[0098] Appendix Figure 15 and Figure 16 A modified example of the electric shaver according to the invention is shown, with attached... Figures 8 to 14 The electric shaver shown differs from the one described above in that it has an attached... Figure 15 and Figure 16 In this specific example of the electric shaver shown, the housing 11A includes two sets of elastic supports 1112A. Each elastic support 1112A includes a support base 11121A, a ball bearing seat 11122A, a ball bearing 11123A rotatably disposed on the ball bearing seat 11122A, and a compression spring 11124A. The opposite ends of the compression spring 11124A abut against the support base 11121A and the ball bearing seat 11122A, respectively. The support base 11121A of one set of elastic supports 1112A is fixedly mounted to the first bracket 119. A. The balls 11123A of each of the elastic supports 1112A are rotatably abutted against the inner wall of one end of the mesh cover 22A, while the support base 11121A of another set of elastic supports 1112A is fixedly mounted on the second bracket 1110A, and the balls 11123A of each of the elastic supports 1112A are rotatably abutted against the inner wall of the other end of the mesh cover 22A. Thus, the two sets of elastic supports 1112A cooperate with each other so that the mesh cover 22A is rotatably mounted on the housing 11A and covers the blade mechanism 21A.

[0099] When the electric shaver is not in use, the elastic supports 1112A cooperate to support the ends of the mesh 22A outward, preventing the mesh 22A from rotating relative to the housing 11A. When the user pushes the electric shaver, causing friction between the mesh 22A and the facial skin, the ball bearings 11123A of the elastic supports 1112A can roll to allow the mesh 22A to rotate relative to the housing 11A, thus improving the user's comfort when shaving with the electric shaver.

[0100] It is worth mentioning that the manner in which the support base 11121A of the elastic support 1112A is fixedly mounted to the first bracket 119A is not limited in the electric shaver of the present invention. For example, refer to the attached drawing. Figure 15 and Figure 16 The first bracket 119A has a set of mounting grooves 1191A, wherein the support seat 11121A is mounted in the mounting groove 1191A of the first bracket 119A such that the ball bearing 11123A protrudes from the outer wall of the first bracket 119A, so that the elastic support 1112A is reliably mounted on the first bracket 119A. It is understood that, in the same manner, the support seat 11121A of the elastic support 1112A is fixedly mounted on the second bracket 1110A.

[0101] Those skilled in the art should understand that the embodiments of the present invention described above and shown in the accompanying drawings are merely examples and do not limit the present invention. The objectives of the present invention have been fully and effectively achieved. The functions and structural principles of the present invention have been demonstrated and explained in the embodiments, and any variations or modifications may be made to the implementation of the present invention without departing from the stated principles.
