AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

In existing screen installations, the anti-fall-off components are prone to being pulled out from between the guide rail and the support plate during repeated unfolding and folding, resulting in damage to the ends of the screen. Furthermore, it is necessary to replace the guide unit with one made of a different material depending on the type of screen.

Method used

The design combines a hammer and a stopper. The hammer creates a constraint between the base of the anti-fall-off component of the screen and the guide rail and support plate, preventing it from being pulled out. The stopper restricts the movement of the base, ensuring that the anti-fall-off component of the screen is stably installed on the guide unit.

Benefits of technology

It effectively prevents the anti-detachment components of the screen from being pulled out between the guide rail and the support plate during repeated use, protects the ends of the screen, is suitable for various screen materials, and improves the stability and service life of the device.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a screen device suitable for a light-shielding and light-adjusting mechanism of a window shade, a blind, and the like, a screen, a screen partition, and the like. BACKGROUND

[0002] Conventionally, such a screen device generally has: a screen that is freely expandable and storable; a pair of frames that are disposed in opposition in the X-axis direction in a freely-sliding manner with at least one of the pair of frames sliding along the X-axis direction when the direction of expansion and storage of the screen is set as the X-axis direction among three axes, i.e., the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis, and the pair of frames are composed of a first frame and a second frame that are hollow and longer in the Z-axis direction; a first guide portion and a second guide portion that are pulled out to the other side in the X-axis direction from the inside of the freely-sliding frame when the freely-sliding frame is slid to the one side in the X-axis direction, and are stored in the inside of the freely-sliding frame when the freely-sliding frame is slid to the other side in the X-axis direction, and have free ends at one end; and a tension member that is stored in the inside of the freely-sliding frame, links the free ends of the first guide portion and the second guide portion, the one end in the X-axis direction of the screen is fixed to the first frame, the other end in the X-axis direction of the screen is fixed to the second frame, and the portion of the first guide portion pulled out from the inside of the freely-sliding frame extends linearly along the X-axis direction between the one end portions of the pair of frames in the Z-axis direction, and the portion of the second guide portion pulled out from the inside of the freely-sliding frame extends linearly along the X-axis direction between the other end portions of the pair of frames in the Z-axis direction.

[0003] As one of such screen devices, there is known a structure in which the first guide portion is formed by linking a plurality of first guide units, each of the first guide units has a pair of side walls disposed in opposition in the Y-axis direction when the first guide portion is pulled out from the inside of the freely-sliding frame, and a bottom wall linking the side walls, in the first guide portion, one of the first guide units of two adjacent first guide units is pivotally supported to the other first guide unit, by the pivotal support, the first guide portion is bent to the other side in the Z-axis direction, and the straightness in the X-axis direction is maintained, and the one end portion of the expanded screen is inserted between the side walls of each of the first guide units of the portion of the first guide portion pulled out from the inside of the freely-sliding frame (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[0004] In the above screen device, a pair of pins are provided at an X-axis direction one end portion of a portion of each of the two side walls of the first guide unit corresponding to the Z-axis direction one end portion of the first guide portion pulled out from the frame that is freely slidable, and a pair of openings are provided at an X-axis direction other end portion, and the two first guide units are linked by fitting each pin of one first guide unit into each opening of the other first guide unit with play, the two pins forming a pivot, and each first guide unit is freely pivotable.

[0005] Further, a rigid protrusion is provided protruding toward the inside of the opposite direction of the two side walls at the portion of each of the two side walls of each first guide unit where the above pins are provided. In the first guide portion, the rigid protrusion extends along an imaginary line that links the centers of the pivots of each of the first guide units in the linking direction of the first guide units. When the first guide portion is pulled out to the other side in the Z-axis direction as the frame is slid to the one side in the X-axis direction, the above rigid protrusion is inserted into the Z-axis direction one end portion of the screen inserted between the two side walls of each of the first guide units of the pulled-out portion of the first guide portion, thereby holding the above rigid protrusion so that the Z-axis direction one end portion of the screen does not fall off from the pulled-out portion of the first guide portion even if the expanded screen is subjected to external force such as wind pressure.

[0006] However, although it is a rigid protrusion, each of the first guide units is generally a resin one-piece product, and the insertion and the falling off with respect to the Z-axis direction one end portion of the screen are repeatedly performed as the screen is expanded and stored, so the rigid protrusion can be bent and deformed or damaged, and the like. In addition, the type of the screen generally varies depending on the purpose of the screen device, the installation site, and the like. Therefore, in the case where the strength of the molding material of each of the above first guide units is higher than that of the screen, the Z-axis direction one end portion of the screen can be damaged when the above rigid protrusion is inserted. In order to prevent the damage of the screen, in the above screen device, a plurality of types of first guide units need to be manufactured using materials corresponding to the types of the screens. As a result, the first guide portion also has a plurality of types.

[0007] Accordingly, the present applicant proposes a screen device in which the damage of the Z-axis direction one end portion of the screen inserted into the first guide portion can be suppressed even when the expansion and the storage of the screen are repeatedly performed, and the first guide portion can be formed by only one type of first guide unit regardless of the type of the screen (Japanese Patent Application No. 2020-038505 (not published)).

[0008] In the above screen device, a pair of pins toward the outside in the opposite direction of the side walls is provided at the X-axis direction one end portion of the portion of the both side walls of each first guide unit, and a pair of openings is provided at the X-axis direction other end portion, and the two first guide units adjacent to each other are linked by fitting the pins of one first guide unit into the openings of the other first guide unit with play, the two pins forming a pivot, and each first guide unit is pivotable.

[0009] In addition, a guide rail portion extending along an imaginary line connecting the centers of the pivots of the first guide units in the linking direction of the first guide units in the plane including the imaginary line is provided at the portion of the both side walls of each first guide unit on the inside in the opposite direction, and a support piece protruding toward the inside in the opposite direction of the both side walls is provided at the end edge portion of the both side walls farther from the bottom wall toward the other side in the Z-axis direction than the guide rail portion.

[0010] Further, a screen anti-falling member in which a plurality of needle-shaped portions are installed at the base portion of the long strip bendable in the pivot direction of each first guide unit in a spaced-apart manner is attached to the inside in the opposite direction of the both side walls of each first guide unit in a detachable manner, and in the state in which each screen anti-falling member is attached, the base portion is supported between the guide rail portion and the support piece of each first guide unit, and all the needle-shaped portions protrude toward the inside in the opposite direction of the both side walls of each first guide unit.

[0011] Further, when the first guide portion is pulled out toward the other side in the X-axis direction in conjunction with the sliding of the frame slidable toward the one side in the X-axis direction, the needle-shaped portions of each screen anti-falling member are inserted into the Z-axis direction one end portion of the screen inserted between the both side walls of each first guide unit of the pulled-out portion of the first guide portion, so that the screen does not fall from the pulled-out portion of the first guide portion, and when the first guide portion is accommodated inside the frame slidable in conjunction with the sliding of the frame slidable toward the other side in the X-axis direction, the needle-shaped portions of each screen anti-falling member are detached from the Z-axis direction one end portion of the screen.

[0028] Referring to Figure 1 The screen device SD of the present embodiment has a screen 1 that is freely deployed and stored, and is provided, for example, to an opening portion such as a window frame or a door frame, and opens and closes the opening portion in the horizontal direction by the screen 1. That is, in the screen device SD, the direction in which the screen 1 is deployed and stored is the X-axis direction among the three axes, the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis, which are orthogonal to each other, the X-axis direction corresponds to the horizontal direction (left-right direction), and the Z-axis direction corresponds to the vertical direction (up-down direction). Therefore, in the following description, the side of the X-axis direction is left, the other side of the X-axis direction is right, the side of the Z-axis direction is down, and the other side of the Z-axis direction is up. Figure 1 Figure 1

[0029] The screen device SD has a hollow first frame 2 that freely slides in the left-right direction at the opening portion and is longer in the up-down direction, and a hollow second frame 3 that is disposed opposite the first frame 2 in the left-right direction, is fixed to the right end portion of the opening portion, and is longer in the up-down direction, and a pair of frames is constituted by the first frame 2 and the second frame 3. The left end of the screen 1 is fixed to the first frame 2, and the right end of the screen 1 is fixed to the second frame 3. Specifically, the left end of the screen 1 is fixed to the right end portion of the first frame 2, and the right end of the screen 1 is fixed to a portion of the outer peripheral portion of the hollow roller tube 31 in the up-down direction, the roller tube 31 being housed inside the second frame 3 in a rotatable manner and being longer in the up-down direction. When the user of the screen device SD performs a closing operation of sliding the first frame 2 to the left, the screen 1 is deployed from the outer peripheral portion of the roller tube 31 to the opening portion, and when the user stops the closing operation, the screen 1 is stored inside the second frame 3 by being wound around the outer peripheral portion of the roller tube 31. At this time, the first frame 2 automatically slides to the right, and when the right end thereof comes into contact with the left end of the second frame 3, the sliding of the first frame 2 to the right is automatically stopped.

[0030] In order to achieve such automatic storage of the screen 1 inside the second frame 3, a spiral spring 31a is provided inside the roller tube 31. When the first frame 2 slides to the left and the screen 1 is released by the roller tube 31 being rotated forward inside the second frame 3, the spiral spring 31a is twisted around the rotation axis of the roller tube 31, and a spring force is generated and accumulated. When the user stops the closing operation, the accumulated spring force is released, and the roller tube 31 is rotated in reverse inside the second frame 3, and thus the screen 1 is wound around the outer peripheral portion of the roller tube 31.

[0031] Furthermore, to facilitate smooth sliding of the first frame 2 in the left and right directions, an upper guide rail 4 is provided at the upper end of the opening of the screen device SD, and a lower guide rail 5 is provided at the lower end of the opening of the screen device SD. The upper guide rail 4 is a hollow component with a U-shaped cross-section in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the first frame 2 is inserted into the upper guide rail 4. The lower guide rail 5 is a long, straight component in the left and right direction. A wheel (not shown) is provided at the lower end of the first frame 2, and this wheel rotates on the lower guide rail 5. In this way, the left and right sliding of the first frame 2 is guided by the upper guide rail 4 and the lower guide rail 5, thus enabling smooth sliding.

[0032] Furthermore, the screen device SD includes a first guide portion 6 and a second guide portion 7 that are pulled out from inside the first frame 2 when the first frame 2 slides to the left, and are housed inside the first frame 2 when the first frame 2 slides to the right. The first guide portion 6 and the second guide portion 7 each have free ends 61 and 71 at one end, respectively. The portions 62 and 72 that are pulled out from inside the first frame 2 maintain a straight line in the left-right direction and extend in a straight line between the lower ends and upper ends of the first frame 2 and the second frame 3, which are a pair of frames, respectively. In addition, the screen device SD includes a tension member 8 that is housed inside the first frame 2 and connects the free ends 61 and 71 of the first guide portion 6 and the second guide portion 7. The tension member 8 forms a non-intersecting loop and is arranged in the vertical direction. The loop formed by the tension member 8 can also be an intersecting loop.

[0033] Reference Figure 2 , Figure 3 (a), (b) and Figure 4 (a), (b), (c), and (d) form a first guide section 6 by connecting multiple first guide units 63. Each first guide unit 63 has: Figure 2 The pair of sidewalls 63a, 63a arranged opposite each other along the Y-axis, and the bottom wall 63b connecting the two sidewalls 63a, 63a, in the first guide portion 6, one of the two adjacent first guide units 63, 63 is pivotally supported by the other first guide unit 63. This pivotal support maintains the first guide portion 6 in a straight line in the left-right direction and curves upwards. Furthermore, at the upper left end of each sidewall 63a, 63a of the first guide unit 63, corresponding to the upper end of the first guide portion 6 pulled out from the inside of the first frame 2, a pair of pins 63c, 63c are provided facing outwards in the opposite direction to the sidewalls 63a, 63a, and a pair of openings 63d, 63d are provided at the upper right end.

[0034] Specifically, in each side wall 63a of each first guide unit 63, and in the peripheral portion of each pin 63c, a first recessed portion 63al recessed inward in the direction opposite to the two side walls 63a, 63a is provided. The length of each pin 63c is the same as the amount of recess of the first recessed portion 63al, and the outer diameter of each pin 63c and the inner diameter of each opening 63d are such sizes that each pin 63c can be fitted in each opening 63d with play. In addition, in each side wall 63a, a first deficient portion 63a2 is formed by cutting the peripheral portion of each opening 63d while leaving the upper end edge portion of each side wall 63a, and the upper end edge portion is formed as a tab 63e extending to the right. Further, in the first recessed portion 63al, and in the lower right end portion, a mountain portion 63f is provided which is raised upward. In addition, in the lower end portion of each side wall 63a, and in the portion located below the first recessed portion 63al, a second recessed portion 63a3 is formed which is recessed by the same amount of recess as the first recessed portion 63al. Furthermore, in each first guide unit 63, the bottom wall 63b is disposed at a position corresponding to the upper end portion of the second recessed portion 63a3 of the two side walls 63a, 63a, and has a length from the left end of the second recessed portion 63a3 to below the left end of the first deficient portion 63a2.

[0035] In the first guide portion 6, the two first guide units 63, 63 adjacent to each other are joined by inserting the left end portions of the two side walls 63a, 63a of one of the first guide units 63 inward in the direction opposite to the two side walls 63a, 63a of the other first guide unit 63, and fitting each pin 63c of the other first guide unit 63 in each opening 63d of one of the first guide units 63 with play. At this time, the two pins 63c, 63c form a pivot. The first guide portion 6 is formed by repeatedly performing such joining. The range of pivoting of the two first guide units 63, 63 adjacent to each other is from the position where the right end of the lower end portions of the two side walls 63a, 63a of one of the first guide units 63 contacts the left end of the lower end portions of the two side walls 63a, 63a of the other first guide unit 63, to the position where each tab 63e of the two side walls 63a, 63a of one of the first guide units 63 contacts the mountain portion 63f of each first recessed portion 63al formed on the two side walls 63a, 63a of the other first guide unit 63. The range of pivoting of each first guide unit 63 is the same, and by the pivoting of each first guide unit 63 within the above range of pivoting, as shown in FIG. 6, the first guide portion 6, when housed inside the first frame 2, is bent in a manner facing the upper end portion of the first frame 2, and when pulled out from inside the first frame 2, returns to the original state in a manner facing the right side. Figure 1

[0036] Further, when the first guide portion 6 is pulled out from the inside of the first frame 2, each second recessed portion 63a3 formed on both side walls 63a, 63a of the first guide unit 63 on the pivoting side among the two abutting first guide units 63 is inserted into the inside of the opposite direction of both side walls 63a, 63a of the other first guide unit 63. Thus, in the portion 62 of the first guide portion 6 pulled out from the inside of the first frame 2, the outside surface of the opposite direction of the lower end portions of both side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63 is arranged on the same plane. Further, as described above, the length of each pin 63c is the same as the recessed amount of the first recessed portion 63al, so the outside surface of the opposite direction of both side walls 63a, 63a and the outside surface of the opposite direction of the upper end portions of both side walls 63a, 63a of each pin 63c are arranged on the same plane.

[0037] Further, a guide portion 63g is provided on each first guide unit 63 on the inside of the opposite direction of both side walls 63a, 63a, and each guide portion 63g extends along an imaginary line VL including the imaginary line VL connecting the centers of the above-mentioned pivots of each first guide unit 63 in the connecting direction of the first guide unit 63. Further, a support piece 63h protruding toward the inside of the opposite direction of both side walls 63a, 63a is provided on the upper end edge portion of both side walls 63a, 63a farther from the bottom wall 63b toward the upper side than the guide portion 63g. Each support piece 63h is arranged in opposition to each guide portion 63g of each side wall 63a on which each support piece 63h is provided in the vertical direction, and a hollow receiving portion 63i is formed between each support piece 63h and each guide portion 63g. Figure 4 (d). Specifically, each guide portion 63g has a length from the left end of each first guide unit 63 to the lower side of the left end of the first deficient portion 63a2. On the other hand, each support piece 63h extends in the left-right direction except for the left end portion of each first guide unit 63. Further, the front surface shape of each support piece 63h is L-shaped, and is composed of a locking portion 63hl which is parallel to each side wall 63a and hangs downward, and an inclined portion 63h2 which is toward the inside of the opposite direction of both side walls 63a, 63a and extends toward the guide portion 63g side with a downward inclined surface.

[0038] Each guide portion 63g functions as a guide portion when the screen anti-falling member 9 is attached to and detached from the first guide portion 6. In conjunction with Figure 5(a), (b), the screen anti-falling member 9 is composed of a long base 91 which can be bent freely in the pivoting direction of each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6, and a plurality of needle-shaped portions 92 which are installed to the base 91 in a spaced-apart manner. The screen anti-falling member 9 is fitted to the inside of the opposing directions of the both side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63 by inserting the base 91 into the inside of each receiving portion 63i of the first guide portion 6. Each guide rail portion 63g guides the insertion of the base 91 of the screen anti-falling member 9 into the receiving portion 63i when the screen anti-falling member 9 is fitted. In the state where each screen anti-falling member 9 is fitted, the base 91 is supported between each guide rail portion 63g and each support piece 63h, and all the needle-shaped portions 92 protrude to the inside of the opposing directions of the both side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63. In addition, by pulling the base 91 out of the inside of each receiving portion 63i of each first guide unit 63 from either one of the left and right ends of the first guide portion, the screen anti-falling member 9 can be detached from the first guide portion 6 guided by each guide rail portion 63g.

[0039] Specifically, the base 91 is caught by the catching portion 63h1 of the support piece 63h of each first guide unit 63, and all the needle-shaped portions 92 are inclined to the bottom wall 63b side along the downward inclined surface of the inclined portion 63h2 by the inclined portion 63h2. Figure 3 (b). In the first guide portion 6, by the inclination of all the needle-shaped portions 92, a gap in the Y-axis direction shown in FIG. 6 is formed between the protruding direction end portions of the needle-shaped portions 92 of the two screen anti-falling members 9 fitted to the both side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63. Figure 2

[0040] As described above, the base 91 of such a screen anti-falling member 9 can be bent freely in the pivoting direction of each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6, so when the first frame 2 shown in FIG. 5 is bent in the direction toward the upper end portion, as shown in FIG. 6, the screen anti-falling member 9 is also bent in the same direction. In addition, as described above, each guide rail portion 63g extends along the imaginary line VL within the plane including the imaginary line VL which connects the centers of the above-mentioned pivots of each first guide unit 63 in the connecting direction, so as shown in FIG. 6, the base 91 of the screen anti-falling member 9 is guided by the guide rail portion 63g in the direction of the imaginary line VL when the screen anti-falling member 9 is fitted to the first guide portion 6. Figure 1 Figure 6 Figure 3 As shown in (a), the base 91 of each screen anti-falling component 9, which is mounted on the inner side of the opposing direction of the two side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63, is configured to be parallel to the imaginary line VL in the plane including the imaginary line VL. By configuring the base 91 parallel to the imaginary line VL in this way, the pivoting of each first guide unit 63, i.e., the bending of the first guide portion 6, can be smoothly realized. In addition, the pivot is located at the upper end of the first guide unit 63, so the pivot is configured to move upward away from the lower end of the opening where the screen device SD is installed. Therefore, the pivot is less affected by dust, sand, dirt, etc. that easily accumulate at the lower end of the opening. Combined with the smooth bending of the first guide portion 6, the user can easily and stably perform the closing operation of the first frame 2. Similarly, the base 91 of the anti-fall-off component 9 of the screen can easily return from a bent state to its original state, so the first guide 6 can also smoothly return to its original state when it was pulled out from the inside of the first frame 2. Therefore, the unfolding action of the first frame 2 can also be carried out easily and stably.

[0041] Furthermore, each of the first guide units 63 has a recess 63j on its two side walls 63a, 63a, extending in the same direction as the portion 62 of the first guide portion 6 and recessed inward in the opposite direction. The portion 62 of the first guide portion 6 is pulled out from the interior of the first frame 2 and extends in the left-right direction. A third recess 63a4 is formed at the left end of each of the two side walls 63a, 63a where the recess 63j is provided, recessed inward in the opposite direction of the two side walls 63a, 63a, similar to the first recess 63a1 and the second recess 63a3. The third recess 63a4 is located on each side wall 63a between the first recess 63a1 and the second recess 63a3. In addition, a second defect 63a5 is formed by cutting the inner surface in the opposite direction at the right end of each of the two side walls 63a, 63a where the recess 63j is provided. Figure 4 (b), (c)).

[0042] When the first guide portion 6 is pulled out from the interior of the first frame 2, and each of the first guide units 63 pivots, the second defect 63a5 of the pivoting first guide unit 63 coincides with the third recess 63a4 of the adjacent first guide unit 63 that has finished pivoting. Through this coincidence, and the contact between the right end of the lower end of the side walls 63a, 63a of the pivoting first guide unit 63 and the left end of the side walls 63a, 63a of the first guide unit 63 that has finished pivoting, the straightness of the portion 62 of the first guide portion 6 pulled out from the interior of the first frame 2 is maintained. Furthermore, the opposing inner surfaces of the side walls 63a, 63a with the recess 63j are arranged on the same surface.

[0043] In addition, such as Figure 3 (b) and Figure 4(c) and (d), the left and right side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63, the opposing direction inner surfaces of the lower end portions of each second recessed portion 63a3 are cut to form third missing portions 63a6. From the left end of each second recessed portion 63a3 toward the right end, the missing amount of each third missing portion 63a6 becomes smaller. Further, from the right end of each third missing portion 63a6, a guided portion piece 63k protruding toward the inner side of the opposing direction of the left and right side walls 63a, 63a is continuously provided. The right end of each guided portion piece 63k is located below the right end of the bottom wall 63b. When the first guide portion 6 is pulled out from the inside of the first frame 2, the two guided portion pieces 63k, 63k respectively engage with the above-mentioned Y-axis direction one side end portion and the other side end portion of the lower rail 5, so that the pulled-out portion 62 of the first guide portion 6 can be prevented from being disengaged from the lower rail 5. On the other hand, when the first guide portion 6 is housed in the inside of the first frame 2, each third missing portion 63a6 can smoothly release the engagement of each guided portion piece 63k with the above-mentioned Y-axis direction one side end portion and the other side end portion of the lower rail 5, so that each first guide unit 63 can easily be disengaged from the lower rail 5. As a result, the sliding of the first frame 2 in the left and right directions can be more smoothly achieved. Figure 1

[0044] Returning to Figure 1 , the right end of the first guide portion 6 is fixed to the lower end portion of the second frame 3, and the right end of the first guide portion 6 is a fixed end. Further, the free end 61 of the first guide portion 6 is always housed in the inside of the first frame 2. Specifically, the free end 61 is located at the upper end of the elongated adjuster 10 which is raised and lowered in the vertical direction inside the first frame 2. The adjuster 10 is linked to the first guide unit 63 located at the upper end when the first guide portion 6 is housed in the inside of the first frame 2. On the adjuster 10, a block-shaped hammer 101 which is long in the vertical direction is installed. When the weight acting on the hammer 101 acts on the portion of the first guide portion 6 housed in the inside of the first frame 2 to cause the first frame 2 to slide to the left side, the elastic force of the spiral spring 31a built in the roller pipe 31 is overcome, and assistance is performed so that the first guide portion 6 is smoothly pulled out to the right side from the inside of the first frame 2, and a sense of ease and stability is imparted by the closing operation of the user. Further, the weight acting on the hammer 101 will impart an appropriate resistance to the housing of the first guide portion 6 into the inside of the first frame 2 when the first frame 2 is caused to slide to the right side to house the screen 1 in the inside of the second frame 3. By this resistance, the screen 1 can be prevented from being sharply wound around the outer periphery of the roller pipe 31 due to the release of the elastic force accumulated by the spiral spring 31a.

[0045] At the lower end portion of the first frame 2, and at Figure 1 The pair of inner side surfaces (not shown) facing each other in the Y-axis direction are provided with curved protrusions 11 curved with a prescribed curvature. The curved protrusions 11 guide the housing and pulling-out of the first guide portion 6 with respect to the inside of the first frame 2 by being inserted into the recessed portions 63j of the first guide units 63. That is, the curved protrusions 11 are curved with a prescribed curvature that enables the first guide portion 6 to be curved in the inside of the first frame 2 in a manner that smoothly faces upward, and enables the first guide portion 6 to return to the right side in the inside of the first frame 2. Thus, more smooth housing and pulling-out of the first guide portion 6 with respect to the inside of the first frame 2 can be achieved.

[0046] In the screen device SD, when the first guide portion 6 is pulled out to the right side from the inside of the lower end portion of the first frame 2 in conjunction with the sliding of the first frame 2 to the left side, the lower end portion of the screen 1 is inserted between the two side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63 of the pulled-out portion 62 of the first guide portion 6. Specifically, the lower end portion of the screen 1 is inserted between the two screen anti-falling members 9 fitted to the two side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63 of the pulled-out portion 62 of the first guide portion 6. Figure 2 and Figure 3 The above gap between the protruding direction front ends of the needle-shaped portions 92 of (a) and (b). At this time, the needle-shaped portions 92 of each screen anti-falling member 9 are inserted into the lower end portion of the screen 1, and the screen 1 does not fall from the pulled-out portion 62 of the first guide portion 6. In addition, when the first guide portion 6 is housed in the inside of the first frame 2 in conjunction with the sliding of the first frame 2 to the right side, the needle-shaped portions 92 of each screen anti-falling member 9 are detached from the inserted lower end portion of the screen 1. As described above, in the screen device SD, the screen anti-falling members 9 are fitted to the facing direction inner sides of the two side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6 in a detachable manner, so a plurality of screen anti-falling members 9 in which a plurality of needle-shaped portions 92 corresponding to the types of the screens 1 are attached to the base portion 91 can be prepared in advance. Furthermore, an appropriate one can be selected from among them and fitted to the two side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6, and even if the deployment and housing of the screen 1 is repeatedly performed, the damage to the lower end portion of the screen 1 can be suppressed. In addition, it is not necessary to manufacture the first guide units 63 according to the types of the screens 1, and the first guide portion 6 can be formed using only one type of first guide unit 63.

[0047] Further, each first guide unit 63 can be formed of a hard resin. In consideration of weight reduction, the screen 1 can be formed of a cloth, a mesh, or the like made of a woven resin. The base 91 of the screen anti-falling member 9 can be formed of a soft resin, a light metal such as aluminum, or the like. The needle-shaped portions 92 can be formed of an appropriate material corresponding to the type of the screen 1. Further, the size of each needle-shaped portion 92 and the interval between the needle-shaped portions 92 can be appropriately set according to the type of the screen 1. For example, in the case where the screen 1 is a woven fabric or a mesh, the size of each needle-shaped portion 92 can be a size that can enter a weaving hole or a mesh hole, and the interval between the needle-shaped portions 92 can be an equal interval that is the same as the interval of the weaving holes or the interval of the mesh holes. Further, the curved protrusion 11 can be formed of a material that is difficult to wear even if repeatedly inserted into the recess 63j of each first guide unit 63.

[0048] Further, the second guide portion 7 provided in the screen device SD can also be the previous device. The previous device is formed by linking a plurality of second guide units 73, like the first guide portion 6. Each second guide unit 73 is provided with a pair of side walls arranged in opposition in the Y-axis direction when the second guide portion 7 is pulled out from the inside of the first frame 2, and a bottom wall linking the side walls. Further, in the second guide portion 7, as long as one of the two adjacent second guide units 73 is pivotally supported by the other second guide unit 73, the upper end portion of the unfolded screen 1 is inserted between the side walls of each second guide unit 73 of the portion 72 of the second guide portion 7 pulled out from the inside of the first frame 2. Like the first guide portion 6, the right end of the second guide portion 7 is fixed to the second frame 3 as a fixed end.

[0049] In the screen device SD, the first guide portion 6 housed in the interior of the first frame 2 and the second guide portion 7 are housed in different regions in the interior of the first frame 2. That is, a pair of inner side surfaces of the first frame 2 facing each other in the Y-axis direction are each provided with the first guide portion piece 21 extending in the longitudinal direction of the first frame 2 and protruding inward of the pair of inner side surfaces facing each other, except for the upper and lower end portions of the first frame 2. The interior of the first frame 2 is divided by the two first guide portion pieces 21 into the first housing portion 22 housing the first guide portion 6 and the second housing portion 23 housing the second guide portion 7. The first housing portion 22 is located on the X-axis direction side, that is, the left side, in the interior of the first frame 2, and the second housing portion 23 is located on the other X-axis direction side, that is, the right side, in the interior of the first frame 2. In this way, by dividing the housing regions of the first guide portion 6 and the second guide portion 7 of the first frame 2 into the first housing portion 22 and the second housing portion 23, the first guide portion 6 housed in the interior of the first frame 2 and the second guide portion 7 do not collide with each other and can be offset from each other in the interior of the first frame 2. Thus, the entire length of the first guide portion 6 and the second guide portion 7 can be set to a size corresponding to the size of the opening in the left-right direction in which the screen device SD is installed. In addition, the needle-shaped portion 92 of the screen anti-falling member 9 fitted to the inside of the pair of side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6 does not get damaged by the second guide portion 7, so that the second guide unit 73 forming the second guide portion 7 is not structurally restricted. Furthermore, in each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6, the bottom wall 63b is positioned away from the lower rail 5 in the portion 62 pulled out from the first housing portion 22, so that the first guide unit 63 is less likely to be affected by dust, sand, soil, and the like that tend to accumulate at the lower end of the opening in which the screen device SD is installed. Thus, the size of each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6 in the up-down direction is large. Therefore, by being located on the left side in the interior of the first frame 2, the first housing portion 22 can allow the first guide portion 6 to have a large curvature when being housed in and pulled out of the first housing portion 22, so that the housing and pulling out of the first guide portion 6 into and out of the first housing portion 22 can be performed more smoothly.

[0050] Furthermore, the protruding ends of the two first guide portion pieces 21, 21 are arranged apart from each other in the Y-axis direction, and the tension member 8 can be inserted through both the first housing portion 22 and the second housing portion 23. In addition, the two first guide portion pieces 21, 21 guide the up-down movement of the adjuster 10 of the first guide portion 6 and are linked to the second guide unit 73 located at the lower end of the second guide unit 73 when the second guide portion 7 is housed in the second housing portion 23, and guide the up-down movement of the guided member 12 forming the free end 71 of the second guide portion 7. The free end 71 of the second guide portion 7 is located at the lower end of the guided member 12.

[0051] Thus, when the first guide portion 6 and the second guide portion 7 are respectively housed in different areas within the first frame 2, namely the first storage portion 22 and the second storage portion 23, the size (left-right dimension) of the first frame 2 appears larger. Considering this issue, as... Figure 1 As shown, the second guide unit 73 preferably adopts the following structure: the vertical dimension of the two side walls of the second guide unit 73 of the portion 72 pulled out from the second storage part 23 of the first frame 2 is shorter than the vertical dimension of the two side walls 63a, 63a of the portion 62 pulled out from the first storage part 22 of the first frame 2. In this case, when it is difficult to provide a screen anti-falling component 9 like that mounted on the first guide part 6 on the second guide part 7, a screen anti-falling component 13 that is longer in the left-right direction can be mounted on a pair of inner sides facing each other in the Y-axis direction of the upper guide rail 4 by means of a support piece or the like. The screen anti-falling component 13 can be constructed in the same way as the screen anti-falling component 9, for example. In this case, each needle-like part of the screen anti-falling component 13 is inserted into the upper end of the unfolded screen 1, and the unfolded screen 1 can be prevented from falling off the upper guide rail 4 even when subjected to external forces such as wind pressure. In addition, even if the screen 1 is repeatedly unfolded and folded, damage to the upper part of the screen 1 can be prevented.

[0052] Furthermore, in the screen device SD, a curved guide portion 14 with a curved surface 141 that bends at a predetermined curvature is provided at the upper end of the second storage portion 23 of the first frame 2. The curved surface 141 of the curved guide portion 14 can contact the bottom wall of each second guide unit 73 forming the second guide portion 7. Through the contact between the curved surface 141 and the bottom wall of each second guide unit 73, the curved guide portion 14 causes each second guide unit 73 to pivot, causing the second guide portion 7 to bend downward and return in the left-right direction, thereby smoothly realizing the storage and pulling of the second guide portion 7 relative to the second storage portion 23 as the first frame 2 slides in the left-right direction. The predetermined curvature of the curved surface 141 can be appropriately set considering such bending and returning of the second guide portion 7.

[0053] Furthermore, in the screen device SD, pulleys and other direction-changing components 15 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the first storage section 22 of the first frame 2. By hooking the tension member 8 onto each direction-changing component 15, each direction-changing component 15 causes the tension member 8 to change direction in the Z-axis direction and applies a specified tension to the tension member 8.

[0054] Reference Figure 7(a) and (b) describe the adjuster 10 and the stop unit 64 connected to the first guide unit 63 of the first guide section 6. Hereinafter, regarding the adjuster 10, the same reference numerals will be used for the parts already described, and their descriptions will be omitted. Furthermore, the stop unit 64 has parts common to the first guide unit 63; in the stop unit 64, the same reference numerals will be used for the parts common to the first guide unit 63, and their descriptions will be omitted.

[0055] In regulator 10, and in relation to Figure 1 The lower end portion shown has a straight cut 102 to avoid contact with the mountain portions 63f of the connected first guide unit 63. From the cut 102 to the portion disposed on... Figure 1 The portion inside the first frame 2 shown, up to the second storage section 23, consists of a pair of tongue-shaped portions 102a, 102a facing each other in the Y-axis direction. Each tongue-shaped portion 102a has a thickness equivalent to the amount of recess in the first recess 63a1 of the connected first guide unit 63. An opening 102b is provided on each tongue-shaped portion 102a, and the pin 63c of the connected first guide unit 63 is fitted into the opening 102b with a clearance. Furthermore, the portion opposite the cutout 102 on the second storage section 23 consists of a pair of skirt-shaped portions 102c, 102c facing each other in the Y-axis direction. Each skirt-shaped portion 102c is positioned on the side opposite the connected first guide unit 63. Figure 2 The outer side of the second recess 63a3 shown. The outer surfaces of the two skirt-shaped portions 102c, 102c in the opposite direction are arranged on the same plane as the outer surfaces of the two side walls 63a, 63a of the connected first guide unit 63 in the opposite direction.

[0056] Furthermore, at the portion of the regulator 10 adjacent to each tongue-shaped portion 102a and each skirt-shaped portion 102c in the same position in the Y-axis direction, i.e., at the end of the regulator 10 on the side connected to the first guide unit 63, a pair of hollow first stops 103, 103 extending along the long side direction of the regulator 10 and facing each other in the Y-axis direction are provided. Each first stop 103 has an open end 103a on the side connected to the first guide unit 63 of the regulator 10, and a closed end 103b on the side opposite to the open end 103a in the long side direction of the regulator 10. In addition, a straight notch 103c is formed on each surface inside the opposing direction of the two first stops 103, 103, and on the extension line of each guide rail portion 63g of the first guide unit 63 connected to the regulator 10.

[0057] The stop unit 64 is connected to: the first guide part 6 from Figure 1The first guide unit 63 present on the right end of the pulled-out portion 62 of the first housing portion 22 of the first frame 2 when pulled out exists on a position equivalent to the right end of the first guide unit 63. The stop unit 64 is the same as the first guide unit 63 in structure and configuration except for the following two points. That is, in the stop unit 64, the support piece 63h protrudingly provided to the inside of the opposite direction of the two side walls 63a, 63a of the first guide unit 63 is removed. On the other hand, in the stop unit 64, the second stopper 64a extending from each guide rail portion 63g to the upper end of each side wall 63a is provided to the joint end connected to the first guide unit 63.

[0058] When the each screen anti-falling member 9 is fitted to each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6, for example, the stop unit 64 is detached from the first guide portion 6, and the first guide unit 63 to which the stop unit 64 is connected is moved in the longitudinal direction of the first guide portion 6. Figure 4 (d) The base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 is inserted into the inside of each housing portion 63i. Next, when the base 91 is moved in the longitudinal direction of each first guide unit 63 along the guide rail portion 63g of each first guide unit 63 in the longitudinal direction of the first guide portion 6, one end portion of the base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 in the longitudinal direction passes through the open end 103a of each first stopper 103 and enters the inside of each first stopper 103 from the first guide unit 63 connected to the adjuster 10. Also, one end of the base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 in the longitudinal direction abuts against the closed end 103b of each first stopper 103. At this time, the needle-shaped portion 92 installed on the base 91 that has entered the inside of each first stopper 103 protrudes to the inside of the opposite direction of the two first stoppers 103, 103 from the notch 103c formed in each first stopper 103. In addition, the other end of the base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 in the longitudinal direction is disposed at the right end of the first guide unit 63 present on a position equivalent to the right end of the pulled-out portion 62 of the first housing portion 22 of the first frame 2 when pulled out from the inside. In this state, the stop unit 64 is connected to the first guide unit 63 in which the other end of the base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 in the longitudinal direction is disposed. At this time, the other end of the base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 in the longitudinal direction abuts against the second stopper 64a of the stop unit 64.

[0059] That is, in a state where each screen anti-falling member 9 is fitted to each first guide unit 63, as described above, the base 91 is supported between each rail portion 63g and each support piece 63h, and in addition, one end in the longitudinal direction of the base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 abuts against the closed end 103b of each first stopper 103, and the other end in the longitudinal direction of the base 91 of each screen anti-falling member 9 abuts against the second stopper 64a of the stop unit 64. Thus, movement of each screen anti-falling member 9 in the longitudinal direction of the base 91 is restricted. Therefore, even if the first guide portion 6 is repeatedly pulled out from the first frame 22 and stored in the first frame 22, it is possible to suppress each screen anti-falling member 9 from being pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the base 91 from between each rail portion 63g and each support piece 63h provided in each first guide unit 63 of the first guide portion 6.

[0060] In addition, at one end portion in the longitudinal direction of each screen anti-falling member 9 into the interior of each first stopper 103, the needle portion 92 protrudes into the interior of the opposing direction of the two first stoppers 103, 103 through the notch 103c, and does not contact the second stopper 64a. Therefore, it is possible to achieve suppression of the pull-out of each screen anti-falling member 9 in the longitudinal direction of the base 91 without causing an obstacle to the needle portion 92.

[0061] Further, it is possible to link a plurality of stop units 64 in the linking direction of each first guide unit 63. In Figure 1 In the screen device SD illustrated in FIG. 1, the roller tube 31 is built in the interior of the second frame 3, and when a closing operation of sliding the first frame 2 to the left side is performed, the screen 1 wound on the roller tube 31 is released in conjunction with the closing operation. When the first guide portion 6 is formed to the fixed end of the second frame 3 by linking of the first guide units 63, the released portion of the screen 1 contacts each support piece 63h of several first guide units 63 on the fixed end side, and thus it is considered that it is possible to flex the lower end portion of the screen 1 to the interior of the opposing direction of the two side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63, or to cause frictional wear. As described above, the stop unit 64 is a device obtained by removing the support piece 63h from each first guide unit 63, and thus it is possible to prevent the screen 1 from being damaged by the support piece 63h of each first guide unit 63. Figure 1 The screen device SD illustrated in FIG. 1 is effective.

[0062] That is, as Figure 8As shown, a plurality of, for example, two, stop units 64 are connected to the right end portion of the first guide portion 6 on the fixed end side of the second frame 3, and the stop unit 64 on the left end is connected to the first guide unit 63. In this screen device SD, the portion of the first guide portion 6 on the fixed end side can be prevented from coming into contact with the released portion la of the screen 1. Therefore, when the closing operation of the first frame 2 is performed, the lower end portion of the released portion la of the screen 1 from the roller tube 31 can be prevented from being deflected inward in the direction opposite to the two side walls 63a, 63a of each first guide unit 63, or from being rubbed and worn.

[0063] However, Figure 1 The tension member 8 shown is, for example, a string, is hooked to the two direction conversion members 15, 15 disposed at the lower end portion and the upper end portion of the first housing portion 22, and passes between the two first guide portion pieces 21, 21 and is inserted from the first housing portion 22 into the second housing portion 23. A noose is formed at one end portion of the tension member 8. This noose is inserted into the inside of a not-shown slit formed at the lower end portion of the guided member 12 forming the free end 71 of the second guide portion 7 and extending downward, is hooked to the lower end edge portion of the guided member 12, and is thereby fixed to the guided member 12. Further, the other end portion of the tension member 8 is hooked from above to the right end portion of the head of a screw and is again directed upward, and a noose is formed at the upper end portion. This noose is inserted into the inside of a not-shown slit formed at the upper end portion of the guided member 12 and extending downward, is hooked to the upper end portion of the guided member 12, and is thereby fixed to the guided member 12. The screw passes through the inside of an elongated hole formed in the guided member 12 and extending in the vertical direction. Further, the tightening position of the screw with respect to the vertical direction of the guided member 12 is adjusted, and a prescribed tension is imparted to the tension member 8. Furthermore, the portion of the tension member 8 between the two direction conversion members 15, 15 in the first housing portion 22 is pressed to the left by the screw and is fixed to the upper end portion of the adjuster 10 forming the free end 61 of the first guide portion 6. In this way, the tension member 8 links the free end 61 of the first guide portion 6 and the free end 71 of the second guide portion and forms a loop disposed in the vertical direction. By the tension member 8 forming such a loop, the housing length and the pull-out length of the first guide portion 6 with respect to the first housing portion 22 are made the same as the housing length and the pull-out length of the second guide portion 7 with respect to the second housing portion 23, and as a result, the first frame 2 can be reliably and parallelly slid with respect to the second frame 3. Further, even if the user performs the closing operation at an arbitrary portion in the vertical direction of the first frame 2, parallel sliding of the first frame 2 can be achieved. Furthermore, when the deployment operation is performed based on the elastic force of the coil spring 31a, parallel sliding of the first frame 2 can also be achieved. The prescribed tension imparted to the tension member 8 can be appropriately set in consideration of the above-described sliding of the first frame 2.

[0064] While the present invention has been described above using the embodiments described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. For example, the screen device SD can be an automatic retraction device that utilizes the elastic force of the helical spring 31a as described in the above embodiments, or it can be an automatic opening and closing device that has a motor and utilizes the torque of the motor rotation when the screen 1 is unfolded and retracted, or it can be a manual opening and closing device that allows the screen 1 to be unfolded and retracted manually. In addition, the screen 1 can be a screen with multiple foldable pleats. Furthermore, in the case of the manual opening and closing screen device SD described above, the second frame 3 may not be fixed to the opening, but may slide freely in the left and right direction like the first frame 2, making the screen device SD a double-opening screen device. Moreover, the Z-axis direction is not limited to the vertical direction, as long as it is a direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction. For example, the screen device SD may also be provided in an opening that is inclined relative to the vertical plane.
