Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally to the field of installation of automobile seat cover. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a pulling device for a zipper, which can install an automobile seat cover on an automobile seat by pulling a zipper provided on the automobile seat cover. BACKGROUND
[0002] In the field of automobiles, an automobile seat cover is usually detachably installed on an automobile seat. In order to facilitate the installation and removal of the automobile seat cover, a zipper is usually sewn on the automobile seat cover. For example, as shown in Figure 1a , a back of an automobile seat cover 1 can be sewn with a zipper 2. By pulling or unzipping the zipper 2, the automobile seat cover 1 can be installed on or removed from the automobile seat. However, since the size of the automobile seat cover is usually very close to that of the automobile seat, the transverse tension between two parts 3 of the zipper is usually very large after the automobile seat cover 1 is put on the automobile seat, which makes it very difficult to pull the zipper 2 by hand.
[0003] In the prior art, a rope or the like is usually provided on a zipper head 4 (as shown in Figure 1b ) of the zipper 2, and then the rope is pulled by a pulling device to pull the zipper 2, thereby completing the installation of the automobile seat cover 1. However, the current pulling device has certain defects. On the one hand, the sewing path of the zipper on the automobile seat cover produced by each automobile manufacturer is different; on the other hand, since the automobile seat itself has curved lines, the sewing path or the extension path of the zipper on the automobile seat cover 1 also presents a curved shape, thereby causing the zipper not to be in a straight line (as shown in Figure 1a , the zipper 2 is arranged in a curve on the automobile seat cover 1). These factors make it difficult to pull the zipper 2 even if the existing pulling device is used. In some cases, the pulling device can also easily cause damage or breakage of the zipper 2 at the position where the orientation of the extension path of the zipper changes.
[0004] Further, for aesthetic reasons, more and more automobile seat covers begin to use invisible zippers. Compared with traditional zippers, the use of invisible zippers increases the difficulty of installing the automobile seat cover. Therefore, there is a need to improve the existing pulling device. [0049] Referring to Figure 2a A pulling device 10 for a zipper according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. The pulling device 10 can be used to pull a zipper 11 sewn on a car cushion cover 1 to assist in installing the car cushion cover 1 on a car cushion. Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The pulling device 10 can be used to pull a zipper 11 installed or sewn on any member, and the zipper 11 can be any appropriate type of zipper, such as a conventional zipper or a invisible zipper, etc. Figure 2b A specific structure of the zipper 11 adapted to be installed on the car cushion cover 1 is shown. Figure 2b The zipper 11 shown is a invisible zipper, which includes a first flexible member 101, a second flexible member 102, zipper teeth 103 installed on the first flexible member 101 and the second flexible member 102 respectively, and a zipper head 12. When the zipper 11 is pulled up, the zipper teeth 103 of the zipper 11 cannot be seen from outside.
[0050] The pulling device 10 can include a pulling cable 13 for connecting with the zipper head 12 of the zipper 11, a guide element 14 for guiding the pulling cable 13 to adjust the orientation of the pulling cable 13, and a winding device 15 for winding the pulling cable 13 to pull the zipper head 12.
[0051] By means of the guide element 14, the pulling device 10 according to the present disclosure can adjust the orientation of the pulling cable 13 adaptively according to the orientation change of each section of the zipper extension path of the zipper 11. In this way, during the pulling process, the pulling device 10 can make the part of the pulling cable 13 between the zipper head 12 and the guide element 14 and the section of the zipper extension path through which the zipper head 12 is about to travel in a substantially parallel orientation, or make the orientation deviation between the part of the pulling cable 13 between the zipper head 12 and the guide element 14 and the section of the zipper extension path through which the zipper head 12 is about to travel less than a predetermined value (which can be less than 15°, 10°, 5°, etc.).
[0052] Since the portion of the traction cable 13 located between the slider 12 and the guide element 14 is in a substantially parallel orientation or the orientation deviation of both is less than a predetermined value with the segment of the zipper extension path through which the slider 12 is about to travel, the traction cable 13 not only can adjust the orientation of the slider 12 to be substantially consistent with the orientation of the segment of the zipper extension path through which the slider 12 is about to travel, but also can exert most of the traction force on the slider 12 in a direction parallel to the orientation of the segment of the zipper extension path through which the slider 12 is about to travel. This not only helps the zipper 11 to be easily pulled up, but also can prevent the zipper 11 from being damaged at the position where the orientation of the zipper extension path changes.
[0053] In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the traction cable 13 can be directly connected on the slider 12 of the zipper 11. In another embodiment according to the present disclosure, as shown in Figure 2b , the traction cable 13 can be connected on the slider 12 of the zipper 11 via an auxiliary connector 104. The auxiliary connector 104 can have any appropriate configuration, for example, it can include a first connecting portion 105 for connecting with the traction cable 13 and a second connecting portion 106 for connecting with the slider 12 of the zipper 11. The second connecting portion 106 of the auxiliary connector 104 can be a hook which can be directly hooked in an opening provided in the slider 12.
[0054] In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the traction device 10 can be provided with only one guide element 14. In this embodiment, the guide element 14 can be moved to different positions to steplessly adjust the orientation of the traction cable 13 according to the orientation of the zipper extension path. This makes the traction device 10 more flexible to implement adjustment, thereby being able to operate more efficiently.
[0055] The guide element 14 can have any appropriate configuration. As shown in Figure 2c , in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the guide element 14 can include a body 141 and a guide wheel 142 mounted on the body 141. The traction cable 13 can extend around the outer periphery of the guide wheel 142 to facilitate the traction movement of the traction cable 13. The guide wheel 142 can be rotatable. The body 141 can be configured like a "C" shape or a "U" shape and include arm portions 143 opposite to each other. The arm portions 143 can be used to prevent the traction cable 13 from sliding out of the body 141.
[0056] In another embodiment according to the present disclosure, as shown in Figure 3a , Figure 3b and Figure 4As shown, the traction device 10 can comprise a plurality of guide elements 14. Each guide element 14 is used to guide the traction cable 13 to a different orientation than the other guide elements 14. In particular, in the case that the car seat cover 1 comprises a plurality of zippers 11 (such as, Figure 3a the car seat cover 1 shown comprises two zippers 11), two or more guide elements 14 can be provided in the vicinity of each zipper 11 for guiding each zipper. Figure 3a and Figure 3b In the embodiment shown, when the traction cable 13 is guided with the first guide element 14a, the portion of the traction cable 13 between the zipper head 12 and the first guide element 14a is substantially parallel to the first section 111 of the zipper extension path which extends substantially vertically or the orientation deviation of both is less than a predetermined value (such as Figure 3a and Figure 3b shown in the left-hand side drawing); and when the traction cable 13 is guided with the second guide element 14b, the portion of the traction cable 13 between the zipper head 12 and the second guide element 14b is substantially parallel to the second section 112 of the zipper extension path which extends obliquely or the orientation deviation of both is less than a predetermined value (such as Figure 3a and Figure 3b shown in the right-hand side drawing). In other embodiments according to the present disclosure, more guide elements 14 can be provided to better adapt to the orientation changes of the zipper extension path.
[0057] Likewise, as Figure 4 shown, in the case that the traction device 10 comprises a plurality of guide elements 14, each guide element 14 can have a structure as Figure 2c shown. That is, each guide element 14 can comprise a body 141 and a guide wheel 142 mounted on the body 141. The traction cable 13 can extend around the outer periphery of the guide wheel 142 to facilitate the traction movement of the traction cable 13. The guide wheel 142 can be rotatable. The body 141 can be configured such as a "C" shape or a "U" shape and comprise arm portions 143 opposite to each other. The arm portions 143 can be used to prevent the traction cable 13 from slipping out of the body 141.
[0058] In some embodiments, the traction device 10 can further comprise an actuator 16 for actuating the winding apparatus 15. The actuator 16 can be a motor. In particular, the actuator 16 can be a stepper motor. The actuator 16 can be configured to be activated only when an actuation action is applied by an operator and to be stopped when the actuation action is released by the operator. Such an actuator 16 is advantageous in some cases. For example, in some cases, it is required to temporarily stop the traction of the zippers 11 during the installation of the car seat cover 1 to adjust the installation position of the car seat cover 1 or to clear obstacles on the zipper extension path, etc. To this end, the traction device 10 can further comprise an actuator controller for the actuator 16.
[0059] In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the actuator controller can be a foot pedal. When the operator steps on the foot pedal with his foot, the actuator 16 actuates the winding device 15, thereby winding the traction cable 13 and pulling the zipper head 12 via the traction cable 13; when the operator's foot leaves the foot pedal, the actuator 16 stops actuating the winding device 15, thereby stopping winding the traction cable 13 and stopping pulling the zipper head 12 via the traction cable 13.
[0060] In another embodiment according to the present disclosure, the actuator controller can be a remote controller. When the operator presses the start button on the remote controller, the actuator 16 actuates the winding device 15, thereby winding the traction cable 13 and pulling the zipper head 12 via the traction cable 13; when the operator presses the stop button on the remote controller, the actuator 16 stops actuating the winding device 15.
[0061] In one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the traction device 10 can further comprise an operation table 17. The operation table 17 can comprise a plate-like element adapted to place or position the car seat cushion. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The operation table 17 can comprise any other type of element adapted to place or position the car seat cushion.

Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Depending on actual needs, the traction device 20 can comprise more or fewer components. For example, the traction device 20 can further comprise an actuator controller 28 for controlling the actuation of the winding assembly 25. For example, the traction device 20 can also not comprise any one or more of the components such as the operation table 21, the clamping element 22, the control device 26, etc.
[0063] In the embodiment shown in Figures 5 to 7 , the traction device 20 can be provided with only one guide element 24. The guide element 24 can be configured to be movably mounted on the guide rail 27, such that the guide element 24 can move along the extension direction of the guide rail 27, such as shown in Figure 5In addition, the guide element 24 can also be configured to rotate along its central axis, so that the guide element 24 can be rotated to any direction. In another embodiment according to the present disclosure, the guide element 24 can also be configured to move vertically up and down along a vertical direction or to move up and down in a pitching motion about a horizontal pivot axis. All these features can give the guide element 24 more degrees of freedom, so that it can be more easily adjusted steplessly to the orientation of the traction cable 23 according to the orientation of the zipper extension path.
[0064] Referring to Figure 8 , a specific structure of the guide element 24 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. As shown in Figure 8 , the guide element 24 can include a vertically extending base 241 and a guide portion 242 located on the base 241. The base 241 can be cylindrical. In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, the base 241 can include a rotating member rotating along its central axis, so that the guide portion 242 can rotate about the central axis of the base 241. In another embodiment according to the present disclosure, the base 241 can include a rotating motor. The rotating motor of the base 241 is configured to drive the guide portion 242 to rotate about the central axis of the base 241.
[0065] The guide portion 242 can be configured in an "L" shape, which can include a vertically extending portion 243 and a horizontally extending portion 244. In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, the vertically extending portion 243 and the horizontally extending portion 244 of the guide portion 242 can be integrally formed. In another embodiment according to the present disclosure, the vertically extending portion 243 and the horizontally extending portion 244 of the guide portion 242 can be pivotally connected, so that the horizontally extending portion 244 can pitch relative to the vertically extending portion 243 about a pivot axis.
[0066] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, the guide element 24 can include one or more guide wheels 245. The traction cable 23 can extend around the outer periphery of the guide wheels 245, so as to facilitate the traction movement of the traction cable 23. The guide wheels 245 can rotate. In the embodiment shown, two guide wheels 245 are provided, one of which is provided near the free end of the horizontally extending portion 244 of the guide portion 242, and the other is provided near the top end of the vertically extending portion 243 of the guide portion 242. More guide wheels 245 can be provided as needed. Figure 8
[0067] Referring to Figure 9 , shows a specific structure of the clamping element 22 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The clamping element 22 can include a first clamping portion 221 and a second clamping portion 222. The first clamping portion 221 can be fixedly connected with a screw rod 223, while the second clamping portion 222 can be rotatably mounted on the screw rod 223. The second clamping portion 222 can be caused to rotate around the screw rod 223 to move the second clamping portion 222 along the extension direction of the screw rod 223 towards or away from the first clamping portion 221, so as to clamp or release the operation article such as the automobile seat cushion. Of course, the present disclosure is not limited to this. The clamping element 22 can have any other appropriate structure.
[0068] With reference to Figure 10 , shows a specific structure of the winding assembly 25 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The winding assembly 25 can include a winding device 251 for winding the traction cable 23 to pull the zipper head 12 and an actuator 252 for actuating the winding device 251. A magnetic powder clutch 253 can be provided between the servo motor and the winding device 251 to stably transmit torque.
[0069] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the winding assembly 25 can further include a limiting element 254. The limiting element 254 is configured to limit the winding of the traction cable 23 on the winding device 251, so that the traction cable 23 will not be out of the range of the winding device 251 during the winding process. As shown in Figure 10 , the limiting element 254 can include a support plate 2542 provided with an elongated slot 2541 and a movable element 2543 located above the support plate 2542. The movable element 2543 can include a central hole. The traction cable 23 can extend through the central hole of the movable element 2543 and the elongated slot of the support plate. When the winding device 251 winds the traction cable 23, the movable element 2543 can reciprocate on the support plate 2542 between the two ends of the elongated slot 2541, so as to ensure that the traction cable 23 is wound on the winding device 251 without being out of the range of the winding device 251.
[0070] The components of the traction device 20 can be controlled by the control device 26. For example, the control device 26 can control the operation of the actuator 252 and / or the horizontal or vertical movement, rotation, pitch movement, etc. of the guide element 24.
