[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a rotor assembly, a compressor and a refrigeration equipment. BACKGROUND
[0002] At present, in the related art, the compressor includes a rotor assembly, the rotor assembly includes a rotor core and a balance block, the balance block is arranged on the rotor core and used to keep dynamic work stable. However, when the compressor works, the rotor core rotates to drive the balance block to rotate, the balance block agitates the gas below the rotor assembly, and the gas flow affects the gas guide rate of the rotor assembly, so that the overall work efficiency is reduced. SUMMARY
[0003] The present application aims to at least solve one of the problems existing in the prior art or related art.
[0004] To this end, the first aspect of the present application provides a rotor assembly.
[0005] The second aspect of the present application provides a compressor.
[0006] The third aspect of the present application provides a refrigeration equipment.
[0007] Therefore, the first aspect of the present application provides a rotor assembly, which includes a rotor core, a flow guide component and a first balance component. The flow guide component is arranged on the first side of the rotor core in the axial direction, and the flow guide component includes a first body and a first flow guide part. The first flow guide part is connected with the first body and extends along the circumferential direction of the first body. The first flow guide part and the first body surround a flow guide cavity. The first balance component is connected with the rotor core and located in the flow guide cavity. A first through hole is arranged on the first body. There is a gap between the side of the first flow guide part close to the rotor core and the rotor core. The first through hole is communicated with the gap through the flow guide cavity.
[0008] The rotor assembly provided in the present application includes a rotor core, which can enhance the magnetic induction intensity and increase the magnetic flux density when the rotor core works, thereby improving the work efficiency. The flow guide component is arranged on the first side of the rotor core in the axial direction. The flow guide component includes a first flow guide part and a first body, which are connected with each other. The first flow guide part extends along the circumferential direction of the first body, and the first body provides structural support for the first flow guide part. The first flow guide part and the first body surround a space as a flow guide cavity. The flow guide cavity provides a space for the gas flow.
[0009] The first balancing component is located in the flow guide cavity and is connected with the rotor core. The first balancing component plays a role of counterweight for the overall structure in the rotor assembly, and can ensure dynamic balance of the rotor assembly during operation. The first balancing component can effectively maintain radial stability of the shaft, reduce vibration of the rotor assembly, and further improve overall dynamic stability and reduce noise during operation of the compressor.
[0010] The first body is provided with a first through hole, and a gap is formed between the first guide part close to the rotor core and the rotor core. The first through hole is communicated with the gap through the flow guide cavity, and the first through hole, the flow guide cavity and the gap form a first exhaust passage. During operation of the rotor assembly, the rotor core rotates and drives the first balancing component to rotate. The first balancing component cooperates with the guide part to form a low-pressure area in the flow guide cavity, so that a pressure difference is generated between the inside of the flow guide cavity and the outside of the flow guide cavity. The flow guide cavity is communicated with the first through hole provided on the first body and the gap between the side of the flow guide cavity close to the rotor core and the rotor core. The outside of the flow guide cavity is a high-pressure area, and the inside of the flow guide cavity is a low-pressure area. A pressure difference is formed between the inside and the outside of the flow guide cavity, and a refrigerant flow channel with a pressure difference is formed. The refrigerant drives the flow of gas in the flow guide cavity. The provision of the flow guide cavity provides a flow guide condition. The refrigerant on the high-pressure side of the compressor can enter the flow guide cavity from the outside of the flow guide cavity under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the flow guide cavity, and the refrigerant is discharged from the flow guide cavity through the gap between the first guide part and the rotor core, thereby realizing flow guiding of the refrigerant. The flow of the refrigerant on the high-pressure side of the compressor is smoother by providing the flow guide part, thereby accelerating the exhaust speed of the compressor and improving the exhaust efficiency of the compressor.
[0011] In addition, the rotor assembly in the above technical solution provided by the present application can also have the following additional technical features:
[0012] In some technical solutions of the present application, the flow guide part further comprises a second guide part, the second guide part is connected with the first body and extends along the circumference of the first body, and is located on the side of the first balancing component close to the axis of the rotor core.
[0013] In the technical scheme, the flow guide component further comprises a second flow guide part connected with the first body and extending along the circumference of the first body, and the second flow guide part is located on the side of the first balance part close to the axis of the rotor core, so that another flow channel is formed between the second flow guide part and the rotating shaft, and a second exhaust passage is further formed, thereby realizing the flow guide and exhaust function. The second exhaust passage can increase the gas flow amount in the same time on the basis of the first exhaust passage, and accelerate the gas flow guide efficiency. The multi-channel gas guide mode can ensure stable gas guide, thereby improving the reliability of the overall work of the gas guide component. In addition to increasing the gas guide amount, the two exhaust passages work at the same time to increase the gas guide amount in the same time. The second exhaust passage arranged radially around the shaft also improves the gas conduction speed in the flow guide cavity. With the increase of the gas flow rate and the flow amount, the working efficiency and reliability of the rotor assembly are improved.
[0014] In some technical schemes of the present application, the second flow guide part abuts against the rotor core.
[0015] In the technical scheme, the second flow guide part abuts against the rotor core, and the second flow guide part is connected with the first body to form an independent second exhaust passage. The first exhaust passage and the second exhaust passage are mutually sealed in structure. During the exhaust process of the compressor, the gas flows through the first exhaust passage and the second exhaust passage respectively, and the two exhaust passages do not interfere with each other and work independently. The refrigerant flows in the first exhaust passage and the second exhaust passage respectively, so that the refrigerant flows more smoothly, thereby improving the stability of the compressor.
[0016] In some technical schemes of the present application, the surface of the side of the first body close to the rotor core is a first surface, the distance between the rotor core and the first surface in the axial direction is a first distance, the distance between the side of the second flow guide part close to the rotor core and the first surface in the axial direction is a second distance, and the first distance is equal to the second distance.
[0017] In the technical scheme, the distance between the side of the second flow guide part close to the rotor core and the first surface in the axial direction is equal to the distance between the rotor core and the surface of the side of the first body close to the rotor core, thereby improving the sealing effect between the internal flow guide space of the second flow guide part and the flow guide cavity, and further improving the sealing property of the second exhaust passage and the first exhaust passage. The internal flow guide space of the second flow guide part and the internal space of the flow guide cavity are independent, and the flow guide processes do not interfere with each other, which is beneficial to the gas conduction.
[0018] In some technical schemes of the present application, the rotor core is provided with a shaft hole, and the second flow guide part is arranged around the shaft hole.
[0019] In the technical scheme, the rotor core is provided with an axle hole, so that the second flow guide part can surround the second exhaust passage with the rotating shaft penetrating in the axle hole, and the gas can flow out through the second exhaust passage surrounded by the second flow guide part when the rotor core works.
[0020] In some technical schemes of the present application, the first through hole and the first balancing part are arranged on the diametrically opposite sides of the rotor core.
[0021] In the technical scheme, the first through hole and the first balancing part are arranged on the diametrically opposite sides of the rotor core, so that the first balancing part can be staggered with the first through hole, thereby reducing the influence of the first balancing part on the refrigerant in the first through hole, and making the refrigerant flow in the first through hole more smooth.
[0022] During the rotation of the rotor assembly, the gas enters the flow guide cavity through the first through hole, and the balancing part keeps a relatively large distance, so as to ensure that the pressure in the flow guide cavity decreases greatly, and the overall flow guiding efficiency is higher. The first through hole and the first balancing part are placed in different zones, so that the first through hole avoids the first balancing part, and the overall coordination and stability can be ensured, and the operation can be smoothly carried out.
[0023] In some technical schemes of the present application, the rotor assembly further comprises a second balancing part, and the second balancing part is arranged on the second side of the rotor core in the axial direction.
[0024] In the technical scheme, in the rotor assembly, the second balancing part is arranged on the second side of the rotor core in the axial direction, and the second balancing part corresponds to the first balancing part. The second balancing part is mainly used for balancing the upper end of the rotor assembly, and plays a role of counterweight for the overall structure. The second balancing part can effectively maintain the balance, thereby improving the overall working efficiency and working stability. The first balancing part and the second balancing part can effectively improve the balance structure of the rotor assembly. The second balancing part can cooperate with the first balancing part to play a role of counterweight for the overall structure, and the first balancing part and the second balancing part can improve the dynamic balance of the rotor assembly during work, thereby maintaining the radial stability of the shaft, reducing the vibration of the rotor assembly, and thereby improving the overall dynamic stability and reducing the noise during work.
[0025] In some technical schemes of the present application, the first balancing part and the second balancing part are arranged on the diametrically opposite sides of the rotor core.

The second balancing component can improve the balance of the rotor assembly in structure, and the second balancing component and the first balancing component at the lower end jointly act in operation to improve the dynamic balance of the rotor assembly. The first balancing component and the second balancing component act as counterweights, the rotor assembly is stable in structure, and operation is more smooth, so that the rotor assembly can be efficiently operated and the service life of each component is prolonged.
[0027] In some technical solutions of the present application, optionally, the rotor assembly further comprises a spoiler component, the spoiler component comprises a second body and a spoiler, the second body is connected with the rotor core and located between the second balancing component and the rotor core, and the spoiler extends along the circumferential direction of the second body and is located on the side of the second balancing component away from the axis of the rotor core in the radial direction.
[0028] In the technical solution, the rotor assembly further comprises a spoiler component, and the spoiler component comprises a second body and a spoiler. In structure, the rotation of the second balancing component can disturb the gas flow, and the spoiler can guide the flow direction of the gas. The gas flow is not disturbed by the rotation of the second balancing component. The spoiler and the second body can alleviate and reduce the disturbance of the rotation of the second balancing component to the overall gas flow. The second body is above the rotor core and corresponds to the first body, and the second body and the first body can protect the rotor core and other components inside the rotor assembly and also act as a fixing component.
[0029] Further, the structure of the second body and the spoiler can optimize the gas outlet efficiency at the tail end of the exhaust passage, so that the gas flow in the compressor is discharged more quickly.
[0030] The second aspect of the present application provides a compressor comprising the rotor assembly according to any one of the above technical solutions. Therefore, the compressor has all the beneficial effects of the rotor assembly according to any one of the above technical solutions.
[0031] In some technical solutions of the present application, optionally, the compressor further comprises a stator core, an end plate and a winding. The stator core is opposite to the rotor core, and the stator core is provided with a wire slot; the end plate is arranged on the side of the stator core in the axial direction; and the winding is arranged in the wire slot and sleeved on the end plate.
[0032] In the technical solution, the compressor contains a stator core, the stator core and the rotor core are opposite to each other, the stator core can enhance the strength of the induced magnetic field when the compressor is working, thereby enhancing the magnetic field interaction torque between the stator core and the rotor core, and further improving the working efficiency. The stator core is provided with a wire slot, which can fix the winding. The compressor further comprises an end plate arranged at the side of the stator core in the axial direction, which can improve the insulation effect between the winding and the stator core. The compressor also contains a winding, which can generate a magnetic field after being energized, thereby driving the rotor assembly.
[0033] In some technical solutions of the present application, optionally, the distance between the side of the first flow guide part close to the rotor core and the first surface of the first body is a third distance; the distance between the side of the end plate away from the stator core and the rotor core is a fourth distance; the distance between the rotor core and the first surface in the axial direction is a fifth distance; the difference between the fifth distance and the third distance is less than the fourth distance.
[0034] In the technical solution, the distance between the side of the first flow guide part close to the rotor core and the first surface of the first body is a third distance; the distance between the rotor core and the first surface in the axial direction is a fifth distance; the distance between the side of the end plate away from the stator core and the rotor core is a fourth distance. The difference between the fifth distance and the third distance is less than the fourth distance. The size of the gap formed between the side of the first flow guide part close to the rotor core and the first surface of the first body is smaller than the size of the end plate in the axial direction. When the gas flows from the flow guide cavity to the gap, the end plate can block the gas flow, and the end plate can guide the gas to flow along the exhaust passage between the stator core and the winding. The presence of the end plate can ensure the direction of the gas flow, which is beneficial for the directional flow of the gas, prevents the gas from flowing from the flow guide cavity to other spaces inside the compressor, and further avoids the situation of low flow guide efficiency.

The operation of the compressor can ensure that the refrigeration equipment cools smoothly and discharges cold air.
[0037] The refrigeration equipment includes air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, wine cabinets, display cabinets, etc.
[0038] Specifically, in the air conditioner, the compressor can be used to compress the refrigerant, and then the refrigerant can be heat exchanged with the external environment through the heat exchanger to achieve cooling or heating of the indoor space.

[0054] The following description refers to the accompanying drawings that show embodiments of the present application. Figures 1 to 9 The rotor assembly 100, the compressor 200 and the refrigeration device according to some embodiments of the present application are described below.
[0055] In an embodiment of the present application, a rotor assembly 100 is provided, as shown in Figure 1 、 Figure 2 , comprising a rotor core 110, a flow guide component 120 and a first balancing component 130. The flow guide component 120 is arranged on a first side of the rotor core 110 in the axial direction, and the flow guide component 120 comprises a first body 122 and a first flow guide part 124, the first flow guide part 124 being connected with the first body 122 and extending along the circumference of the first body 122, and the first flow guide part 124 and the first body 122 surrounding a flow guide cavity 126; the first balancing component 130 is connected with the rotor core 110 and located in the flow guide cavity 126; wherein the first body 122 is provided with a first through hole 123, and the first flow guide part 124 has a gap 125 between the side close to the rotor core 110 and the rotor core 110, and the first through hole 123 is in communication with the gap 125 through the flow guide cavity 126.
[0056] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 1 、 Figure 2 、 Figure 3 and Figure 4As shown, the rotor assembly 100 includes a rotor core 110, which enhances the magnetic induction intensity and increases the magnetic flux density when the rotor core 110 is working, thereby improving working efficiency. A flow guiding component 120 is disposed on the first axial side of the rotor core 110. The flow guiding component 120 includes a first flow guiding section 124 and a first body 122, which are connected. The first flow guiding section 124 extends circumferentially along the first body 122, and the first body 122 provides structural support for the first flow guiding section 124. The first flow guiding section 124 and the first body 122 surround a space forming a flow guiding cavity 126, which provides space for gas flow.
[0057] like Figure 2 As shown, the rotor assembly 100 also includes a first balancing component 130. The first balancing component 130 is located within the flow guide cavity 126 and is connected to the rotor core 110. The first balancing component 130 serves as a counterweight in the rotor assembly 100, ensuring dynamic balance during operation. Using the first balancing component 130 effectively maintains axial and radial stability, reduces vibration of the rotor assembly 100, thereby improving overall dynamic stability and reducing noise during compressor 200 operation.
[0058] On rotor assembly 100, such as Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 5As shown, the first body 122 is provided with a first through hole 123, and the first flow guide part 124 has a gap 125 between the side close to the rotor core 110 and the rotor core 110. The first through hole 123 is communicated with the gap 125 through a flow guide cavity 126, and the first through hole 123, the flow guide cavity 126 and the gap 125 form a first exhaust passage in communication. When the rotor assembly 100 works, the rotor core 110 rotates and drives the first balancing part 130 to rotate, and the first balancing part 130 cooperates with the flow guide part 120 to form a low-pressure area in the flow guide cavity 126, so that the inside of the flow guide cavity 126 and the outside of the flow guide cavity 126 can generate a pressure difference, and the flow guide cavity 126 is communicated with the first through hole 123 provided on the first body 122 and the gap 125 between the side close to the rotor core 110 of the flow guide cavity 126 and the rotor core 110. The outside of the flow guide cavity 126 is a high-pressure area, and the inside of the flow guide cavity 126 is a low-pressure area, and the inside and outside of the flow guide cavity 126 form a gas pressure difference and a refrigerant flow channel with a gas pressure difference, and the refrigerant drives the flow of gas in the flow guide cavity 126. The provision of the flow guide cavity 126 provides flow guide conditions, and the refrigerant on the high-pressure side of the compressor 200 can enter the flow guide cavity 126 from the outside of the flow guide cavity 126 under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the flow guide cavity 126, and the refrigerant is discharged from the flow guide cavity 126 through the gap 125 between the first flow guide part 124 and the rotor core 110, thereby realizing the flow guide of the refrigerant. By providing the flow guide part 120 to guide the flow of the refrigerant, the flow of the refrigerant on the high-pressure side of the compressor 200 is smoother, thereby accelerating the exhaust speed of the compressor 200 and improving the exhaust efficiency of the compressor 200.
[0059] The embodiment provides a rotor assembly 100, in addition to the technical features of the above-mentioned embodiments, and further comprises the following technical features.
[0060] As shown in the drawings, Figure 2 The flow guide part 120 further comprises a second flow guide part 128, which is connected with the first body 122, extends along the circumference of the first body 122, and is located on the side of the first balancing part 130 close to the axis of the rotor core 110.
[0061] In this embodiment, as Figure 1The flow guiding component 120 also includes a second flow guiding section 128, which is connected to the first body 122 and extends circumferentially along the first body 122. The second flow guiding section 128 is located on the side of the first balancing component 130 near the axis of the rotor core 110, so that another flow channel can be formed between the second flow guiding section 128 and the rotating shaft, thereby forming a second exhaust channel to achieve the function of guiding and exhausting. The second exhaust channel can increase the gas flow rate in the same time as the first exhaust channel, accelerating the gas guiding efficiency. The multi-channel gas guiding mode can ensure stable gas guiding, thereby improving the overall reliability of the flow guiding component 120. In addition to increasing the gas guiding volume, the simultaneous operation of the two exhaust channels can increase the guiding flow rate in the same time. The second exhaust channel, which is arranged radially along the axis, also improves the gas conduction velocity in the flow guiding cavity 126 in terms of structural design. With the increase of gas velocity and flow volume, the working efficiency and working reliability of the rotor assembly 100 are improved.
[0062] like Figure 2 As shown, the second guide section 128 abuts against the rotor core 110.
[0063] In this embodiment, the second guide section 128 abuts against the rotor core 110 and is connected to the first body 122, forming an independent second exhaust channel. The first and second exhaust channels are structurally sealed. During the exhaust process of the compressor 200, gas flows through the first and second exhaust channels respectively, without interfering with each other and operating independently. The refrigerant flows through both the first and second exhaust channels, making the refrigerant flow smoother and thus improving the operational stability of the compressor 200.
[0064] As shown in Table 1, Figure 6 , Figure 7 , Figure 8 and Figure 9 As shown, Figure 7 This is a velocity distribution cloud map of the motor cross-section when the flow guiding component 120 is not installed. Figure 8 This is a velocity distribution cloud diagram of the motor cross-section when the compressor 200 is equipped with a flow guide section but not a second flow guide section. Figure 9is the motor cross-section flow velocity distribution diagram when the compressor 200 is provided with the flow guide component 120. As shown in Table 1, the oil discharge amount, the rotor through-flow ratio, the cutting edge flow ratio, the gap 125 flow ratio, the oil pool holding rate, the cutting edge flow velocity and the measured oil discharge rate of the compressor 200 without the flow guide component 120 are listed respectively; the oil discharge amount, the rotor through-flow ratio, the cutting edge flow ratio, the gap 125 flow ratio, the oil pool holding rate, the cutting edge flow velocity and the measured oil discharge rate of the compressor 200 provided with the flow guide component 120 but without the second flow guide part of the flow guide component 120; the oil discharge amount, the rotor through-flow ratio, the cutting edge flow ratio, the gap 125 flow ratio, the oil pool holding rate, the cutting edge flow velocity and the measured oil discharge rate of the compressor 200 provided with the flow guide component 120 and with the second flow guide part of the flow guide component 120.
[0065] Table 1
[0066]
[0067] As shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 5 , the surface of the first body 122 close to one side of the rotor core 110 is the first surface 127; the distance between the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 in the axial direction is the first distance; the distance between the second flow guide part 128 close to one side of the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 in the axial direction is the second distance; the first distance is equal to the second distance. As shown in Figure 1 , the first distance is H1; the second distance is H2.
[0068] In this embodiment, the distance between the second flow guide part 128 close to one side of the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 in the axial direction is equal to the distance between the rotor core 110 and the surface of the first body 122 close to one side of the rotor core 110, which improves the sealing effect between the internal flow guide space of the second flow guide part 128 and the flow guide cavity 126, and further improves the airtightness of the second exhaust passage and the first exhaust passage. The internal flow guide space of the second flow guide part 128 and the internal space of the flow guide cavity 126 are independent of each other, and the flow guide processes do not interfere with each other, which is conducive to the conduction of the gas.
[0069] As shown in Figure 1 , the rotor core 110 is provided with a shaft hole 112, and the second flow guide part 128 is arranged around the shaft hole 112.
[0070] In this embodiment, the rotor core 110 is provided with the shaft hole 112, so that the second flow guide part 128 can surround the second exhaust passage with the rotating shaft passing through the shaft hole 112, and the gas can flow out smoothly through the second exhaust passage surrounded by the second flow guide part 128 when the rotor core 110 works. The exhaust passage of the second flow guide part 128 can operate independently outside the working of the flow guide cavity 126 and is not interfered by others.
[0071] As shown in Figure 1 , the first through hole 123 and the first balancing part 130 are arranged on the diametrically opposite sides of the rotor core 110.
[0072] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 2 , the first through hole 123 and the first balancing part 130 are arranged on the diametrically opposite sides of the rotor core 110, so that the first balancing part 130 can be staggered with the first through hole 123, thereby reducing the influence of the first balancing part 130 on the refrigerant in the first through hole 123, and making the refrigerant in the first through hole 123 flow more smoothly.
[0073] As shown in Figure 2 , during the rotation of the rotor assembly 100, the gas enters the flow guide cavity 126 through the first through hole 123, and the balancing part keeps a long distance, which can ensure that the pressure in the flow guide cavity 126 decreases greatly and the overall flow guiding efficiency is higher. The partitioning of the first through hole 123 and the first balancing part 130 can ensure the overall coordination and stability, and can operate smoothly.
[0074] As shown in Figure 1 , the rotor assembly 100 further comprises a second balancing part 140, and the second balancing part 140 is arranged on the second side of the rotor core 110 in the axial direction.
[0075] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown in the rotor assembly 100, the second balancing component 140 is arranged at the axial second side of the rotor core 110, and the second balancing component 140 corresponds to the first balancing component 130. [0080] Further, as shown, Figure 1 The structure of the second body 152 and the turbulence portion 154 can optimize the gas outlet efficiency at the tail end of the exhaust passage, so that the gas flow in the compressor 200 is discharged more quickly.
[0081] The second aspect of the present application provides a compressor 200 comprising the rotor assembly 100 according to any one of the above embodiments. Therefore, the compressor 200 has all the beneficial effects of the rotor assembly 100 according to any one of the above embodiments.
[0082] As shown, Figure 1 The compressor 200 further comprises a stator core 210, an end plate 220, and a winding 230. The winding 230 is arranged in the wire slot 212 and is sleeved on the end plate 220.
[0083] In this embodiment, as shown, Figure 1 The compressor 200 comprises the stator core 210, which is opposite to the rotor core 110. The stator core 210 can enhance the strength of the induced magnetic field during the operation of the compressor 200, thereby enhancing the magnetic field torque between the stator core 210 and the rotor core 110 and improving the working efficiency. The stator core 210 is provided with the wire slot 212, which can fix the winding 230. The compressor 200 further comprises the end plate 220, which is arranged at the side of the stator core 210 in the axial direction. The end plate 220 can improve the insulation effect between the winding 230 and the stator core 210. The compressor 200 also comprises the winding 230, which can generate a magnetic field after being energized, thereby driving the rotor assembly 100.
[0084] As shown, Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, the distance between the side of the first flow guide 124 close to the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 of the first body 122 in the compressor 200 is a third distance; the distance between the side of the end plate 220 far from the stator core 210 and the rotor core 110 is a fourth distance; the distance between the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 in the axial direction is a fifth distance; the difference between the fifth distance and the third distance is less than the fourth distance. As shown in the figure, Figure 1 As shown, the third distance is H3; the fourth distance is H4; and the fifth distance is H5.
[0085] In this embodiment, as shown, Figure 1 the distance between the side of the first flow guide 124 close to the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 of the first body 122 in the compressor 200 is a third distance; the distance between the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 in the axial direction is a fifth distance; and the distance between the side of the end plate 220 far from the stator core 210 and the rotor core 110 is a fourth distance. The difference between the fifth distance and the third distance is less than the fourth distance. The size of the gap 125 formed between the side of the first flow guide 124 close to the rotor core 110 and the first surface 127 of the first body 122 is less than the size of the end plate 220 in the axial direction. When the gas flows from the flow guide cavity 126 to the gap 125, the end plate 220 can block the outflow of the gas, and the end plate 220 can guide the gas to flow along the exhaust passage between the stator core 210 and the winding 230. The presence of the end plate 220 can ensure the direction of the gas flow, facilitate the directional flow of the gas, prevent the gas from flowing to other spaces inside the compressor 200 when flowing out of the flow guide cavity 126 along the gap 125, and thus avoid the situation of low flow guide efficiency.
[0086] The third aspect of the present application provides a refrigeration device comprising the compressor 200 according to any one of the above embodiments. Therefore, the refrigeration device has all the beneficial effects of the compressor 200 according to any one of the above embodiments.
