Abstract

The application discloses a screening device for microbial compound fertilizer, and relates to the technical field of fertilizer processing.The screening device comprises a shell, a primary screening cylinder arranged in the shell, and secondary screening cylinders fixed to the bottom ends of connecting rods.The anti-blocking mechanism comprises a straight rod rotatably connected between the front and back sides of the shell, L-shaped rods fixed to the two sides of the straight rod, circular plates fixed to the top ends of the L-shaped rods, and triangular seats fixed to the top ends of the horizontal parts of the L-shaped connecting rods.The secondary screening cylinders are moved by the L-shaped connecting rods, the triangular seats are moved by the L-shaped connecting rods, the L-shaped rods are moved up and down by the inclined surfaces of the triangular seats, the circular plates hit the bottom ends of the secondary screening cylinders at intervals, and the primary screening cylinder is also subjected to the vibration force generated by the hitting, so that the compound fertilizer blocked in the first and second falling holes is shaken out, the discharging is smooth, and the screening effect and efficiency are improved.
