Abstract

The present invention discloses a composition with anti-wrinkle and skin tightening effects, its preparation method and application. The composition includes plant extracts, fermentation products, polypeptides, and ceramides. By combining specific plant extracts (Centella asiatica extract, Sambucus nigra flower extract), fermentation products (Bifida ferment lysate, Lactobacillus granatum fruit fermentation product extract), polypeptides (Palmitoyl tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7), and ceramides, the present invention prepares a composition with synergistically enhanced anti-wrinkle and skin tightening effects. Experimental tests prove that the night cream prepared based on this composition can significantly reduce the R0 value, and the improvement rate of the R0 value can be as high as 18.59%; this night cream can also significantly reduce the number and length of forehead wrinkles, the improvement rate of the number of forehead wrinkles can be as high as 33.54%, and the improvement rate of the length of forehead wrinkles can be as high as 7.96%, with very significant effects.
